One of three hotels in a palm-clad complex, the Hotel Jupiter has a real buzz about it. And it’s easy to see why. Boasting no less than nine pools, five are children's pools plus a themed pool, a lazy river and tons of kids’ activities, it’s a big player in the family fun stakes. But that doesn’t mean adults miss out. You’ll find loads of sports to get stuck into, plus a bar and an evening entertainment programme. And if you want to get out and about for a bit, Alcudia's beach and a bundle of bars, shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away.

For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. one of the best holidays yet
If you have children or going with a family this is the place to go! Ive been here about three times now and enjoy it even more each time. Since I have last been it had been done up and improved on and made even better and more enjoyable for children with a new pool for children. free unlimited entry to the waterpark which is just across the road and you don't even have to queue up! The food here is the best food ive ever had on holiday because my daughter is fussy like most children are, at this hotel they have a children's corner where they do things like chicken nuggets, burgers ect. It gets even better than that right next to the main pool they have a snack bar, just like a McDonalds did chips, nuggets, chicken burgers, burgers, and a salad was quick service and made it in front of you with drinks. The pools are very clean with lots of sunbeds never struggled to find sunbeds. It isn't just for families they have a quiet and relaxing area as well which I went and loved it. The staff here are so polite and helpful and always try there best to please you and make you very welcomed when you arrive and speak good English as well. it is very clean and can tell they keep on top of it. There is 3 different hotels and all the same stopped in all of them Jupiter is my favourite though with the main restaurant but we did go to the other restaurants as well. I would 100% recommend this hotel cant think of one thing wrong with it accept the time the lift broke for one day luckily I was only on the third floor but cant blame the hotel for that. The food is just like English food and a wide choice for everyoneMore
Family if all ages and disabilities catered for.
Very busy hotel with lots oc people. Cleaned rooms daily. Everything u need in the rooms inc fridge. Good entertainment. Park not brilliant as right next to pool but fine. Food is constantly available in various restaurants and snack bars. Freshly cooked foods. Entertainment is very good albeit busy. This will be our 4th time to Alcudia and 3rd time in Jupiter. Alcudia is a lovely family place.More
Going back in 8 weeks and can´t wait.
Lovely complex with the best kids or adults could ask for in the beautiful setting of Alcudia. The hotel is a few minutes away from the beach but they have a free bus and the driver is a lovely man that helps with the pushchairs. Looking forward to returning.More

Knocked our socks off!
Brilliant hotels. We stayed in Jupiter for a week and loved it. All 3 hotels looked as good as each other. Great food day and night and the drinks were quality. The staff are always running around making sure everyone is happy and the atmosphere is great. Compared to spending money on food and drinks in restaurants as we usually would do this worked out really cheap for us going all-inclusive. The beach in Alcudia is the best we ever saw. Massive and clean and great for families. 5 stars from us!More
