Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry

Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides. Just so you know, opening days can vary depending on the weather.

This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Kids' club

The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

4 star hotel in rural location

Nice hotel and grounds also connected to waterproof rooms are modern we always found something to eat particularly liked the waffles in the afternoons as a snack in between meals animation team is good and kept the kids occupied the only downside to this hotel is its in the middle of nowhere but there's nothing aqua fantasy can do about that going to benidorm this year as there's more to do!More

Sarah B,

Great Family holiday

We stayed here last June and had a great holiday. My daughter who is 6 loved the water slides, and we were in the pools all day!! Yes pools were freezing but ok once you get in!! Food was good. Nice variety. Shame the Ice cream wasn't all day, was only for a couple of hours mid day, then you needed to pay. Rooms were ok. Could do with a bit of updating, and were quite noisy at night. Was woken most nights from noise in corridor. But overall we loved it. Would deffo go back one year!!! The beach party was so much fun!!!!! Thanks Aqua Fantasy!!!More

Lovely holiday, food isn't great though

This resort is in a great location out in the sticks and connected to a beautifully stunning beach. The pier out over the sea is a great feature, as well as the beach bar, which had some fantastic evening entertainment, it was heavenly being sat on the beach in the evening. The hotel is spotless, the staff are really on the ball, they never stop cleaning. The room housekeeping service was also top notch and I loved the selection in the mini bar. There are several pools to experience, our favourite was the main pool with a fabulous pool bar (we'd always wanted to visit somewhere with a bar in the pool!) With the all inclusive we were able to enter the water park for free. I was 25 weeks pregnant at the time of our holiday, so whilst my partner enjoyed the big slides, I soaked up the sun and enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool! Gorgeous weather the whole time we were there, but I did feel that the swimming pools were way too cold, I'm talking absolutely freezing cold. It didn't bother my partner but it bothered me. I also didn't like that guests were eating and smoking in the pool, I know that other countries do things differently but I didn't like that at all. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Lots of choice, but we felt that British guests were not thought about when it came to the catering. The chips were tiny and crunchy, the milk was like tasteless water, there weren't any 'normal' cereals, the toaster didn't toast the bread and it was SO slow it was rather disappointing when you'd waited an absolute age for your toast and it came back out still as bread!! We ate at the Italian restaurant but it was the same tasteless food there too. After three days we'd had enough of the food on offer with the all inclusive, and for the next two nights we ate out in the gorgeous town of Kusadasi. The meals we had out in the town were really delicious, and the town (the harbour, the bars...) is beautiful. We paid for the excursion to see the dolphin show and were bitterly disappointed. Anyone thinking of seeing that show should save their time and money and do a different excursion. For the majority of the show, the trainers stood around talking and the dolphins just floated in the water. All in all though, we had a wonderful time in a wonderful resort and town, and we will definitely return one day. More

Amazing holiday- can't wait to go back in June!

This was far and beyond the best family holiday we have had. The location was perfect, the pools are great and there was never a problem finding somewhere for the 6 of us to make camp by one pool or another. We varied which pool to hang out at depending on the days planned activities and it really helped to break up the two weeks. The food was very good - there was more than enough variety to satisfy everyone, even my sometimes-fussy kids! The restaurant was clean and there was a different theme each night. Breakfast had lots of variety and eggs and omlettes were cooked to order. The Pearl bar deserves a very special mention. Not only did they have the best lunchtime food in my opinion (and awesome afternoon snacks), they also had amazing staff who could not do more for us. They fell in love with our two-year-old daughter and always made sure that we had a clean high chair for her and tried to make her smile (she proved a tough audience!). By the second week they were bringing over beers to our table without us having to even ask for them while we settled our daughter in. They even once cooked fresh waffles in the afternoon just for us, as we had got there at the end of afternoon snacks and the kids were sad to miss out. They are by far the best staff on the resort, although everyone was nice and friendly. We went to the Italian a la carte restaurant. The food and service was brilliant, but what let it down was the location, hot and stuffy and far too many flies. We heard very good things about the steak bar so we will try that in June. The entertainment for the kids was brilliant. My youngest stayed with us, but my ten year old took part in the Nazar kids club, as he is British but we live in Sweden so was more comfortable with the Scandinavian club. That being said he loved both mini discos and Aunty Sandra was a hit. We traveled as part of a British package, as we were travelling with relatives from the UK. However the Nazar team, when they realised that we spoke Swedish, were more than happy to include us in their activities and we even got to share a special Midsummer meal with them, which was a wonderful treat! My son learned to dive with them and they also did lots of outdoor activities which he loved. The Waterpark is worth a mention. To get all of that included in the price is beyond awesome. The rides are great and if you get in early or late the queue times are quite short. Just be careful on the lazy river as you will catch a lot of sun while chilling out. And during peak times you can walk back into the hotel grounds and grab lunch or a drink. The freedom to come and go as you please was brilliant for our party as there was always someone willing to camp in the hotel and chill while the others went on rides. There are also small slides for the youngest on the hotel grounds themselves and a decent indoor pool with slides. The shops were varied and, yes you paid a premium for them being on site, but I've known worse. The bowling alley seemed fun, though we didn't get a chance to use it, and the crazy golf outside was a big hit. The animation team was very good. Lots of encouragement to join in activities and always smiling, checking we were ok etc. The entertainment in the evening was pretty good for free. The fireshow in particular was amazing and my eldest was stunned by the performances The rooms were maybe a little jaded, but they were clean and we cam back each day to a tidy room and fresh water. The balcony was small but we didn't really use it as the kids were sleeping in the area between the main bedroom and the balcony anyway. But we could close the kids area off with a sliding door, which was good for a better sleep all round. We enjoyed this holiday so much that we booked this year's holiday a few days after we landed. And we are so looking forward to going back! The only things we can't comment on are the Spa or Gym, as they weren't used.More

Is good hotel

I stay from 26 March to 1 April in this hotel. This hotel is five star all with aqua park in near Kusadasi. This hotel have beautiful beach in western Aegean coast with any water game you want, and have a beautiful and big water park that unfortunately in time I stay is close. This hotel have two restaurant one is buffet all and one is Turkey-Italian restaurant with reservation. The food quality is very typical and not good for five star hotel. The staff is friendly special staff in main bar. The great room with a beautiful landscape. the bed is very good. The house-kipping every day clean the room. In the room don't have tea maker and you must told reception to have one. The hotel have a loyalty program and when you fill the membership form, membership card was given to you. I fill the form then two day later see very nice fruit basket with two drinks and letter with membership card. It was very interesting job and I am very happy. The WIFI in lobby is free is very slow but if you pay 2 EURO per day you can connect the internet everywhere in the hotel and very fast. Overall this hotel is very nice hotel that I would recommend to all. *My only problem on this trip that is not related to the hotel, I use the ATM (AKBANK) machine outside the hotel, due to system failure the ATM (AKBANK) hold my card and don't back it and the branch in kusadasi city could not open the device and give the card because the supervision must open devices and supervision devices serviced once a week. I suggest you do not use the ATM outside hotelMore
