An absolutely superb place to stay with two pools and a paddling pool with water sprays and the like. One pool heated. Great restaurant and bars. Beautiful gardens, excellent rooms. All very clean and vey friendly. Lots of shops in what is more akin to a small town rather than a hotel/resort. Lovely beach with safe waters. We have been twice to this resort and on our last trip our youngest was quite ill for three days and the care he received from the doctor(s) was excellent and unbelievably inexpensive. All in all one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family and will be going back maybe next year.More
Excellent hotel if u have kids which is the reason we went...Room was massive clean and cleaned nearly everyday..Hotel staff friendly even more if u tipped them..Kids club for our 5 year old was great..Kids entertainment best ive seen..Loads for kids to do...Beach was great and walking out on jetti...Not fussed on adults entertainment..Food was average but plenty outside hotel if u get fed upMore
We stayed at the hotel in May and was the best holiday we have ever had! the rooms were perfect and beautifully decorated and very clean. The food was to die for ( especially Mohammed's pizza! ) the beach was nice and the water is crystal clear and full of fish. And the entertainment team were first class. The only fault I can pick is that the sand on the beach was rough... That's it! Other than that a perfect family holidayMore
I am not going to go into massive detail about this trip (i would be here all day) This is the most beautiful place i have been on holiday and the hotel was absolutely fantastic (swim up room is amazing). I am truly devastated with what is happening right now over there but i can guarantee one thing..... If the flights come back on i WILL be visiting this hotel again without a shadow of a doubt!!More

We stayed for 10 days as a family of 4. The hotel was beautiful and was well kept. We had a swim up pool which was great, until the low sun meant we were in the shade from lunch time (in October the sun went down around 4.30pm). We had free pool towels and always had sunbeds spare at the quiet pool, though it was harder to find a bed near the busy pool. The staff were conscientious and insisted on bringing you drinks to your sunbed or table on the evening. Sometimes I wasn't sure when to tip, the polite thing seemed to be give them a pound coin when they had brought you a few rounds of drinks. However the staff never begged for tips and were very professional whether you tipped or not. The same can't be said for the transfer coach luggage handlers (they would barely lift your bag 2 feet off the ground, then they would jingle pound coins in your face and say 'you pay me'). The kids club and evening entertainment was great as you would expect from a Holiday village. The beech was nice and had a long pier which had the odd tropical fish kicking around in the water. We booked a snorkelling trip through our First Choice rep and it was fantastic, the fish around the Reef were the best we'd ever seen. Due to terrorism there were many cancelled excursions (Pyramids, sand buggies etc). The Russian plane disaster happened as we left, which was a worry. I would visit this hotel again as it was beautiful, but I will probably wait until the trouble settles down before booking again.More
