It’s all about the beaches and pools at this newly renovated small-scale hotel.
This Colonial-style hotel nabs a quiet beachfront spot on the island’s south coast. You’ve got 2 sandy beaches to choose from here – a secluded one and a lively one with watersports.
Oistins, famous for its fish fry, and the bright lights of St Lawrence Gap, are both a 5-minute drive away.

Perfect location for a perfect break
The hotel and staff really set a high standard which was maintained throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of my stay. It's beachfront location was perfect. The ever changing choice of meals certainly kept me full throughout the day. I'm not easy to please when it comes to foreign travel, I highly recommend the Sea Breeze Hotel. More
Another lovley stay.
Just back home from another weeks stay. The staff, old and new, were still as friendly as last year, always welcoming and happy. Lisa by the pool and beach really looked after us, drinks both by the pool and on the beaches, iced water first thing on a hot morning, and then a cooling foot and leg spray which really does work. Johanne in the Mermaid is always happy and pleased to see you. It was also a nice touch that we were welcomed back again on our first night and the photo in the room which said Welcome Home. The food, as last year, was good and plentiful, we didn't try the Azul this time, we were quite happy in the Mermaid and Fishpot. The deserts were so tasty so do try them. Our room this time was over the children's pool and had a wonderful view of the beach and beautiful turquoise sea. The bed was the biggest we have ever been in with a stack of soft pillows, no trouble sleeping especially hearing the sea lapping up on the sands. We were told another 44 rooms will be added this year May to November along with another restaurant so hoping this won't spoil the small friendly feel of Sea Breeze. We are planning to return again in 2018 so hope we won't be disappointed and hope to see the same staff enjoying their work. Best wishes to all at Sea Breeze for a wonderful stay.More
Older resort, needs upgrading
Only giving the resort three stars because of the beach it sits on. The Resort could definitely use some upgrading. Also, when they say all inclusive this doesn't actually mean ALL inclusive. We were informed upon check in that not everything was included in the all inclusive price. My husband and I selected a king bed upon check in and were given two queens. When we asked to change it they told us nothing was available. Also, food is served at certain times during the day and there is no room service option. We arrived late after our flight was delayed and had to take a taxi to Oistins to get food after a long day of traveling bc there weren't any food options on the resort available. We were told it was too late. Service was pretty good everyone was happy and smiling. Beach is beautiful. Wouldn't recommend this resort for younger couples. Families that want a super laid back experience for their kids I would recommend. There is a basketball court, ping pong table and pool table for recreational use. I didn't see a kids club or anything . The pool is very small, definitely not for a day of lounging and swimming. Definitely an older resort. For me, the value for what you pay is not worth it. Honestly should have stayed somewhere else for half the price and just ate off the resort, would have spent the same amount of money and had better food and a better experience. More
Wonderful holiday on a very good stretch of powder sand beach, whether you want to swim or sunbath with lots of attention from very helpful and caring staff offering drinks, ice cream, cool towels. Could be as busy or quiet as you wish.More
