Fabulous week in the sun!
We have just arrived back already missing the peaceful setting of this fantastic hotel. I would say this is almost perfect for couples who want a relaxing holiday. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the pool and decking area are peaceful as there is no kids club at this resort, so you aren't constantly being asked to join in games and activities. The rooms are clean with modern bathrooms and there is also a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities. There was only entertainment three times a week but again if you want peace and quiet this won't be a problem. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble! My only criticism was that the food was sometimes lukewarm, especially the buffet breakfast. More

An excellent choice of holiday for our first holiday abroad. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The staff are amazing helpful and happy. Without a doubt I'd return tomorrow, next week, next year and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for happy memories More
Our second visit - just perfect
We have never, ever returned to same resort and the same hotel before but the memories lingered of our wonderful stay at the Bitzaro Palace last September and nothing seemed to measure up to it when we researched hotels in dozens of places. Well, we booked up and we weren't disappointed. May is a perfect month to visit though I suspect every month is perfect! The staff were as helpful, friendly and hard working as before and we were so touched to find they remembered us. The food is varied and excellent and the hotel is quiet and relaxing. A wonderful holiday made very special by the staff here. I am already thinking I'd like to go back .....More
addition to mid holiday review
Nothing much to add to the previous mid holiday review. Fantastic holiday. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us...we had a great time. Hope to visit again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.More
Stayed here in July of this summer and what a lovely hotel it was! I was very impressed with all of the staff which worked tirelessly to make sure we were having a lovely stay. I'd like to say a massive thank you the 2 Thomson twins Georgie and Beth as they were superb and a great credit to Thomson! Overall the food was amazing, the staff were amazing, and the hotel itself was just amazing!! The only improvement that could be made to this hotel is for the owners to be a little bit more friendly as I did witness a few squabbles around pool due to subbed reserving issues! Other than that superb!!!!! Well done Bitzaro! More
