Intertur Miami Ibiza Hotel & Apartments

This family-friendly hotel is just steps away from a sandy beach. There are 2 pools, too, and a pair of sun terraces with views over the bay.

This hotel and apartments complex is well set up for families, thanks to its pools, playground and evening entertainment. A beach on the doorstep is a highlight.

Out and about, it’s a 5-minute walk to harbour-side restaurants and bars.

super hotel

Just arrived back from this hotel, my wife and I had only gone for a short break of 4 days, and had never been to Ibiza before, and i must say we where not disapointed, the hotel, staff, and location was excellent. We where given a room on the top floor and the view over the bay was lovely, the rooms had just been upgraded and where excellent, I know it was coming upto the end of the season, but the food and staff where excellent, nothing was to much trouble. If you read any bad reviews, all i can say is i would not agree with any, the hotel has been upgraded for next year, as it has received another star rating, in my opinion just deserved.More

honest review

Let me first start by saying that if you get a good deal, and you book this hotel you will be happy. Its not perfect, but then it is a 3 star BUT it is a lovely lovely holiday destination. I paid £250 all inc via trav republic for 5 nights. Location: beautiful, right on the bay, stunning views Beach: literally a stones throw from the hotel Rooms: Stayed in 406, its a twin with part seaview, not massive but VERY clean and lovely bathroom. Comfy beds, plenty hot water, nice size balcony, hair dryer, tv etc tip only give one pillow but ring reception and they will send up more Cleanliness:immaculate, room was impressively cleaned daily, got up one morning a bit too early and went downstairs to be greeted by an ARMY of pleasant cleaning ladies and gardeners. Pool: Refreshingly cool but not cold, one excellent point is they stack the beds so no one can 'towel' them until 9am so you can getva good seat. Local area: safe and friendly and very clean Children: don't have kids but have to say that even I was impressed by the entertainment crew, especially kids disco every night before main act. Booze: yummy cava free flowing but I do hate the plastic cups, local whisky was nice too, beers ok but wine was a no no for me. Food: if there was to be a weakness then I would have to say it would be the food, have stayed in other 3 star hotels and had better and worse. Was ok for 5 days. However breakfast was the best meal, proper sausages, yummy bacon, fresh pancakes, all the naughty foods plus lots of very fresh and tasty fruit. Gala dinner however was outstanding, they pulled out all the stops. Overall for a 3 star this was a really really really lovely stay, yes the food was not amazing, yes the room a little on the plain side and yes the drinks were in plastic cups but the positives far outweigh any negatives, for the amount we paid this hotel fair exceeded our expectations and we will be back xxxMore

Had another 2 weeks in the Miami (29 sept to 13th oct) & yet again, our holiday was great from start to finish. The staff are sooo lovely. Always a smile, willing to help & translate (we British never learn our hosts language!!) nothing too much trouble. Even the cleaner for our room was a lovely lady & always happy & singing. Now the food: What can I say. As usual we ate too much. There is simply so much choice, you almost feel obliged to try a bit of everything. The chefs are great. They never get irate but are happy to cook what you want & just the way you like it. Rooms are great. Cleaned everyday and comfortable. Entertainment team; As usual, funny, cheesy but you cant help but smile when they play the 'sunshine song' every morning to kick start the day. Will definitely be coming back again. Well done Hotel Miami. thanks for making our holiday just great!! See you soon xMore

Decent hotel - rooms could do with an upgrade

We stayed here in October 2014, having booked it direct with the hotel the day before our arrival. I had chosen this hotel as I have stayed in "Intertur" group hotels on numerous occassions. On arrival the receptionist could not find our booking for a Family Sea View Room and was particularly rude to me when I suggested that if there was a problem that I would like to speak with the duty manager. It was not a good start. In fact at that point my wife and I considered moving to another hotel. I was passed to a helpful lady who found us a suitable room but with no sea view. We spoke to numerous people during our stay who said that they had also had problems with the hotel not giving them the rooms which they had booked. Reception / administration was certainly the weak point in this hotel. Our room was a decent size and was spotlessly clean. It was rather basic and could be done with some modernisation but we were not expecting too much given that this is only a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and there was a small flat screen tv. We seldom used the balcony as it was quite small, oddly shaped and only had a view of neighbouring buildings. Common areas were well maintained and clean. The pool area was a decent size and we had no problems getting sun beds as the hotel frowns on early morning reservations of sun beds. The buffet restaurant served a good selection of food and my wife, my two children and myself had no problem finding something suitable at each meal time. There were plenty of tables available and the extended meal times meant that the restaurant was never too congested. Apart from our unpleasant experience at check in this was a good hotel. I certainly think it would be worth the hotel spending a bit on modernising the rooms and perhaps brining it up to 4 star status given that Es Cana is a nice, reasonable quiet family location.More

A Wonderful Week in Es canar

My wife and I had one week all inclusive stay at the Miami hotel in Ibiza from the 8th -15th October. The hotel is one step away from a sandy beach. The restaurant food is very good something for every taste, chefs are coking many foods in the restaurant in front of you and for you to help your self from the hot and cold buffets. The bar service should suit most drinkers with good choices of non alcoholic and alcoholic refreshements from 1030 am to 1130pm.The bed rooms are of a good size very clean and good air conditioning controlled in the room. There are plenty of sunloungers and parasols aroudnd the pools areas. For children they have created a feature of water fountains and a pirate ship with slides and many attractions to keep the young ones busy. The staff are efficient and maintain a high standard of service. There is a promanade area to the side of the hotel with magnificent views of the sea and other beaches such as Cala Nova. The hotel location is superb and suitable for adults and famylies. We hope to return again.More
