Stayed at this wonderful hotel between 23rd Sept and 30th Sept 2016 with my partner. Booked as a fairly late deal for an incredibly low price and having read a few reviews were hopeful of a decent holiday at a quiet time of the season. Both my partner and I are very active, eating very healthily pretty much all the time and training in gyms everyday, we weren't therefore overly concerned with some of the mixed reviews that we'd read about the repetitive nature of some of the food etc. We arrived early and our room was ready within 40 mins which was a pleasant surprise and the room was absolutely spotless, massive bed, modern layout, free air con, free safety deposit safe/box and free fairly speedy WIFI. This standard was matched in the pool areas with plenty of available sun beds, clean tidy relaxing areas and again matched in the small gym that I used every day for 7 days. The food was excellent, always something fairly healthy (and not so healthy) to chose from and I tried something different from the available tagines etc every day. If you were to quibble you could say that some of the food was a little bland but there wasn't a single meal where I struggled to find something really nice to eat and it was the same at the bar too. Greatest part of this review is saved for all the staff at the hotel - I've been going away 2/3 times a year for over 28 yrs now and I've rarely met a group of people who were nicer, more helpful and just a joy to be around. From the moment we arrived the security staff, reception staff, restaurant staff (esp Houda who makes wonderful flat bread) , pool guys and slide attendants, bar staff (Abdulatif - king of cocktails!!) were helpful and helped out whenever we needed assistance. Even the upper management were friendly and helpful when they came to resolve an issue with a drunken English tourist- I've read other reviews that suggest that all staff want there is a tip, I can say that I didn't see any evidence of that (I tipped in the restaurant and at the bar) and staff who didn't have roles where they would be tipped were equally as friendly. All in all the staff and the hotel facilities combined to make this a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, so much so that we've just started to look to rebook for the same time next year. Lovely place, lovely people!!!More

Making happy family memories
Wonderful staff. A small mix up on arrival but soon sorted by the lovely young lady on reception (who I sadly didn't get to say goodbye to). The bar staff were great too. As for the entertainment team, they were amazing with a special shout out to Jambo!! There were plenty of pools to choose from, whether you want a quiet laze around, time with the kids or an eventful game of water polo (my choice) there is one for you. The spa is good. Plenty of food with a good choice for kids. Good shuttle service to the Medina. Sadly the piano bar wasn't open which was a real shame as it's a great space with excellent acoustics. Hopefully this will be sorted as it's such a waste.More
Large Resort with multiple pools and Fantastic Entertainment Team
So I came here with my wife, daughter (2 and a half years) and my wife's mum dad and sister. We came late September, so was coming to the end of season and hotel was quieter than previous months. However we still had the weather (30 degrees+ everyday). I was a bit sceptical coming to Morocco, as I heard there wasn't too much to do outside of the resorts, I cant comment further on that as we only left the resort for one morning to visit the medina. However I didn't feel the need to leave the resort as everything to keep us entertained was right here. We pitched a different spot everyday around the various pools and bars (and spent a couple of days in the water park attached to the hotel). But what really made the holiday was the staff and entertainment team. The waiting staff at the restaurants seemed to go out of the way to help you out if you required help or assistance and always smiled and said hello. I wish I had taken a few names as some were more memorable than others. The entertainment team were brilliant. On a personal note, if I was working from 10 in the morning to midnight (sometimes later) everyday, I would not be able to help but act a bit tired and irritable, but they always seemed on a high, like the really loved the job they did. I played football almost everyday in 30 degree heat and by the end of the week I was worn out! they do this everyday all season but love it! I also have to mention the two children's entertainers I believe they go by Lolly and Bisco. My daughter is extremely shy and instead of leaving her be, they came and interacted with her everyday giving her personalised balloons and lolly pops etc even though she just shyed away. It's a shame we didn't have more time there because by the end of the week she really started to warm to them which is surprising for me to see and she is very "mummy and daddy". Again these two dressed up in silly clothes every night and done silly dances, but they seemed to love it! like you could only do their sort of job if you really enjoyed children's entertaining. I cant stress enough really how good the entertainment team are, they learn your names and say hello to you everyday always with a smile, always upbeat and really get everyone into the holiday mood. It's the first time that after only a week I felt like I would miss the entertainment team, and had to go out of my way to say bye to them on the last night. Top Holiday Top hotel and tip top entertainment team! 5 stars!More
I spent a week here end of Sep and it was great start to finish. The staff were excellent even with the language barrier. Rooms were large and clean, plenty of pools and sunbeds and the water park is a bonus! A lot of fun for kids and adults. Specially the animation team which have activities during the day plus a kids dance party after dinner. My daughter loved it. Food is ok, plenty of choices, special menu for kids. A bit bland if anything, but they have something for everyone. The staff are very pleasant from the restaurant to the bar to reception. Special thanks to the reception guys to allowed us to use all the facilities till the evening even though we checked out that day. Very enjoyable stay in this massive resort. Highly recommend.More

Fantastic family holiday with fantastic entertainment team xx
Well what can i say we were a family of 6 from 56 to 3, we went for 7 nights and have only just come back but i wish i stayed longer . There was many pools and waterpark and we were never bothered , if you wanted to be part of the daytime activities you went to the pool where the animation team were based . We arrived early and after half an hour our rooms were ready for us , we had two rooms one view of the pool and the other of the mountains , both rooms were of good size . I am a very fussy eater but found something to eat every night especially the chinese .one night the food was scarse but i didnt go hungry , always chips , The kids corner was fantastic always something for my grandaughter to eat , best of all pepsi max .. The animation team worked really hard and were amazing , the shows were fantastic . i have been to many countries and must say they were one of the best i have seen . I cant say there were any downsides only that we had to come home . I will definitley be returning .. Sometimes when you go to countries with not a lot outside you feel a bit hemmed in , i can say this did not happen to me at all xx Weather fantastic we were in block c and had fantastic views of pool and water park and on the otherside views of the mountains rooms were 2211 and 2214 , excellent air conditioning, room 2211 had a bath and room 2214 a excellent showerMore
