Great rooms, great food and great location!

Me and my girlfriend are 25 & 21, we were looking for a hotel that was quiet enough have a chill by the pool but somewhere close enough to the night life without it being a long walk, Interture was perfect for us. All the staff where great, there was plenty of choice for food! We paid for a sea view but we were put in an inland facing room, however the rooms where so nice we didn't care. When we told them at reception they arranged for us to be moved the morning after arriving, when we moved rooms we were put in one with an amazing view on the top floor. Id go again any day!More

lovely hotel

Second time to this hotel, first time in 1999 with young children, then this time on our own, still loved it, although our room wasnt big enough to swing a cat. loved the food, lovely area, far enough away from san antonio, but close enough to visit, which we did,,,, again for the 3rd time as thats where we met. Just LOVE Ibiza.More

lovely hotel

Myself and a few others stopped here as it is close enough to go to San Antonio bay but far enough away to have a relaxing holiday. So best of both! The food was lovely and a good range. The rooms were all clean and tidy. And walking distance to the famous hippy market! Es canar its self is a lovely little town with lots of independent shops and bars. All within walking distance. Staff were all welcoming and helpful and the beach next to hotel was also clean. But watch out for jellyfish I got stung but again staff sorted it with a lovely mannor! More

Zoe C,

Great for a family with younger children

W stayed here last year for a family holiday. Wife, 4 year old daughter, MIL + partner. Normally we do not go for all inclusive as we like to get around and sight see during the day which means lunch is a waste and we sometimes will also eat dinner out. However, with now having a pool loving, beach loving small person that gets up early in the morning, we plumped for AI and was not disappointed. the breakfast was always very good with a varied offering. Lunch was a bit more limited in choice, but still good quality. Dinner again was very good with theme nights offering a good variety day to day. The pool area is great, especially the pirate ship for the little ones which offers hours of fun. The hotel is next to the beach with its own access, so going to make a few sandcastles, explore a rock pool or a swim in the sea is also a nice quick option with little fuss. The highlight (if you are a family) was the great kids disco in the evening. The staff made it their aim to include all and to make sure it was all about the kids having a good time - too often we have seen kids club people using it to show off their own dancing abilities! We soon learnt all the songs and actions and even bought the CD! The other evening entertainment was fair to middling. Nothing great (except the parrot show which was short but highly amusing) but all watchable to some degree. The cleanliness was good for such a large hotel focusing on families. The staff all very helpful and polite. Nothing really to fault. Would come back again.More

certain staff let this hotel down

Late review stayed in August, always meant to write one but busy life got in the way! First time ive wanted to review a hotel and its for a specific reason. My kids loved this hotel, food ok, snacks rubbish, but main meals fine, room ok, not the cleanest hotel ive stayed in, but not so bad you dont want to stay in it. Its a family hotel that gets noisy, doesnt bother us but it might you, can be hard to get a sun lounger. Easy access to a nice but busy beach. My main concern are the staff, some are ok, but unfortunately most are unfriendly at best, rude and aggressive at worst. One of my children suffers from crohns, one night i forgot to take water up for her to take her tablets, so went down to the bar at 11.30pm, i was aggressively told i couldnt have any drinks, i tried to explain i just wanted water, but the girl just got mildly hysterical and didnt listen, this caused a male member of staff to come over and for want of a better way to explain it, squared up to me, his face almost touching mine. I took a step back and explained i just needed water for my child to take medication, again told no. Luckily a spanish speaking guest stepped in and spoke to them in spanish, i was then reluctantly given half a cup of water, with no apology. Complained next day to reception and also to rep, but nobody seemed to be that bothered. Obviously will not be staying againMore
