The Arinara Bang Tao Beach Resort has a king-sized beach on its doorstep. And it’s only a 10-minute drive from the Laguna Canal Village shopping centre.
This place sits on a big, wide band of beach – one of the longest in Phuket. It’s dotted with a small amount of seafood joints and a watersports hut offering surfing lessons and paddleboards.
Traditional Thai décor lends the hotel its good looks, with dark-wood furniture decking out everything from the deluxe swim-up rooms to the restaurants.

3 outdoor pools
This long and winding pool is split into sections. One has a slide, while another is home to a swim-up bar with an arrangement of in-pool bar stools. The surrounding terrace has a selection of sunbeds and parasols, too.
This place is perched on a patio just a few steps from the sand. It serves up drinks and snacks all day and into the evening, so it's the ideal spot for a break from the sun, or sipping a cocktail under the stars.

Quiet place to stay
Booked our stay for the Laguna Phuket Marathon its around 5km from the race venue. The hotel maybe quite old but clean, rooms are spacious we got an upgrade upon arrival. Staffs are accomodating and friendly, food is ok. They kept are room tidy and refill the necessities. Wifi can be difficult inside the room but in the beach area it is fast and in the lobby. The view is nice too and the swimming pool is warm and nice. Room per night is not that expensive will recommend to friends except not so much to do around the area in the evening. Its nice for a family stay too.More
Great time, good food
We have been there for a 2 weeks holiday and were quite happy with services they offer. Definetly some better hotels around and just by the beach but here food was good, drinks till late and staff was very happy to help us so we can't complaint. A good place for a quite/relaxing break.More
Celebrating our Golden wedding all inclusive holiday
11-May -17 to 25-May-17 We just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in Bang Tao Phuket Thailand, we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the pool is fantastic, our room was on the 2nd floor No,1211 it had 2 double beds separated by a room divider very clean and spacious , overlooking the pool also near the restaurant and most importantly the Bar, we were all inclusive, we were greeted when we arrived at 2100 hrs by 2 beautiful female reception staff who gave us cold drinks (mango and orange) and cold wet towels, check-in was fast and we were shown to our room, this was about 2130, we were told that the restaurant was still open until 2200hrs, so we had a three course meal with loads of red wine, The staff and management were so helpful and caring and treated us special so thanks to all especially Mana Satachat Executive Chef, Alex Rut manager, Wut Manager, Kana , Ron waiter. We only had one grump the next night four Russians arrived quiet late two females and two males in the next apartment to ours; they were drunk and kept shouting falling out with each other banging doors. The next morning we informed management who moved them to another part of the very large complex, with a warning that if they cause any more problems their holiday will come to an end, this was done diplomatically through their agent, we had no further problems. We had poached eggs most mornings with brown bread toasted, there was a great variety of food at the breakfast buffet, lunch was fabulous but the evening meals were fantastic, head chef did some fantastic 3 course meals, on and off the menu, I got on well with the chef my hobbies’ are cooking and art lovely beach, we worked out in the gym, and went for long walks on the beach and the woodlands near the Baan Yin Tree Hotel, such a long beach,More
Great surrounds...... end of the positives!
Would never stay here again. Booked 2 adjoining pool access rooms 5 months in advance. Given 2 rooms not adjoining. Requested adjoining rooms as per booking and told cannot as hotel full. Walked around hotel and hotel almost completely empty. Again requested to be moved to adjoining rooms, again denied as hotel "full". 4 whole wings of empty rooms!!!! Told by restaurant staff that hotel very quiet and no guests. Again back to reception to request room change, again denied. 2nd room not available on check in as had not been cleaned. Advised that room would not be cleaned for another 3 hours despite cleaner in room next door and no other guests checking in st this time. Had lunch in Restaurant, asked for lights to be turned on as very dark, request denied. Wrong meal delivered as waitress English not adequate to take order. Breakfast is very spread out, large areas in between food stations. Porridge advertised in cereal section on request. When requested waiter did not know what porridge was. Eventually brought me a packet of baby food!! Pool access rooms very nice, worth spending abut extra on these. Mosque near by so be ready for a 4am wake up with the prayers starting early. Would never recommend staying here and would never return. Much better run places nearby. More
Expect nothing then greatness come
Stayed for 4 night, wasn't expecting much, but turn out we had a great family holiday. Halal food which was my main concern is found nearby in Dirham halal restaurant, 3 mins walking from hotel (local food and Western available). Mosque is also close by, in a need of Friday praying. Beach is not as 'public' as other beaches, so it was great as not many wanderer Water wasn't blue when we there, but playing in sands and wave was a lot of fun. Hotel pool is good, have slides, area for baby(shaded) and toddler. Also for adult and jacuzzi. There are games room for playing tennis table and pool table (on our last day was closed due to maintenance) Also a large kids room, with a 'flying simulator simplified' section, where kids can play pilot or passengers. Blocks, plastic bowling, balls, enough to keep my 4 year old entertained. Booked a pool access room... and it was cool... My daughter can go anytime she wants. After 1st day, I cancelled all tour options and enjoy the hotel instead. Hotel is mixed between family, couple and more senior couple. Was there a hickcups? Off course, life is never smooth, but the idea of a holiday is to enjoy and feel blessed. You are with family, with nothing to do except have fun. No reason for not embrace it. Will I go again? Sure, without doubt. Thank you Arinara. My daughter already ask why we left.. :):) More
