Aldemar Amilia Mare

This hotel has a big pool scene, plus a location right on the beach. And Rhodes Town is within easy reach.

This hotel is on a private sand-and-shingle beach. It’s got a choice of pools outside, plus a heated one indoors. It’s linked to the neighbouring Paradise Village and you can use the pools there, too.

You’re just a 2-minute walk from Kalithea’s bars and shops, while the island capital, Rhodes Town, is a 15-minute drive away.

Good holiday

Nice 4* star (not 5) hotel. Same territory with Amilia Mare -> many possibilities for entertament and dinning. Our rooms (family apartement) was spacious, not perfectly clean but OK for Greece. There are many small pools with sea-water at Paradise Village and big one at Amilia Mare. Fresh water was only in mini-club pool. Beach was small, one can go to swim without special shoose. Staff was very friendly, no problem with anything. Food is OK as usually on all-included hotels. General impressioon is quite good.More

amazing holiday in Rhodes

Excellent Hotel and excellent holiday- I actually stayed in the hotel and not the village! The room looked just like the book- clean, carpets and brilliant air con RM 338. Food was 100% brilliant. There is so much choice. All the food is available fish, bread, cakes, pasta, pizza, meat, veg, chips, burgers and cooked fresh. The list is endless. Drinks- loads of water machines to fill up your bottle or cups, plus cocktails, fizzy drinks, their own brand spirits- unless you pay for brand names. The swimming pools are amazing- but you do need to put your towel down to stop someone taking it as it was busy. The day time entertainment was all- water Zumba, volley ball, football etc. the night time wasn't that good- some nights was really good when they put on a show, but other nights it was a bit poor. The spa is good there and I went 3 times in the 2 weeks that I stayed. I had the peeling- and the fish that nibble your feet- very good. The bar staff are very friendly and the cocktails are so amazing. There is a little train that sits outside the holiday that goes on a few trips everyday to different places- and very cheap. We got the night train to Faliraki and had a really nice time- there was a lovely breeze and everyone waves at you as you go passed. There is also a coach that takes you to Rhodes Town- very cheap again and picks you up in the same place. the market and little shops are very good around the Town and there is plenty to see and take pictures. Around the pools, there is a breeze- but you will welcome that breeze as it is so hot. a few mornings the clouds were all out and we thought that sun wouldn't come out- but it was still so hot and then the clouds went and the sun shone all day! You get vouchers to eat in different restaurant around the hotel and village. Went to the Chinese 3 times as it was so good, and I would go back again. the Italian was good, but this restaurant is used at lunch time (10-4:30pm) and they serve up fresh pasta and pizza and it is the same as night time. It was still good, but we thought it might be slightly different at night. Beware that a lot of Russians and German's stay here- and they are very rude with pushing pasted you to the lifts and they do not que. The mini golf is not the best- it could do with a good make over- but we had a laugh playing it. There is a supermarket on site- but it is expensive. If you walk out of the holiday and turn right there are a few shops and another supermarket that is cheaper. Also over the road are a few shops and chemist. If you are staying in the hotel you can use everything in the Village- the restaurants, pools bar- and we done that. It is less then a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is on the same grounds and it is a nice walk through the beach to get to it. I am not a big beach fan, so I spent everyday by the pool, but we did go in the sea and walked along the beach. It is ok, but not for me. The beds in the room are not comfortable- that is the only bad thing I can say about the hotel, but I would go back!More

Heaven in Earth

I just spent a week at this hotel with my wife. The lobby and especially the rooms were beautiful and luxurious. The food quality was excellent. And the staff was always polite and helpful. I wish to return someday and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.More

Holiday/wedding

We have just come back after a fabulous 2 weeks. And I cant fault it at all the animation team were amazing as we're all the other staff they made such an effort with us all and nothing was too much effort. The kids were constantly entertained. It was clean and family friendly I would definitely return and I highly recommend it. The private beach was also lovely. And the water slide gave us many laughs throughout our holiday! More
