Lovely Hotel!

In my opinion it's really really really beautiful place to stay. Before my trip I was afraid because of some bad reviews but it had absolutely no reason! Nice and funny decor (we felt us like in a fairytale), delicious food and a lot of attractions- we were absolutely happy. Dido at the reception was great and so kind to let us choose the room, we had wonderful view looking at the House, also we were so lucky to have free wifi even at the balcony - the same connection with the one at the reception, pool and dining room. I don't know about other side of the building but our part was fully renovated and nice. Attractions at the hotel are appropriate for different ages - all depends on your inner baby :) For us all of them were funny! 3 minutes from the beach, very easy to find it. From the evening program we would advice to attend Magic night and Circus, we were impressed. We knew in advance that there were not hair dryer and fridge in the room so it didn't mar our impression. I think this hotel is good enough even for 4 stars and if the price is still reasonable I will definitely come back this year. Thanks a lot to the hotel team for wonderful vacations :) More

G & G Return to Benidorm

This time we stayed at the Don Pancho. Fabulouse---Very very nice , although it was winter the book in was swift, the room was nice, and the staff couldn't do enough to help in any way. The view was one of the best we have had, The hotel sit's on the Mediteraneo (road) and is central for the whole of Benidorm new town. We had a small mini bar in the room ,HANDY.All the room's have a see view, 17 floor's in total.(our's was 8) Indoor and outdoor pool's,free matresse's for sunbed's, food very nice and varied, I LOVED the chocolate fountain,Seated servive at the bar's, This was our first 4* and very nice it was too. There are some tired part's of the hotel (but you really have to look hard) The hotel will be undergoing a referb starting 1st Nov 2015 for until the spring and they have finished 6 room's all different décor and ask for any guest's comment's on these. All in all we had a lovely time and will return when it is finished to see the end result.More

Nice Hotel, wrong location

My Wife & I along with our 2 Children, (6 & 8) were "placed" in this Hotel back in August 2014 as we were told the day before we were due to fly out, that the Hotel we had actually booked was overbooked, so we could either have our money back or stay here. Giving the timing of this, we decided we would give the resort & Hotel a go. We arrived around lunch time to experience the most painful check in I have ever had to go through. Nearly 2 hours of waiting for the keys for our room in my eyes, is totally unacceptable, NEVER in the 30 years of travelling have I witnessed this level of disservice before. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised, a nice large modern room with A/C, walk in shower and double balcony. However we were on the BCM (Biggest nightclub on the Island) side of the Hotel, so no sleep had at all. Not only is the noise of the club loud, but then the people leaving early in the morning and walking down the corridors looking for their rooms will also wake you up. We were told by other guests that the other side of the hotel was quieter, but we didn't hang around to find out as we only stayed 1 night. (we got moved to a different resort after a few strong words with our rep/tour operator). The food was OK, no complaints, always queues at the bar for drinks, but as it was the main school holiday period, I kind of expected that. Sun loungers were also hard to find, but again, high season, what do you expect. Big park out the back of the Hotel, loads for the kids to do, we actually saw other Hotels on the Island organising trips to the park. We took a stroll down to the beach to get a feel for the place. The beach is beautiful, well worth a visit, however, remember, you are in MAGALUF, so once outside the Hotel, it's young Brits who are looking for a good time and have left their troubles (and manners!) at home. So for us, it's not the place to take 2 young kids, hence our early departure. So a nice clean hotel, food OK, loads for kids to do, bizarre checking in process, next to the BIGGEST nightclub in Majorca. You decide!More

So good!

Family of 4 and all throughly enjoyed every minute of this holiday. We stayed half board and the food was great everyday, we got one of the newer refurbished rooms 1 double and 2 twins beds for the kids. Although quite small it had everything we needed and was spotless clean . Staff were really helpful , the park was great , the kids went on the 4D rides everyday. All included in the wristband price , Pool is good but hard to get a sun bed, typically other groups are reserving beds with a towel from the night before or early morning and then never even coming to the pool until late afternoon . Towels need to be removed by the staff . Drinks at the bar were a little over priced but to be expected in an all inclusive hotel. No real complaint there. Location is perfect . 5 minute walk to the beach . Would visit again no problem . Well worth the money . More

A hotspot for families

Don't get me wrong families can go anywhere but when I went on a girly holiday to Magalluf I didn't expect to see children in a hotel only meters away from the strip. Regardless, it was very family friendly, there wasn't groups of party animals, it was quite at night and most of all clean. There were fun games round the pool but that's wasn't our idea of fun. I'm a early years educator so I'm used to all the pranks children play on you but if you don't like having water sprayed in your face I would avoid this hotel if you looking for a place to party!
