With easy access to a sandy beach, waterpark and nightlife, the Port Benidorm Hotel has a first-rate location. Plus, it had a revamp in 2016.
The Port Benidorm, formerly known as Los Dalmatas, was completely refurbished in 2016. As well as freshened up bedrooms, it has a revamped pool, a larger sun terrace, and a shiny new bar.
Location-wise, it’s two minutes’ walk from a sandy beach and five minutes’ car journey to a slide-filled waterpark. There are bars and pubs in the streets surrounding the hotel, and the main nightlife strip is a 15-minute walk away.

Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend
Our first impression of the hotel was wow. Everything so clean and bright. The rooms are very comfortable and well set out. Full size telly, clean good working fridge, which is free, safe deposit, payable. Lovely views over the bays, we were on floor 11 which caught the sun in the afternoons. No shortage of hot water in the pristine bathrooms although we didn't mind but the glass bathroom wouldn't be everyone's choice. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. My husband had a cut on his arm which marked the sheets, no problem to our cleaner, the bed was clean and fresh the following night. A lovely spa and indoor pool, small charge, unfortunately we didn't use. The outside pool and area is as pristine and modern as the interior. We had a lovely weekend and if we are visiting Benidorm again this hotel would be our first choice.More

lovely modern hotel in a great location for beach shops and nightlife
loved this hotel, it is so modern and up to date. reception staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, our room was on the 16th floor with a great sea view, the "glass" bathroom had the wow factor for me, great comfy bed, large flat screen tv with English channels, The food was really good, plenty of choices but it was not always hot which was a great shame.I don't think this is the fault of the chef, but more the equipment, although modern, does not keep food hot. will return in the futureMore
Very good, would recommend
Myself and wife stayed full board for 7 nights starting 2nd Feb 2017. The hotel is modern clean and spotless. Our room was on the 9th floor with a sea view, the facilities in the room were good (TV, safe, hair dryer, etc) and the glass walls in the bathroom were not a problem for us although maybe it will be for anyone travelling as friends. We found the food was very good, better than any other 3* and 4* hotels we have stayed at in Spain, my wife is a very picky eater and even she enjoyed the food. Sleep quality was excellent, the beds large and very comfy, sleep quality was also helped because of cushioned laminate flooring in the rooms and out on the corridors. Location is good, 50 metres from beach and the live entertainment at the White Horse pub. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel was the entertainment in the evening was aimed very much towards the older guests, we are both aged 58 (not spring chickens ourselves) so we went out every evening to find entertainment suited more to our taste. Would recommend this hotel and we hope to return soon.More
Excellent hotel with stunning vews
It was my partner's birthday weekend and I made a surprise by taking him to Benidorm and booked Port Benidorm Hotel. I wanted to make this trip very special, so contacted the hotel couple of days before our trip, the staff was very helpful and easy reachable, I asked for a room with nice view and we've got a top floor room with an amazing view over the ocean and whole city, got 2 free cocktails at the bar and a box of chocolate at the room. The check-in was quick and easy, we arrived early, but the room was ready, so didn't have to wait till 2pm to get into the room. The room did have a glass door bathroom which was a bit weird and some people are not happy with that, but it did not affect the whole impression of our stay. The food was very good with a lot of to choose from, champagne for breakfast, you will have to pay for the drinks at lunch and dinner time if you're not all inclusive, but the prices are more than satisfying for wine, beers, etc. Even in off season like February, it was still very busy and the hotel was full. Entertainment at the bar area with live performances at night, although it was more for elder audience as we were young couple, but still it was nice to have a drink at the bar with some music and entertainment going on in the background. Would prefer the spa to be free of charge for the guests, however 5 euros per session is not that expensive. Overall, I would like to thank the hotel's team for that attention to detail and going extra mile for their guests and making our short stay the one to remember. We would definitely come back next time we're in Benidorm. More
Visted 02/02 for 7 days this is my honest opinion Location At end of Levante Beach about 200 yards up the road. Hotel Refurbished last year, Hotel is very modern 18 floors, lifts computer controlled, you key your floor on tablets at front of lifts and it returns what lift to get in. Some rooms face pool area so at this time of year get no sun. Also a lot of rooms have, as described in other reviews, glass bathrooms but personally it wasn't a problem for us.There is sufficient frosting on the glass to preserve one's modesty. Comfort of beds exceptional Food Some reviews saying food cold but food is as hot as any Hotel in Spain that caters for mass catering ie. buffett style, food quality and choice was excellent Very clean Hotel Entertainment on every night 32" screen TV in rooms with BBC, ITV etc for those who can't live without their soaps. At this time of year best to go for a high floor to get the sun on balcony. I found every member of staff very polite and helpful. Fridge in rooms is free and safe hire was very reasonable. No kettles in rooms but unless you pay for superior rooms this is standard in nearly all hotels I have been in in Spain , a lot. I have noted mention of Spa and some complaints over charges, perhaps tour operators at fault, it â¬5 for a hour to use Spa/indoor pool, also flipflops and bath caps have to be purchased too, so first use â¬10. Most Hotels charge for use of Spas. I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel, for price I paid for a winter break value was exceptional.More
