This central hotel is a real favourite with guests, thanks to its great pool scene and nearby beach.
This compact hotel has just 130 rooms, giving it a warm, intimate feel. Outside there’s a big pool in among the gardens. And on the dining front, there’s a big buffet restaurant and barbecue nights.
The hotel’s on one of Argassi’s main streets, so there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a 5-minute stroll from the beach, while 5 minutes in the car will get you to the capital, Zante Town.

'The wish to return is so great'
This was our fifth visit to this hotel and it seems that every year we have noticed that there have improvements to the hotel expeience upon every visit, This year, in particular, was no exception as the hotel during the winter and its closed months, been been refurbished. To our eyes the most noticable was the new and extended restaurant, which also boasted much easier access for guests. The whole decore was both tasteful and very pleasing to the eye. One thing that had not changed, I am pleased to say, was the quality of service, food and friendlyness of the staff. It may be assumed that because my wife and I had been there before we naturally felt it waslike being reunited with old friends and relatives. Yet one thing that I must emphasize is that all guests either first time or returning are treated equally with the same exceptional hospitality that only the Greek people can provide. For the benefit of those who have not yet been to Diana Palace Hotel my recommendation is to give it a try...You will not be disapointed because a large proportion of the guests staying there are often those who return year after year, and sometimes several times a year. The only real problem I personally have encountered so far is booking the actual dates, matched to flight times, which are convenient to me. By some comparisons, it is not a large hotel, but its location is ideal for most guests, and it is truly the welcome there that draws people back time and time again.More
A birthday Treat
Returned for the forth time in three years. We love this special place so much i decided to treat us for my Birthday. A warm welcome as always from each and every member of staff. Food amazing as always. Can't fault anything and will be knocking on the door on 01.05.17 for the start of the season. Happy days.More
Great staff made the difference
Spent a week at hotel from the 19th October. Despite the last week of the hotel season, staff were still keen and helpful. Food varied and good quality and good value. Only slight negatives was room a little dark and gloomy but clean. Other downside was that the family rooms, ,of which we stayed in one, with two children were over the main bar and entertainment area at night. Meant that we weren't sleeping till the entertainment finished at 11.30 - 12.00.More
not great, not awful
First time at this hotel. 4th greek island I have visited and first time I have been asked to pay extra for air conditioning, didn't pay and didn't need it anyway. As someone else mentioned there are no all inclusive cocktails except the one of the day and I only saw 3 as well. Food was average, hotel was average, room was disappointing as very small and the bathroom was designed as a wet room and shower curtain was about 12 inches too short, however the drain was in the wrong place so the floor stayed sopping wet and the toilet was wet too. The bed was very hard but I slept ok. Nearby beach is small and has lots of litter on it. Most other businesses in the area were closed up for the season. Not much entertainment in the hotel. With all that said we had a relaxing break and overall quite enjoyed it. Would I go back? Yes, to a different room and earlier in the season.Avoid 227.More
