This place is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
Hotel-run kids' club
Everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room and an afternoon nap room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

It's really a fantasy. Everything is perfect. The food, the aqua park, the beach. M-mm, the food was so delicious. We love it. I recommend this hotel to everyone with children. Next summer we'll be there again. More
Amazing place for family fun
Huge ground with 5 pools, own beach, mini golf, and most amazing water park. Fun for all ages. All inclusive package is great. Food is varied, really good standard mostly, and you can always find something the kids will enjoy. Staffing can be hit and miss. Some are great, some don't have the language skills to be able to help. Maintenance is painfully slow to respond. Also just be wary what you leave out in your room. Maid repeatedly stole our kids sweets. Petty, but it did upset them. Hotel not at all helpful in resolving. Air conditioning varies greatly from room to room, so don't be afraid to ask to change room. Rooms at back over 'garden' or in reality facing car park are nice and quiet even if the view is not quite what you anticipated! Except for staff issues, would highly recommend for family fun.More

Great hotel with waterpark
We visited this hotel in October. Had a very nice week with a lovely weather, not a cloud in the sky. Pools and sea were a bit cold but we enjoyed swimming anyway. Lots of sundbeds everywhere. We especially liked the pier. Unfortunately we did not bring any children - every child must love this hotel and the waterpark! The room was spacious and and also quiet, except when guests were leaving in the middle of the night. There was a minibar in the room but strangely enough you had to pay extra for those drinks. The food was OK, with ups and downs just like other all inclusive hotels, but the restaurants were very loud. We tried the Chinese restaurant and liked it very much.More

Fantastic family holiday
Visited hotel in October school holidays for a week, 2 adults and 2 boys (11 and 8), and was very impressed by everything. Hotel was clean and modern throughout and rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is a huge complex and we were told it was just over half full. This meant loads of sun beds everywhere, no queues for any slides at waterpark, which was superb, or in restaurants except for waiting for your omelette to be cooked at breakfast but well worth it. Food in general was excellent lots of restaurants and snack bars to choose from, particularly enjoyed kebabs and pizzas made fresh in Pearl bar and rotisserie chicken at Caribbean snack bar for lunch. Chinese restaurant and steak restaurant were both fantastic. Lots of bars to choose from and although outside bars used plastic tumblers (safer with lots of children around I feel) always got a glass in indoor bars unlike a few family hotels I have been to. Entertainment was very good no pressure to join in during day but plenty going on and evening entertainment was great too. Beach party with fire show then firework display on pier and foam party were highlights. Football organized most days and free access to football pitch during day was perfect for my football mad lads. They only went to kids club once but staff seemed very welcoming, fun and it seemed very secure for littler ones. Staff were friendly, helpful and only problem, I felt first room we got smelt a bit musty as if it had not been used for a while, was swiftly resolved and we were moved to a fresh identical room with a great pool view! In all a brilliant holiday would love to return and find it hard to fault hotel. The private beach was very dark sand and although water not a lovely blue colour it is crystal clear and free use of pedalos and canoes was a bonus.More

Good Hotel But!!!
This is a great complex with various pools and right on the beach, and I think it would be a great place to visit from mid May onwards, we were a party of six adults 2 children 7 & 11 and 17 month infant, and we visited last week in October for half term. Some of our party had visited a few years ago in May and were very excited to be returning, and our daughter in laws parents and sister had visited this summer, and had told her all about the hotel. Well I am sorry to say this hotel did not quite meet our expectations, and this was obviously because the hotel was closing for the season, in fact most of the staff were also leaving on our last day. One of the buffet restaurants closed on our second day (in our opinion the better of the 2) and as the week went by various things ran out eg ice cream, fanta, butter, so we did feel a little short changed All the outdoor pools were freezing, so apart from the occasional hardy child (who were always trying to con their parent/grandparent into the pools by telling them the pools were warm) all the pools were virtually empty, surely just one pool could be heated, as playing in the pool with the kids is usually a big part of the holiday. One of the indoor pools was heated, but it is quite small, and who wants to be indoors on holiday. We were all bitten, though not as badly as people who visited in the summer, We could not eat outside, because the minute you put a soft drink down it would attract many wasps (why had they not died off by end of October) and totally freak out the kids. We have been on many all inclusive holidays and the problem with the buffet food is always the same IT IS NEVER HOT ENOUGH even when you see a new dish of something being put out it is not always hot, as it has obviously been sitting waiting in the kitchen, I know you can't please everyone all the time, but hot food would be a good start. We visited 3 of the speciality restaurants, Turkish, Chinese, and the Steak House, and although each one had only a small menu the food was very good. Just one small point about the Turkish restaurant, it has open sides, which is fine for warm evenings, but you need to wrap up for the cooler nights. We really enjoyed the luxury of being waited upon, and having hot freshly cooked food, and the service in all three was great, could not be faulted. The Steak House was my favourite, with the quality of steak being excellent, though it was a bit odd to be given chips as well as our requested baked potatoes, too much temptation there guys. Well worth paying the extra cost, and on reflection we should have just paid to go to one of them every night. When I booked this hotel online with First Choice I needed 3 rooms and the only option available was to have all three rooms the same, when actually I wanted one of the rooms to be a family room. I phoned First Choice who were unable to change one of the rooms, saying there were no family rooms available (even though they were still being advertised on the website) so I e-mailed Kathy at the hotel who said we could change one room to a family room at the cost of 20 euro per night which was quite a bit cheaper than the advertised cost of £200 with First Choice. So would I recommend this hotel, well actually yes I would, but for me not the last week of the season (though I have to say there is something to be said for having a waterpark almost all to yourself, it was very quiet towards the end of the week) It is a lovely spacious resort, with plenty of pools, and I think it would have a much better atmosphere during the spring/summer months, and of course going in October you miss out on the foam/beach parties, and the outdoor evening entertainment.(not that these are my cup of tea, but the kids would have liked it, especially as they remembered them from last time) Though I do think the hotel needs to address the mossie/wasp problem, these insects are in every country, but I have never been to a hotel with this problem. Also for anyone thinking of going next October the days were fairly warm, though there was always a bit of a cool breeze, though we managed to stay in shorts and t shirt, the nights were cool, but the hotel was nice and warm so there was no real need to wrap up.
