Second time visiting this year. Everything still as good as it was in may if not better. Enjoyed it more this time. Good choice of food. Plenty of sunbeds without having to get up early to save them. All the staff really nice & friendly especially all of the animation. They make your holiday more enjoyable but still leave you to relax not too pushy into making you join in. Would definatley return!More
Fantastic and fun relaxing stay
Stayed for 6 days with my husband. 25 minutes away from the airport, very quick, and 20 minutes into town centre. Staff are everywhere! All in uniforms, very professional. The staff who escort you to your room expect a tip, we gave 20 diram (£1.40) apparently this is average. We stayed in block B this is one of the furthest from entertainment noise, and had views of the mountains. Rooms are extremely big and have TV's. Only English channel we could find was BBC News. Safe is free to use and there is a shower gel and soap dispenser in bathroom. They do clean rooms late in the day but were always finished when we came back around 6/7pm. I would suggest if you plan on getting washed for dinner earlier keep hold of a towel, and if there are a lot of you a toilet roll. Beach towels are free, you are given a card to hire when you arrive, they are very large! WiFi is temperamental, but does work we found Pool A was the best. Password is pickaqua. There are four restaurants but they open at different times during the day. Dinner is from 7pm. For those that complained about the food, don't expect four restaurants it is more four rooms with different variety's of food in each. They make pizza, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, sandwiches and pasta fresh in front of you. The wait staff we noticed were very good with children, and always happy to help families. The entertainment team are great. They will come and say hello, remember your names etc. They also find a way to get you involved even if you don't want to. There are activities nearly every hour also. The pools and slides are fantastic an amazing way to spend the day, and lots of fun. We would definitely visit again.More

Good but needs improvements
Stayed here at the end of August for a week with my husband and 16 year old son. We found all staff to be pleasant and friendly especially the Animation team who work tirelessly. We had a great time but there are a few improvements that are needed to make this hotel worth visiting again. On arrival our safe was locked shut, we only had two bath towels, there was only one pillow with a pillowcase and we hadn't been given any pool, towel cards. We contacted reception and this was all dealt with swiftly but not something that you should be having to do when you first arrive. We spoke to some other guests and they had similar problems when they arrived. Our main issue was the restaurants. Firstly they were extremely busy and the hotel just couldn't cope with the demand. Almost every evening we were having to go in search of cutlery and plates. One evening I even stood by the kitchen door with several other guests waiting for clean plates to come out. There is a quieter restaurant to use which we preferred but the food choice was minimal. There was plenty of variety of food in the main restaurant but it was almost the same every night. We had a great holiday but we wouldn't return.More
Me, my husband and 3 year old child have just returned from a weeks stay and will definitely be going back. Ok so you can pick holes, it's got faults but overall it was fantastic. The aqua park is great and for an 8 year old, a dream! Unfortunately mines 3 so we stayed in the hotel end most of the time. The sun beds are comfy and there are enough for everyone. The entertainment on a night was good, could be boring by the 2nd week if you stayed for 2 mind you. The kids entertainment was good, they would have an hours dance every night. The food..well if your after a full English it's not the place for you but there are pancakes, eggs, continental, cereal, bread, we were never stuck. The omlette stations get a good queue so rarely bothered, but were lovely non the less. Lunch was tagines, chips, pasta and pizzas most days, at the station there would be paninis being made but you need the queue to lessen unless you like a long lunch. Dinner was pretty much the same, the pizza/pasta restaurant opens so you have that or the main area, which we found to be more than enough, the tagines are really nice. The beer is good, vodka not so..if it was vodka. Most of the staff are friendly, there are a few very rude ones. The cleanliness of the place is great, the maids especially really good. The hair driers are rubbish so take your own unlike me! Beach towels are provided, I'd take an extra just in case you want an early shower or to dry your hair as you don't get the towels back until 6pm and the maids collect them at 10am.More

Great rooms, great water park and great animation team
Just returned from a week at the Aqua Fun Club with our 3 older boys, 16,17 and 21. Lovely hotel with gorgeous surroundings. Rooms were extremely clean with large comfy beds. We must give a mention to the Animation team who work so hard keeping everyone entertained. A massive thanks to Simba from the animation team who made us feel so welcome at the hotel and went out of his way to say hello everyday and have a good chat with all our lads. We'll definitely be back, Francesca, Andy, Matt, Jack and SamMore
