Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry

Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides.

This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.

Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.

Kids' club

The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room and an afternoon nap room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Nice swimming pool, medium hotel and mediocre restaurant, yet cheap

There is a cut throat competition between seaside resorts, and aquafantasy hotel competes by offering a spectacular aquapark to the children and to playful adults. When we visited in early april however, the aquapark was still closed --- but we did benefit from the nice indoor pool. For a 5star hotel, the hotel is starting to become a little dated; it is a dark building, and the bathroom in our room was functional but marked by age. Staff was helpful and quite nice. Restaurant staff was very hard working and efficient. The ladies who run the kids club offered great fun to our children. Pity there is not much to entertain the below-4-years old, not even a playground. We payed a fairly low price for the all-inclusive for our family. Frankly, it must be a challenge for the hotel to run food and lodging on such low fees. I felt this became apparent in the food and drinks - the hotel clearly manages the cost side by not going for top quality foods. Yes, they offer a good choice, but the dishes are typically not as good as in a real restaurant. A worst case example was the Italian a-la-carte restaurant, which was just bad. Such quality of food would bankrupt any standalone restaurant in a Turkish city (I know Turks are food lovers and care a lot about quality) but here, it is part of the formula of the hotel. Same is true for drinks. I like a good espresso and my wife a capuccino in the morning, am willing to pay for it, but you just cannot get that in the hotel. The coffee was really not good. The wine likewise. All in all, this hotel offers waterslide amusement even in winter (indoor pool), it has hard working friendly staff, but facilities are getting dated. As to food and drinks, it is quantity over quality, and for me that was a spoiler. On the other hand, it is not strange if you look at the price we paid, it was really cheap.More

Beach holiday

We arrived here at 6pm after a day in ephesus city. We were given a tag each for the stay. Aquapark was still closed though and will reopen on the 26/4/15. Family rooms were very spacious, one double bed and a single plus sofa bed behind the divider. There were even 2 tvs. The price were inclusive of one night, dinner and breakfast. All were buffet style at their main restaurant downstairs. You'll be spoilt with their food selection.. too many. Appetisers, main dish, desserts, turkish, westerns, chinese.. they have it all at one serving. There's outdoor and indoor pool despite the aquapark being closed. Beach is just a stone away. There plenty of seats at the beach and watching the sunset was altogether a good experience. Worth money spentMore

Fab stay

Lots to do! water park is amazing, the pools in the hotel and at the aqua park are great and lots of food on offer. we also walked to adda land and swam with the dolphins (the walk took longer than we thought so i would advice a taxi) we also went into the city center... not much to do there but oh well... the hotel itself was fantastic and we will return again... however not alot to do as a couple, its more family orientated.More

Good holidays

I and my family stayed at this hotel between 27th March to 2 April 2015, spending some part of our new year holidays. During the time of our stay the Aqua park was off and inside pool was open only. the hotel scheduled planning for March & April ( as I received it before the departure from Guest relation Dept of the hotel ) was different from the reality. in their all inclusive concept for March & April 2015 , they claimed for free of charge Ice cream as well as snack & fast food in the hotel but it was a big lie. for each Ice cream they charged us 4.5 TL. when I told them about their scheduled all inclusive concept and I showed them their claimed program ,they just looked me like a .... Personnel: At Main restaurant ( only open restaurant): all personnel were fantastic and helpful especially Murat and Mehmet. thank you, At reception: they were aggressive but try to help. our room door lock was out of order ( room 2867) and several times I informed them for the problem but no serious action. finally after two days, I was so nervous and went to Guest relation dept , when Mr. Ahmet the responsible person there, saw me so angry he contact with the technician and finally after two days the problem solved. Men personnel at the lobby bar were rude and aggressive. only two ladies who workinf there were helpful. Rooms: our room was a family room with pool view in second floor ( hotel has two floors) which was ok. no sea view room in this hotel and you have just a limit view of the see from your room balcony. Location: just 12 km to Kusadasi and you can take a Dolmush ( van taxi) to kusasadi paying 5 TL per person. it is near 90 km far from Izmir and 25 km from selcuk city and about 30 km from Sirince village. Entertainment team: they were all ok and doing their best for guests. Spa & Turkish bath in the hotel: it was good but much more expensive that out side. totally this hotel is acceptable, but better for stay between May to September when the aqua park is open.More

Excellent stay

I stayed there with my family for 3 nights. Kids loved staying there. We booked family suit which was very spacious with two connected rooms. Nice beds and new sheets and towels everyday. Food: absolutely fabulous. Different menu everyday and freshly and nicely cooked food. Loads of variety of salads and desserts. Outdoor pool was very cold but indoor pool was good and kids loved it. A lot of other activities like beech and kids club are fantastic. Staff was friendly and helping. We would definitely like to stay here again.More
