Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry

Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides. Just so you know, opening days can vary depending on the weather.

This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Kids' club

The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Such a shame!!!!!

Where to start, I was really looking forward to this holiday but let's just say don't believe all you read. It's not all inclusive because you still have to pay for things like ice cream and candy floss. Ice cream is free between the times of 12.30 and 2.30 that's it, really not good. The food was really terrible I wouldn't feed it to a farmyard animal. Same everyday and it's even worse for the kids. It's the only holiday I've been on that I've lost weight. Reception was rude when we checked it gave us our keys and that was it. Didn't say where the room was nothing, and this hotel has over 3500 rooms it's a big place. Wifi is free in a wifi zone but it's really slow because of the amount of people using it. You can buy it for 2 euros a day. The pool and aquapark areas were excellent my daughter really enjoyed that part. The beach was also really good. The kids entertainment in the night was 30 to 40 mins long, not long enough and the adult entertainment was excellent but again not long enough. Also the transfer time is 2 and a hlaf hours not good with kids. The thing aqua fantasy needs to improve on its the food it's really was disgusting. I wouldn't go back if it was free, but like I said it's a shame because it has so much potential. Sort your act out aqua fantasy.More

Another excellent visit to Aquafantasy

This was our second visit to Aquafantasy. We stayed for a week from 20th June, with our two teenage children. There was plenty for them to do during the day & evening. The choice of food in the main restaurant was excellent. We had a prestige card, due to visiting before. This gave us 10% off the a la carte restaurants (that have a charge), SPA treatments, etc. We had a free meal at the Chinese restaurant & the Italian. We went to the Steak House restaurant on our last evening - all three were very good. As requested, we were given two great rooms, overlooking the pool and close to the reception, restaurants etc. All the staff at the hotel were lovely & nothing was too much trouble to them. We will definitely visit again and would recommend it to anyone.More

Family Holiday

We booked this place for our 8 & 9 year old mainly for the waterpark. The place was very clean and tidy with the cleaners sweeping non stop. Staff was great and always friendly. The animation team worked very hard and made a good impression on the guests. They always made time to talk to you and we even had the pleasure of having breakfast and dinner with a couple of them. All the food was nice and plenty to pick from. The ice-cream for the kids was a bit of a let down as they only served this between 12.30 & 14.30 then you had to buy it. Everything goes on your room card then you pay the bill at reception. This is the same in waterpark too. Plenty of pools to pick from with plenty of loungers. The room that we stayed in was clean, clean towels all the time, fresh water etc. Only thing I could complain about is the air con in the rooms and the runner that the sliding doors slid on. Air con did not seem to reach the kids when sliding doors shut, and the runner was not covered it was raised and I think by the end of the holiday we had all stubbed our toes more than once. Another thing was the storage space, there wasn't much room to hang anything it was all shelves. You can get lilos, rings etc from the first choice reps which people have left behind so I would suggest you try them before you buy. Waterpark was good, alot of climbing and queing but nice to break the holiday up. Overall good holiday, would I go back maybe.More

Toni I,

Wonderful week

We needn't have worried about bad reviews, exceeded my expectations. There are a few negatives...........mainly the restaurant, the amount of food wasted is horrific, some people were taking so much food, you can go back as many times as you like so why take so much that you aren't going to eat it! Some children were allowed to arrive at mealtimes without parents and crammed their tables with food only to eat a little and then leave, a couple of 8-10 year olds actually had a whole loaf and at least 20 tortillas plus other was all left and then trashed. Children picking up food smelling or tasting then putting it back! Please! Maybe children should not be allowed on their own unless 16 or so? Everything else was perfect for us. I was quite worried about which room we would have, it was as requested, cleaned everyday, fresh towels beds made, the service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere is pristine. Staff work very hard in all departments, yes, language is a problem but you can get round it easily. We didn't leave the resort for a week and we still hadn't done everything so 2 weeks next year definitely. We were traveling with our 7 year old grandchild who went to kids club and loved it, aunty Sandra and staff are supreme, they put on a kids performance with only 1 1/2 hour rehearsal, brilliant! We did think all the entertainment was ok, fire show fantastic, missed Michael Jackson, bingo was a bit naff but had a good laugh with our close neighbours in the audience. I could go on for a week and still not be done praising this hotel, yes, it needs the rooms upgrading, but really did not have any impact on our week. Food is varied and plentiful, you just have to look, drinks are fine, LOCAL spirits, ( not Gordon's gin ) but not watered down either. I would recommend this hotel as a first class all inclusive for families and couples, old and young.More

Myself, husband and two boys (12yrs & 9yrs) had amazing time at the Aqua fantasy. The food was great in the main restaurant, the pool bars and the a la carte restaurants. The other reviews are correct about the ice cream only being available at certain times, however I did not mind this as our sons would have eaten them all day if they had been unlimited, this way they looked forward to ice cream time without sicken themselves on them. The aqua park kept my boys entertained every day with some really good slides. The foam party was also a massive hit so much so that we attended it both weeks. We also went on the trip to the dolphin show which was good fun and the boys went swimming with the Dolphins. We had a family room which had a separate sleeping area for the boys. The room was lovely and cleaned every day. I could not recommend this hotel enough. More
