Special Offer - Free Waterpark Entry
Free entry to the Aqua Fantasy Waterpark with use of its outdoor pools, lazy river and over 30 waterslides. Just so you know, opening days can vary depending on the weather.
This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
The hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

Aqua fantasy 5/5
Been here twice and would definitely go again, rooms are clean & tidy, staff polite, good selection of food. Aqua park is fantastic. Really good all round holiday. Beach was really clean and only about 1 minute away from our room, plenty of entertainment. Worth a look to the market for some great bargainsMore

not what I expected ???
Firstly, this was my first A.I holiday, not first time in "5*" well turkish "5*" yes the hotel on arrival was a minny version of ceasers palace. Pleasant rooms very good (2734) just off the reception area, 1st problem, noise early hours in the morning, if a sign was put up asking to keep noise down after 00.00hrs, (especialy germans an turks). That said the 6where comfortable and clean. And another tip do not take the rooms around adult pool, the smell and they are so damp the smell of damp is so bad. I hold my hands up this hotel was not for use, considering it was all INCLUSIVE, they actually charged for things like snooker and pool also bowling, and trying to get milk from the bar was like asuking for a free holiday, it was for a baby in our party, but evertime we asked for a carton of milk we where met with no use the minny bar milk, and the supermarket was a complete rip off, but you had to use it, and what we did come across was the turkish guests got waited on sometimes and had water brought to them, we never once got water served to us we always went to get our own all in all It made me realise why we have never do AI before, not what we expected, actually I think itwas a rip off, but they have you their and you've no choice really, paying for ice cream come on, Its back to side, and a proper 5* hotel, oh yes and a free al a carte meal but if you wanted steak you had to pay extra no wonder no one was ever in their, as i said nice hotel, but for us it was just lacking something, but it was clean and comfortable and some staff where nice somewhere well ignorant found it also a bit intimidating when you had to dont know if they where supervisors or security, with their walkie talkies whatching over when you where getting your meal, sorry but no I cannot recommend this hotel, kids where ok for a week but got bored to far away from the town thats my opinion, and a lot of people would disagree but I have always been lead to belive A.I meant you payed for imported drinks and possible the likes of cornettos and things like that but maybe i just have high standards, and the hotel was nice, but not 5* just thought they where trying to make a little bit extra, chargeing for certain things, their are 5* hotels in Turkey. And to charge 2⬠a day for wifi that was just a joke.More

FANTASTIC! We arrived at the Hotel after a 45min Transfer and greeted by the staff who spoke very good English. Check in was quick and the bell boys carried our luggage to our lovely room. We had a Jacuzzi in the corner and the bed was huge with nice furnishings. The resort is huge and we were given a map to try and find our way around. FOOD We found the food excellent throughout the resort. Breakfast was great with everything you would want. Eggs, omelettes cooked in front of you. During the Day you can find many places to eat and the food was very nice indeed. We had a meal in the Steakhouse which was fantastic and the Head Waiter is a great. Evening meals were nice . My advice is to try everything as many of the foods we had not had before, tasted great! Also a kiddies section. AQUA PARK The rides can get busy so try a week day or early morning for some great slides or just chilling floating around the lazy river! ENTERTAINMENT Very good but the African Beach Party is a must on Wednesdays -incredible and very family orientated. The day Foam party on the Beach is great for adults and little ones. STAFF Very friendly and helpful. At the bar in the evenings, service was great. If you say thank you and please it goes a long way as the staff do understand English. Sometimes some people were rude and as a result had to wait to be served ( and a good thing too). Treat the staff with respect and a smile and it goes along way! EXCURSIONS *Boat cruise -all day brill! Just pack lots of sun screen! *Trip to market was great but be prepared for a hard bargain! The Jewellery shop (included in the excursion NOT the Hotel one) was intimidating and they don't want to let you out of the shop. Bullied by staff and they will try everything to sell you tat. Many guests felt the same. The Hotel is great and we went for 7 nights but will return next year for 14, as you just can not fit everything in 1 week. Reps were good and First choice have an office on site where there offer a great service. If you forget sunscreen etc , you can pop in here and get some for free. Departing guests leave sunscreen etc to reduce luggage weight, and arriving guests can pick some items up for free. If you get sunburnt -take a look, as i left a small tub of sudocrem there for you! If you have been here before you will know this but if your going, get ready for " UP-UP-DOWN DOWN" ! :) Fantastic holiday - Thank you Aquafantasy and First Choice :)More

Good but most definitely not a 5*
This is my first review of anywhere, but felt it should be done. It is my own personal yet very honest review of this resort. Keeping in mind that Everyone has different standards, I wouldn't say mine are overly high but I do have standards. My family of 4 with 2 children ages 6 & 8 spent a week here in August. No matter where you go you will have pros and cons. The transfer is 2.5 hours from the airport to the resort, bit of a pain when everyone is tired early hours of the morning. The water park is amazing, no hassle to enter, just don't try and take your own food or drink into the park as this will be removed from your possession, as the water park is not part of your all inclusive. You can buy food, drinks and ice cream in the park but can be pretty pricey. Be aware that all children must be 120 meters to ride on any of the slides, my daughter was 115 so they let her on a few but very limited and she got bored very quickly, we only spent 2 afternoons in there in the whole week. When purchasing stuff around the resort you can not use cash, (apart from small shop and photo shop) you have to use your room card, which is then added to your hotel account, with a limit of 500 local currency, they advice you to clear the account every other day, this can be a bit of a pain! Icecream is part of your all inclusive, however this is only between 12.30/2.30, from one stand, there are icecream stalls around the resort but they charge, normally around £3 per ice cream. The pools are great, 8 in total that I counted, so we always got a sunbed somewhere, if you like a particular spot then as long as you get there by 9ish you will get your bed. The lifeguards are hit and miss, they are either totally on the ball or no where to be seen. Loads of water sports on the beach, really nice guys. Cocktail all inclusive starts 4/7 with 4 different cocktails, not the best but not the worst. Any other time of day and you will be expected to pay for them. Our room 1260 was dated, the safe didn't work and the beds were really hard. There was no iron in the room, but there is an ironing service. The maids didn't seem to do much but we did receive clean towels daily. We couldn't go to bed much before 12 as the music coming from the amphitheater is really loud but we didn't mind as we were on holiday after all. Keep an eye on your mini bar bill as maids double charged us a few times. The resort advertises free wifi however it's actually 2euros for 24 hours usage, which is hit and miss to get a signal. There is entertainment on every night, some is a bit lame but deffo recommend the beach party on a Wednesday night that was awesome. We found oasis restaurant on day 5( under reception), we found it suited our taste better than tropicana, we did not enjoy the food or the atmosphere in Tropicana, we ate very little on this holiday, the food is very repetitive, a lot of families we spoke to felt the same. Tropicana seemed to be very under staffed, not once were we offered drinks and had to self serve from drinks stations, oasis seemed to be a bit better on the 3 occasions we are there. we visited the steak house and found the steak was more like stewing steak rather than a cut of meat. We also had a Chinese, which was nice. The staff were polite but not overly friendly with us, I was served at the pool bar by a guest, this guest was a 10/11 year old child, very bizarre. There are a lot of Spanish at the resort and they seemed to get a lot more attention and better service than the British, even skipping the cues at the water park! We all had a Turkish bath as Thomson reps suggest it makes you tan better, but we found no difference to our skin, although it was fun and kids enjoyed it. We visited the dolphin show, (half a day trip) which was great show, but was only on for 30 mins. We were mis informed about the price of swimming with dolphins, rep advised me it was 400 local pounds when it was actually 560 (90 euros per child) we had to get a taxi back to the resort collect money and taxi back to the park, kids would of been devastated if we didn't do this. There's No point doing this trip unless you plan to swim as you are hanging around from 3-5 after the show waiting for the rest of the group to swim (some very unhappy guests). The resort is huge, we found it a little over whelming until about day 4 when we finally got our bearings, this resort defiantly needs a 2 week stay to be able to enjoy all it has to offer, a week just isn't enough! We enjoyed our week, but we've had better holidays and unfortunately won't return to Aqua Fantasy. More
