Family break

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miami. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. There is a good choice of food even for one of our party being vegetarian, all beautifully presented. The hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes stroll along the beach to the main area of Es Cana, an ideal spot and with lovely views out to sea.More

Maureen B,

immaculate fantastic food

great location fantastic food the hotel was immaculately clean with very friendly staff . not sure why the hotel couldn't have free wi fi and they seemed to have a lot of little extras that needed to be paid for but overall lovely hotel in the ideal location.More

Ladies break

Stayed with 5 other ladies in May. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miami hotel es Cana. The hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location right on the beach. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great sea view. The food was delicious with lots of choice and the restaurant was immaculate. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for an excellent holiday. More

Great hotel, great location

Just returned after a weeks all-inclusive stay. LOVED IT! Initially we were disappointed as the kiddies splash pool & pirate ship were not open for the first two days, and after mithering the staff about this, it was opened on the third day into our holiday (think there was some technical issue with it). My 4-year old absolutely LOVED it when it opened. I would say the food is good for a 3-star hotel, plenty to choose from and always ate far too much - the desserts were really nice too. Ice cream & lollies were always available at the outside bar if you fancied a treat during the day. Drinks were ok too - the usual local spirits and the good thing is that you could ask for a beer in a larger cup (similar to pint size) which is not the case in a lot of AI hotels. The basic cocktails were OK but you could pay 2.50 euros for a proper nice cocktail (which I treated myself to a few times). You could also pay a small amount if you wanted something like bottled strongbow (not much). We had a great view from our room on the 5th floor - could see the pool and the beach. Flatscreen TV kept the little one entertained when necessary and the beds were comfy. Only thing I would say is bring your own hairdryer as the ones in the bathrooms are absolutely useless - took me about an hour to dry my hair with that thing. Staff were very helpful, especially the entertainment team. The weather wasn't so good towards the end of our stay and so my daughter went in the Panda club and loved it (especially Sophie) and all the other staff were great with the kids and the adults - organising things to keep us busy like rifle-shooting, Ping-Pong, archery, bingo... the two guys in the entertainment team were amazing!! My daughter loved the mini-disco which was on every evening. Also I really liked the way that the entertainment team put out little chairs for the kids after the mini disco for the next act/entertainment to come on. The acts were suitable for both the parents and kids which kept the kids entertained - acts like a magician, circus acts, dancers, birds of pray and performing parrots!!! The pool was absolutely freezing but I guess that's when you get in May! Around the pool was very busy - all the sunbeds were taken and so I would expect it gets a lot busier in the summer. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The lifts in the hotel were horrendously juddery/clangy - hate lifts myself but being on the 5th floor I HAD to use them - but I guess the good thing is these lifts have got me over my phobia lol :-) We got a taxi from the airport (couldn't be bothered messing around and waiting for transfers) and the taxi cost £35 - £40 Euros and took about 20 mins. Going back though I was told by another couple to book a taxi through reception as one family were left stranded at the hotel as they couldn't get one instantly on the morning or departure. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel - probably in the summer months when the weather is likely to be a bit better.More

Lovely clean hotel with everything you could possibly need

Just returned from an all inclusive stay in this hotel, spotless clean, rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday, fabulous walk around all the beach coves from a few steps down from the hotel onto the beach. The buffet literally had everything and anything you could possibly want at breakfast lunch and dinner and the food was always fresh and regularly replenished. There's a fantastic animacion team who literally work all day and night to make sure both kids and adults are entertained, during the day there is archery, table tennis, rifle shooting to name but a few along with the kids club and mini disco and then a show every evening. The girls are always on the go and are super energetic and friendly but I think Arron and Joegan deserve a special mention, they work so hard and both kids and adults love them. Wifi is available at a cost of 4 euro per day with special rates for 3 or more days but the signal isn't the strongest and keeps dropping.More
