This new hotel teams chic interiors with a great pool scene, 5 restaurants, and panoramic sea views.
This beachfront hotel has a top location – it backs on to a shingle beach, and is a short hop on the bus from the centre of Altinkum and the ancient village of Didim.
Things here centre on the pool scene. There’s a huge pool plus a set of waterslides, all in a great spot overlooking the sea.

This was my second visit to Venosa Beach ( and my partners 3rd ) so this is my second review in just over a year. Great quality hotel - rooms are excellent, staff attentive, food even better than last year, readily available drinks for 24 hours, great facilities. Animation team - Mario, Lilly, Mamadou etc. - all work hard but do not press you to take part if you don't want to. evening shows enhanced by the professional dancers they have taken on to help. Great spa - take the Turkish Bath/massage package - talk to ' Fat Boy ' he will do you a good deal. Italian a la carte was excellent - even had Ross from Friends serving us Worth going in to Altinkum - some good bargains to be had on handbags, watches, polo shirts ( all genuine fakes! ). Have a meal in Topkapi restaurant - good value Only problem is - hotel was 60% full - great in terms of space but the owners and staff deserve more. Come on you Brits - this part of Turkey is really safe and it's great value for money. Weather is guaranteed - give it a chance.More
Just returned from a second holiday at the Venosa in two years Great friendly helpful staff, fantastic food , great weather, only very slight downside is the volume of outdoor banging music. The rooms are great with a fantastic view from all rooms. Treat yourself to a massage and Turkish bath in the spa.....we used it three times in 10days.....worth every penny! Would love to return but must go to work !More
Fabulous place, food excellent, gorgeous weather (44!) entertainment day and night superb thanks to mario, just, mamadu, Rio, lily and elif, my 5yo also loved the kids club as well as the mini disco. Also, the hairdresser and beautician were really, really good!! Fabulous out of term time, would Defo go back More
Just back from our second amazing vacation in Venosa. My first visit was in 2013 and to be honest I was a bit worried with my choice for this summer because I supposed that the hotel wonât be so good as in the past, but all my worries were for nothing. Great hotel, great atmosphere, perfect food and beverages, great entertainment (some of the night shows were brilliant), all the staff are polite, friendly and ready to help you. The beach area is improved and offers a lot of sunbeds, moreover it was kept very clean by the hotel staff. The sea water was also very clean. One of my favorite moments was in the Italian a-la-carte restaurant. What to say? Everything were 5*. I have been in many hotels in Turkey and have visited a lot of a-la-carte restaurants, but in this one I had excellent food quality, presentation and service. Thanks a lot Venosa. We had amazing vacation and for sure we will return again.More

Hey! Weâve just returned from 7 days at Venosa Beach Resort & Spa. Before we flew out I had read literally hundreds of reviews, so much so that my partner mocked me for seeming to know everything about the hotel, even what time activities took place! We booked with First Choice/ Thompson and cannot fault them. One thing I will say straight away is, if you're booking this hotel seeing 5* and expecting full on 'The Ritz' experience, you're sadly in the wrong place. The facilities and people make this the hotel it is. Where else would you find a 50m swimming pool. Quit wanting fine dining and moaning about paper cups, just have a great holiday! Upon arrival at the hotel we were created with alcohol free cocktails before being shown to our rooms and having the bags delivered shortly after. We headed down to the pool for about 4:30pm, grabbed a few sunbeds and chilled out in the 36âc heat. The room by the way, great size, nice bathroom, plenty of storage space, and as expected⦠a wonderful view! Yes it was a twin, but the moment our maid noticed the beds were pushed together she started to make them as if it were a king size bed. Perfect. The food (although sometimes a little similar) cannot be faulted. Plenty of choice, all fresh and super tasty. I suffer from various intolerances but this didnât faze the hotel staff, they went out of their way to highlight what food was gluten free or dairy free etc. Perfect for removing any stresses. Although, if you donât want to make any fuss, itâs quite clear to see from the food what to eat and what to avoid. We met fat boy and Mario (and his whole animation team) on the first day, all of whom politely introduced themselves around the pool and would happily leave you alone should you wish. Having read about the spa and fat boy we were quick to book in for a Turkish bath and massages etc for the following morning. Go and do it, they are fantastic! The evening entertainment starts around 9:30pm and they always put on a good show. The only thing Iâd say is that itâs a shame there isnât anything where the crowd can get involved (karaoke, or a Venosaâs Got Talent type event). The animation team have their own unique style, but itâs entertaining none the less. They daytime activities they run were great⦠I found myself along with a few other 20 something year old guys doing water aerobics with lots of older women on more than occasion. During our stay we also played tennis (well as best we could in 44âC heat) and took advantage of the watersports on offer. Iâve never heard a woman laugh, scream and cry with excitement so much as I did when we went out! They put a photographer in the speed boat to capture all of your excitement too. A great treat. We took it upon ourselves to head to the Saturday market in search of some âbargainsâ. Iâll be honest, the quality of handbags etc in the onsite shop are of better quality. Would I go again? Yes! If they upgrade the pool and room towels with something a little softer, and tweak the evening entertainment slightly, Iâd be back in a heartbeat. To counter what other people have said previously, yes the hotel is âout of the wayâ, but it has everything you need for a cracking holiday onsite. Anyone saying the beach is a long walk away is crazy, you could climb out of the pool and be knee deep in the sea within 50m. The paper cups thing is only from certain bars and itâs a safety issue more than anything. Would you be happy if your child hurt themselves on broken glass? Iâve seen several reviews saying the drinks were watered down, Iâd say quite the opposite on a few occasions. We were drinking lemonade and vodka most of the time in the evenings (topped with one of the many fruit juices available) and the vodka was often a double measure. This is my excuse as to why I would always join in with the animation team dance at the end of the entertainmentâ¦More
