With this hotel there’s a pick of pools, and the famous Blue Lagoon is a free bus ride away.
This place is set in pretty gardens with mountain views. It has a great pool scene thanks to the pick of a lively or quiet number, and on the food front there are some nice touches – like the freshly baked pizzas.
Everything’s within easy reach here. Less than 5 minutes’ walk away is a prom lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with a shingle beach in front. And there’s a free shuttle bus to the nearby Blue Lagoon.

Absolutely fantastic holiday
We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel .. food was great something different to try every night ... 2 weeks and always something to do in or out of the hotel .. the entertainment team were absolutely fantastic.. Karem and his team always extremely polite always came and said hello always wanted everyone to join in .. My autistic son had a wonderful time and loved chatting with the team and always found plenty to do .. we will be going back to this amazing place in 2018 .. we also did the paragliding but found better prices outside the hotel .. hubby did scuba diving also better price outside the hotel .. The hotels beech was fabulous a free bus to take you there and bringing you back .. the food available was always freshly cooked to order and beautiful .. snorkeling in the bay was a fantastic experience too. The photo guy in the hotel (tweety) was absolutely lovely guy :) The Turkish bath and full body massage was also amazing .. My son was pushed over in the hotel by some other older kids by accident.. the hotel staff were on it immediately as he split open his chin .. they took him into reception immediately and gave first aid .. we had to take him to the Dr's only a 5 min walk .. 3 stitches later .. but he still enjoyed his holiday, Now for the bad bits ... there is non !!! We can honestly say we have an absolutely amazing time .. and absolutely love the Turkish people .. so warm and friendly, well done sun city and thank you for an amazing holiday see you in 2018 Xx More
We arrived to be given an envelope from the rep (who was off that day) explaining that the hotel had overbooked on family rooms so our first night was to be spent in the honeymoon suite. Well...all I can say is maybe if you're Bear Grills...? It's known as the shed and with good cause. It's a log cabin in a wooded corner of the grounds. Not my idea of a honeymoon suite but each to their own. The bath panel was loose, the tiling and grouting was haphazard and we couldn't drain the bath but other than that the finish was fine. Oh and it has a felt roof, hence shed... On a more serious note it was completely unsuitable for a family. Two flights of steps on the path to the shed. Once inside, six inch high doorstops for my daughter to trip over. Also, this is a honeymoon suite - not exactly set out for a family. Two single beds squeezed into the living area. We were compensated by the manager for the inconvenience. Once inside our booked room the following day, we had mixed feelings. The location was good - in a fairly quiet area but sadly within earshot of the indoor pool. Two really good sized bedrooms but not quite as smart as the pictures. This contradiction was to be a theme during our stay. One really large cupboard in one room, none in the other. A luggage rack in one, not in the other. One small bin in one bedroom and one in the bathroom. Just fit a couple of nappies in each. The bathroom had been modernised but cheaply. Discoloured grout and the ceiling was metal strips with large gaps between, I assume for the steam to disperse but this led to condensation and drips! The rooms were well maintained by the maid. The reception area is new and so clean and cool. The WiFi is strongest here but not designed for multiple connection so even here you may struggle. The restaurant is huge but mass catering buffet style can have its downsides. You rarely get served with drinks at your table because not enough staff are allocated to this. There is a bar in the restaurant, though. There is plenty of choice of food but it's repetitive and sometimes lukewarm. Lots of salad and puddings and a hotplate area. Entertainments Team are great led by the lovely Karem. Lots of daytime activities around the pool and a different show every night of a two week stay. The toilets for the terrace bar, near where the entertainment arena is, are downstairs - actually the pool toilets and are delapodated. The bar staff at the pool bar and terrace bar are friendly and engaging. Some of the inclusive drinks are better than the others. There is icecream by the pool bar at 3.00pm each day. The pool area is busy but we never struggled for sun beds. The pool towel system is a joke (sunbed towels). You get a card for each person in your booking which is exchanged for a towel at a desk by the pool. This service is stated as being available 10.00 till 12.00 and 3.00 till 5.00. You'll be lucky if there are any towels ready at 10.00 and if there are, there will be nowhere near enough. When the towels run out, the attendant leaves...and leaves your cards on the desk. So when some people can't get a towel they take cards instead so they can get more towels next time. If more towels arrive but not many want them, again the attendant will leave. So people get as many towels as they like. However, if you don't hand the correct number of cards back at checkout, you will get fined. The indoor pool has an open side and so, as I mentioned earlier, can be noisy when populated due to the echo this creates. Towards the end of our two weeks, someone broke off two of the metal bars separating the children's area of this pool. To my amazement, staff left the screws in the holes. Not very child friendly. The hotel is located just off the pedestrianised road down to the beach, about half way along. Street tellers are generally friendly but can get pushy if you enter. Plenty of restaurants to choose from but not many bars. Overall the hotel scores 3.5 from me. Could just do with a little TLCMore
First time at this hotel enjoyed every moment Great variety of food loved the blue lagoon beach everyone very friendly and helpful especially Alli who kept us supplied with drinks by the pool thanks Alli and Rose who was always friendly and stopped for a chat she was a great hit with all the children only downside was steps to rooms even though we were on ground floor the only other thing was people using chairs in restaurant and lobby with wet clothes very annoying especially in the evening after you've changed but overall wouldn't hesitate to return hopefully next yearMore

We stayed here for a week from 5th September this year. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms badly need refurbished. The grout was discoloured and made the shower feel dirty. The cleaners did work hard every day and kept the room clean. The quiet pool was really good and Ali is lovely he worked hard keeping us supplied with drinks. He is so friendly and is a credit to the hotel. The girl who covered for him sometimes was always smiling and really nice. The food was ok too. We ate out a few times as I love this resort and like to get out and about. However, we could have easily eaten in the hotel all week. They try so hard to provide lots of variety and something for everyone. The cakes are really good. I had a turkish bath with a massage which was one of the best i have had. Tweety who organises this is great and very helpful, but doex not make you feel pressured into anything. Marie did my massage and as i said wax really great. All in all a good holiday .More
