A prime Benidorm address and top entertainment put this place in pole position.
This hotel has location on its side – there are shops, bars and restaurants just across the way and Levante beach is 15-minutes’ walk from here.
The pool scene is highly rated, which is partly down to a big lagoon pool. The bar count totals 4, and lots of thought has gone into the entertainment, with things like West-End style shows.

I joined my extended family on their 2 week holiday for 8 days. At one stage there were16 of us - ranging from 6 yrs old to 77 years!!! I found the hotel to be friendly, welcoming, spacious, clean and the service all excellent. The entertainment staff were all fantastic and gave their all to the daytime activities as well as the evening shows. My uncle enjoyed the freedom of hiring the mobility scooter through the hotel as he is disabled, so all in all we all had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel. The location is great too. It's very close to the beach, a 10/15 stroll and shops, cafes, bars and restaurants everywhere! The Old a Town is worth a walk to, along the promenade - day or night, is enjoyable. It had been a long time (nearly 30 yrs) since I'd been here, it's so much more developed but if you choose where to go you can have an excellent time here in Benidorm. This hotel is well run. My only critique is there is not an awful lot of space around the pools area for the sunbeds and the sunbeds are static (ie non adjustable from lying to sitting) and not enough coverage or umbrella choices. There are very few static thatched umbrella stands - they're not deal breakers for going to this hotel, but were a miss! More
We are here right now at the Flamingo Oasis Hotel here in sunny Benidorm The hotel is very clean and modern looking. Lovely tropical feel to it. Welcoming staff. Seating areas to drink are nice. Choice of all inclusive drinks are great and plentiful. The food could be better. Lots of choice but very much the same every night. Meat is tough and very dry most of the time. But still not too bad to eat here most nights. Entertainment staff are excellent. Dirty Dancing night was brilliant. We are used to top entertainment and I have to say they were great and we really enjoyed the evening. Our room was clean, all working and spacious for all four of us. The balcony had a nice view of the town and we were able to dry all our costumes and towels on the rack on the balcony. Our 5 year old loved the Thompson Kids club and the staff were wonderful to her. Down sides are the lifts !! Takes a while to get to the top floors on busy mornings or nights. We were in room 1503 on the 15th floor. Towel holding sunbeds is very annoying every morning and we didnt resort ourselves to pathetic behaviour from the residents of the hotel. Location is around 10 minutes walk down to Levante Beach and shops. Beach is beautifully clean and well maintained. On the whole my family and I would gladly come and stay here again. Thank you Flamingo Oasis for a great week. More
Stayed for 11 nights in July 2016. We were a group of 15 ranging from age 13 to 78. Having visited this hotel previously we knew what to expect and the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned however we did have a vile sewage smell in the bathrooms intermittently which was reported and dealt with but just returned the next day. The food was great and we all managed to eat well, the restaurant staff were all really accommodating and sat us together every evening. The entertainment team were a real asset to the hotel and worked really hard all day. The shows varied in quality but they all gave 100%. Overall a great holiday but won't be returning as we are all Benidormed out! More
Just got back from a week at this hotel, it was our first visit here and our first visit to Benidorm! After reading many reviews before going I was concerned about the food! I found the food not half as bad as what some of these reviews make it out to be! It did get repetitive throughout the week but it must be hard for the hotel to make it completely different for everyone everyday. Dori the waitress in the club restaurant is lovely! Always had a smile on her face I would most definitely recommend upgrading to the club suites if you want to escape the children! The rooms are lovely the maids do an excellent job, the roof top pool and bar area is relaxing and clean! The entertainment team deserve a huge pat on the back they do an excellent job we loved the entertainment every night we never left the hotel on a night!! Andreas the photographer... What a lovely guy, friendly, polite and always smiling!! If I had anything negative to say about the hotel it would be the cards are a bit of a pain having to swipe every time you get into a lift, sometimes the bar staff checked them sometimes they didn't so you had to have it on you at all times We have highly recommended it to our friends and family, hope to be returning next year with a larger group of us :) thank you flamingo oasis team for a lovely holiday!!!More
I did write a review last week when I was at the hotel but thought I'd wait until I got home to do a better one so here it is...let me start by saying for what I say about certain things I will upload picture at the end of it..me and my wife paid just over £2500 for this holiday staying in the club suite they had on arrival to the club suite everything seemed great (or at least I thought) that's when it started to go down i have given this hotel a rating of only just 3 and that is only because of the rooftop pool which to be honest was the best bit about the hotel...the room was OK but not great for a club suite the whirlpool bath is your everyday one which you can get at b&q, the shower was real small which you couldn't even turn around properly in or if your a larger person would certainly struggle, the food is very bland and pretty much the same day in day out but if you like beef stew your in luck they pretty much have that everyday..they do have more options like chips and salad ( which was the best of the food) I did have the chilli con-carne and I was the first there to dish myself some only to get back to my table and start eating it to find a lovely big grey hair in there ( which I will show on the photos below with the rest) I did say to the staff member and all I got was a 'oh sorry' that was it so hence that was disgusting and poor as well as putting me off the rest of my meal...my bedsheets was only changed about every 5-8 days and I know that as there was stains on my bed for days as you will see in my pics below, my balcony sliding door was broken and you couldn't even lock it at all, the club bar which is for all club members is on the 24th floor same floor as the suites where we stayed you can go in there from 10am in morning and relax and help yourself to a drink but they have now started to mark all the cans of pop and lager at the bottom the cans with a marker pen as they won't allow you to take them to your room and if you do then you get a note saying 'if it happens again there will be repercussions' the staff actually check your fridge and room and bin and if there's any of those cans you get told of like a naughty school kid (my photo will show the marker) as for club snacks well absolutely shocking you may have some crisps out in a bowl for you all and that's it...then maybe a few biscuits which were melting due to the heat and then there was the sandwiches which was poor as my photo shows of just a slice of ham and cheese in bread with no butter at all...the money I spent on this holiday is a absolute joke for the poor service and no way is this a club suite kind of place...and when you want to relax in the nights in the club bar you can but come 11.55pm a security guard comes up and tells us all we have to leave and if we are still there at 12.05am he comes around with a bad attitude telling us to get out...for the money I spent here I was expecting abit more respect and choice which we never got people have said this was a great place before but that's before it got taken over so maybe it was back then, but it's certainly no 4star at all my photos that I have now put up show the dirty sheets, the club bar snack sandwich, my air conditioning which was leaking, my patio door which was broke, that lovely hair in the food...when I pay alot of money for a holiday I expect a good service and to get what I paid for...not this poor service but guys if your going to spend alot of money for a holiday or even a decent 4star i wouldn't choose the flamingo oasis I'd go to Mexico or Greece or even another hotel in benidorm but that's my opinion and everyone is different...but think long and hard guys before you go for it here even if you want to bring your kids with you just remember they don't even provide you with bottled water which is not good through the night if you have young children who need a drink from the heat..check the photos out and see for yourself!! Over £2500 wasted for me and my wife when I could have should have done Mexico...anyway enjoy benidorm as that place is pretty good just not this hotel...photos to follow More
