This sleek seafront hotel has 5 pools and direct access to one of best beaches in Majorca.
Minimal and modern are the first words that spring to mind when it comes to the Ferrera Blanca. Outside, it’s all white walls and blue-tinted glass. The bedrooms are just as contemporary and come with a balcony or terrace.
The hotel has 5 swimming pools set in well-tended gardens, and leads right onto the golden sands of Cala Ferrera beach. It’s also got 2 restaurants and a theatre bar.

I have been trying to book this hotel for 3 years back cause of the reviews but has always been full. So glad I got here this summer. Best hotel ever. Rooms nice and big with a massive powerful shower. Brilliant food loads of choice and a different theme every night and as for the entertainment fantastic. ðMore
A great holiday at Ferrera Blanca hotel Cala D'or
This was our second stay at this hotel and it was every bit as good as our first holiday. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Cala D'or. We had a superior room near the pool and the restaurant. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff work very hard to maintain cleanliness both inside and outside the hotel. All members of staff are very friendly and helpful. The animation team were very good and the activities on offer were varied . They were not too pushy about people joining in the activities but if you do join in they are very welcoming and the activities are very enjoyable and well organised. The hotel is a few minutes walk from approx 3 to 4 lovely small coves which are great for swimming off. The food in the main restaurant is varied and there is lots of choice. The only criticism of the restaurant is it is quite large and it does lack a restaurant atmosphere in the evenings. Although you can eat in the Italian restaurant out by the pool which offers a smaller menu. If you are staying on an all inclusive basis you will not go hungry there is food and drinks on offer most of the day and night. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this hotel and are hoping to return next year for the third year running.More

Fabulous all round holiday!
Just back from a great week here - everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff team - from reception, cleaning, maintenance, restaurant and bar staff; particular mention to the animation team - professional, friendly, entertaining and never pushy. The Mar Hotels group should be justifiably proud of this hotel and its whole team. We will be going back.More
Got teens and young ones?? THIS IS THE PLACE!!
This was our 5th large group visit to the lovely Ferrera Blanca on the beautiful island of Mallorca and by far the best!! All staff are helpful, friendly, speak excellent English, nothing is too much trouble. What made it best this year was the Animacion Team - wow!! Florin and his team are the best, activities for adults, young ones and even Teens!! No pressure to join in, but when you do it's much fun! Big up to the hotel staff too - Zahira, Martin (Fantastico !) Sebas, Pedro, Javi to name a few!! All rooms are good size, very very clean, food was ok (our group felt that the Mexican and oriental are the better nights although the pizza in the snack bar was to die for!) splash area is fantastic (slides were amazing!) and takes pressure off the rush to get sun loungers around the main pool area. Lifeguards on duty at all pools makes it feel safe for less abled swimmers. Would we come back?? YESSS!! See you soon! ððð xxxxxMore
Great hotel for a quiet and relaxing break
I really enjoyed my trip to this hotel, I went for a week at the beginning of July and stayed on an all-inclusive basis in a suite. The hotel had a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and mainly caters for families. I went with a friend and although there were not many people in our age group (early 20s) we still found it to be very relaxing. The room was very nice and had all the facilities we needed, although I wish there had been a bath as the bathroom was big enough and the hairdryer kept overheating. The balcony was lovely and we had a good view over the pool and to the stage. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was very good as well. The wifi worked on the balcony but not in the room. The tv also had English channels (BBC, ITV, CH 4 etc) which was a nice touch. The pool and bar area were nice and never felt overcrowded as we always found a subbed at any time of day. The bar offered a good range of drinks and the staff were lovely. The animation team were also very good and we were never forced into taking part in activities as is sometimes the case in other hotels. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, which was better than I was expecting. I cannot eat gluten and everything was labelled as to whether it contained gluten or not which was a fantastic touch. The food at lunch was the highlight for me and the Spanish themed night was excellent. I didn't try the Italian restaurant though but it was situated around the pool which looked nice. Towels are available for a ten euro deposit and can be changed at reception. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and can organise taxis etc. I have been to Cala D'or many times and it is definitely worth visiting the town for tapas and cocktails. The beaches around the area are also worth visiting, especially Cala Sa'Nau, although it gets very busy now as more and more people find out about it.More
