Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry

Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides.

This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Hotel-run kids' club

Everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room and an afternoon nap room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Fantastic family holiday!!

We have just got back after 10 nights at Aquafantasy and i miss it already! We got there 1st sept and the weather was amazing so hot, rooms were clean and tidy and had sliding doors so kids were seperate with tv in each room. We stayed on the world side. We spent most of our days around the fontana pool where its mostly english and great fun for the kids. They loved the club song that came on every few hours and they were up doing the routine! Food was really good i enjoyed it and so did my partner ( who is fussy!) and kids ate loads. They do a snack bar where u can get pizza, burgers, hotdogs, waffles (kids fave) all sorts! Only bad thing is limited time on icecream think it was 12-2pm. Entertainment team are fab! Enjoyed the shows everynight we watched them do smurfs, ice age, circus, michael jackson and family games. Kids loved Captain jack he was so funny ! We went to planet yucca one night you will see Figo come round the pool ,you get free taxi to and from the restaurant and have upto 3am to return so can have a quick shop in kusadasi its great fun food nice get lots to eat at great prices! They have u up dancing and belly dance show is great. I had a turkish bath and a massage one day and it was fab! Highly recommend it think it worked out about £40 for 2hrs! Felt squeeky clean and relaxed! I suggest doing it at start of hol as its supposed to help u tan better! Overall have nothing bad to say about this hotel aqua park was fab even though its not all inclusive inside the park, you use your key card to pay and goes on your bill at the end of stay its not expensive though. Now mosquitos were a problem for some but we didnt get bit once! And no upset stomachs. We loved it and hope to go back again the firstchoice team are fab in the hotel also! Just a few things the transfer from airport is 2.5hrs long but it does go quick! Bodrum airport is so expensive so get your duty free on the way to turkey! Some of the guests think they can push to front of queues at dinner times just stand your ground they are very cheeky!! More

Rachael W,

Worth the visit

Yes a bit expensive but yet had lots of fun... The place is crowded and every slide needs about 40 min to slide it but all worth the time specially the 3in1 slide it was unique never tried one like this and the most cool part is that a photographer will take ur photos without your notice and those will be the best souvenir ever... Try it so much funMore

Not what we expected, beware of Mosquitos

We stayed here as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small children for 11 nights in September. I saved up for a year to book this holiday and all I can say is that I am glad I did not have to pay school holiday prices to stay here. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed ourselves but this is definitely not a 5 star resort. Firstly, we booked a garden view room, our "garden view" was a view of the swamp which stunk and meant we couldn't sit out on our balcony because of the insects. The room was also small for 4 of us. Secondly, the Mosquitos! Do not go here if you are prone to being bit as it is swarming with them. I was bitten around 40 times the first night and more throughout the stay, my 3 year old was bitten so badly we had to take him into town to the chemist for treatment. We were covered in insect repellent and nothing kept them away. Fine in the day just swarming with them at night, especially at the beach bar. We only went to the entertainment 2 nights out of 11 as we were so wary of being bit. Not the hotels problem I suppose, but seeing as they built the place in the middle of a swamp you would think they would spray at night or have some kind of repellent methods, but we saw nothing. The food was fantastic, but don't expect to be served quickly, the queues in the buffet restaurants are horrific and everyone is pushing and shoving. The bar staff rinse all the glasses in their own tap water before putting them back on the shelves, probably the reason why my partner has been ill with diarrhoea for the majority of our stay. Also, I don't expect to pay for the minibar in a "5star" hotel and certainly not the extortionate prices they charged. This was a nightmare with 2 small children as they didn't understand why they couldn't just take the treats from the fridge so that cost us a small fortune. Ice cream available only 2 hours per day for free was also ridiculous. And the club side of the hotel reminded us of butlins, it was dirty and old fashioned. So glad we did not get put there. Waterpark was a joke, they only let you on the big slides in pairs so we didn't get to go on any of the good ones as one of us had to stay with the kids at all times. If I had paid the 4 grand school holiday price for this place I probably would have cried. Most of the staff look like they don't want to be there. How it got it's 5 star rating I don't understand. But some good points now, we had lovely weather, the hotel is spotless clean, rooms are modern (on the world side anyway) the pools are nice and plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfasts are very good which we don't often find on all inclusive holidays, and the selection of food available is huge. I highly doubt we would come back here, it cost us £1900 for our party and I think that for that in off peak season I could have had so much more for my money. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, there is a good bus service to get you out and about though. Go into town for anything you need to buy as the hotel shops are extortionate. There are lots of fantastic reviews on this hotel but please be wary if you are booking with children, we aren't snobs and don't expect a lot but there is so much room for improvement hereMore

A mixed bag, gone downhill

We returned from this resort 3 days ago, travelling as a party of 8 (my wife and I with our 9 and 4 year old, and another family with two children of similar ages). My wife and I came here 5 years ago and whilst we had a lovely holiday again, we felt the resort had regressed. I'll summarise the main points: Pro's The daytime entertainment offering is fantastic, there are numerous pools to suit all tastes. The outdoor pools have plenty for families,a long with an quiet adults-only pool. The indoor pool also has a slide and activity crossing for kids to play on. The entertainment team do a great job of providing activities for all ages and all tastes, they're all very friendly and work exceptionally hard. There are some very good onsite gym and spa facilities if that's your thing. The grounds are spotlessly clean and well kept. The staff are generally very friendly and the onsite shops have some good bargains. The hotel have a deal with a restaurant in town (Planet Yucca). Return taxi is provided free of change and they'll even give you time after your meal to shop and look round the town. This is a Must Do - the food is great, they provide great entertainment and the service is spot on. The beach is clean and has a good range of water sports at a decent price. The rooms are clean and made up daily. The kids clubs are great - very we'll run, very secure, and our kids had a blast. The water park is an obvious plus Cons The biggest issue, by far, is the terrible quality of evening entertainment. The daytime program is excellent, but the evening shows consist of the onsite entertainments team doing their best, but really lacking in quality; the ice age show features the team in home made costumes with bizarre dancing to audio cuts from the film. The grease and Michael Jackson shows are basically soundtracks/CDs with the team dancing along rather strangely etc. for the size and rating of the resort, to have no professional acts performing on an evening is poor to say the least. At just about any other 4-5 star resort we've been to, we've seen singers, dancers, acrobats, hypnotists etc. frankly the standard was laughably bad, and something of an open joke among guests that we talked to. The quality of the food in the main restaurant is ok, but very repetitive. Many all inc resorts suffer from this, but the exact same dishes were literally repeated every 3 days or so. There are 4 a la carte restaurants on site, but you can only visit 1 of the entire bunch throughout your stay free of charge. Any extra visits are chargeable. The food is slightly better than the main restaurant, but not great. All inc ice cream is available only between 12.30 and 2.30, which we again found strange. We had a repeat issue with housekeeping staff ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. On multiple occasions they knock and walked in immediately. Eventually, when this happened and my wife was naked in the room we made a complaint to reception, which seemed to halt the issue for the rest of our stay. All in all, I'd recommend this resort for people who have very low requirements for evening entertainment, and who have plenty of patience with regard to food quality and variation, and who value the quality and variety of their day time activities way above their evenings. Frankly, for the money paid there are better resorts available to choose from.More

Good and Bad, Wouldn't go back.

Just Back from a weeks stay, We travelled as a family of 4, Kids 6/15, On arriving we were very impressed it looked very clean and stylish. Good Points. Water Park was awesome, we all loved it and having it a few minutes walk from your door really was a treat. Great kids area not the normal small selection stuck in a corner from babies to my son at 6 years old there all catered for. The main water park was great most of the rides had a height restriction of 1.2m so 6/7yr olds might scrape it. We spent most of our time at the Flamingo pool as it was at the gate to the water park and we could use both easily throughout the doors, The pool bar and side was clean and not as busy as the main pool. Overall the resort was kept clean and there was no shortage of staff doing housekeeping and keeping on top of things. Room was clean and had a sliding partition between the 2 sleeping areas which was good, Also a TV in both areas with cartoon channels etc for the kids come bed time. Bad Points. There wasn't many but they put me off going back. The resort itself is ace. As in clean, location, activities.BUT The food was awful, I know I might be classed as another fussy Brit but I,m not, breakfast and the evening buffets where clearing catered for Eastern Europeans not UK guests, the lunches and snacks were very limited, pizza. Thin cheap burgers or salad, One of the bars had chicken doner kebab. We tried the on site restaurants, Again dishes very limited but they were ok. However you only get 1 visit included in your all inclusive. The steakhouse was good and decent value at 85TL (£25/£30) for the 4 of us. Ice cream/lollies were only available for about 2 hours a day and only local vanilla or choc ice. This was our first all inclusive holiday and it wasn't cheap it really has put me off as we spent £50-£100 a day on food and drink that we expected to be catered for. Yes this was our choice of course but it speaks volumes when there are minibuses from local restaurants picking up 25/30 people each night (all Brits) and returning them after there meals. As I said before the locations was great but when you spend this sort of money on a holiday you don't expect to have to go out each night to feed your family. Other guests I spoke to agreed if they catered for the UK guests as much as the Europeans then it would have been ideal. But none of the family's on our trip to the airport said they would go back because of this.More
