Stayed at the Intertur Hotel Miami for 7 nights in October 2016. We had a really lovely stay although the Hotel was much busier than we have ever experienced it in the past in October. Our room had a fantastic view and was very clean, staff were very helpful and restaurant offered an excellent varied choice. Hotel has very good amenities and is very close to the town and beach. Great location in a beautiful country
Nice hotel in a perfect location - right on the beach! Food was as expected for an all inclusive hotel, although the salad bar was excellent. Unfortunately, there were always queues to get a drink. It would be nice if we could have had a cup of water without having to wait 10 minutes each time. Maybe it was because of the time we went to Ibiza (end of season), but staff didn't seem overly bothered about working and people staying in the self catering apartments had a cheap holiday seeing as they came into the all inclusive hotel and had free drinks (we watched this happen several times, and the people openly commented on how easy it was to get a free drink!). Despite these niggles, would highly recommend this hotel especially if you have children. Sun, sea, pool and great location.More

Great beach hotel
We arrived late on a Saturday night for a week stay at the Miami hotel. Having missed dinner, we thought we may have to trawl round the resort at midnight, looking for late night restaurants. Ah, the staff had other ideas and laid on a mini buffet for all late comers which does not happen in many hotels. Good start! Glad to say the room held a proper double bed rather than push together singles, tick. A very clean room with en suite bath/shower, wardrobe with safe, tv and balcony. Oh.... and a view of the patio, beach and sea, double tick. Breakfast was over a three hour period, didn't start at yawn o'clock and of massive variety that never dwindled after the first hour. We opted for the half board basis, although all inclusive was quite popular. Throughout the day the animation team kept children amused and families seemed to have enough to fill their day in the hotel grounds. A dedicated play room has been set aside for them which parents can sit and watch if needed. The pool is circular and split into two for younger children. As in many cases people seem to queue to get a good lounger as soon as brekkie is done and dusted. The good thing is that 20 metres more and you are on the beach which is gently shelving for toddlers and adults alike. This is very much a family hotel and in peak season it would be filled with children of all ages. In October, it quietens down - that said the disco/entertainment goes on till 10.30-11.00 pm but is not overly loud. Dinner is themed for four nights, indian/ chinese/mexican/spanish and is varied every session. There are four bars, two of which were on the patio. Nightime staged entertainment is also outside at around 8.30-9.00. Rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. Reception staff are both knowledgeable and multi lingual This hotel has the best location in Es Canar and is worthy of its three star status.More
We stayed here for 10 night's (19th-29th Oct) and had a great time. We were lucky with Weather. Hotel very clean and fridge in room (maids very friendly) and excellent location beside the beach. My 8 year old really enjoyed the kids club as staff were very comitted and my 4 year old loved the pirate ship area. The food was good (esp salad bar & fresh omlettes) I would have liked the family room to have been a bit bigger and perhaps better entertainment for adults at night. Overall I would definitely recommend this Hotel for families (I wouldn't choose this Hotel if I didn't have children)More
Great holiday at Intertur Miami
A great first holiday for me and my partner. The only thing we could fault was the weather! All the staff we came across we're friendly and helpful, the maids cleaned our rooms, made our bed and changed our towels every morning too. There was always plenty of choice when it came to meal times and even though the evening entertainment was mainly aimed at the kids it was still pleasant to watch. We'd definitely recommend and go back again! More
