This hotel is spot on for action-packed holidays, with three pools and a huge activities line-up. It’s also right on the beach, with its own coral reef.
The private stretch of sand here sidles up to a natural lagoon, where you can try everything from stand-up paddle boarding to diving in the off-shore coral reef.
You’ve got three pools to pick from at the hotel – including a family pool with slides. Out of the water, there’s archery, volleyball and yoga to get stuck into.

Wow just Wow, the transfer from the airport is a little long 1.5hrs but well worth it, this hotel is amazing, not a lot of brits there, predominantly German. there are 3 pools, the slide pool, which has 3 slides from slow to fast, the activity pool, for all the pool activities and the relax pool which is just that. The beach is the best we have been to in Egypt, the lagoon is flat calm all day long, you can use paddle boards, canoes do windsurfing all for free, and the sea water in the afternoon was warm. Due to the hotels location the shops on site are very over priced and the people who work in the shops are not pleasant people (my only gripe), buy cigarettes on arrival at the Airport at the baggage claim, £20 for 200 L&M (only accept Stirling NOT Egyption, do not buy in the hotel shops. Even cheaper on return leg £13 for 200 L&M, worth the risk. Room was perfect, we travelled as a group of six, using two rooms in block 14 and block 19, the attention to detail from the room staff in terms of the cleaning and the nice touches like to towel art, which amused our 5 year old each day, our room was always spotless when we returned from the pools. A special mention must go to Mohamed at the slide pool bar and the life guards, our 5 yr old, made a friend in all of them them, thank you so much, you are a credit to the hotel. Dining was amazing, so much selection, a different theme every night (please be cautious with the white meat) not always throughly cooked, but so long as you check its not pink before eating all will be fine, we booked into the the Italian on one night which was lovely, I recommend the Shrimp Salad to start, I could have eaten 10 of them. The Indian was not great. If you are in 2 minds as to go to this hotel, please don't be, you will not be disappointed, I always read the reviews after I have booked a holiday, Im sure if i looked close enough I could finds things to complain about, but we wanted a 2 week break all inclusive with goof weather, good food and swimming pools and that is what we got. Well done TUI Magic Life KalawyMore
Only handful of Brits here but Germans very nice people. Used hotel limo service to take evening trips to hurghada met local Egyptian people who are lovely. Mc D's Huge! Location amazing well worth 1hour transfer by private taxi. Sea view rooms fab, cleanliness first class so not sure why 3 of our party got tummy bugs but tabs from pharmacy sorted it, though a fraction of price in town. Took a while to find way around - a few signs would be helpful. Staff amazing especially beach bar abd elselam-fathy who looked after us. Also Omar wahbi was good. But I have to mention Mohammad sayed who was exceptionally rude and arrogant to the ladies of our party - this is unacceptable should you want returning guests from England! We did have a fab time and 99% of your staff are amazing. Thank you for a great holiday.More
We spent a week at this hotel last week and were sad to have had to come home. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and transfer from the airport takes around 90 minutes. There is nothing around the hotel outside so you could easily spend a week inside the resort without being bored because of all the activities they offer. There is a daily info board with all the activities on offer and most of them are keep-fit based, primarily for the majority of German guests the hotel attracts. We preferred just to swim in the pools/sea daily and lay around relaxing in the sun. The whole hotel is immaculately maintained, the gardens are beautiful and our room was spotless. The food in the main buffet restaurant is brilliant, we ate there most days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs are always around cooking dishes in front of you and keeping all the food clean/covered etc. The food did not become repetitive as they rotated the offer daily with different theme nights each evening. Make sure you try the fresh bread being cooked by the lady outside the restaurant every night too! We didn't get a chance to try the various à la carte restaurants as we had planned to because we were a bit poorly for a few days with the infamous 'egypt belly' whilst we were there. Despite being very very vigilant, regular use of hand gels etc two days of our holiday were spent confined to our bedroom/bathroom. The on-site pharmacy supplied us with some antibiotics called 'Nifunal' which helped to clear up the worst of our sickness, although we are still both not fully back to 100% at home in the UK. I am not holding this against the hotel at all, nor do we think we became sick because of the hotel's doing. It didn't spoil our holiday, Egypt is a lovely country and any Western traveler runs the risk of catching local bugs that they have not been exposed to before. The pool areas are well kept, although they did get very busy towards the end of the week. We struggled to find a sun lounger near the pool on a few occasions but there was never a problem down on the beach. The sea lagoon is fantastic for snorkeling in, bring your own masks or you can rent one for 5 euros per day. There are lots of fish to see in the middle of the lagoon around the coral areas. You can also snorkel or go diving in the sea off the main jetty with lots of larger fish to see instead. Before leaving the UK we booked separate day trips to go to the Makadi Waterpark (around 45 minutes drive away) and also to Luxor (3 hours drive away) booked via an external excursion provider as Thomson excursion prices aren't the cheapest. I would highly recommend these day trips, feel free to contact me for info.More
We went as a family with our friends on July nice place but it is not the best. about food it was amazing and clean restaurants. very very poor rooms there is no coffee set no kettle in the room. safe box Stucked and when we asked for someone to help us they put several times 9 to 10 or 5 to 6 and if you were not at room you have to wait for the next day and when we complained they said it's rules we cannot go to fix it when anybody ask because sometimes we are going and find it empty in the end and it was not acceptable excuse cause we was keeping all our money inside and was needing it they solved the problem in our third day there. Water activities for free but they made the kids signed for themselves with out asking any adults with them to rent a boat for rafting and without giving them any life jackets and it was very dangerous p.s. kids ages was between 7 to 12 yr. Swimming pools very clean and nice but without supervisors to forbid the kids jumping in very dangerous way especially the pools was not so deep Most of the staff were not friendly and sometimes were rude especially with the Egyptians. The green areas are amazing. Very clean And nice beach. More
Stayed here for an amazing 2 weeks. The trip from the airport to the hotel is about an hour (give or take a bit) so if you have a taxi transfer and they say its only a 25 minute trip, they're fibbing. Staff are incredible. Really friendly and really helpful, can't fault any of them! The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. There was such a large variety of food that we didn't bother with the al a Carte restaurants. There was a different theme every night which was nice. The pools were always clean. The lagoon is nothing like I have ever seen before, really nice! We went on 3 trips. The royal cruise, quad biking and another boat trip to an island (can't remember what it was called). The royal cruise was incredible - the staff were great and friendly, the boat was lush and its just such a great day out! Had a buffet on the boat which was lovely! Something for there for everyone! Quad biking was really good, very hot though! Make sure you take plenty of water with you! The boat trip to the island was okay. The boat was fine, the staff didn't really seem to be that bothered though. The island itself was amazing. Such a relaxing and beautiful setting - not a bad place to be at all! Don't let the few negative reviews put you off, this is definitely a hotel worth staying at! ð More
