Great Holiday, Great PLace
We have just returned from a two week break. We went with our 2 kids aged 13 and 7. We stayed in the Jupiter hotel, it was clean well kept and the staff were lovely. The food choice was good for all, my 7 year old daughter can be fussy but she always found something to eat. Bar staff were fantastic always great banter with them. A lot of the bad reviews refer to the other guests, i have to agree to a point butthey are not the hotels fault. Don't let them pull a great holiday down, we are already looking at going back next year. This place is a mustMore
Excellent holiday for families
Just returned 20/10 from an amazing week, facilities, staff, entertainment and rooms are excellent value for money. Plenty in complex to do as well as venturing out to experience the city, culture and scenery. Lots on offer and of course weather really helps.More

Just back from 7 nights staying at club mac, before we went we looked at some of the reviews and I can honestly say that we had a fantastic holiday. We went with our 2 kids who are 14 months & 5 years old, they had a ball, we where staying in the Jupiter which was lovely and clean, we had a family room with a travel cot in it but still plenty of room to move about. The food in the Jupiter was great for breakfast, lunch & dinner we never struggled to feed our youngest child at any meal time as there was always plenty of choice, they had theme nights each night restaurants I.e Mexican, Chinese & Italian. The weather was great & the hidropark was fantastic for both adults & kids, you can spend all day there and not get bored. Will be booking again for next year.More
Avoid like the plague
The longest two weeks holiday we've ever had. It gets one star for the food which is quite good, especially for vegetarians and the well kept grounds (apart from the mini golf which really needs recovering). Minus one star for the Jeremy Kyle "guests" who love to let their kids run wild. These people smoke and drop their ash where children walk barefoot and don't have any regard about their smoke around children and other guests. They shout and scream at their kids, which is great at 1.30am when you're trying to sleep. Minus a star for the rubbish drinks. There's no bottled water, all drinks are in plastic cups apart from in the restaurants, the cocktails are disgusting and the fruit juice in a morning is like syrup. Minus a star for the maids putting your used towels back in the bathroom nicely folded again. It gave it away when we were going to use one and it was soaking wet. Minus a star for not having a covered area for the kids to do football etc in the blazing heat and asking them to take tops off to make two teams (sunburn risk). Why can't you cover the pitch like it is covered near the burger area? They need to buy some bibs too to have two teams, not ask kids to expose skin that hasn't had sun cream on like they tried to do to my 13 year old who burns easily. Don't go to Natherlie in customer services who likes to be rude to guests and aggressive in her manner when asked if the hotel can provide bottled water like all the other all inclusive's we've been to, especially as you see loads of people carrying bottled water they had to buy from the local shop. She could have said the hotel would look into our suggestion instead of using her belligerent manner saying nobody had ever asked before. The other staff in there were friendly though. If you've opted for the premium rooms then you shouldn't be accommodated above the bins. When you're paying extra for a room you shouldn't have to listen to lorries reversing at 6am in the morning. Also, what is the point in having a kettle and cups in the premium rooms without any tea, coffee or milk. Yes, you can get tea bags downstairs but no little pots of milk like you get in most hotels with kettles. If you want a nice all inclusive hotel for roughly the same cost go to the Atlantic Palace in Sorrento. They have nice guests, great food, waiter service, named spirits, bottled water, they give you bottles of wine to drink out of proper glasses and have fantastic staff. More

Excellent for kids
We stayed at the Jupiter hotel for 9 days and had a good time. We have two children aged 12 and 5 who were entertained all the time and the free water park was great. We got a free upgrade to a premium room without asking, I think this was because we had stayed here before. The food was very good for an all inclusive hotel and we will defiantly go backMore
