Thank you to the front office Manager
We've come to Liberty for the 3rd time with family, in the closing couple of weeks in December 2016. And we did not leave disappointed. Value for money is excellent. I want to thank the lady who is the manager of front office reception for solving the problem we had. Having booked "Family room" on Travel Republic in the UK, what the travel agency had actually paid the hotel for was Large Standard Room, which has space for 4 occupants in a single room as opposed to 2 rooms with a door in between. If I had to contact Travel Republic and complain, there was no chance to get this sorted in the week we stayed at the hotel. And I am not sure they would even help, considering the value of the deal. The front office manager was sympathetic and offered me a drink and to have a sit down conversation about it and had expressed great will to satisfy the customer, and she provided the upgrade free of charge, even though it was the fault of the booking agency for incorrect advertising. It was a busy Christmas period and there was only 1 Family Room remaining in the hotel. Food was consistently fantastic. The bar was well-stocked, and staff extremely nice. Hasan, whose nickname is Elvis is a very accommodating member of staff. He builds friendship with guests, as well as serves you drinks. Ramazan in the Jasmine main restaurant remembers what you like to drink and comes running to help every breakfast, with Ayran and your favourite tea. The entertainment team smiles at you and remembers you, comes and says hello. Don't be put off by the modest external appearance of the hotel in comparison to neighbouring hotels. This hotel makes up for it by the quality of service, beautiful interior - especially reception area, glass elevators, food, drink, entertainment. One day it was sunny and warm, and outside plastic beach seats got put soft pads on them - made ready to use by guests. The outdoor sitting area was also quickly made ready for use. Staff are active and responsive. If there was 1 thing that the hotel could improve, it would be its internal leisure facilities (swimming pool, turkish bath, relax areas). These felt tired, and male changing room was merged with toilets (not a good idea). Overall excellent. Thank you.More

Liberty Hotel Lara Experience
We were booked into the Liberty Hotel Lara over the Christmas period. I travelled with my partner who had stayed in this Hotel twice before (once being last Christmas). We were given a Grand welcome the reception staff who dealt with us in such a friendly and humorous manner. Mustafa upgraded us as we mentioned we had stayed at the Hotel previously, and we were shown to a wonderful room with a sea-view room number 2104. The amenities in the room were excellent , immaculate and very luxurious. The entire staff that that they employ work so very hard, from the Entertainment Team (who did not rest for a moment) the Kitchen Team (who produced such tasty and fresh exhibits) the Room Service Ladies (not forgetting the swans and hearts created lovingly by them) and of course the overworked Bar Staff (who always had a smile for us). I have never stayed at such an excellent overall Hotel like this. They catered for the European Christmas superbly, from the Houses made of edible goodies, the Wonderfully decorated Christmas Tree, a table full of every cake imaginable (how does one pick only one)! and excellent food at the Christmas Eve Gala. For entertainment we were introduced to the wonderful singers Il Divo who received a standing ovation. Lets not forget either the visit from Santa too. We must mention there was an excellent photographer in the Hotel too, we had a photo shoot with him. This Hotel was nothing short of Amazing from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. We so look forward to our next visit here. What a Wonderful Christmas.More
A group of 14 of us stayed here for Christmas and we all had a fantastic time. The bar staff worked very very hard to keep our tables full of alcohol and nuts, some of us were suffering a bit in the mornings, too many nuts I think. We found the room to be a bit small even though we had a free upgrade, but adequate, we were usually in one of the bars anyway. The food was excellent, a lot better than most of the 5*s we've stayed in. The entertainment was so-so, a special mention for the pianist, he made Les Dawson sound amazing but it was a great laugh listening to him. Thanks to all the staff at the Liberty for a fantastic time, we will be back, so apologies in advance haha.More
