cannot wait to come back!
Returning for a 4th time August 2014 which pretty much says everything you need to know. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Our children are now 11, 12 and 18 and have never once complained about being bored, infact the more we go the more they seem to enjoy it. To make this a fair and unbiased review I must say that there is one thing about this hotel that we all loathe, the fact that we have to go home! To everyone at the hotel that work so hard and are always smiling we say thank you and see ya soon.More

Had A Brilliant Time!
We went to Aquafantasy last August (2013) and had the best time ever. We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children (both aged 6) and the kids had an absolute ball. If the kids are happy then so are the parents. In fact we had such a good time that we have booked to come back at the end of July (2014) and we never go to the same place twice so this place must be amazing. It had everything we wanted and more which is why we have booked again – we didn’t think we would find anything better. We had a family room on the world side above the restaurant overlooking the main swimming pool with a sliding door (partition) for the kids room which suited us fine. The Room was fine and you don’t spend much time in it anyway – in fact were going to ask the Hotel for the same room number again when we go this year so if the hotel are reading this please do this for us :-) We had two issues with our room, for some reason when we arrived the front door trim had fallen off (I think the last person to leave had shut it so hard due to not wanting to leave) and it was on the floor but by the time we had gone to dinner and had a quick look around the maintenance team had been and resolved it (the bell boy was gutted bless him that we found this on entering the room and arranged the fix for us). Another time one of our towels dropped of the balcony onto the restaurant roof and within 10 minutes of asking guest relations we had it back – cannot fault Guest relations if the service is like that. We like going all inclusive so the boys can try different food and this hotel will not let you down. They seem to rotate the food menus once a week which was fine and you can go and get your own drinks when you want. They also did a relatively healthy stir fry of meat or fish and salad which you put together yourself. Ice cream cones were available at lunchtime only which suited us instead of having all day long and if you wanted other ice creams at other times you had to pay. Couldn’t see the point so you just wait until lunchtime. Evening entertainment was brilliant. Saw some really good shows most of the time, you have to expect some nights to be more hotel run and not so good. I think the Ice Age show was so bad it got to the point it was incredibly funny and the kids absolutely loved the smurf one. The disco run before the shows was good fun and even now we scream at home when “One Direction” come on the radio. Aunty Sandra and Sarah who run the kids club have the disco very well run and believe me they will not take any rubbish from anyone. The Waterpark was amazing and we went there a few times. The boys were a little small for some rides and we was even told we were to light to go on one ride which made my day :-) The children’s part to the park with the pirate ship was brilliant and I think they would of stayed in their all day. One massive highlight of the holiday and to begin I will admit when they said “Foam Party” I did think that it would be a bit lame but OMG it was incredible. On the beach one afternoon playing party games and a live band and then the foam started – basically it was an industry sized foam machine they shoot at you. We got absolutely covered and it was so much fun for everyone. There was foam everywhere, when you walk back from the beach all you can see are small bits of foam floating in the air. This part I would like the hotel to confirm but I believe they only do the foam party once a year around the end of August and if this is the case one massive improvement would be to do this every 2 weeks so everyone can experience it. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was amazing. There are always people cleaning and tidying up. I remember when we was having lunch at the outside restaurant (amazing kebabs, burgers, chips, noodles etc) it was like 40 degrees in the sun and a little old lady doing the gardening absolutely melting bless her but this is the extent to which they clean and upkeep the hotel. The swimming pools were cleaned daily and closed immediately there was an accident – amazes me the amount of people that allow their babies to go swimming without swim nappies! Whilst we was there the other half did suffer the sickness bug that was around in August for a couple of days but myself and the boys didn’t. We was amazed when we got home and saw people complaining so much about the bug and blaming the hotel cleanliness etc as the place is spotless. These things happen when your away drinking and eating in a different environment especially when it is so hot and this hasn’t put us off at all and will be back in July and really cannot wait! See you in the summer Aquafantasy.More
you will not be let down!
stayed in aqua fantasy hotel and spa in may 2013 and have booked to return may 2014 as we had the most amazzziinng time ever! Hotel was spotless and was with out a doubt worth a 5* rating. The food was very impressive especially when they are dealing with so many people. not short for choice at all. my children loved the freshly made pancakes with chocolate sauce for breakfast in the mornings and fresh orange juice. The entertainment teams were outstanding, definitely one of the biggest wow factors of the holiday.. if my children are happy, so am I. The choice of pools was brilliant. my children were aged 1 and 4 so we spent most of our time around one of the smaller pools which had 3 small slides. There we were able to relax as it was only waist height on my 4 year old and the slides were perfect for him. The beach is fab but didn't spend much time on it as I'm not a sand person and the water didn't seem to clear for my liking so only went there twice. We went to the water park every other day (free entry when staying in hotel) this was fab as the rides cater for all ages. my son was able to go on 2/3 of the big slides with me which was good. He was more than happy to play in the children's area which was perfect for children aged 1-7. although the water park is not part of the all inclusive, it is a 3 minute walk back to the hotel so this is not a problem. Like others have said the World side of the hotel seemed to be much nicer so I will be requesting this on my stay in may. I don't understand any of these bad reviews as I had no problems and I am a very fussy , particular person and couldn't pin point 1 bad point. I'm mega exited to be going back :)More

I don’t believe most of the bad reviews are genuine!!!
Firstly I have been to this fantastic Hotel 3 times with my daughter and have never found it to be anything but amazing, so much so I have booked us again for July this year and we can't wait! Having read some of the bad reviews I even went so far as to report them to TripAdvisor as they were almost certainly from people who either had never been or didn't even have the courtesy to give the staff a chance to rectify a problem, I had two problems on a visit (the bath was chipped, and the black out blind was missing) I told guest relations who are amazing, they told me it would be fixed after dinner, but on our arrival back to the room after eating both problems had already been fixed, what more can you ask? As for people complaining about some staff not being able to talk English, come on you are in Turkey, and I know how to fix that just take a summer holiday in Butlins but don't forget your umbrella for those balmy summer days lol To cut this short the rooms, staff, entertainment team, children's club team (Aunty Sandra & Sarah especially), the Spa, the amazing water park and the food are all fantastic. Please feel free to ask me any questions I would be happy to put people straight. Oh and to all the team, see you in July we really can't wait!!More
