This beachside hotel comes with a duo of pools and restaurants, and it’s big on activities, too.
There are 2 lagoon pools and 2 restaurants – 1 does buffets, the other is a speciality grill. You’ve also got an A to Z of activities, while in the evening there’s entertainment in the theatre.
Location-wise, this hotel hits the right spot. It’s right on a sandy beach, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from shops and bars in the centre of Costa Caleta.

12th september holiday
Not very commercialised yet you need a car to see the island, although you can book trips with thomson but that becomes quite expensive. the hotel itself is modern with 3 pools 1 for children 2 for everyone else vast amount of sun lounges dont need to put your towels out early. good selection of buffet style food but i found all the desserts tasted the same just different colours, children seem to pick up alot of the food then put it back with sticky fingers and parents seem to think this is okay and do nothing about it . we went half board we had the same pick as everyone else but we had to buy drinks which where over priced. i also found cuttelry and plates dirty and we both got cheesed off asking for clean forks and cups, our room was okay nice view of pool and sea except for sharing our cups/kettle/bathroom and pillows with ant type tiny spiders we asked for the room to be cleaned a number of times which was done each time but not thoroughly and the spiders where crawling over us at night time we did ask for a different room but was told they where fully booked the seats/couches in the lounge where wet and very grubby looking wifi signal was pathetic but you could pay an extortionate price for the better signal.the spa on the other hand was so different it was very clean, heated pool ,outside pool ,sauna ,steam room ,different indoor music relaxing pools gym nice relaxed atmosphere ,massages for small fee etc.the entertainment at night 2 nights a week by professionals the rest of the week by the hotels team not too bad, drinks at night again quite expensive. The hotel is situated on the beach with golden sand very picturesque, shops and restaurants around the corner very clean area no touts of any kind about.i personally would not go there again not enough to see for a 2 week holiday.hotel staff where very polite but should of enforced the cleaners to clean the room properly which they never did.More

Relaxing week long break
Lovely hotel, clean and bright. Friendly staff, great room and good food. Spa is brilliant, super relaxing and calming. Would live to return in the future. Where do I start , from the moment we arrived right to the end of our stay we could not have asked for a better place to stay and the staff were so friendly, we were all inclusive and stayed in block 3 second floor nice and quiet , also unlimited access to the spa which we visited every day relaxation at its best , food = a good variety a little confusing first day but we got the hang of it as its a buffet style, you could help yourself to as much or as little as you like , entertainment the anamation team did a great job so we had fun filled nights with drinks a plenty . In all I would recommend this resort to all if you want a total relaxing holiday , it's best to hire a car if you want to potter around the island as fuel and car rental is very reasonable wif not to good in rooms but in the lounge/reception it's fineMore

Very dirty hotel not cleaned well at all, questionable stains on towels and bedding (which wasn't changed even when requested) ants on bed, pillow, headboard and all over tea and coffee and even in the kettle! Food very bland and boring, everywhere smelled if smoke as people smoked anywhere even indoors, reception seating area very shabby and couches dirty and on many occasions wet, crockery and cutlery unclean in dining area and cockroach spotted in corridor, have a tetanus shot before you go here.More
