First family holiday
Got to say this is a fantastic place to go with family, staff are friendly and helpful, great with the kids, so many pools and water park is quite big, hotel is clean would go back again. Food was great was always greeted with a massive selection and even my 2 year old tried eveything normally very fussy! More
Best resort i have ever been to!
First time out to the resort and the pictures just do not do this place justice! Everything about this resort is absolutely amazing, from the location (surrounded by the snow capped atlas mountains) to the fantastic and helpful staff to the amazing animation team, nothing is too much trouble for anyone of these wonderful people. The food is really nice, a little samey towards the end of the week but that is to be expected with all inclusive holidays. Slight downside to the place was the room i stayed in was basic and the mattress was on the hard side but was very clean and well kept. Think we have found our regular holiday destination here!More
Perfect place for young families!
we really enjoyed it here. Myself, husband and 2 little kiddies. Was very happy with the food selection, activities and everything. Was a little costly to catch a cab from resort to places other then that a perfect experience.More
Counterfeit money - be careful
We attended this hotel in 2015 and couldn't fault it so booked to go back in 2016. Unfortunately it didn't live up to last year, only one bar was open with one member of staff was open during the day which meant long queues. The food wasn't being refreshed thought the serving times, so some days when we wanted a late lunch hardly any food was left. The staff however are very friendly and great with kids. The slides were open on and off as you would expect in early May and if they wasn't on they would always open a slide on request. We was however very took back and angry when we got home as we realised that the hotel had given us counterfit money. We had left £40 deposit for our towels as requested by management and they gave us back 20euros and a fake £20 note which we did not realise until back in England. We can honestly say we will not be returning or recommending this hotel again.More
OK but not great
we visited this place for a family holiday during first week of May, upon arrival check in was fast and efficient although we did get a room we didnt like but it was dealt in straightaway and we got to check in early which was very helpful. Weather at that time for some reason was absolutely horrible so this is where you actually get to see what a hotel is really like rather then be blinded by the sunny weather. the staff in this place are absolutely amazing, apart from a some minor issues most of them are very friendly and helpful and they do go out of their way to keep you happy especailly the entertainment team. i was very disappointed with the cafe's and bars though, they seem to serve hot drinks in vending machine paper cups which is reused again and also plastic cups for drinks which is also reused, i found that to be very unhygienic. The spa is an absolute joke, dirty and run down and the jacuzzi smelt like a fish tank. indoor swimming pools looks like its in a construction site and was freezing cold, none of the snack bars hardly ever opened because apparently it was "off season" in may and they were not busy enough to have everything opened. cleanliness of the hotel was also not the best, overall id say this is a good family hotel for a cheap holiday but if the weather goes down then their facilities are not the best to kill time with,I thinks its a bit overrated buy some but other then that we enjoyed our stay at most timesMore
