Venosa Beach Resort & Spa

This new hotel teams chic interiors with a great pool scene, 5 restaurants, and panoramic sea views.

This beachfront hotel has a top location – it backs on to a shingle beach, and is a short hop on the bus from the centre of Altinkum and the ancient village of Didim.

Things here centre on the pool scene. There’s a huge pool plus a set of waterslides, all in a great spot overlooking the sea.

This hotel is superb. Located on its own private beach. The pool is excellent. Food excellent. Animation is typical but varying. Dolmus bus stops outside hotel for altinkum which is about 15 mins away. Hotel security is superb I felt very safe. More

Trutaff T,

Peng ting

I went to Venosa for a week and didn't really have any issues. The hotel is massive. It's probably even bigger than the sociopolitical problems that Turkey currently faces. This grand size allows for a comfortable selection of sunbeds, with the option of sun or shade, which was handy for my pale mother. The food was pretty good. I'm not very cultured so I spent most of my time eating nuggets, but my mum said she liked it, despite maybe lacking variety at times. The animation team were also pretty good, providing constant pool/pool side activities. The shows they put on in the evening were a bit dodgy at times, bordering on sexism and reliant on banal slapstick; but I get that it's hard to appeal to a universal audience through dialogue. Shout out to Abbie who started this week, and was very personable and warm. Her awkward stage presence and slightly out of time dancing was also adorable. There are two guys who look like they're trying to sell you dodgy massages. However they are not dodgy massages, they are infact massages I would recommend and they are actually really nice men, with one of them donning a Fatboy Slim-esque hat. The bar and restaurant staff were fab, especially the staff at the pool bar, who remain calm under the constant demand of borderline alcoholic British men. Overall I really had a great time, and wouldn't mind going back again. Cheers Venosa, see ya later. xMore

quality time with my daughter in fabulous surroundings.

My daughter and myself visited here in June and cant fault the place. We met a great animation team which work so hard well done to Mario who manages them so well, to be honest the hotel would be lost without them they give a great vibe, would definitely recommend. ... go go go what you waiting for it's safe nithing to worry about,More

Holiday at Venossa Beach

Just returned from the Venossa Beach after a weeks holiday. Its a lovely hotel but the beds are really really hard, the drinks are awful, sugary sweet syrup cocktails and the local spirits had a really strange taste like TCP so this was a disappointment as i do enjoy the odd drink whilst on holiday ! There is also no cashpoint at the hotel which is unusual for a hotel of this size. However the hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly and very eager to please and the buffet and al la carte was really nice. The animation team were amazing and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a great holiday. Our lovely British girl Abbie came round to greet us every day and is a real asset to the team , well done Abbie and thank you for your happy friendly banter each day . The Spa was fabulous and thanks to Utim (fatboy) who sorted us out a wonderful massage and hamman after we had an awful experience on the trip the rep sent us on ! Please do not go on the Hamman trip the thompson/first choice sell as its was in a horrible grubby basement and was not nice at all. The hotel has a beautiful spa and its the same price so we have no idea why the rep sends you into town when there is a beautiful spa on site, so go and see Utim and he will sort it out. I would recommend this hotel as it was good value and the feedback i have given on here is the same as the feedback i gave directly to the hotel. Lovely people. More
