Visited here 4 yrs ago and loved it,before the take over of the parks or returned .the food was a disgrace, cost us a fortune to eat elsewhere.almost half the park was closed or we had to pay to upgrade, even although we were all inclusive.sometimes we were having to stand in queues up to 15 minutes to get into the Restuarant .They don't cater for us British, although a few members of staff did say the lack of "food choice" is because it's end of season so they were using up what they had before closing!!! Pizza or pasta day & night was my limited choice and toast/ roll with jam for breakfast.we were refused food within the park asked to pay for chips & hotdog,,thought this would be in our " all inclusive" package but no!! Go to the Restuarant and there's food there, this consisted of rolls with meat, bread with cheese, yogurt and fruit, not my idea of a late lunch/ snack.we certainly won't be back.the bedroom walls were covered in dirty marks too sofas in the reception area all ripped and leather flaking off them.what a total dissapointment.More
We stayed at this hotel for 2weeks ,it was great. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was really good , lots of different things to choose from . The only down side was that the splash pool shut the day we arrived and the room could gave been a little bigger .More
Wonderful day out full of magic!
We purchased a day out here being suprised by how it changed last time we went it was just a upside down house but now its a theme park we had to go we were given wristbands which had a barcode to get us on the attractions we played mini golf and we loved it loads of different obstacles and different levels which meant you could play as long as you like next was the house it was so amazing illusions and tilted rooms with different podioms like how long can you keep your hand in all around the house something else was their 3d 4d 5d shows we did all but only me and my brother did the asylum one i wouldn't recommend for easily scared kids but they were just a touch of magic asylum was a tour through a abandoned asylum then their was wild west where you sat on horses and shot baddies, zombies which again maybe not easily scared kids it was the same shooting then their cinema their was a kid friendly then a space galaxy also fine for kids it was in the 30s that day so we went in to the waterpark their was a sprinkler area with a octopus slide then inside it was a massive water play frame with buckets guns and twisty slides straight slides a huge variety kids loved it same as adults changing facilities were available with toilets but right next door to the waterpark was a kids play area it was a high one with ball shooters and many wacky things kids loved running around the final activity was the k3 climbing frame you are harnessed up they tell you what to do so you can freely move clipping yourself in there are 3 levels only done one was taking kids around the bar served food which was good priced for burgers chicken nuggets hot dogs and drinks were good not flat best day out in majorca kids loved it adults loved it please go it is all in one fun fun fun.More
Lovely hotel with great location for both beaches. Magaluf itself is a bit rough, but Palma nova was nicer. Buffet Breakfast was amazing, as were the staff. Great pool area and kid's club. Free access to the attached theme park was fantastic, the simulator rides were fun and handy for an hour or so. More
Check is was slow only two on the desk. Room was small three single beds two pushed together. Only a wardrobe to put things in no work too or side board to put things on. Bathroom was a good size. Pool was clean and tidy. Now for a few bad points floors in room were never cleaned they were minging under the beds were disgusting. We had cockroaches in the bathroom and was told someone would come to look after a few hours of my husband waiting in the room no-one came. Over Halloween there were over 1000 Spanish checked in the hotel and it was chaos, the restaurant was good food was OK and a few different selection I noticed that when the Spanish arrived they made more of a effort with the food more choices but what let it down was the kids running about picking food up and putting it back using their hands not the utensils provided. If you was lucky enough to get to breakfast or dinner early you was OK but half an hour into service the que was out the door threw reception and out the other door it was a hour plus waiting time. Kids club was hit and miss some days good some rubbish. The park was brilliant. Don't bother going in Oct if you want the water park as it was shut when we arrived and was our main reason for booking here. We went half board and there are plenty of places around to eat and are reasonable price. The staff were OK some brill some seemed to busy to care. All in all wasn't to bad they need to clean more and maybe do a seating time table for food on busy periods. More
