A beachside setting and plenty of restaurants get this hotel off to a good start.
There’s a tranquil feel to this hotel, what with the stream and bridges in the palm-filled gardens. Icmeler’s bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes’ walk away, and the beach is just outside the back door.
You’ve got a great restaurant choice here, including Turkish and seafood à la carte places. And still on the food front, there are some great touches – like the cooling slices of melon handed out by the pool.

Lovely, relaxing and great service
I went with my boyfriend for a week and came away feeling so relaxed! It was right out onto the beach and being with the hotel meant you had a shade and beds on the beach for free (which you really need as its boiling!). There was never a shortage of food, the poolsid snack bar was really yummy, the evening meals were much nicer than other fully inclusive places but we ended up going out for dinner a lot. As you arrive there they said coctails were the only thing not included but I couldn't find a single one that they charged for! It was slightly annoying that our double room was actually two single beds pushed together but it was fine. If you go, I would fully reccommend going to the spa and having one of their Turkish bath & massage combo as it was incredible for both of us and we wished we'd done it again. I would definitely stay there again!More

Very good location, almost perfect hotel
We stayed 5 nights in August 2015, two adults and a child. Employees at the reception, security and restaurant professionals, but friendly. Room and bathroom clean, well equipped, although it deserves changed TV and air conditioning control panel. I know that Aqua Hotel has an older age but tube TV has only grandmother. Wi-Fi (user and password) excellent work everywhere. I appreciated the food, quality and quantity, neither too much nor too little, quite diversified. The pool area seems to be undersized but the reality contradicted me. Beach and sea is another advantage of the hotel. It is the first hotel in Turkey where every night we attended the shows. Very good idea to serve at the table in the snack bar area. But if you wait at least 30 minutes to order is not ok. With a hungry child next to you. I discussed the issue with the customer service manager, who called Mr. Ahmet. They apologized and explained that I had to raise my hand to call a waiter. But for an hour i didn't see any British, Dutch or Danish raising its hand. Everybody sit and wait for the waiter to come to the table. Just like me. Then they told me that the waiter believed that I sit at the table to admire the garden. If I admire the garden and I would not want to order, I sit with my back to the garden and with my face to the snack bar??? Although we had this minor incident, no radical decisions on the first date. This summer will be again in Aqua Hotel Icmeler, I booked from november. I hope not for the last time here ...More

A beautiful hotel, spoilt by First Choice, whose inability to face up to our complaint, ruined our holiday
The food was fantastic, the staff , especially Tanar, Yilmaz, Buddy,(aka Hasim), Baris, Ahmed, Osman and Soner, were wonderful, attentive, chatty, always cheerful. The hotel was immaculate, beautiful, well tended gardens, the entertainment was great. In fact the perfect holiday...... Until our visit to the indoor pool. The pool attendant there waited until we adults were out the way, then cajoled our underage young daughter into posing underwater whilst he took photographs of her, through the underwater window at the side of the pool on his own mobile phone. Later, thinking this can't be right, she told us. We complained to the First Choice rep. She assured us that it would be reported to the hotel management, to date our complaint remains unresolved. Many emails later, after we had returned home, we finally got a telephone call from First Choice, UK, saying that as they were UK based, it was up to the hotel to deal with our complaint in-country. Be assured, they said, it will be in hand. After we persisted with our complaint, and their continued failure to answer our questions, it has become obvious that they will be doing nothing. So, fellow holiday makers, you decide as we still don't know what has happened with this staff member or indeed what their policy is in resolving this. Question to you - do you want photos of your children potentially shared around as we don't know the actions taken to ensure this doesn't happen again.More
Fantastic hotel and location
Fantastic hotel, all staff were very helpful and friendly. You can walk straight out of the hotel grounds onto the front and the beech. A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Th elad running the hairdressers was a great laugh but did mither a bit about visiting the shop. Pool bar was the best but if you wanted a drink late at night/ early morning then the reception bar was great. Could not fault the food and there was always a good selection.More
