We have Just got back from a weeks holiday in Katmandu park, we arrived early hours and the restaraunt was opened for us to get some food. Hotel staff are really friendly rooms were nice with a free mini fridge.the complex itself was fab my 9 yr old grandson had a wonderful time in the kids club and around the pools.we felt he was safe here as there are life guards and the kids club staff always made sure we knew where he was the best I've had at an all inclusive there was always something different to eat..there is entertainment at night after kids club but the sound system could do with an upgrade! There was some noise after hours from the revellers but you do get used to it..the only downside is what goes on outside the resort on the streets I'd seen stuff about magaluf before we came but I didn't realise how bad it was!! We never got to use the beach which is beautiful I must add, because of the stories we had been told by other people staying here..I didn't want to take my grandson on the streets to witness some of the things that go on! I would stay on this complex again as you do get looked after what goes on outside doesn't have to ruin your stay!!More

Great vacation, great staff!

We stayed at the Sol Katmandu for a week, and it was our best vacation ever!!! My family and I, specially my Kids enjoyed themselves soo much! It was such a wonderful experience! As a quick review...The first day of arrival, we had some little issues with the room, we went to reception and we did fins the best recepcionist ever, Marisa (I hope to spell her name well). She was fantastic, she fixed everything straigh away, always with a smile and being so efficient. She was nothing but great! She got in touch with us every day, folllowing up everything and being so nice with my kids. They really loved her! All staff was wonderful, the park is ideal for kids (something totally different compared with what we visited before),rooms are cosy, food and services are great for a family vacation. To sum up...nothing left to be desired! We cannot wait to come back!!More

Family holiday enjoyed!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and almost 3 year old for a week (beginning 18th june) and what a genuinely lovely hotel! All staff were friendly and great with kids. The guy that worked in the booth of the splash zone was fantastic and kept playing games with my son.The food was a buffet restaurant and can be quite repetitive but a lot of choice with different meats and fish every night. My only niggle was it would have been nice to go to another restaurant on resort as a change . However, the resort was clean, excellent central location, ten minute walk from Palma Nova beach and had a fantastic play/theme park area.I would highly recommend the upside down house fun house to walk around! All in all a great hotel for kids and families. Not suitable for people without kids!!More
