This sleek seafront hotel has 5 pools and direct access to one of best beaches in Majorca.
Minimal and modern are the first words that spring to mind when it comes to the Ferrera Blanca. Outside, it’s all white walls and blue-tinted glass. The bedrooms are just as contemporary and come with a balcony or terrace.
The hotel has 5 swimming pools set in well-tended gardens, and leads right onto the golden sands of Cala Ferrera beach. It’s also got 2 restaurants and a theatre bar.

Visited with my wife two daughters aged 12 & 10. The hotel is well presented and set out. There are 4 pools plus a splash park with two pools and slides which are all well maintained. We found the food to be very good with plenty of choice. Service at the pool bar was very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. People do reserve sun beds contrary to hotel policy but I did resist the temptation to throw their towels in the pool. One small negative was that plastic cups etc weren't collected throughout the day around the pool. As some were too lazy to do this themselves perhaps staff could? Our room was fine with a large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. At bit noisy with deliveries and coach drop offs/pickups but didn't bother us too much. Maids came every day. Cala ferrera beach is minutes away and a nice little beach. Cala gran beach is about 20 mins walk but is much bigger with more shade. You can rent sun beds and umbrellas at both. The main town start about 5/10 walk away. Palma airport is nice enough but food is extortionate. We would stay again if we come back to Majorca.More
Got back last Sunday and we all have serious Holiday blues after staying in this hotel!! We went as a party of 4 adults and 2 kids 5 and 7 and we couldn't fault the Hotel and when we tried to it was petty things!!! This was our first all inclusive as a group so a bit of a risk when we booked but we were not disappointed!! The food is delicious and the variety is unbelievable and ultimately very clean! If you can't find something you like from the range then you seriously have issues!! The upstairs has themed nights, BBQ, Chinese, Mexican, Spainsh Night, International Night, Mallorca Dinner night, Italian Night whilst still serving "safe bet" food such as pizza, chicken nuggets, fish, chicken, beef and salads from around the world and pasta, cheese....the list goes on!! If you like none of the above down stairs is an Italians every night but you do really need to book to get an outside table!! There is a plethora of fruit and deserts too which were presented beautifully!! We were all amazed at the standard and presentation and quality of the food!! whilst speaking to people around the pool this was the general consensus of everyone!! During the day we stayed at the pool at the restaurant as it was the quieter of the pools but still had to be up at 7am to get our beds as a group of 6. Usually most beds were taken by 10am. This pool is best for people who don't want to be in the thick of the entertainment and activities although the reps do come around to let you know what's on at the main pool should you want to join in. The reps are nice and funny but not pushy! The splash pool is amazing for all ages and very safe with non slip surfaces!! We didn't really go to the main pool as it was always chocker block but if you are wanting to be in the thick of it then the pool by the entertainment stage is the place for you!! The staff are brilliant, friendly and approachable!! The room maids are lovely and do an immense job cleaning the rooms, every day was like the first day of arrival!! The night time entertainment was probably typical of any all inclusive but we didn't really go there for long, usually went from 9-11pm to have a few drinks before heading back to the balcony ( which was massive with beach view) I can see how people are complaining about noise from main stage if you have rooms within that area but a lot of people I spoke to weren't too bothered if their kids were slightly older, say between 7-16 years of age!!! Any younger and if you were hoping for a night earlier than 11pm then it's not going to happen! I had heard tho that the hotel does try to accomadate people moving them when they can!!! The accomadation is spread across sort of 2/3 sites, you have the quieter pool where we were, in my opinion that block is the best if you want to be a little out of the thick of it, the main stage and pool, if you want to be in the thick of it and across the road again the splash pool!! Each building serves food and drinks but the splash pool doesn't serve alcohol so it's a short walk to main pool bar if you want a beer for the splash pool area! We went to town one night and went to the recommended EL Rancho steak house to eat out one night and once again it didn't dissapoint, it was a Mexican steak house and again had a brilliant variation!! The staff here too are wonderful and patient with the kids!!! Being all inclusive we didn't venture too far out but the local town is pleasant and there a massive play park with huge inflatables and racing cars etc which were not too hard on the purse at a euro a go for most things!! I really can't find anything really constructive to criticise this hotel but speaking to a lot of people around the pool the main one was people with young children who had stage side rooms seemed to be the main gripe but fortunately we didn't!!! 9.5/10 for our first all inclusive holiday!!More
Have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this hotel and can honestly say it was faultless. Staff efficient and friendly, hotel spotlessly clean including the rooms. Rebeca on reception even went so far as to origanise flowers and an upgraded room for me as we were there for my wife's 50th birthday, all of which were beautiful. Would highly recommend and will return!More

Just returned from our 10 day holiday ð¢ and wish we were still there. From start to finish we were made to feel welcome and if we needed or wanted anything the staff were happy to help. We stayed in block 13 which overlooked the splash pool ( so a big bonus for our 4 year old girl !) the apartments were clean and modern with everything we needed for our self catering holiday. Rooms cleaned every day if you want with fresh towels and bedding provided also. We tried out all the pools favouring the splash pool ( obviously ) . Children's entertainment was great , staff actively seek the children to see if they want to join in but with no pressure . As we were self catering we didn't try the hotels food but we heard good reports about it. Beach is extremely close ( and small ) but lovely , gets very busy. The main town strip is about a 10-20 minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way and 2 great play parks for the kids with bouncy castles , go karts and trampolines which aren't too expensive. We booked a package holiday through Jet2 which included transfers from the airport which took approx an hour 15 this included about 8-10 drop offs . I was dreading this part as we had quite a late flight inbound but it really wasn't too bad. I throughly recommend Ferrera Blanca to anyone with children and the Cala D'or resort . We will be returning :) More
