Great hotel, great food, and great beach!

We booked our trip the day before we left via On The Beach. Flight was with Thomson and private transfer which took 40 minutes. Hotel was spotless on arrival and no issue checking in. We booked all inclusive for 5 days and requested a sea view room. We were on the top floor with a panoramic view! Room was clean and also had a sofa, flat screen TV on the wall and nice bathroom. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no light on balcony, for sitting out at night, but apart from that, it was great. Clean room and clean towels everyday. Food was the best all inclusive we have had and we sat out on the terrace overlooking the sea every meal time. Drinks were fine although the red wine was an acquired taste. Pool was lovely and plenty of sunbeds and deckchairs. Beach is less than 10 seconds walk from pool and was spotless. If you want as sunbed on the beach, they are 5 euros each and an extra 5 euro is for a parasol. You can of course, just lie on your towel if you prefer. Sea is crystal clear and there are pedalos, glass bottom boat and para sailing. You can also take a boat trip to Ibiza town. WiFi is 6 Euros per day, 12 for 3 days or 20 for a week. Signal is poor. Most of the pubs in Es Cana have free WiFi but signal isn't much better. There are activities if you like that kind of thing and I did see a lot of people joining in. The evening entertainment was so bad it was funny, but you don't have to watch it I suppose. All in all a great hotel, on the beach with good food and a short transfer. Weather was averaging 25 in late October and although the town was closing down for winter, we had a great time. Would we go back.....yes, would we book with On The Beach.....yes!More

excellent hotel

After ready some recent negative reviews I was concerned about our impending holiday, we were going as a group of 6 adults ranging from 55 to 73 years in age, one of our group was a vegetarian and another one was a very fussy eater, but they never had any problems breakfast lunch or dinner finding something to eat they said the food was plentiful. the rooms well very clean and well kept, the hotel had addressed the sunbed situation but we still saw holidaymakers hurry to put loads of towels out on the sunbeds even though they did not use them all day, sometimes we did not need a sunbed until lunchtime and we always managed to find one, the hotel was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. well done to the management and all the staff keep up the good work and hopefully we will be back next yearMore

Birthday holiday trip

I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago with my partner and his family for four nights all inclusive. The room was clean, although bed hard and there was such an overpowering smell of sewage one morning when I woke up that I could barely breathe! Also, avoid the first floor, as the cleaners were there before 9am and I was woken up every morning by them talking loudly and clattering around, was not very impressed! The food was mixed, sometimes great, other times very random! The location of the hotel is very good, near two beaches and some bars and restaurants. If I had children I think this would be a very safe and appealing choice. What put a dampener on the holiday was the day after returning, my partner and I both came down with a stomach bug, likely picked up at the hotel before we left. I would not return again as a couple, but perhaps in the future with children.More

spent 7 days here with my 2 girls 9 and 4 and my wife all inclusive im going to keep it in sections but to the point and detailed as i can. food: a clear 10/10 plenty to choose from with a wide range of selections of all kinds of meats deserts all fresh fruit food VERY well presented and can cater for anyones needs. entertainment: 8/10 i believe his names daniel the tall skinny young lad, puts a lot of effort into his work with the kids every night doing the mini disco and a wide range of things in the day KIDS CLUB also the young girl in the lady bird costume nikki? these 2 are a asset to the hotel. very polite and nice people. being a family hotel the main entertainment is set around kids but they also do things for adults like water polo and darts and close target shooting(pellets air guns) rooms: 9/10 VERY clean and tidy rooms and beds made up and cleaned everyday by the nice and polite cleaners i was in room 501 on the highest 5TH FLOOR amazing views to wake up to, room had a flat screen tv plenty of towels replaced daily for free if left on the floor. sleep: 4/10 now here is the clanger for us 4 the sleep was not so good im not to sure what is going on with the pillows very lumpy and strange i woke up 3 times a night maybe more. as you all know if you have done your research this hotel is going from 3 to 4 stars next year im not to sure how as i would rate this a 4 star now!. we checked out at 12 mid day as normal but they let us keep our orange bands on (all inclusive) until our shuttle to the airport came around 6pm which was very generous. A round up: this hotel will suit familys looking for great hotel great food and a hotel based a foot away from the nice beaches of es cana and hot weather the 7 nights i was there with my family i did not here any one screaming or shouting out side my hotel room very peaceful and quiet. cant think of anymore right now i hope this helps you and you will not be disappointed with this hotel. all in all 9/10More

Wonderful Holiday! Thank you to all at the Miami

Arrived back on the 15th after spending two weeks at the Intertur Miami. Right from the minute we checked in we were treated so well by the staff in Reception and, as our holiday progressed, things just got better and better! All inclusive is a must with great food, drinks, and accommodation but, above all, it is the friendliness of the staff which makes the whole experience so enjoyable. We would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful hotel to couples and families alike.More
