This sleek seafront hotel has 5 pools and direct access to one of best beaches in Majorca.
Minimal and modern are the first words that spring to mind when it comes to the Ferrera Blanca. Outside, it’s all white walls and blue-tinted glass. The bedrooms are just as contemporary and come with a balcony or terrace.
The hotel has 5 swimming pools set in well-tended gardens, and leads right onto the golden sands of Cala Ferrera beach. It’s also got 2 restaurants and a theatre bar.

14 year old loved the teenagers club, so we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The Italian restaurant by the pool in the evening is much quieter than the help yourself affair in the main restaurant. Easy to walk to shops and bars. Boat trip was fun - but worth checking out the sea first (lots of seasick passengers when we went) Would have gone back this year, but funds don't permitMore
We returned from our holiday here a few days ago and I would recommend it heartily, particularly for families. The children's pool and slides were fantastic and we spent the majority of our time there. It was very safe and fantastic for the kids. The food was very good. Theme nights but with common staples for the fussier kids to keep them happy. The accommodation was really good and comfortable and kept very clean. However the biggest asset this hotel has are the wonderful staff. They really did make our holiday. The animation team were absolutely tireless working so hard and both our two children (aged 2 and 5) adored them. I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic that team were and how hard they work to make memories for the children. They were brilliant. Special mention also to the evening shows, the kids cannot stop talking about the lion king. It was brilliant. Similarly the reception, bar and serving staff were also remarkable. One particular lady who served in the restaurant, Veronica I think, made such a fuss of our two year old son and prevented many meal time tantrums by keeping him smiling! She was a superstar. To all staff at this great hotel thanks for making our visit so memorable. Look forward to seeing you all again next year I hope. More
The aparthotel is good and clean. The best aspect is the splash pool for kids, which my daughter didn't want to leave. The breakfast is ok, lots of options and so the two dining options - italian a la carte or buffet. But not exceptional. The location is good if you are visiting the beache nearby, also Es Trenc. There is a small center with souvenir shops, mini markets and restaurants that makes it pleasant to visit at night.More
Another amazing family holiday at the Ferrera Blanca. Rebecca greeted us in such a warm and friendly way - she is an absolute star. Fantastic to see Jordon working in reception. Alex the lifeguard ensured the pool was a safe and fun place for all the children. Yes, this hotel does have evening entertainment which can be lively, when our children were too young to stay up late, the rooms with balconies overlooking the stage were perfect. The children went to bed whilst we enjoyed the entertainment from our balcony. The hotel welcomes open and honest feedback and responds to guest's suggestions. Each year improvements are made e.g. The menu in the Italian Restaurant was altered to include a number of delicious new dishes. Javi and his team work so hard to provide exceptional service. Each year we see families from Sweden, Holland, Germany, Ireland, Wales, England and Scotland at the hotel who visit year after year during the same two weeks. There's a reason we all keep rebooking year after year: The Ferrera Blanca is an all round excellent hotel which continually works to deliver exceptional service. More
My sister and I (18 and 20 year old) enjoyed our holiday at this hotel very much. The hotel food was so nice and the staff are so friendly. Although there is a rule not to reserve sun beds, everyone does but there were usually ones available throughout the day. The rooms in block 12 are near the night entertainment which was good for me and my sister as we watched the entertainment from our balcony but it could be too loud for other guests as it goes on until 11ish I recall. The hotel is in a really lovely area, it is near the Cala D'or express which is good for visiting the other areas and is cheap. However, you can walk to all the areas if you wanted to as it isn't too far away. The restaurants near the hotel are lovely, especially the steakhouse. The cocktail bar which is on the road which is in the middle of the hotel on the corner is absolutely lovely. I would really recommend this holiday and you are able to get transfers to different attractions such as caves of Drach and Aqualand which are worth the money but do have extras on the journey. The hotel reception staff are good for directions to the stop to get to these places. They were also helpful on arrival as we paid for the tourist tax for the whole time we were there when we arrived instead at the end. We had to pay for the safe but the WiFi was free and you get it everywhere which is brilliant. The Cala Ferrera beach was the nicest beach we saw whilst being in Cala D'or which is good as it is only about 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. The Mexican night was my favourite at the hotel but was sad I missed the Asian night as that was the night we flew back. Food and drinks are lovely. We can't wait to go back!! Fabulous holiday :)More
