The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with sunbeds and parasols.
There are a couple of themed Expedition mini-golf courses. You've got the choice of a 18-hole or a 36-hole course.
These modern twin rooms have a cosy interior with splashes of colour. There's a balcony for that bit of outdoor space. And they come with an extra bed. Plus you'll also find air-con, a mini-fridge, and flatscreen TV included.
Double rooms come complete with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, satellite TV, a mini-fridge, safety deposit box* and a hairdryer. These rooms also overlook the hotel's gardens.
Excellent hotel overall. Pool area gets very busy and as other reviews state, the sunbed situation is ridiculous. Guests have to que for the door to the pool to be opened at 9am. I witnessed people running to grab sunbeds by the pool. This could easily be rectified if the hotel bought another 200 or so sunbeds as their is plenty of room. Excellent children's entertainers and most of the reception/dining room staff were pleasant. The family room was very small, no balcony and overlooking the noisy strip. We did ask to change rooms but was unable to as the hotel was fully booked. The noise at night did wake us up unfortunately. That said, the hotel facilities were excellent; the house, 4D cinema's, water park, soft play centre and evening entertainment was excellent. There is also an aldi and Costa Coffee across the road which sell very cheap food and drink for those half board wanting an evening tipple. More
We just got back from this hotel and it was brilliant my boys are 10 and 13 and loved it, all the rides were brilliant, crazy golf we played so many times, k3 climb frame is only for a certain height so my 10 year old couldn't go on but my 13 year old did and was great, hotel is lovely, they are always cleaning around the hotel and the rooms are cleaned every day, not enough sun beds for everyone but not a major deal, so much more to do it doesn't matter, with the food there is so much choice, always food available, by the pool the food hut is open from 11am to 6pm. The staff are all friendly and polite one member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay so much better his name was Aitor Gomez and was so good with my boys and us always there to help and chat and have a laugh and joke with us. Entertainment staff are brilliant with kids of all ages, they always do stuff with them during the day, wether it's water sports or activities but all for different age groups, evening entertainment was good too somethings was better than others but boys enjoyed all of it. We ate out a few times just to experience it and the eastenders bar was great, on a Sunday they do a wonderful Sunday roast where you can help yourself to as much as you want for a good price to. The beach is literally a few minute walk down the road and is lovely, plenty of shops all around too. Would recommend this hotel if you have kids of any age as always something to do, me, my sister and my husband even enjoyed the rides. All in all a great holiday the best two weeks we have had. More
We visited in October, which is end of the season so the waterpark bit was closed but the theme park was still open. We had a amazing time esp the upside down house. We travelled in a big group 6 adults and 8 kids, On the 1st day after brekkie and lunch the staff kept us a table for us all to be seated together. The staff in the whole complex were amazing and very helpful. The kids loved! Also we checked out on the 30th. The whole hotel was decked out in Halloween decor it looked amazing, the kids wanted to say. More
We have 4 children aged 2-10 and wanted to have plenty of activities for them while allowing us a little bit of time out. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is of good quality. Kids' club staff are nothing short of outstanding! In the mornings, the beach is 10 mins walk away and very quiet as the clubbers are still sleeping, so well worth a visit. But....if you like to "reserve" your lounger by the pool by 0700 (otherwise there's no space left), like lots of inked bodies which are 3 times their normal size, then you're in for a treat. Also, there's nowhere - I mean nowhere -to escape the piped music from 0730 to 2330 each day. Dining outside the restaurant does escape from the masses who pretend they've never seen food before, but still the constant music in actually a very pleasant setting. While the food is good, don't bother with all inclusive as both the drinks are not as good as purchased and you'll want to escape a few nights. We went for 10 days. 5 would have been fine then elsewhere for a change. Kids loved it though!More

We stayed 5 nights with breakfast included; I really enjoyed the hot food served at breakfast and there were lots of options. The amount of activities to do at the resort are great for families to enjoy, we only went on a number of rides but spent time on the water slides and a few mornings by the pool, there just wasn't enough time for us to do everything within he resort. There was a queue in the mornings to get a good poolside seat however I feel this is to expected most places, and half an hour was enough. The staff were excellent, especially for providing entertainment to the younger ones. More
