Great place for families, really enjoyable and plenty to do, golf, 4d cinemas, zombie shoot em ups, water park and climbing course. Also the food and drink is reasonably priced, the pirates were highly entertaining aswell, kids loved the upside down house aswell. Highly recommended. More
Myself, partner, 6 yo son & my mum & dad went to this hotel/resort for 10 nights. It was a brilliant holiday. Check in is quite lengthy as you have to go to 2 separate desks to check in & then elsewhere to get welcome chat & wristbands. Luckily we were the only family checking in at the time but still took an hour! Other than that i could not fault it. Food is as expected from All Inclusive. The choice of breads & dessert were my favourites as im a terribly fussy eater. Bars were never too busy & never waited more than 3/4 minutes. Excellent choice of drinks (Strongbow is the free cider!!). Staff were fantastic & helpful. Good choice of snacks at the pool bar (hotdogs, burgers, chicken nuggets etc) Entertainment team went above & beyond with the children although my son was too shy to join in much. Rooms were adequate, a little pushed for space as we had the extra bed for son but we managed. Only 3 plug sockets though which i did find a struggle at times as we had taken a plug in fan. Fridge in the room was a godsend! Cleaners were very thorough....in fact its the first time i have left a tip in the room. (Also the first time i have left a review so thats how impressed i was)More
This was probably the best hotel I have been to for food standards and variety. I must be the most fussy person around and this was best food ever!!!. The range of things to do was first class mini water park soft ball play area crazy golf , upside down house, 4d cinemas and the entertainment team miles better than anything I have ever experienced. the only thing I could cay was the all inclusive lager Grazumpo is worst lager in the world if they could use Amstell which is at the bar near 4d Cinemas it would be the complete place!!!.More

I stayed here in July 2016 with my misses and our 3yrd old son. It was perfect for him as he loved the 3 swimming pools, splash water park, indoor soft play and upside down house. The entertainment during the day and evening was good for the kids and our son loved getting involved with it. The food that was available was really nice but the variety wasn't as good as we've had in previous all inclusive hotels. The rooms were particularly small especially having a child in the room aswell. Only real negative was you had to get up at a silly time to put your towels out to get your sunbeds, the time was that early people were still out partying from the night before. However I would still recommend this hotel for family's with young kidsMore
Our tour operator ran all day trips from the north to this theme park in the south. If you have been ti the Pleasure Beach at Blackpool and expect the same you will be sorely disappointed - it is a fraction of the size. However for a family day from 10 until 4 there was plenty to do - and remember Magaluf et al is much hotter than the north of Mallorca. The 4d and 6d rides were fun but not exceptional; the mini golf was great fun - and steadily busy. The House was entertaining but not for young children (same with some 4d rides which may be a bit scary for under 5s). Highlight for us was the water park - a collection of flumes (some are height restricted) and water sprays. The area was well organised with a number of lifeguards policing timing and height on flumes - and there was something for all ages if children - abd plenty of shade and drinks for adults. We didn't experience the sift play or the tower and obstacles (there are height restrictions on the tower) but we had a full day and left entertained (there are also scheduled street performances by resident cast) after six hours. We had lunch flung in and access all areas for â¬132 and an hour long coach trip. We felt it represented good value and entertained our eight year old (and us) on a quality fun family day. Try the ice cream - it is pricy but awesome!More
