Venosa Beach Resort & Spa

This new hotel teams chic interiors with a great pool scene, 5 restaurants, and panoramic sea views.

This beachfront hotel has a top location – it backs on to a shingle beach, and is a short hop on the bus from the centre of Altinkum and the ancient village of Didim.

Things here centre on the pool scene. There’s a huge pool plus a set of waterslides, all in a great spot overlooking the sea.

Something for everyone

Returned last night from a 14 day trip here as a couple. What can I say? right from arrival the staff were amazing and constantly available to help out whenever its needed. Over the two weeks we felt so comfortable and we loved it so much. Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views and amazingly spacious rooms all very very clean. Sunbeds around the pool were available to the lastest 8.30am but this wasn't a problem for us as we easily found beds due to there only being two of us. Every member of staff were amazing and I would defiantly recommend to anyone to get the free photoshoot the photos are all you pay for but they are worth every penny! Melissa and the photo team were excellent and the photos were without a doubt the best I've ever seen. The food was amazing and some of it repeated but they need to cater for all and so I found no problem with it especially with me being a fussy eater. The two a la cartes were great, we did both the Italian and Turkish, our favourites was the Turkish as there was lots of starters which were good and there was a lot of mains to choose from. Wifi could be improved but I dont go on holiday to spend it on the internet so wasn't a problem to me. The cocktails were great especially the Venosa dream. The town and The Linekars inn bar a short bus ride away was full of friendly people and can get some cheap deals at the markets by haggling! Our rep Rebekah was also so lovely and always on hand to help when needed. Overall this holiday was one we will remember forever and we are looking to return sometime in the future. I cannot fault a single thing because it was so great! would recommend this holiday to everyone and anyone as there is something for everyone at the Venosa resort!More

Fabulous Venosa !!!!

Just returned from a fantastic 10 night holiday at Venosa. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Huge pool and waterslides which were great. Animation team are good as are the watersports guys but they do not hassle you. Lovely bedroom which stunning views, although the beds are hard be warned..... Fridge and kettle and tea tray provided which is unheard of. Good variety of food. Fantastic Sushi evening one night. Great a la carte Italian and Turkish restaurants although service was not as good in the Turkish, however our table was right next to the sea overlooking the Aegean so musn't grumble. Cocktails could be better but drinkable. Short Dolmus ride into Altinkum which costs 2TL worth a visit, much better in the evening. Go to Ikbals bar nice atmosphere and very friendly. We are very fussy with holidays but are kicking ourselves as there is not much at all wrong with the place LOL. Looking to go back next year !!!More

Mario and his team make Venosa!

This is our third year here and we are still in Venosa, enjoying our last few days. If it wasn't for Mario, Rio, Nasti and the rest of the team, we wouldn't have had such a good holiday. The animation team this year are great and they always liven up my day as well as my family's! The food, as before, is second to none if not better than previous years. One thing I would like to suggest is the cleaning staff. They weren't up to standard as the last two years. Our overall Venosa experience would seriously make us consider rebooking next year as we know we won't be disappointed. Ps thanks very much to SUPER Mario and all the animatorsMore

You will enjoy!

Difficult to add much to the amazing comments - just to say that this is pretty much an ideal holiday destination, very much on its own a short drive from Altinkum. Everything has been so carefully thought out - nice touches, like the shade over part of the large children's pool. Everything close at hand, wheelchair-friendly; well, almost perfect. There's wifi at various points around the hotel and grounds, limited to 1Mb and I doubt good enough for Skype, though I could generally browse the internet to my heart's content, even on the lovely beach. We had a good signal on the balcony as there were wifi aerials on the pool bar opposite pointing at the hotel rooms. We didn't try the seafood à la carte, situated beyond the pier and with tables alongside the sea, but it was quite romantic looking. The Indian à la carte was surprisingly good. A couple of things that could be improved, but by all means these are NOT reasons to look elsewhere: we found the animation during the day a little noisy sometimes - turn the speakers down a bit (and switch off the unnecessary one opposite the Animation hut by the kid's pool!) and a few more varieties of AI cocktails would have been nice, too. But on the whole really great and we will definitely be keeping The Venossa on the radar for future holidays. A really Big Thank You to everyone for looking after us so perfectly. You will enjoy too, I promise.More

The best holiday ever

My friend and I went to the hotel Venosa. We both are 19 so we expected to have lots of fun and it happend. Fistable, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, and the view from the rooms is breath taking. The food in the hotel was also realy good we had so many choices of meals. The are around swiming pool is really good because nothing is too far couple minutes to the beach and to every bar and to restaurand as well. But the most important point for us was the animation team..They were just Incredible. We could always do with them alll sports(volleybal, aqua gym, zumba and many else). They always had so much of positive energy and it made our trip much better. We got along with them and became a friends. And of course I cannot forget the music because the Mr. DJ was really a Mr. :) also the night programs were funny and good expecially beach party. I would recommend this hotel for young people as well as for adults or families i bet that you will have so much fun and will never forget the holidays. Also I´d like to say bye to all of them because we did not have a chance but guys if you are reading this we are gonna miss you and thank you for the best holidays we have ever had :) Slovakian girls, Petra and SarahMore
