Intertur Miami Ibiza Hotel & Apartments

This family-friendly hotel is just steps away from a sandy beach. There are 2 pools, too, and a pair of sun terraces with views over the bay.

This hotel and apartments complex is well set up for families, thanks to its pools, playground and evening entertainment. A beach on the doorstep is a highlight.

Out and about, it’s a 5-minute walk to harbour-side restaurants and bars.

Pool to Beach in 15 seconds

We arrived to be told that we would be staying in the Apartments just around the corner. I'm glad that we did. The apartment was just about right, bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchenette and lounge with balcony. The apartments were cleaned EVERY day and the staff were great. The pool was basic but very inviting and from the pool it was literally a 15 second walk through a tunnel into a café situated directly on the beach. Es Cana is a beautiful little bay with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Would we go again ? Yes we would. Thank you for a lovely holiday.More

Great Family Hotel

We had a 5 day trip all inclusive to the hotel at end of September and had a great time. Myself husband and our 3 1/2 year old little boy. At first arrival the staff we helpful and polite. Our room wasn't ready as we had arrived at 10 am in the morning but they assured all would be sorted soon as possible and that we could make use of all the facilities and all inclusive basis in the meantime and by the time we had lunch all would be done. True to what they said it was we had a great corner room overlooking the sea on the 5th floor - Balcony was very small but extra room size and a 3 year old I thought we didn't want him out there too much anyway. Food was more than satisfactory and they variations were good for each meal. Entertainment staff were great with the kids and although my little boy too young for the kids club we had the pirate ship and all other parents with kids under 4 stayed there and looked out for each others little ones also you only had to walk down a few steps from the pool to the beach. On the day it rained they opened the kids club up to all with parental supervision too. - really happy with the visit except for the RAIN... will go back again I am sure.More

All inclusive is a must!

We are currently still here at the hotel. Location and facilities are amazing. We upgraded to sea view family and have best room in hotel in our opinion, had fridge and tea facilities and yet there both locked!!! We asked them to be opened and not allowed. We need to store our sons medicine in the fridge and yet they won't accommodate us. Very disappointed and its spoilt our holiday. More

GONE DOWN HILL

We as a family have been using this hotel for 6 years now and have always enjoyed our stay. My husband and I thought we would have 4 days away, all inclusive, with our friends. We arrived late at night, we were given room on 1st floor, so we asked to move either higher up or to the other side, overlooking the sea. We paid an extra 48.00 euros to have a sea view for our 4 nights. We were given room 541, we got to our room and it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, we left the door open all night to try and clear it, but it still was strong in the morning. We have then gone to use the bath towels and found the most unpleasant and nasty stain on one of them. I raised our concerns about the smell and the dirty towel within our room and reception said they were SORRY. We also felt that the noise level was very loud from the entertainment. As I stated, we have always had happy times here, but these last 4 days away, have changed my mind about going back. The food, although plenty, we felt was not as nice. The machine for the SANGRIA was obviously not working properly, tasted like vinegar.More

Good overall hotel

This wasn't the accommodation we booked. We were booked to stay in the Miami Apartments which is a separate building 2 minutes walk from the Miami Hotel. We arrived at the apartments only to be told there was 'no room at the inn' and we would have to spend one night in the hotel and then come back to the apartments. This obviously wasn't good enough and after a little bit of negotiating we agreed to move into the hotel for the duration of our holiday full board for no extra cost. So the review - the hotel room was really clean with plenty of storage for the two of us. There was a TV with UK channels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The maid service visited every day and there was a safe where you can get the key from reception for a small charge. The dining room was very busy at key times, but there was always lots of choice of hot and cold food. There is also a small dining terrace which is a lot quieter if you can get a table. The pool area was very busy but there are sunbeds on the terrace which was nice, my only criticism would be there was a lack of parasols. The hotel was about 5-10 mins walk from the centre of Es Cana where there are bars and restaurants. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the bus station where you can catch buses to nearby towns. Given our bad start I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would definitely recommend it.More
