Paying the balance of your holiday

How do I pay the balance of my ticket?

To pay your balance, please call us on 0871 200 7799 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, bankers draft and building society cheque. Unfortunately personal cheques are no longer accepted. Any building society cheques must be issued directly by the branch.

Please do not send cheques to our Luton or Manchester office addresses.

 

Cheques should be made payable to 'TUI UK' and your holiday reference must be added to the reverse of the cheque along with your name and address.
