When it comes to pools, this place, which used to be called the Iberotel Aquamarine, really goes all out. It’s got a whopping 18 of them, plus 2 aquaparks that tick off slides and chutes. And if that’s not got you sold, it throws in a private sandy beach for good measure, complete with thatched-roof daybeds. On the food front, there are 2 big buffet restaurants, plus 4 à la cartes dishing up Italian, Asian, Lebanese and seafood dishes. And as for the rooms, they’re big and modern, and all come with a balcony or terrace.

Fantastic holiday for swimming, tanning and being pampered!
This was my 4th visit to the Aquamarine and was delighted again. The hotel is 5 star and perfect for all types of people. It is very well-maintained and constantly being cleaned. A beautifully flat architecture with wonderful planting. The rooms are very large, clean and tidy with a beautiful decor. The bathroom is also very big with a huge shower and a separate toilet. 18 beautiful pools which are varied in size. Many of the pools are small and safe for little ones. The Aquapark slides are fantastic! The hospitality extended in this place is totally unmatched. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is outstanding - very kind, helpful with a big smile on their faces. You cannot ask for anything more! Every single one of the staff is so polite, always want to give you a helping hand! Made me feel welcome at all times! The service at meal times are spot on! Special attention for every guest. About the food I could also not complain. There was plenty of choice so it was easy to find something you like in the main restaurant in which you always had enough space with an area for adults only. In addition there are four excellent à-la-carte restaurants: Italian, Asian, Lebanese and seafood. The quality of food was very good and varied. There are a lot of bars there but don’t overlook the Waves bar. It is very quiet and relaxing and it is just around a corner of the main restaurant. There was always something going on for entertainment through the days and evenings! The animation team was absolutely amazing. Always got people involved in everything, The activity in and around the pool was fun, and for everyone. There were also live shows at the disco in the evening. Any problems ask to speak to one of the attentive managers or chefs who will go out of their way to help. Many thanks to all and every single member of staff at the Aquamarine for making my holiday so pleasant! To sum up, a really beautiful hotel with absolute comfortable atmosphere. Fantastic holiday for swimming, tanning and being spoiled by best employees.More

Amazing hotel !!
We returned on Friday after a fantastic week staying at this hotel. Everything about the hotel is excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and our cleaner Khaled did a really good job! There is an amazing choice of food in the main restaurant, very good quality and varied.Of the waiters here ,Ali in particular deserves a mention with his lovely smile and personality. We ate in 3 of of the a la carte restaurants,Italian, Chinese and Lebanese. All were good , but we thought the Lebanese was the best, especially the desserts. Of the bars ,we mainly used the Nogoum bar at the Blue Marine hotel where the waiters Ahmed and Ehab were brilliant. We also used the restaurant there on a couple of evenings. The pools were great, lots of sunbeds, helpful pool boys and waiters once again.I could say a lot more, all of it good ,but other people have already said it before.Just one more point... When you get to the airport turn immediately left where you will see 4 bank booths where you can buy your visas for £10, instead of paying £13 at the Thomson desk where everyone rushes to first.More

Stunning hotel. Amazing service, friendly staff. That's the summary and must agree with the good views on here. Hotel is very clean at all times in all areas .very impressive how this is maintained. Restaurant staff very good and kept on top of things even when busy. Particularly liked fish restaurant with beautiful decor and delicious food.pools very clean and no problems with sun bed availability and no need to rush to save a spot. Reception staff very organised at check in and was never a queue if you needed advise. Good to see strong management keeping the wheels turning if there were any issues and we appreciated the calls from Tracy at guest relations to check all was ok. Needed some assistance with booking the a la cartes and mr hassan assisted very kindly as well as making us aware we could also use blue marine facilities. Did not use the spa and did not feel staff were pushy in their sales approach but did feel some of the photographers were a little irritating but nothing a firm no didn't resolve. Travelled as a couple but would recommend for all More
A fantasic week at this wonderful hotel
What superlatives can I say about this hotel that hasn’t already been said? My idea of a truly wonderful place is somewhere I would return without a moment of hesitation and I’m already planning on returning later this year. Every aspect of the Jaz Aquamarine satisfied my expectations and surpassed them. We arrived on 28th February tiered and stressed and left on 7th March relaxed, well- tanned and plump!! The food was in every restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice. The Gin & Tonic’s had you singing after 3 or 4. The house wine was very palatable and the service from all members of the staff came with a smile. If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed, trust me. Mrs D Kessey P.S if you want to snorkel, walk around to the now, unused, next door hotel as far as the Gym & Boats you can access a great reef from here, just wear footwear.More

Amazing, stunning and friendly
My title says it all. Was without doubt the best decision we could have made to go here. Not one complaint. Food, service, staff, cleanliness, choice of food and things to do just far exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to back next year with the kids as I think they'll get just as much out of it as is if not even more! Please note though that although you should take plenty if change for tipping (the wages are very low and they work harder than any other leisure industry staff I've ever come across and always with a smile and a knowledge of your favourite drink) try not to use pound coins as they can't exchange them easily. We used English notes at the end of the holiday for the guys who cleaned our rooms and delighted us everyday with the towel art, and American dollars for the usual bar/pool service. They more than deserve the odd tip every now and again. More
