A beachside setting and plenty of restaurants get this hotel off to a good start.
There’s a tranquil feel to this hotel, what with the stream and bridges in the palm-filled gardens. Icmeler’s bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes’ walk away, and the beach is just outside the back door.
You’ve got a great restaurant choice here, including Turkish and seafood à la carte places. And still on the food front, there are some great touches – like the cooling slices of melon handed out by the pool.

Lovely, relaxing and great service
I went with my boyfriend for a week and came away feeling so relaxed! It was right out onto the beach and being with the hotel meant you had a shade and beds on the beach for free (which you really need as its boiling!). There was never a shortage of food, the poolsid snack bar was really yummy, the evening meals were much nicer than other fully inclusive places but we ended up going out for dinner a lot. As you arrive there they said coctails were the only thing not included but I couldn't find a single one that they charged for! It was slightly annoying that our double room was actually two single beds pushed together but it was fine. If you go, I would fully reccommend going to the spa and having one of their Turkish bath & massage combo as it was incredible for both of us and we wished we'd done it again. I would definitely stay there again!More

A beautiful hotel, spoilt by First Choice, whose inability to face up to our complaint, ruined our holiday
The food was fantastic, the staff , especially Tanar, Yilmaz, Buddy,(aka Hasim), Baris, Ahmed, Osman and Soner, were wonderful, attentive, chatty, always cheerful. The hotel was immaculate, beautiful, well tended gardens, the entertainment was great. In fact the perfect holiday...... Until our visit to the indoor pool. The pool attendant there waited until we adults were out the way, then cajoled our underage young daughter into posing underwater whilst he took photographs of her, through the underwater window at the side of the pool on his own mobile phone. Later, thinking this can't be right, she told us. We complained to the First Choice rep. She assured us that it would be reported to the hotel management, to date our complaint remains unresolved. Many emails later, after we had returned home, we finally got a telephone call from First Choice, UK, saying that as they were UK based, it was up to the hotel to deal with our complaint in-country. Be assured, they said, it will be in hand. After we persisted with our complaint, and their continued failure to answer our questions, it has become obvious that they will be doing nothing. So, fellow holiday makers, you decide as we still don't know what has happened with this staff member or indeed what their policy is in resolving this. Question to you - do you want photos of your children potentially shared around as we don't know the actions taken to ensure this doesn't happen again.More
ENTER AS STRANGERS, LEAVE AS FRIENDS!
Stayed at Aqua from 12th October 2015 to 23rd October 2015. As soon as we arrived we knew we had ground a diamond. Aqua is situated in Icmeler which has the most picturesque views with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, filled with locals who are the most friendliest and welcoming people to you will meet. Having been to a few all inclusive hotels in Turkey this one definitely ticked all the boxes. Everything about this hotel is first class. As many people have stated in previous reviews it would be unfair to single out members of staff as they were all exceptional and went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. Staff always acknowledged you with an infectious smile regardless of the fact that many of them worked from morning to night. They are a real credit. The spa facilities/ treatments at the hotel are a MUST, relaxing and good value for money. Would also recommend the hotels professional photographer. We had a few photographs taken at the end of our stay and were very pleased with them. He is a lovely guy who is not at all pushy (family photo attached). Would like to say a huge thanks to Aqua for a brilliant holiday and for wonderful memories which we will always treasure. Hope everyone at Aqua enjoys a well deserved break and we will see you all next year. The Shipp family.More
First time in turkey after 20 years so did not know what to expect. Hotel was nice but dated, food was good but not great. The al a carte night was better than expected. Pool is not large enough, service on the beach is ok. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the location is excellent. Entertainment team was below par and I could actually sing better than most of the acts which is saying something. The drifters tribute band should keep drifting. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but a good 4 star.More

The service is first class and friendly, and the room is well looked after. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety on offer. Outstanding service at all restaurants and bars. Beautiful location, and excellent water taxis to get around to Marmaris and Turunc. Loved the '58 Chevy. Best hotel entertainment ever, including 'Awesome John'.More
