Great holiday !
Both my boyfriend and i needed a well earned break in the sun,a nd i got a great deal on this hotel via Cosmos holidays. I was a little w\ary after some of the reviews and never having stayed at a large complex before it was rather daunting.. however we had a great time and would definately recommend to others, especailly those with Children. The hotel is cleaned all the time, the rooms are fresh - basic but have aircon!, we were in Jupiter and had a lovely Balcony on the side with great views over the pool and mountains. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much there, the late breakfast is a good option too if you dont want to get to the restaurant before 10. the lunch is also really good with lots of choices, and there are again snacks in the afternoon, the evening dinners were good and varied too. The all inclusive drinks were good, yes they come in plastic cups - but most places do these days - so this didnt bother us, unlike some of the reviewers! you can also get little ice creams and ice poles from the bar too. We ventured out, and also found a little English bar to watch the football in, and have some food in one day when we didnt fancy the buffet - the New Britania - great little place and the staff were so friendly too.the train that goes fromt he hotel to the main part of the town, is a good option in the evenings if you dont want to walk back! we are not a fan of evening entertainment in hotels so we avoided this really, but heard some mixed reviews on this - but you dont have to watch it if you dont want to. the pools were busy, so i guess in the height of sumer they would be even worse, but the beach is only 10/15 minutes walk - or jump on the land train, or get the free bus to it. the package we had inclused entrance to the Hidropark which is located just next door, we went for one day and it was a little quieter so that was nice and the sunbeds are more comfortable, but you need to pay for them, but they are only €2! and you cant get your drinks here, so i guess that may deter some people, but you can buy drinks, or take boottles of water in with you. great hotel for people of all ages, especailly those with children as there are lots of things going on, and also kiddies clubs and pool. thanks to all the staff they were ways helpful and working hard.More

Stayed in CLUBMAC in August 2014. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly recommend it and definitely hope to return. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great variety of food all day long. Rooms and complex in general are very clean. Entertainment is great, especially at night with fun bingo and tribute acts etc. Could not fault this hotel or its staff. They were very kind to forward me a suitcase that we had left behind!! If your thinking about it -go!! Could not More

This hotel is a fantastic visit if you have a family. Me and my other half is only back from holiday at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and the hotel itself is so clean. I can't fault the hotel or staff in any way. Unfortunately for me it's the guests.. everyone seemed really down nobody seemed to speck to each other. It shouldn't be called club Mac. It should be called club sour face. Food is OK not great. Apart from them few things a nice week was had. Would I go back?... No not to this hotel only due to the fact that it's for family. One last thing I just wanna say a very well done to all the staff at club Mac. You all made are stay enjoyable and you all work hard with prob very little Thanks. One thing about the Spanish.. very...very nice people. More
Hotel was super clean and very hygienic had a great time and we made up our own activities due to the entertainment team not being interested in the older children and where to busy looking good and laughing amongst them selves it took 7 days for them to follow the plan of activities didn't reckon much to the night entertainment as we didn't have any for 3 nights apart from all that negativity we enjoyed and made our own holiday was disappointed with entertainmentMore
