Manage My Booking

You can make changes to your booking by logging into our Manage My Booking service.

What can I do on Manage My Booking?

Manage My Booking is a service that allows customers who have booked their holiday via our website to amend or cancel their booking online. Please note, Manage My Booking is not available if you have booked in one of our holiday shops - please call 0203 451 2720.


Once you have logged into the service, you will be able to:

  • View all your booking information, including outstanding balance and payment due dates.
  • Make payments towards your holiday in part or full. This allows you complete control over how you pay for your holiday and when before your final balance due date.
  • Amend various aspects of your holiday, such as travel dates, departure/arrival airports, destination, hotel and board basis.
  • Add and remove extras, such as in-flight meals, reserved seats, extra space seats, select your seat and more.
  • Resend your e-mail confirmation.
  • Access to (API) Advanced Passenger Information.

Please note that some changes to your holiday may incur an amendment or cancellation fee, which you will be advised of during the process of amending or cancelling your holiday. If you would like to check the fees applicable to you, please check your booking terms and conditions, these are found on your confirmation email.

What do I need to log into Manage My Booking?

To be able to log into Manage My Booking you will need some information about your holiday which can all be found on your Booking Confirmation:

  • Booking Reference (e.g. 2060/123456)
  • Lead Passenger surname (e.g. Mr John Smith would be SMITH)
  • Departure Date (e.g. 21 JAN 11)

Is there anything I cannot do via Manage My Booking?

At this moment you are not able to make amendments to the passengers on the booking. If you would like to make a passenger amendment then please call us on 0203 451 2725.

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to the following bookings online:

  • Cruise - please call 0203 451 2682
  • Twin centre - please call 0203 451 2725
  • Bookings made via our holiday shops - please call 0203 451 2720
