Beautiful relaxing holiday in a great location
The hotel is a little tired but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than makes up for that. The location of the hotel is ideal for couples and families and we look forward to seeing the "new" hotel after the re-furb in November More
What a delightful place this is! The pools are clean with comfortable sun beds. The beach is amazing as you would expect. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. There is plenty to keep the kids occupied. The evening entertainment is (mostly) really good. But what we thought really set this hotel apart from your typical all inclusive hotel is the food! The food is amazing. A la carte meals every evening of a real high quality restaurant standard! You just don't normally get this standard of food at an all inclusive hotel in this price range. Will definitely go back.More
Beautifully brilliant, wedding and honeymoon
We stayed at the Sea Breeze beach hotel in September 2016 and was the venue and setting for our wedding and honeymoon. From day one we was welcomed with friendliness and smiles. Upon check in we were handed a cold towel to cool down while the formalities were seen too, all done very quickly. Our bags were taken to the room while the check in process was completed, very handy due to long and tiring flight. Our room along with the rest of the resort was very clean and tidy, although the room looked a little tired we were aware that it was due a renovation. The quietness and small stature of the resort was what drew us to book and it was just how we imagine it. The pool area with the massive luxurious sun loungers was never over crowded and for most of our stay was always available to relax and cool down. The staff were always on hand too to offer drinks and mid afternoon 'treats' to those who have stayed by the poolside and I can not fault the service of those staff who served us with smile and always made sure we were well looked after ( most the time they handed us the right drink at right time without asking). The copious amount of food on offer was never disappointing, we did read reviews that the food was repetitive but we did not experience that. The views onto the beach and sea from all 3 restaurants made the food experience more delightful. I can not critique the quality or volume of food on offer but the Auzl restaurant was a slight disappointment, due to a lot of the food and drink on offer needed a supplement charge. Our wedding coordinator Debbie was just wonderful, always on hand to help and make sure our special day went off without a hitch ( Debbie was even willing to change the flowers 2 hours before the ceremony started due to the colour not quite what we all had imagined, even though both myself and my bride to be could not tell the difference). The whole process from picking the area in the resort we wanted to getting the marriage licence shorted was very smooth and non stressful and can not fault any of the staff involved in making our day special. Sea breeze even allowed outside guests (who didn't stay at the resort) to spend the day with us although they did have to pay to use the facilities. The beach setting was just stunning and the backdrop could not have been more perfect. The virgin rep was on hand during our stay to sort out any trips or excursions for us, but also the staff was also there to help with advice and tips about the island. The beach and sea was very clean and tidy with no signs of any sea weed and looked like the staff maintained the area very well. There was a pontoon to swim out to which made a fun swim challenge, even lucky enough to spot a turtle or two. In all we loved our stay at the Sea Breeze and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our wedding and honeymoon special.More
What a beautiful, friendly, relaxing hotel. Six of us went and did not want to leave!! We are all ready thinking about returning for another holiday. Food was great, with a good selection. Rooms were lovely and clean. We did a few attractions, which we read about and booked before arriving on the island. It worked out a lot cheaper than booking with holiday reps. The family was pleased with the free wifi. It was lovely to see so many people happy at work, which carried a great atmosphere around the hotel.More
WOW!Simply superb Seabreeze!
What can I add that I haven't written before? Another fabulous holiday. The staff make this hotel. From the moment you walk in!! Everyone has their own views but really some people's complaints are not fair ! But each to their own ! I visit very frequently and am sad like many hotel is now closed for a refurbishment. On my last visit everything was excellent. Wonderful staff in every part of the hotel. Huge thanks to Reception girls. Miss Francine in both restaurants all the bar staff and to Daquan and Alan always helpful on the beach area. Mmmh bliss. Also everyone behind the scenes of the running of this hotel. Mr Faye Best thank you. I will be back as usual and really hope a lot of the staff will be there too. Only hope hotel wont lose its special cosy fun touch?!!! I will see . Please get more sun loungers if more rooms!!!More
