A week of starchy food, BO and BAD smells!!!!!!!
DO NOT stay at this hotle its a DUMP!!!!!!! And is more like a 2 star than a 5. The rooms smell of sewage however they are clean inside. If you fancy eating bread and chips for your whole trip you will be right at home. the spa is dirty and anless you fancy your skin breaking out from treatments i suggest staying away. I will say if your of arab decent and speak french you will be treated better than other guests and if you enjoy sharing your bed and dinner with flea ridden cats you will also fit right in. Good points the kids enjoyed the water park but were fed up with the food by day 2. If your a wine drinker the wine is fab Lastly managment i would suggest a pay rise for all your staff so that they can afford to purchase some deodrant or making the wearing of deodrant obligation of being employed by you. The constant smell of BO is off putting ecspicaily when coming from staff in the lobby area and at the spa. Anyone reading this save your self a wasted trip and dont bother! More

An honest review, you need more staff.
On arrival the staff were polite and courteous, we arrived at 11 and our room wasn't ready till 2. It wasn't the room requested or promised by Nora. I requested ground floor, quiet room away from entertainment, with pool view as I am disabled and need to rest in quiet surroundings, We were given a room as close to the entertainment as you can get. I went back to reception and requested to move and spent over an hr there while they tried to figure out a room, and was promised a room changed first thing in the morning. As you can probably guess this didn't happen and was offered a room change 5 days into my 7 day holiday. Also I have never been to a hotel that don't have enough towels for your room, basically on the first dat we had to call 4 times for room towels we finally got them at 6pm. Then we realised this was the norm, housekeeping would take your towels in the morning and you wouldn't get any towel back until 5-6 o clock in the evening; sometimes later. The restaurant is the same food nearly every night, your fine if you like rice and some kind of meat looking things in spices. They do have a kids corner outside which has chips, pasta (which is yuck) and if your lucky and get in quick chicken nuggets, once they have gone they replace with something else (yucky). My kids eat bread most of the week. When you go into the Aquapark the bar and restaurant there is not free so take your drinks with you. The kids club was great and so much fun for them. although the mini disco of an evening doesn't start till 9:15 so my two got too tired to go most nights. All in all its a clean hotel the staff are trying there best with what they have, but if the spent less money on mopping the paths outside and spend it on buying room towels and staff for the rooms as one member of staff starts cleaning at 7 and finishes at 10. :( Nice Pools, Clean Rooms, Rock Hard Beds and Pillows, Loud Entertainment till Later. Great Kids Club. Repetitive Food, Fun Aqua Park. BLOCK A is above restaurant, but furtherest from loud entertainment, B is around a pool, next the restaurant, again reasonable distance from entertainment, Block C is right opposite the entertainment and where we stayed and put up with Extremely loud music till midnight. Block D is the newest based around its own pool and is behind the entertainment stage but still quite close. If your on the ground floor of any rooms request pool view as behind block b & C is a dusty service road with stray cats and kittens and your view will be a wall. Also in block D request pool view other your may end up over looking car park and football pitch.More
I don't usually leave reviews but feel i really needed too. Let me firstly start by saying i came here last year so I did really love this place. The 2nd time i came i must say the standards have dropped BIG TIME!!! Real disappointment. I will come to marrakech again but wont be coming back to this hotel. Cant believe the people rating the food here. it was a disgrace compared to the following year. I even spoke to the staff who said they had cut backs on food and the entertainment team which was fantastic last year. I mean having the breakfast sausage for the main course for the evening meal on the grill. for 2 days in a row. WHAT A JOKE!!! Last year they had different meats each day on the grill. more fruit and salad options and the food was lovely. This year food was repetitive and very bland. They had a Top moroccan chef last year and a budget tunisian chef this year. for cut back as told by staff. Good point great aqua park for kids to enjoy. Other than that not worth it. Food and entertainment is very important and is part of the holiday experience. This lacked big time. Morocco is a beautiful country which needs to be visited. But in this aqua park you are in the middle of now where and have no choice but to accept what they offer. over all BIG LET DOWN. from last year. Advice to the hotel keep the standards of last year and you will be successful. have cut backs your gonna suffer.More

One word AMAZING , the only fault I could find would be the repetitive food , but apart from that lovely place , lovely people , great entertainment and a wonderful helpful animation team. The rooms were amazing would defiantly recommend the C block with a pool view , as they were the best rooms! Clean towels were available daily , pools were throughly cleaned on a daily basis. Food was pretty varied but when your a fussy eater you start to eat the same things ! The water park was so fun and the lifeguards were very nice and also helpful. There is also a shisha bar on the top floor , but you could also request to have them at your table , a pool room and also a night club. The entertainment would start around 9 and would finish around 11 , they then play a selection of music and you could also request songs of your choice , which they were always happy to play. There is also a free shuttle bus that the hotel offer , which takes you to the market , however you do need to put your names down. The bar staff were always helpful and would always help carry drinks over. There was around 5-6 different pools to choose from and also a baby water park. The spa was very clean but extremely hot! We were so sad to leave but will most defiantly be returning , as it was one of our best holidays yet !!!More
WOW WOW WOW
Our second visit to pickalbratros Aqua fun club Marrakech. Myself, husband and two children travelled with another family. We checked in at 21:00 and was welcomed by staff the minute we arrived. We unpacked within 10 minutes then ate in the restaurant and had a few drinks before going to bed to start a new fresh day. First day we all hit the slides, not much queuing and again life guards and staff very helpful. Down side was that the floor around the Aqua park was very slippery and there was a lot of falls as children were running. There was a lot of variety of food so if you wasn't a fussy eater, you'd be fine. Staff in the restaurant served the locals first, didn't matter if you were at the front of the que or not. Bar staff were great and always served you with a smile. The entertainment team were amazing. There was activities all day everyday. And again they was so welcoming and always had fun. The team worked long hours but always had a smile and was full of energy. Bacem, Sabina, bobo, Kiki, Morice and Titu were excellent. Couldn't fault the animation team one bit. Great entertainment for kids and fab shows for the adults every evening. Highly recommended and would definitely go back again. More
