You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside. But, thanks to a refurb, inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Swings and around abouts (Hole in Shower ceiling!)
I have just come back from a trip at Rio Park and it is really a mixed review. The bar/ restaurant staff were great as were the Thomson staff. The food was very well done a and varied choice. The entertainment was very good but seem to be aimed at the older generation as most of the guests were OAP's. The entertainment team are so skilled and put on some great shows but some of the singers from outside the hotel are dated. Although the rooms were a good size they are in need of updating. There was a hole in the ceiling above my shower which I reported to reception 3 times and was not fixed - the shower was also very dark and would be dangerous for the infirm - I feel the way the staff handled this complaint really let the side down and made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel is not very close to the main strip which has its advantages when trying to sleep but is a little walk to the beach and main night life. The excursions from the hotel were amazing and well worth going on. TheMore

First and last time to benidorm and rio park
Came on a family holiday to rio park was hoping for it to be family friendly only for it to be an old folks home probably noone under the age of 60 Rooms are small and shanty beds hard as rock could of done with tv remotes for tv's instead of having to stand under the tv to change channel Thompson reps wer rude and arrogant and when questioned about booked trips they had no clue of what had been organised and was meant to have been given a welcoming pack ....didn't receive it til at least 4 days into our holiday Food is average at best with having to eat the same thing pretty much every night even though there was variety thats probably the only + about the place along with the reception staff couldn't be more helpful always smiling but doesnt cover the bad parts of this hotel 1/10 wouldn't stay again More

me and my husband stayed here from the 17th of sept until the 24th..cleaners came every day with clean towels and toilet rolls..emptied bin and made bed.food really nice!different choices..the steak pie was delicious!the pool area was lovely.and the entertainment was brill..we would feinately stay here again!..only one disappointment was that I emailed and telephoned the hotel months in advance before our stay to request for a lowish floor and pool view but never got any of it and was on the 10th floor which made it a little uncomfortable as me and my husband don't like heights and no pool view was round the back with no sunlight at any time of the day.besides that though we really enjoyed it..cannot fault this hotel.friendly staff also.More
