Intertur Miami Ibiza Hotel & Apartments

This family-friendly hotel is just steps away from a sandy beach. There are 2 pools, too, and a pair of sun terraces with views over the bay.

This hotel and apartments complex is well set up for families, thanks to its pools, playground and evening entertainment. A beach on the doorstep is a highlight.

Out and about, it’s a 5-minute walk to harbour-side restaurants and bars.

Sunbeds for all!

I returned yesterday from a week here, and can agree with the previous comment - towels were not allowed to be left overnight, and this was announced over the loud speaker every evening, and messages were put up around the hotel telling you this. Couldn't really fault the hotel - we arrived from the late Bristol flight and it must have been way past midnight, and the hotel let us go into the dining area and have bread, fruit and cheese. I asked for a quiet room on a high floor and thats what I got - still had sea view but the room didn't overlook the pool/noise. The entertainment on some nights was embarrassing, but the Beijing Acrobats were excellent.More

Towel Problem Solved !

Yes, as the title suggests, the towel problem as mentioned in previous reviews has been resolved. Congratulations to the Hotel Management and staff carrying out this task with military precision, plenty of warning given to holidaymakers about what was going to happen with the offending towels and the threat was carried out, reclaiming the sunbeds for everyone to get a fair chance to use each morning. This was our 5th visit and just as good as the previous 4 ( although never had the sunbed problem previously ). Hotel and rooms are kept very clean by army of pleasant cleaners. Food pretty good. Entertainment as in previous 4 years very poor with the exception of the Beijing Acrobats. Same acts as in previous years. Disappointed that we didn't get the room that we requested, especially as we are loyal customers but I guess that most rooms are good and most have a sea view. Thanks again Hotel Miami but please try to improve the entertainment.More

Disappointed! No sleep, rude staff!

Was really optimistic after reading good reviews on this hotel however I am very disappointed. The pool area is way too small for as many people they have crammed in this hotel, people are fighting over beds! They charge you €6 a day for wifi that doesn't even work - it says you have connection but nothing loads. I told them about this problem every day and all they said is 'come back tomorrow' as their computers weren't even working. The night entertainment is also very poor - the worst being a bird show in which the birds just tried to fly away the whole time. The man spent the whole time grabbing hold of their legs until they stopped flapping - I think they were trying to get away from being stroked by every single member of the crowd. On the last night everyone was shaking their heads at the awful act that was on. Very low budget acts. The worst thing about the holiday was the noise. Our room was near a lift and it was SO loud - sounded like a train and furniture being dragged above you. I was living on a few hours sleep each day. We complained about this and were told we could only move if we payed an additional €20 for a sea view room which we didn't want! We then were moved to the exactly same room in a different block (next to cleaners office, a broken loud lift AND right on top of an extractor fan) Our room also stunk of smoke as the maids were smoking in their cleaning room next door. They also shout to each other at 7am, so if the lift didn't wake us up, the cleaners did! The receptionists are very unhelpful, especially a man named 'julio' he didn't listen to a word we said and was very rude. Very poor dated hotel, needs knocking down and to be started again! I am not fussy with hotels and have been on many all inclusive 3 star holidays and have never had any problems, but this hotel is terrible! More

Excellent Holiday

We've just come back from a 10 night all inclusive stay from 9th August to 19th August in the Hotel Miami and can say it's one of the best holidays I've had. We travelled with our 2 kids, a 6 year old girl and 16 month old boy,who both loved every minute of their stay. After reading some of the reviews on here I wasn't sure what to expect but we never had no complaints and will definitely be returning. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, check in was quick the man on the desk was very helpful, the bar staff work extremely hard and were always friendly and the maids were polite and did a great job cleaning our room and changing our towels each day. Food was great, loads to choose from, it isn't just all pizza and chips like some people state, lots of variety and the breakfasts were lovely. Drinks are good, at meal times it's self service tea, coffee, juices on a morning then Pepsi,7UP, Fanta wines and beers on an evening.Pool bar serves drinks and ice lollies and ice creams the kids loved these. Entertainment is good, there were a couple of poor acts but kids loved the mini disco and my daughter loved the Panda Club she performed in a circus show they put on and they really looked after her. The Animation team worked extremely hard and were great with both kids and Adults, David was fantastic. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location right on the beach, the swimming pools are great especially the kids pirate ship splash pool which my youngest loved. As for the sunbed situation this was resolved a few days into our stay and there were than enough available. All in all we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Miami.More

You'll have to stay in the hotel down the road

This was what I and my children were told on arrival at this hotel. No apology. No explanation. Nothing other than we don't have a room for you. This having booked the hotel direct a month previously and having received a confirmation e-mail. They said we would have to spend two nights at this other, poorer quality, hotel without a sea view that we had paid for. It ended up only being one night but we were only away for seven so our first two days were very disrupted. This was particularly stressful as a single parent. No apology was forthcoming. On another note the entertainment was shocking.More
