With easy access to a sandy beach, waterpark and nightlife, the Port Benidorm Hotel has a first-rate location. Plus, it had a revamp in 2016.
The Port Benidorm, formerly known as Los Dalmatas, was completely refurbished in 2016. As well as freshened up bedrooms, it has a revamped pool, a larger sun terrace, and a shiny new bar.
Location-wise, it’s two minutes’ walk from a sandy beach and five minutes’ car journey to a slide-filled waterpark. There are bars and pubs in the streets surrounding the hotel, and the main nightlife strip is a 15-minute walk away.

Just returned back from port Benidorm. This hotel is excellent value for money. Very fast check in, polite receptionist. Food was good with themed evenings. Had Chinese, Indian, Mexican and kebabs FANTASTIC. The drinks are low priced and I have to say the staff in the restaurant work very hard. The rooms are very modern with a glass bathroom. The pool area had lots of space and beds. I would highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.More
Booked this as a last minute winter break in February, with Thomson/TUI - having previously stayed a couple of times at Riviera Beach (no1 on Trip Advisor until very recently) Really pleasantly surprised with the great quality of Port Benidorm - the hotel has an impressive facade and bright white interior. The rooms - well, everywhere - were spotless and check in was quick, considering the amount of people who arrived together. Although, it wasn't very thorough - 'here's the key, off you go' Our room was 1614, high up and facing out to the back of the hotel. Initially, we would have liked a sea view but the rooms on the back seem to be larger than the front facing, sea view rooms (although the best would be -07/08 as they are much larger and sea view). The rooms on this side also don't have the glass bathroom, of that bothers you? Food was plentiful and had different themed nights and wine, beer and water available via self service on the AI package The pool wasn't yet open - opened on the last day - and we made limited use of the large gardens, as the weather was pretty mixed in Feb Evening entertainment was dire to ok: from the Sunday evening variety act (man in a monkey suit?! It's 2017!!) to the duo Rhapsody, who belted out some big songs! We used the spa too - â¬5 plus swim cap - which consists of an indoor pool, jacuzzi area and sauna and steam room. Great way to chill out for an hour Overall a great hotel that I would definitely recommend and would go back to! More
