One of three hotels in a palm-clad complex, the Hotel Jupiter has a real buzz about it. And it’s easy to see why. Boasting no less than nine pools, five are children's pools plus a themed pool, a lazy river and tons of kids’ activities, it’s a big player in the family fun stakes. But that doesn’t mean adults miss out. You’ll find loads of sports to get stuck into, plus a bar and an evening entertainment programme. And if you want to get out and about for a bit, Alcudia's beach and a bundle of bars, shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away.

We went 30th August last year for 7 nights and have just booked to go again- my 2 children- age 3 and 11 months had a brilliant first holiday- my eldest son was afraid of water before leaving but he soon conquered that fear going down the slides in the childrens dragon pool and in the water park. The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. They were always cleaning inside and out and we found everywhere clean. Yes- you do have to pay for the funfair and the pedalos at certain times but we didn't care as the boys enjoyed them so much. The food was lovely and always something for everyone- im a fussy eater and so was my 3 year old and there was always something. we didn't go to the beach but we went to the water park in the morning and back to the hotel for lunch- yes its expensive in the water park but the entry is free and its open to the public- it was lovely and again- the staff were friendly. The staff always made a fuss over the children and were always smiling- even though they were always rushed off their feet. The children loved the childrens mini disco in the nights and the market stalls were always worth a look- with a very good caricaturist every night. The entertainment was average but the children enjoyed- my little boy feel asleep outside every night after the mini disco- he really enjoyed with all the other children. The rooms were average but for the amount of time we spent in them we didnt care. my 11 month old had a cot and the second night it had broken- we asked reception for a replacement on the way down to the pool and when we went up there was a replacement with all the beds made. My youngest was sick one night and they were more than happy to help change the bedding. We had a telly in the room which we had to pay for but we didnt watch it at all- was definitely nice to have the break and not be able to watch it We didnt really go out of the complex as my children were having so much fun- we did try to go for a walk but my little boy wanted to go back and play in the many pools. Definitely a must if you have children.More

If you have kids go for it!
This will be our 3rd time running to return to Club Mac!!! And it all depends on what you want, if you are looking for a quiet romantic holiday don't go, but if you have children and you want to go for an all inclusive, go for it because you will be entertained all day and night and if there is something you don't like don't worry because the hotel is so big that you can avoid that activity or that pool and just go somewhere else within the hotel.More

Everything we expected from a great family hol.
This was our very first stay at an all inclusive hotel and we had several worries specifically because the hotel is so large but truthfully it was very good and the price we paid was totally justified. The Dining room does get busy and it is best to go there when they open. There is food for every taste and the different themes nights make it more appealing if you are staying for two weeks as we did. The rooms are not luxurious but they are functional and there is a lot to do at the hotel so we mainly used the room for showering and sleeping only. The entertainment is the highlight of this hotel and there are so many entertainers that at first you can not keep up with who is who but once you get to know them they are there to make the holiday so much fun especially for the children.More

Liked the family vibe here.
Some hotels promise family fun for all but just don´t get it, whereas this hotel aims at families, especially kids and gets it right on the money. We went with our 2 sons and they loved it from the second they got here. The swimming pools are the big attraction and then for us the kids nightly show and then the food! No complaints the whole week. Great entertainers and brilliant family friendly facilities. The rooms are not massive but cater well for what we needed and the maids came in and changed the towels and sheets and cleaned around. The rooms all have balconies, again small, but useful for wet swimming trunks etc. We thought the buffet was much better than we´ve had in many all-inclusive hotels and they kept it all topped up and put out some good choices and varieties. Nice resort close by and very safe and well laid out for tourists.More

Not for us !!
This hotel and rooms was ok and also had free wifi which was very helpful for us to get in touch with family. The entertainment was not that good and you had to be ready early to get a seat. The food had something diffrent everyday. The snack bar was not nice. In the hotel there are pedlos, bungees and a a little fair which my daughter like but I spend a fortune because u had to pay for them. There is a free bus going to the beach and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The aqua park was just opposite the hotel. It was a few pubs by our hotel. We would not go back to hotel.More
