This beachside hotel comes with a duo of pools and restaurants, and it’s big on activities, too.
There are 2 lagoon pools and 2 restaurants – 1 does buffets, the other is a speciality grill. You’ve also got an A to Z of activities, while in the evening there’s entertainment in the theatre.
Location-wise, this hotel hits the right spot. It’s right on a sandy beach, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from shops and bars in the centre of Costa Caleta.

Recently returned from all inclusive holiday with our family. Hotel was excellent. Room was big with king-size bed and sofa bed, if required. All rooms and public areas spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun beds around the pools. Food was excellent, massive variety of food to suit everyone. I am quite fussy but there was more than enough choice and staff were ensuring there was no empty trays of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Drinks were of well known brands. Location was right by the beach. Lovely snack bar by pools, entertainment good. We all just went for a quiet relaxing holiday which is what we had. Will definitely be returning next year.More

For a fantastic holiday look no further than this The hotel barcelo absolute bliss. Close to the airport, with a welcoming rep, to guide you along at every step. A welcoming reception, a well stocked bar, to get any better, you would have to go far. Rooms light and airy, air conditioned and cool, beautiful beaches, sunbeds by the pool. Bath shower and toilet, english t.v. wi fi included, how good can it be. Fridge, cups and kettle, wine glasses too, a balcony to sit on, and a wonderful view. Crisp white sheets, adorning my bed, soft cosy pillows, to lay my head. Maids calling dailey to clean out your room, equiped with a bucket, mop and a broom. Although finding the restaurant took us some time, the meals were so tasty and served up with wine. Salads. chips and pizas, a variety of meats, pudding galore so your in for some treats. Entertainment enjoyable new acts every night, I do have to say they got it just right. The holiday was great, had a fabulous time, not a rain drop in sight, and the sun didn't half shine. More
The staff made us feel welcome, we had a very enjoyable holiday, will most certainly be coming back, I would like the entertainment to be a lot more varied . The most annoying thing about the holiday was the amount of people who put towels on sun beds and did not use them till late afternoonMore
Well recommended... We all had a brilliant holiday here and would return again, staff and reps are spot on..... The spa and gym are amazing if you want to pay that little extra as we all did.... Bonus is, the beach is literally on the doorstep ðððððMore

Great mid-priced hotel with good sized rooms. The food was extremely filling, with a snack bar that has plenty on offer during the day should you miss breakfast. Strong variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with themed nights on certain days to spice things up. Entertainment is a plenty at the Barcelo, ranging from magic to musicals to dance acts. Always managed to find beds by the pool to get the sun in. Handy Tip 1: The pools are different temperatures - find the warmer one! Handy Tip 2: The bar has certain branded alcohols that are included in the 'all inclusive' package. Worth getting those. Only con: wifi isn't great around the hotel, but strong coverage in the reception area.More
