No sorry that link is still broken I’ve tried it a few times same with every T&C link you’ve posted on this thread
The link from the main offer page is also broken along with the link to T&C money supermarket posted about this offer I can’t access your T&C’s at all …

I want to book my holiday for 1 adult 1 teenager (charged as an adult) and 2 children (.inclusive of a free child place) for October half term within the next week … Would this offer apply ? Have I missed the date to be included in the offer ? or because my oldest son is technically not an adult but is still being charged as one would I miss out ? Or could it not be used in conjunction with a free child place ?

I’m undecided between a holiday with you that I’ve been on before children really enjoyed and a holiday with another supplier to a destination we haven’t been before… My youngest is desperate to go to Lego land it might sway our choice …

      Hi Christina, I will copy the T&C’s below as you cannot access them;

      1. This promotion entitles all First Choice customers booking a package holiday between 1st January 2016 and 31st December 2016 on http://www.firstchoice.co.uk, in a Thomson retail store or call centre, up to 2 x FREE CHILD tickets to the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort from 11th March 2016 – 30th June 2017. Excluding any Christmas events.

      2. The promotion is not available to customers who book a First Choice holiday through a third party travel agency.

      3. One FREE CHILD ticket can be booked for each full paying adult up to a maximum of two FREE CHILD tickets.

      4. The FREE CHILD tickets can be booked by following the link in the booking confirmation email you receive confirming details of your holiday. When following the link, your unique code will already be entered automatically. The unique code can also be found in the confirmation email. Please note, this email will be sent through to you after you have received confirmation of your holiday. Customers who have made their booking before end March will receive their unique codes from end of March onwards.

      5. If an email address is not provided, the FREE CHILD tickets can be booked by visiting http://www.legoland.co.uk/firstchoicepromotion and entering the unique code provided to you. Hi,
I am messaging on here again as am very unhappy.
I have now made 3 separate phone calls to the number you advised me to ring when I messaged on here previously (30-04-16).
During my 1st phone call on 04/05/16 I was told that there had been a delay in sending out the email with the codes for the LEGOLAND tickets and that they would be sent the following week. So I waited…
2nd phone call on 19-05-16, I was hung up on.
3rd phone call again on 19-05-16 I was given a different number to ring regarding this. I wrote the number down and proceeded to call it only to find that the number I was given was no longer in use and that it had been cancelled.
4th phone call again on 19-05-16 I was told that I would receive the email with the codes for the LEGOLAND tickets within a few hours. So I decided again to wait to see if this was the case.
I went on my holiday on 21-05-16 and returned on 29-05-16 to find that I have still not received this email with the codes for the LEGOLAND tickets.
    So here I am again…..

I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated throughout this process and quite annoyed that I am still trying to chase this up but being given the run around instead.

    What is happeneing?
I would like a reply asap as this is getting ridiculus!

    Hi there,

Ive got the same issue and have been emailing the cares@ email every single week and every time getting a similar answer “we will check / we will ask / we will get back to you”.

It doesn’t appear that anyone ‘cares’ (apart from my son who really wants to go to Legoland).

Could someone please just send me the vouchers in the next 48 hours?

I booked my package holiday in Jan 2016 to travel in Aug 2016. Having read the terms and conditions, I do qualify for the free ticket but have not been sent a unique code with my booking receipt. So I called the number provided on the terms and conditions page of the first choice website. Surprisingly the man at the other end of the phone did not know about the offer. I had to guide him to the first choice web page and show him where the free offer is. 25 mins later and he was still not able to assist.

All I wanted was my unique code! Not hopeful at all!

We booked our holiday with First Choice online on Jan 7th 2016. I have checked through every single email that First Choice has sent me but cannot find any link, promotional code or even a mention of the Lego land tickets! I thought claiming our tickets would be a simple process but First Choice you really are not making it easy!
Please can you contact me about how I can claim my free tickets.

Please can someone from First Choice respond.

Months and tens of emails later and the promotional code still doesn’t work. The latest excuse is that it’s down to the Legoland website and therefore nothing First Choice can do. I’m now thinking of taking my son when I finally can get the tickets as a present once he finishes university…..!

I booked an all-inclusive holiday online directly with First Choice on 1st July 2016, no links nor information about the legoland tickets are included in my confirmation email. Called the number 02034 512 720 listed in your Terms and Conditions of this promotion to get the unique code, but none of your staff seems to know about this. Strange if this promotion has been on for months and no one knows about it, one wonders whether they are instructed to avoid giving out the tickets? Keep putting me on long periods of hold saying they are checking my details while charging me on the phone call ! Emailed to cares@thomson.co.uk with my booking details, if I do not hear anything from them regarding the tickets, for sure I will follow up with Trading Standards!

    Complete scam.

    Have emailed cares@thomson.co.uk, aftertravelcustomersupport@tuiuk.com, email@cs.tuiuk.com

I have rang various telephone numbers… must have made at least 8 phone calls,

Each email response tells me to email a different department, the latest email I received tells me to call 02034 512 720, I call them – they tell me to phone a different number, 02034 512 699.
I call this number, they tell me i need to call 02034 512 720….

Just going round & round in circles… nobody has a clue, they are all overseas call centers that you are dealing with and I have a suspicion this is nothing but a scam.

I booked my holiday in January 2016, I paid full price… I traveled in August 2016, my booking meets the Terms & Conditions so cannot fathom why I haven’t received the free tickets as promised.
