A prime Benidorm address and top entertainment put this place in pole position.
This hotel has location on its side – there are shops, bars and restaurants just across the way and Levante beach is 15-minutes’ walk from here.
The pool scene is highly rated, which is partly down to a big lagoon pool. The bar count totals 4, and lots of thought has gone into the entertainment, with things like West-End style shows.

Stayed for a week AI with friends in March on the standard package and found the positive reviews about the hotel were accurate and deserved. Everyone has their own opinion and it is easy to find fault but the simple fact about this hotel is that it is a good place to spend a week off season in Benidorm. The staff are great and obliging and the food and drinks are perfectly acceptable. The hotel throughout is spotless and the rooms a good size and fresh. There is a good choice of food at all meals, but oh for some decent bacon. The staff are pleasant and a special mention for Agustin who showed us to our table always with a smile and pleasant comment. Bar staff were great. The entertainment team worked hard and put on some very professional shows for such a young and multi national group. They circulated in the evening and were interesting and pleasant to talk to. The professional acts in the main were also above the norm. I would echo the comments about checking in. It wasn't too bad for us as only one bus arrived but shortly after a number of buses arrived together and there was a massive queue. There simply wasn't enough staff and the process of issuing a photo card ID did take a time. A negative for us was the absence of an outdoor seating area to have a drink. The weather was kind when we were there and the only outside terrace area was a very small terrace that was used by smokers and was totally inadequate. A further negative for us was the main bar seating area that is in the main foyer off the entrance we felt it was noisy and lacked atmosphere, although it is fair to say there are a number of comfortable settees and chairs further into the foyer area. In the evening the piano bar can be used but gets crowded. Overall however I would recommend this hotel for it's staff, cleanliness, quality of entertainment, food and value for money. It has a good friendly atmosphere and feel about it. We found the standard package more than adequate and could not see the benefit of upgrading to club. Request a pool view room and higher floor for all day sun. A couple of pointers: if you want to use the pools you can use you bath towels and let reception know and they are replace straight away. You pay a deposit (refundable) for a TV remote and there is a good selection of British channels. You have to pay for Wi-Fi but unless you want to spend you holiday browsing it is worth it because it is fast and available in your room.More

What can I say, clean, welcoming, polite, fantastic entertainment and good selection of food that was hot and fresh. Sadly did not use outdoor pool as cool outside, but again clean and tidy. Considering I was sharing a room with 2 of my friends it didn't appear cramped and we had plenty of space and again these were clean and tidy. Just a shame no tea and coffee facilities in room, as we left prior to restaurant opening and needed a cuppa. However this is available in club rooms Would definitely stay again with friends or family, also good as not in heart of entertainment but a comfortable 5-10 min walk away.More

Nice hotel, staff great. Food a bit rushed and similar to a school canteen but it was good. Hotel bar drinks were disappointing. All inclusive deal felt a let down. Good position for night life, not too long a walk. Tanning by the pool was tricky......sun always seemed to be blocked by tall adjacent hotels. Room very basic. Good base for Benidorm but hotel didn't impress......plus it reminded me why I normally opt for adults only hotels. More

Lovely hotel in good location, lovely food and good sized rooms
Stayed at the hotel from Thursday-Monday. It is in an ideal location for many of the attractions, the bus stop is just down the road to go into Old Town and there is a taxi rank right outside, price into Old Town was about 7 Euro so not bad at all really. We had a large room, lots of space for just 2 people, with 2 sofas as well, nice big balcony. Bathroom was a good size as well although we did have a drain smell the first couple of days but the cleaning staff managed to sort it out. The buffet food was very nice on all days that we ate there (coming from a fussy eater!), lots of variety. Wifi was reasonably priced as well (around £11 for 7 days).More
