This village-style hotel is right on a white-sand beach and its low-rise buildings sprawl across several acres, so the whole place has a roomy, peaceful feel to it. There are 4 pools to pick from – including an aqua park with chutes and slides for little ones. And the activities line-up is hard to beat, with an archery target range, beach volleyball and tennis courts, plus Nordic walking and mountain biking. You’ll work up quite an appetite with that lot, so there’s a big buffet restaurant and 3 à la cartes to refuel in. Evening entertainment is just as varied – there’s everything from parties on the beach, to movies in the open-air cinema.

Outdoor relax pool
Relax is definitely the word here, and it's no wonder. Surrounded by sunloungers and parasols this pool is the best place for those much needed chill-out days.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great range of international favourites including seafood. Themed evenings take place everyday here where you can experience dishes from all over, Asian and Italian to name a few. Not only that but you can dine al fresco as there's a grill here offering tasty barbecue dishes and salads.
Magic Mungo Club
With a great range of activities throughout the day, for ages 3 to 6.

We went to Club magic life, Djerba in June 2012 and had a great holiday, we went with Thompson. We got there in the morning and was greeted with cocktails and a swift book in as there was a large group of holiday makers, The week was great, very relaxed. We went all inclusive and made good use of it! There was a small selection of cocktails and local beer which was fine, the swimming pools where fine, we found ourselves near the small one next to the main bar, which was quiet and relaxed, we went on two trips into main Djerba and on into Tunisia itself, these where fine, ad as can be expected from Tunisia very busy and full of markets trying to get you in, but a solid No and they didn’t pester. We brought our saviours souvenirs from a local pottery shop, the tip here would be Learn to barter. they love it! The night life was fine, we were on a ground floor room across from another hotel who played live music, but it never carried on till after 10.30pm which was fine as we were watching the main entertainment at our own! The staff in the evenings where friendly and very helpful. Our Mini bar was topped up with water and coke every day. The Beach was great, again all inclusive at the bar! And the sea was so warm! I only swam in it twice, one day was quite rough for the inexperienced swimmer, but those that like it will have a great time!More

Is this country/area safe?
Can anyone help me please! I've just booked a week in July here and (it's my own fault as should if done more research ) but is this island now safe! Are there high risks? I'm in panic mode now and considering changing my holiday? If anyone could give me peace of mind I would be greatful.More
Great hotel, shame about the beach
We stayed in May 2013, 2 weeks all inclusive with our friends and their daughter. The hotel itself is pretty good. A lot of German tourists, the kids entertainment was steered towards the German children (everyone seemed to be speaking German only?) Our son was only 2 1/2 at the time so he didn't go to the kids club but our friends daughter (half German) really loved it! I cannot complain about the food, always plenty on offer. The negatives - we never got good night sleep due to loud guests, constant noise from teenage guests. We stayed in the interconnecting rooms by the pool. The rooms looked smart but the constant shouting and walking all night was horrendous. The beach - lots of camels pooing and weeing everywhere, not ideal if you have overexcited toddler running around. To sum it up - we enjoyed the food on offer, sunshine and pools for children (although the water was freezing cold), and being with our friends made this a great holiday. I wouldn't go back as we enjoy a nice beach but if you don't care about the poo all over - you'll probably like this hotel.More

Having been to other Magic Life hotels, I knew what to expect! When we went the hotel was busy but not too busy! The food was nice, the evening entertainment was quite entertaining though I would stay away from the shows! The hotel in the main was nicely laid out, and the room we had was nice, we were in a bungalow, and it was good to have a bit of extra room however the balconies view wasn't great and they didn't get much sun, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective! I would recommend the hotel and the beach and pools are nice, the island as a whole is a bit sparse however there is no reason to leave the resort!More

Spend 1 glorious week here at the end of September. Had emailed in advance as had requested two connecting rooms (2 elderly relatives) and asked if we could have pool views. They gave us exactly as we had requested. The view of the sunset on the first night was wonderful. The hotel is spotless and the food first class. We ate in only one of the speciality restaurants (the oriental) and it was lovely. Our waiter had let them know we were coming and they had decorated the table for us which was great and made us feel very special. The staff throughout are lovely and can't do enough for you. I would certainly go back and maybe in 2014.More
