The Arinara Bang Tao Beach Resort has a king-sized beach on its doorstep. And it’s only a 10-minute drive from the Laguna Canal Village shopping centre.
This place sits on a big, wide band of beach – one of the longest in Phuket. It’s dotted with a small amount of seafood joints and a watersports hut offering surfing lessons and paddleboards.
Traditional Thai décor lends the hotel its good looks, with dark-wood furniture decking out everything from the deluxe swim-up rooms to the restaurants.

Relaxing and casual
Just about to check out after spending 6 nights here. My traveling companion invited to a wedding in this area, hence why this area chosen. This is probably one of the best relaxing holidays I've ever had. The resort has a massive pool with three sections. One of the sections currently being rebuilt as it is low season. I chose a swim up room (photo attached from my balcony), but still enough pool area for those that don't. There are 2 onsite restaurants one is basically western with some Thai and the other just Thai but you can sit where you want and have either menu. The staff are phenomenal. Really!!! Aswan, Nam and Alex are the pick of the bunch, but the rest are also great. These three really stood out. Nothing is too much trouble. Prices are the cheapest I've seen at any resort. Compatible to local prices. Breakfast standard buffet but good. The hotel is a bit old and wifi hit and miss. Pool bar best spot as well as my balcony but I managed ok. Again, this is a relaxing holiday. Beach is great. Pics attached. Plenty to see , do either on the beach or in the streets. I ate on the streets twice and other than a couple of day trips, ate in the resort. I consider very cheap and can't say anything bad. If you want 5 star perfection, not for you but I'll be back. More

Perfect hotel in a very good location
Hotel very good with good swimming pool and big rooms. Employees very friendly. Only negative comment: no sunbeds on the beach free for guests, the beach was not clean Lots of rrdtaurants near the hotel More
Good value for the money
We spent my 50 years party in february. We had 3 rooms with pool access next to each other. The room with pool access was very nice. Pool bar (Dip) had good snacks and service. Restaurant is okey too. Beach is nice and very close. Rooms were spacious. The hotel is not luxury but we liked Arinara Bangtao beach very much.More
