Venosa Beach Resort & Spa

This new hotel teams chic interiors with a great pool scene, 5 restaurants, and panoramic sea views.

This beachfront hotel has a top location – it backs on to a shingle beach, and is a short hop on the bus from the centre of Altinkum and the ancient village of Didim.

Things here centre on the pool scene. There’s a huge pool plus a set of waterslides, all in a great spot overlooking the sea.

Excellent hotel

In June 2013 we spent 10 days in Venosa. What to say? This is an excellent hotel in all aspects. We had a modern and very clean room, congratulations to the housekeeping!!! The restaurant and food were also excellent. The swimming pool is very very long and fortunately not too deep. The hotel has a private beach which covers the guests needs. It is true that the location is a bit poor, in term of distance to resorts or touristic attraction but Venosa itself is the paradise. Go to Venosa and have your amazing vacation!More

Swanky hotel on private beach.

Cannot fault hotel or staff it's a beautifuly modern hotel. It's worth the 5 stars. Own private beach very equipped for waterspeorts. Food is good but not too everyone's Tate but it wasn't a problem they had huge selection. The hotel spa was great lots of different treatments. Even a nightclub although music wasn't your topically chat run down. Romantic and relaxed. Major size pool. Nothing too watch out for here felt very welcomed only area was bit out of way of centre of things which is what we wanted. So if it's rest and relaxation with stunning views you won't be disappointed. One note for some might be issue not for me. But I was only Irish at hotel it's mostly Romanian some polish English and Turkish which I took as good sign. Some sites too see around and there are buses and trips organised from hotel.More

Lovely hotel

My husband, Son and I stayed at the Venosa for 2 weeks in August 2014. Having never gone all inclusive before, we were quite apprehensive, but were very pleasantly surprised. The food was good and plentiful, there was a snack bar for lunchtimes if you did not want to visit the restaurant and also a waffle tent supplying pancakes and waffles. The local beer was very good and the spirits and wine were fine, the staff were mostly very friendly and hard working. The rooms were very clean and nice, we had a garden room near the beach which was lovely and the garden very relaxing and quiet. The beach, pool and gardens were all immaculate. I went to the spa on the first day and had a Turkish bath and massage which was amazing and good value for money. There is a dolmus which takes you into the nearby Altinkum, which offers a frequent and cheap service, however, I wasn't very impressed with Altinkum, apart from the shopping, although we had such a lovely and relaxing time at the Venosa, we didn't feel the need to vist Altinkum very often, which from a family who like to get out and about on holiday, says lots about the hotel. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.More

Excellent hotel, lovely view, poor location but be carful!

To keep this short and sweet, Excellent hotel by all means, rooms were very modern, clean. Excellent housekeeping. Restaurants, lovely service, guys there work very hard and manage to smile and always happy to help. Cold buffet was nice, huge selection, enjoyed it even though it's repeated daily. Hot food, was ok... They should do better, wasn't too sure sometimes when the food was cooked from the way it's looked and presented, maybe others enjoyed more then myself. Swimming pool is excellent but not deep, all same depth, but any I wasn't there for diving ;) parasols were excellent, if you have no enough place on the pool you can always find a place on the beach. (Book your place before you have breakfast... 8-8.30) Location is poor, in term of distance to resorts or touristic attraction. BE CAREFUL of the 2 guys who are marketing for spa treatments around the swimming pool and beach, they first sounded nice and friendly, then start offering myself trips and other services without the authorisation of the hotel or Thomson (my holiday organiser) I bought a trip to Ephesus through these 2 guys and it was a mess and not as described ... Tour guide didn't even speak good English although he was a lovely man and they transported us in an old 9 seater not air conditioned vehicle... No one on the trip was happy with the service, but I was shocked when I found out that I paid double what they have paid, and waited around for long till they collected the other passengers. Animation team are lovely and made everyone feel welcome. Do I recommend the hotel 100 present yes so long you keep in mind the location is poor. Value for money 150 % yes. More

Terrible managment but a super staff

The Hotel was in october 2014 only 3 stars worth. Its very sad to say thos for such a nice accomodation. When u have feedback, the management only listens and do nothing. When u want to speak the general manager, they say that he isn't there but 5 minutes later u see him drinking his gin-tonic by the pool. The food was neraly for 10 days the same, like the places. Some foods where too cold. I wil never advice this hotel with this management. But sthe staff: Yakup yavuazatmaca, Hakan Celik, Ahmet Akcakoca, Bayram, Fatih from the bar, Secil and a lot of others are really awsome people!!!! The celaning service was also far of 5 stars!!!! I dont advise this hotel. I give it only 3 stars and thats just because the staff! Otherwise i will give 2 stars!!More
