When should I expect my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent to you and should arrive two to three weeks before the date of your departure.

What should I check on my tickets?

You should check all the details on your tickets when they arrive. If you find any mistakes, such as incorrect names, dates, airline or resort, please call us on 0871 200 7799 as soon as possible.

Also look out for special offers and deals that are included in your ticket book – you may find these useful while you are on holiday.
