This hotel pulls out all the stops – it has 7 pools, including a lazy river, plus a quartet of restaurants.
Location-wise, this hotel makes things easy. Just over the road – about 5 minutes’ walk – is a sandy beach with super-shallow water. And less than 10 minutes by cab or bus gets you to lively Ayia Napa.
The hotel is big on pools – 7 in all, including one just for adults, and a family-friendly lazy river. The restaurant scene ticks off 4 places, one of which is a retro-style diner. There’s a great bar for cocktails, too.

Everything about this hotel was great. We stayed in the Olympic bay part and Fanos and Andreas were fabulous - couldn't do enough for you. The quality of the food was very very good. We ate in the Captain's Table one night - so much food make sure you are hungry. The whole resort was kept immaculate and without exception staff were good. Would visit againMore
Great family hotel
Great staff, great polls and great all-inclusive. Best all inclusive hotel we ever visited. In addition to the main buffet restaurant (with different themes each day), there is 3 a la carte restaurants included. Be sure to try the asian restaurant. If possible you should book a room with a garden facing the pool. More
Our first family holiday was one we will not forget...........
What an amazing place! First of all the resort would not be the same without the staff that make the atmosphere, energy and overall experience wonderful. A massive shout out to the All Star Team & Kids Club......they work extremely hard day in day out putting on a brilliant show every night. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Ryan who looked after our little boy Eric and took time everyday to say hello and make our holiday even better with his crazy dancing! Eric misses you Ryan!! Also to Warren, Beth, Lauren, Joe, Freya, Charlotte, Kyle and Louis for your amazing dedication to the performances you put on every night. Top class!! The Kids Club team are fantastic at making the children feel loved while spending a couple of hours enjoying face painting, bug hunts etc. Big shout out to Daisy, Skirma, Hannah, Annika and Reni. Food is amazing and there is so much to choose from each day you will not be disappointed! Bar staff, cleaners, waitresses to name a few are so polite and friendly which you do not come across at many resorts/hotels. Everyday without fail they will say Good morning and hello. We are hopefully coming back next year :) Keep going guys!More
The hotel is fantastic, the staff are all extremely friendly and hotel is spotless. Food was fantastic catered for everyone. Our kids didn't want to come home. We loved it so much we're looking to book for next year. There are little supermarkets next to complex if you need anything and there is a small shop on site.More
Amazing hotel, would love to return!
I only returned from the Olympic Lagoon Resort yesterday evening, and by far this is the best ever hotel I have stayed in. When we arrived, our suitcases were taken by the porters and moved to our room. Check in was extremely quick and straight forward, the staff were very friendly! I had also emailed the hotel a few days before requesting a reservation at one of their restaurants "Captain's Deck" - this was sorted for my arrival. When we got into our room however, we had requested a double room but opened the door to find it was two single beds! After going back to reception, they rectified the issue within minutes and moved us to another room along the same corridor. So now onto the details about the hotel: Staff: The staff were incredible throughout the stay. Any issues you had or even advice on local excursions, they were always on hand. You were greeted with respect, and to be honest I felt like I was treated like royalty. I'd also like to thank the gentleman that sang, and hand delivered a birthday cake and bottle of bubbley to our room for my boyfriends birthday - this was a surprise for both of us! Thumbs up to Kalia (restaurant) and Steve (Blue Lagoon bar) - both made me feel welcomed! Room: The room was occupied by myself and my partner. It was very clean, there was loads of room, and the bathroom was a reasonable size. On arrival there was a mini fridge stocked with water, orange juice and fizzy drinks. The water was restocked daily. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Air con always worked! The safe was broken when we arrived but reception sent an engineer within 5 minutes to fix it. Can't ask for much more. Free wifi throughout the complex is a massive bonus! Food: We mainly used the buffet restaurant for all meals. Breakfast by far was the best - freshly cooked omelettes, waffles, pancakes, full english breakfast, fruit etc. So much choice. Lunch and dinner always consisted of pizza, chips, chicken nuggets and fish fingers (for the kids, but realistically adults were tucking into this). However there were a number of meats, pasta etc on offer, and tonnes of desserts! One thing to note...I know some people have commented on it before...but there were two cats that constantly walked around the outdoor seating area, looking for food. I named them Ginge and Tortoise. Whilst I am very cat friendly, for me it wasn't an issue...but there were a number of guests that weren't happy and kept scaring them away. The venue also had an american diner open 11am-11pm. The menu mainly consisted of burger...but there were salads and wraps available also, and for dinner they included steak and ribs. You need to try the milkshakes! You can visit this restaurant as many times as you want! There are two restaurants you need to book in order to visit. We only tried the Captains Deck. We went for the tapas, and OMG. Seriously do not eat before you go there, there was so much food we skipped course 5 (dessert), and struggled to eat the first 4 courses. Blue Lagoon Bar/Cinnamon Bar: Always had sport on (one screen at each bar), so if you visit during Euro 2016, there is a strong possibility they will show all the footie! Queues were non existent - I never waited more than 3 minutes to be served. Drinks consisted of almost anything - cocktails, sodas, milkshakes, squash. You name it. You could also grab an ice-cream as well. Thank you all inclusive! Swimming Pools: To me there seemed to be a mixture of both couples, groups and families. Thank you for the adult only pool! This was the only one we visited and it was so peaceful to have the childrens pool far enough away to not really be able to hear it. Sunbeds are aplenty, just be aware people constantly leave towels on them early in the morning and only return to them when they feel like it. The lazy river is good. It really is for lazy people. Just chill out and let the stream push you along the river as you float in your rubber ring! Entertainment: I might be a fully grown adult, but that didn't stop us from getting involved in the evening entertainment. Being rather competitive, I enjoyed the bingo and the men vs women games. I never won the bingo, but it was still fun! I can't really comment on the kids entertainment. Throughout the hotel you will see animal characters walking by. There were always plenty of activities going on throughout the day. Spa: It costs â¬10 p/hour to use the jacuzzi/steam room/sauna. You need to pre-book this. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second time! We also booked a back massage. I've never had a proper massage before, they use hot oil and it felt quite good. Gym: This was my only slight niggle of the holiday. Whilst the facilities are very basic and all work, I felt they were years old (growing rust) and need replacing. Weddings: Yes you see lots of people dressed up for weddings, but really its not an issue. They are almost separate from you, you only notice they are there when they walk to the alter. Really, nothing to worry about. Excursions/Beaches: I did book a quad bike via the hotel. I cannot remember the name of the company they use (begins with Y). The company came and collected us from the hotel. I will not lie. The place they take you to looks a bit unofficial and dodgy. For us, the quad worked fine, plus they only retained your drivers license, not your passport like most hire companies do. The reason being is they want leverage if you break the rental. However another couple we traveled with had multiple problems with their buggy they rented, which wasted a lot of their day. If you are looking for places to go. Ayia napa doesn't really come alive until the late evening, so we headed around the coast and beach hopped. If you make it to Protaras Beach, there are lots of massaging shops and food outlets to eat at! Also look out for Fig Tree Bay! Check out was also smooth too. You have the option to have a late check out, but this comes at a cost. Our flight left early afternoon, so the 12pm check out was great. We had planned on going to the diner before leaving, however it wasn't open at 11am. We hung around for 10 minutes, but eventually gave up. This just meant we headed to the Blue Lagoon bar instead and topped up on milkshakes! Anyways, this doesn't over-shadow my experience. I just want to thank the hotel for such a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend it for couples and families. I hope to return one day!More
