The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are nice and entertainment is good! Although for a four star hotel I'd expect for the showers to work correctly, and for a double bed to be a double bed and not two single beds pushed together. Satisfied with our stay and would return. More
Good clean comfortable hotel
We stayed here from the 13th to 29th June. Good first impression with very helpful staff. The room (junior suite) was clean and spacious, it was cleaned daily except Sunday. The air con worked well and we had a view of the pool and and the sea. The food was good, the choice wasn't great but it is only a smallish resort so you can't expect much more really. Me and my other half can be quite fussy but we never struggled. The pool area was clean and there were enough sun beds, however I would recommend getting out early if you want a good spot. The animation team ran a variety of games and activities throughout the day, it was good although a little more effort would make it a lot better. Evening entertainment was repetitive and not great. The location isn't bad at all, it's about a 10 - 15 min walk down to the beach where there is a whole host of different restaurants and shops. This is more of a family hotel and at times there were kids screaming the place down... on one night we were woken at 1am to kids running around screaming!!!! Not the hotels fault but it's not a quiet resort. We enjoyed our stay and we would book this hotel again if the right deal came along.More
Just left this hotel. First impressions were lovely. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and polite. Situated in the family block which is just off the main hotel by the splash pool. Nice room with kitchenette. Tv had no English channels except the news channel. One kids channel in Spanish. Food is awful. Third time we've gone all Inclusive and this is by far the worst hotel for food. Little choice. Very much the same every night. All tastes the same and fishy. Kids food is very poor quality and choice. We ended up eating out a few nights as couldn't stomach their food anymore. Splash park Pool bar only open at certain times but told this changes in peak times. Animation team is very poor. Not much on for kids. Very repetitive. No pool activities took place even though there was a board with activities that were meant to happen. Beach is situated downhill about a 20 minute walk. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Taxi rank nearby too. Free bus to Siam Mall/Siam Park and Loro Park. Don't pay for travel agent excursions. Good hotel but won't be back. More
Cheap cheeky break!
We stayed here in May with our 2 children and my parents. The rooms are lovely and spacious and we had a gorgeous view. The drinks were great especially the cocktails and special sangria! The staff all went above and beyond particularly "chef john" who presented my dad with a cake on his birthday in the restaurant. My daughter enjoyed the kids club and went a few times. We spent a lot of evenings in the Irish bar as the entertainment was aimed more at younger children. We found this hotel good value for money and the location was great. More

Book a junior suite not a Apartment they are vile
I am still at this hotel now and thought id let people know about it as I read alot of mixed reviews. First impression as I walked in were wow this is lovley. We were given a one bedroom apartment and were told its in a different building not even the part you see in the brochure. I walked in and my heart sank it was grotty and smelt disgusting was old fashioned needs knocking down not a chance was i staying in that room it was not what I saw on Jet2 website who we booked with. I went to reception and they tried fobbing me off saying there were no more rooms but i didnt give in and they magically had a junior suite room available in the main building and this was miles better and we are happy with this. The foods lovley best all inclusive weve been to everything fresh and warm but if you go late before they close the foods been sat a while and is cold. Pool area spotless nice little snack bar and drinks available all day and help yourself ive creams. We havent had to fight for sunbeds its lovley and chilled. I would come back here but just not in the apartment block its a big let down to this hotel. More
