How do I find out if my flight is delayed?

If you are flying with Thomson Airways, you can see live flight information here.

What if my flight is delayed?

We believe it is our responsibility to take care of you if your flight is delayed.

  • For delays of between 2 and 4 hours, we will make sure that you are regularly informed of your flight status, and provide snacks or light refreshments while you wait.
  • For delays between 4 and 8 hours, we will provide meals at meal times.
  • For delays between 8 and 12 hours, overnight accommodation may be provided depending on the time of day

First Choice may not be represented in person if you are traveling on scheduled flights. If this is the case, you can liaise directly with the airline carrier for information and assistance.

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance for your holiday. You may require confirmation of a delayed flight for insurance purposes. We will issue one on arrival, or you can request one by giving us a call on 0844 871 0882 (Calls cost 5p per minute plus network extras) or email us using the form on the contact us page.
