It’s the setting people like about this hotel – great views and a peaceful atmosphere come as standard.
The views always impress here. The hotel is in a wide bay, next to pebbly Albatros Beach. So from most rooms you can see cobalt water, a scattering of islands, and Dubrovnik in the distance.
Cavtat’s postcard-worthy old town is about a 15-minute walk. And on the days you’re staying put, there are indoor and outdoor pools, plenty of sports and a couple of great places to eat.

Restaurant good quality food with something for everyone and plenty of it. Entertainment and staff excellent. The entertainment team worked so hard and well together making sure everyone had a good time. Loved them all. Hope all their dreams come true.More
First time to Croatia, fantastic and will go back! Dubrovnik- walking walls and cable car at sunset are a must, so is the trip to Montenegro and Konavle wine tour! 20 mins walk to Cavtat which is beautiful to walk around and eat at too, but expensive for eating out. We stayed for 10 days, food was good but did get repetitive just the same as 5 star hotels do, so not a problem. We did all inclusive which was good value, only paid £20 more a day for us both, which for 3 meals a day and beer/prosecco was great compared to paying half board and having to pay to eat out every day and pay for drinks! (A no brainer tbh)!! Hotel is dated but not a problem as it's immaculately clean, although the air con was the worst I've ever had in a hotel in July/August. Pool area ok, loads of kids which was noisy but then it's the school hols so will be anywhere...but the aqua fit was good each day....and yes you do have to be up early for a sun bed as not enough of them for size of hotel and get an umbrella quick too as they soon go. Agree with others that you don't get enough snack bars/drinks places in between main meals and if you want an ice cream from the stand near the back exit, you have to pay for it, which I think should be on the all inclusive! Most staff ok and friendly and the animation team work very hard with some shows that were quite good. I wouldn't go back to this hotel but we did have a fabulous time, you just have to make the most of its faults but it's certainly not horrendous like some reviews have said, I was really worried before we went and need not have been!! Just returned from this hotel, we stayed on the 4th floor in block B and had a lovely sea view, the main town is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious, the air-con was not great in our room or some of the areas. The food was very repetitive, nearly the same food every day. Really struggled to eat meal in the evenings. We were all inclusive but found non-inclusive guests seemed to help themselves to the wine laid out for all inclusive guests. This was very annoying to watch when they charge you for Diet Coke, water and tonic water even if your all inclusive. The dining room staff were so grumpy as if they did not want to be there, same with the snack bar staff, my husband asked for a toasted sandwich at 15.45 at the snack bar as he is diabetic and neeeded to eat the guy serving said we have finished, my husband said I thought it was til 16.00, he then replied no bread left, he just couldn't be bothered we felt. No food available anywhere in the hotel from 16.00hrs to 18.30 hrs. The snack bar is only bar open during the day bit of a pain if you want to sit in lounge and have to go outside to get a drink. The animation team really do work hard and are so friendly. Some of the evening bar waiters are also great and efficient. If you want a sunbed, be prepared to get up at 6 am. This hotel was not for us, with some improvements and customer service training for some staff it could a nice place to stay, such a shame.More
Looked like a concrete jungle but was far from it. Staff were excellent and were very attentive without being overbearing. Drinks in the hotel were very expensive, thus it was only a short walk to find a bar at half the price. Hotel only a 10 minute walk out of Cavtat, ideally situated. One weakness was in the reception where staff were a little abrupt and not overly friendly. More
Food is almost inedible in this place. So much oil and grease over everything. Cannot speak low enough of the food. It's awful. To advertise themselves as an "air-conditioned" hotel is rubbish, they don't turn it on the communal areas, it's SO hot inside this hotel. Air conditioning in the rooms is extremely poor. After a hot day out you want to come back to an air conditioned hotel to cool off, you can't do that here. Showers flood, one couple were told they had to pay for more towels to deal with this problem. Toilet didn't flush half the time. Flip flops stick to the floor as you're trying to walk. Hotel is due to be refurbished in 2018, that can't come soon enough!!! It's badly in need of refurbishment. At a loss to understand how this hotel could possibly be rated at 4 stars. I have one this to say about this hotel... if you have a booking, cancel it. More
