You know you have booked a great hotel as soon as you arrive. The staff are so nice and happy. The surroundings like the whole Island are beautiful. Food has a substantial choice and excellent quality. The lobby and rooms are immaculate and contribute to a great atmosphere all round. The complex which Is vast sits between Rhodes old town and faliraki so is ideal for transport links to the whole island everything at the aldemar is perfect I don't think I'll bother going anywhere else again. This place is perfectMore
Amazing holiday in a brand new stucture!
Paradise Village is a pearl. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, I cannot understand how people complain in the previous reviews. We entered inside and we didn't find anything wrong, opposite we were pleased to see the level of the cleaninless. Definitely 5***** rooms and structure with several pools. Another pleasant point it's surely the food, various and tasty everyday with the chinese restaurant to score a big plus. Our holiday was perfect and also because of the lovely animation team of the place (expecially our friend Stefano.. Thanks for the football days and match, I will miss it!!!) that even with a very small theatre (build up an amphitheatre!!) they tried their best to be on stage. I would recommend anyway to go to the main one in Mare where the shows are highly entertaining and professionals!! Definitely recommended!!! More

This is NOT obviously five star hotel. No beach.Everybody wants to take swim on a beach, not in the swimming pool.THis is the reason everybody comes to the sea.Beach beside this hotel is not a beach what I paied for. This is low quality beach.Food is terrible. You have a choice of four to five menus. And that is all.Dress code in the evenning and the same stuff serve bavereges in plastic glasses during lunch.Wi fi is Terrible. It functions only in the morning when everybody sleep.Very, very dissapointed.Turkey and Creta are much, much better. From now I shall visit only "checked" placesMore

...the reception service was horrible, food was below standard, beds weren't comfortable Moreover, the room "style" is very basic and the whole class of the hotel is 3 stars hotel. The pool is fine but 'm saying againI don't reccomned this hotel very disappointing. The reception does a favour for giving service... Just don't.More

A bit Disappointed
Just returned from 10 day break which began on 25th sept and ended on 5th oct. We were staying here for my son's wedding along with 9 other family members. First impressions were generally good as our room was spacious and clean and had a good seaview. We stayed in the Paradise Village part which had it's own bar, restaurant and pool snack bar which saved us walking right over to the main hotel to get drinks and food. What the hotel or any of the travel operators tell you that after the 30th september all facilities for the Village part close down with no notice at all. Apparently this happens every year, so you would have thought that we would be aware of this before we arrived. Also please be aware that men have to wear long trousers for dinner (another detail that was not mentioned until arrival),which we were then only able to have dinner after 9 oclock each night as it may upset the other guests!!!. But it was fine for noisy children to run about while you were having dinner! The entertainment was poor to say the least, with a very basic day and evening entertainment with only basic sport tournaments during the day and a rather cheesey evening cabaret. Saying all this, the food is varied and plentiful and the staff are helpful especially the maids who work very long hours and always have time to say hello and put flowers in the room. The other main concern is the amount of Russian guests (90% we were told). It's not a racist thing, but they are the most rudest and arrogant people I have ever come across. So in conclusion if you are thinking of going here, bring long trousers, do not come at the end of season and learn russian as if you just travel as a couple you will be spending your holiday with just each other to talk to.More
