This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
For ages 4 to 12, the hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

First. Our boys where in the water all the time. It was playtime all day. And then the shows later for kids and then the parents. All day activities, walleball, water polo, wakeboarding and jet skiing for me. And all other activities that there were. Food almost all the time. It's hotel food but compared to regular hotel food it was really good. Second. Animationteam. Incredible how they got the people going. It was fantastic. I haven't moved that much in one week a long time. One night the beach bar was olmost full of people, but nobody dancing. And if I remember fight,it was Misho Penev ho just got the party going in just some few minutes. Fantastic. I love all you guys. You where great. Third. I got 17 new friends from that Tripp. 5 of them are from the animationteam. I have a friend Daniel in England, where to go in future. Another friend Roy in Nederland, with who I might go snowboarding in Austria. We where not happy leaving, but ewery party ends sometime. :DMore
Hotel dining room
it is well seen that we are nearing the end of this hotel's season. We (party of seven) are currently staying here and the dining room at dinner time is bordering on farcical. We find that the selection and choice of food becomes more limited as the service continues throughout the evening - sweets are not replenished and we find that we have to allocate one member of our family solely to collect a selection of sweets when we enter the dining room. Main courses when finished are not replaced with like for like - lasagne was replaced with baked beans! We have only once been offered a drink from our waiter and seldom are offered water or indeed have glasses on the table should we require water. We should not have to come to dinner at opening time to ensure that we are receiving the same service and dinner choices of those that are.More
Brilliant but hope the two hotel dogs are looked after......
We booked here hoping to achieve a holiday that was a combination of fun and relaxation, well it didn't disappoint! We had a brilliant week of chilling by the various pools (there are so many!), making full use of the swim up bars and then for a change of gear we would nip over to the fabulous water park and enjoy the rides. Our room was in the main building that overlooked the main pool. It was a great size, spotlessly clean and we paid a little more to have a DVD player and a giant whirlpool bath in our room which we loved! The air conditioning was ok but if it had been any hotter it would of struggled to cope. The range and quality of food was good, given the amount of people being catered for and different cuisines on offer - the catering team did a wonderful job. Unfortunately you have to account for people who have yet to be introduced to the concept of queuing, think that barging is an acceptable way of getting around and treat the hard working staff like they are second rate citizens. We witnessed some disgusting behaviour by guests, I was truly embarrassed however the staff were impeccably mannered and behaved. Also some guests need to pile their plates sky high with food then leave it half eaten all over their table was a disgusting waste of food, shameful and wasteful behaviour. We went on two excursions - one was a day cruise to various spots on the coast to go swimming, this was ok but I have been on better. The second was a half day quad biking which we absolutely loved and would thoroughly recommend. As always when you visit places like this there are a few cats and dogs....please if you can give them a few bits to eat. Though timid at first they were always grateful for a bit of food. There were also two hotel dogs kept in a reasonable sized pen in the staff car park of the hotel. My concern was that when we visited them (we did this everyday of our hols) they were often without water, we never saw them exercised or anyone giving them attention and one of them had a limp. I tried to ask reception about them but I couldn't seem to get a straight answer other than being assured they were well cared for. All in all this was a lovely holiday, we felt very safe and we had a wonderful time.More

Fantastic winter break
Well I am writing this while sat at the pool, we arrived on Saturday night and so far have had a great time here. The rooms are nice for what we are in them and the provide enough room for two adults and two children. The food is good and there is lots of choice yes it does get a bit repetitive but in all fairness the hotel is quite and it is the last week of the season but they still have plenty to choose from, the pool are great even though they are freezing but that didn't put the kids off. Best thing for me is how the beach is on your door step as well as the water park with your own entrance separate to paying guests. Beach has a choice of water sports jets ski are 150 lira for 15 minutes, and they have banana boats any many more. The aqua park at this time of year is quite but just means you can get on everything in no time at all and is so close from your room about a 5 minute walk, plenty of choice for all ages we have already been twice and had a blast. The staff are lovely and are always there to help if you need anything and still keep lots of activity going on throughout the day. E.g beach volleyball, water polo, darts, bingo and every night is some form of entertainment. The is a bowling alley and games room which are extra. The have there own little shopping facilities which are loving for a nosey. We are had a Turkish bath at the hotel on our first day and it is amazing I highly recommend it, Thomson do a trip to one but I just like to convince of it been at the hotel. We are going on a shopping trip tomorrow with Thomson to hopefully get some bargains with it been end of season, we are also going into town on Thursday for a meal at planet yucca as other people have highly recommend it to us. Overall we are having a fab time and even been looking at prices to come again next year. More
Just returned on sun 23/10 after spending 2 fantastic weeks here. Was a bit unsure what to expect due to previous reviews but OMG!! What an amazing hotel. Staff so friendly especially Amed in the pool bar and also the entertainment team. Watergym every day with young guy ( cant remember name) encouraged everyone to join in even though pool was freezing!! All day activities arranged as well as kids club and evening shows. Food was great, dont know what people were saying when they said they had no choices... very busy in restaurant at times but steakhouse and italian were amazing. Well worth paying £11 for a 4 course steak dinner. Very clean hotel and maids/waiters and all staff very happy to help. Rooms great but could do with a bit more storage. Waterpark fantastic and didnt need to que for any lenght of time which was a bonus. First time here and already looking to return next year. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Cant wait to go back! ðMore
