This beachside hotel comes with a duo of pools and restaurants, and it’s big on activities, too.
There are 2 lagoon pools and 2 restaurants – 1 does buffets, the other is a speciality grill. You’ve also got an A to Z of activities, while in the evening there’s entertainment in the theatre.
Location-wise, this hotel hits the right spot. It’s right on a sandy beach, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk from shops and bars in the centre of Costa Caleta.

Good for dieters
Lovely clean rooms, with the best bed I have slept in.Nice swimming pools, one was even heated for the first 2 days of our stayPool area kept clean and plenty of sunbeds available,in or out of shade Some staff very pleasant and helpful, others not so and you seemed to be a hindrance getting in their way, particularly in the restaurant.Food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever encountered, bland sometimes undercooked, you couldn't eat what you wanted, just put up with whatever was edible on the day.Little choice with cheap ingredients compared to other 4 star hotels. Also the restaurant was more like a school canteen as any ambience was sadly lacking. Local bars and shops were very standard, nothing special.Overall not an awful hotel, but not a 4 star, which I would expect as it is not a cheap hotel It is supposed to be upgraded to a platinum hotel in a weeks time and in my opinion has not got anywhere near the standards I would expect.I hope this is not a downgrading of the platinum standard by ThomsonsMore

Returned 22 October, another fantastic 2 week stay. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious, beds are really comfortable. If you upgrade you will be in block 3 which is a bit of a walk back to restaurants etc. block 1 can be noisy as part over looks some outside bars which stay open quite late. No issues with sunbeds as plenty for everyone. More

Would like to say its rubbish to stop you all going there, but its Fantastic
Just returned from the Barceló Fuertaventura. Just great, yes it has minor issues such as slow WIFI, but at the end of the day its a holiday hotel and as such could not fault it. Great location, great food , great place Nothing else to say.More

Hotel was beautiful, clean & staff very friendly. Pool areas were clean & very attractive. Location is perfect for beach, bars, & shops. Only downfall was the poor selection of drinks on all inclusive I had to pay extra for Malibu, southern comfort & a jug of sangria!!! Bar shuts at 11pm Entertainment was great but would of preferred more relaxed entertainment outside at night as indoors was very formal & in rows!!!I You cannot sit & chat in a group situation, you can do this at pool bar but it's quiet & in need of more holiday party feel to it. Overall I would recommend thi hotel to couples & families who are after a bit if relaxing fun in the sun!More
