This place makes a great holiday base – it’s got a family-friendly pool and packed activity line-up, plus the beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Ca’n Picafort’s laidback bars and restaurants. You’ll find a beach there, too. If you don’t fancy walking, a mini-train stops outside the hotel, which takes you into the centre.
Rooms here are kept simple, but comfortable. Plus, they were given a modern makeover for 2015. You’ll find a mini-fridge for storing snacks, a TV and balcony – some even come with sea views.

Late booking short-break bargain!
Nice hotel for it's 3*, only went for a 4 night chill-out break with a friend. Rooms clean and had everything you needed. You have to pay for a safe in the room and don't forget the tourist tax which we paid for on arrival. You could get an iron from reception for a deposit. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice and quiet air con in room which goes off if the balcony door is open. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the poolside which was nice. The balcony door being closed did shut out what little outside noise we got. Great choice of British TV channels. Food was good but felt there wasn't enough variety if staying for 7 or more nights on all inclusive. We stayed for 4 nights and ate out once to mix it up a little. Usual variety of breakfast buffet which we enjoyed, including the omelette live cooking station :-) Lunch and tea were quite similar to each-other and very British. Would of been nice to also have theme nights. The snack bar (near reception and the drinks bar) was mostly the same (but smaller) choice as the lunch in the restaurant but handy if you were hungry at a different time to the restaurants opening hours. The food was nice but just sometimes needed more variety. Always tables available and staff were quick to clear them and also replenish food, though not if you went in the last half hour. There were some tables available to eat outside also. Good variety on the drinks menu for all inclusive and ice-creams/ice lollys throughout the day. They stopped serving drinks at the bar at midnight. Friendly and helpful staff. Lifeguard by the pool 10am-6pm. The bar staff were kept very busy! Suneoclub entertainment every evening...Bingo, kids face-painting, Decades Music/Dancing, Abba tribute. They did Aqua Aerobics and Wasterpolo, Darts and Quizzes amongst other things during the day-fun to watch if you didn't want to join in. The girls were lovely and worked very-hard. We did find it best to go down to the pool at 8am to get a sunlounger in a decent spot with a parasol but there were the odd ones available throughout the day. The pool was mostly deep and only a small part of it shallow enough to stand up in. Kids pool attached to the side of it. We didn't use the quiet pool area to comment. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach where there were shops, bars and restaurants. Would recommend staying here. Suited our budget and needs for a chill-out break-away!More
Another amazing holiday!
Once again I visited this hotel but just for a week this year to surprise my mum and dad who were here for two weeks. The hotel is still amazing and I never get bored of visiting, again there has been changes. An adult pool for 16+ has been added round the back of the hotel where the chill out zone was last year and they have moved the pool side bar round the back. I think it's a great idea that adults without children can now go round to that pool if they do not want to be with younger children round the main pool area. This does not bother me and did not effect my holiday in any way as I like to be round the main pool to join in with the activities. This years activities were more or less the same as last years with a few different ones, I especially love Aqua gym and darts. There is a lots of activities to join in with throughout the day both for adults and kids. Evening entertainment again was very good with two to three professional shows a week along with the entertainment teams own shows which are always very good. The entertainment team this year were AMAZING. Very very friendly and approachable nothing was ever a hassle to them, they'd come round every morning chatting to guests making them feel very welcome. They were all very lovely and were happy to help especially because I had a broken nail and unfortunately couldn't get it sorted but they all asked how I was each day. So a very big shoutout to Beth, Mimi, Vanessa and Geraldine. Another great holiday at the Haiti and hoping to return in October! More

Superb Hotel for three star . The food was Fantastic .Good choice and very tasty . The hottest buffet food I have ever had . The afternoon snacks were very good to . The rooms were well kept and a good selection of British TV stations . We were 3rd floor and got the Wi-Fi in the room no problem . The drinks were The usual for all inclusive . No problem getting served . All the staff throughout were friendly and efficient . Always found a sunbed . The adult side was small so you had to be early to get a bed . Rule of no towels on beds before eight . Often ignored ,they did remove them once . But people still did it . Most nights the entertainment was just the hotels entertainment crew . They work really hard but it was not our thing . Good for families with Kids . The main pool had a lot more deep than shallow if you are 5 foot you only had about a six foot strip you could reach the bottom . Also a kids pool so toddlers were okay . The Heat was vicious even at night . There was a constant breeze from about 5 metres up but never at ground level .Not the hotels fault . The air con in the entertainment/ Bar area could not cope and it was unbearable . The large doors to the patio were always open so the air con could not keep up . An adults Roof top bar may be a good idea . Overall a brilliant hotel .More
Arrived late Sunday night about ten to twelve so had twenty mins to get a bite to eat like cold meats salad and bread and a drink which was nice after a long transfer we were waiting on the bus for over a hour don't know what the hold up was and then it took us a hour and a half to get to our hotel after dropping people off but on the way back it took an hour and ten minutes which was better anyway back to our holiday so woke up nice and fresh had a quick look round the hotel everything looked lovely nice pool and surrounding grass with loads of sun loungers we did have to put our towels down at eight but always got one the food was lovely always something different to eat boyfriend was disappointed as there was no paella which was strange but apart from that it was lovely drinks range was very good cocktail list was very impressive I tried every one you could get slushes milkshake ice creams cornettos were lovely staff were really friendly not a grumpy one in sight had ten lovely hot days would recommend this to hotel to anyone will certainly be going back rooms were ok nothing special but always clean we were on the fifth floor facing the busy road traffic didn't bother us just the heat on the balcony in the afternoon couldn't go out there it was just so hot if you go to the beach don't go in the sea nearest the boats as it's very rocky in the water and you can't see them I had a very badly bruised toe after hittting it so asked the rep and he said go further down the other way that one was nice and sandy no rocks in sight but it does get very busy down there but the is lovely to swim in hope this was helpful go and see for yourselves how nice it is More
