With this hotel there’s a pick of pools, and the famous Blue Lagoon is a free bus ride away.
This place is set in pretty gardens with mountain views. It has a great pool scene thanks to the pick of a lively or quiet number, and on the food front there are some nice touches – like the freshly baked pizzas.
Everything’s within easy reach here. Less than 5 minutes’ walk away is a prom lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with a shingle beach in front. And there’s a free shuttle bus to the nearby Blue Lagoon.

The Best Holiday Ever
OMG just back from 2 weeks at Sun City and I can honestly say from walking into our room with Jacuzzi and Queen bed, what an amazing start. The views from the room were stunning watching the paragliding morning and evening on the balcony. The food was amazing, fresh fabulous choices every day, we didn't eat out for the whole 2 weeks! All the staff are amazing always smiling and gave us five star treatment. A special thank you to Ali at the Adult pool for making our Ali Specials they were amazing, and also to Tweety for our beautiful photos, a lovely memory. The evening entertainment was top class, and always finished at 10.30 so peace and quiet for an amazingly good sleep. Definitely five star 10/10 and we will recommend Club Sun City to family and friends. Was gutted to leave but will be back hopefully very soon. Thank you XMore

First holiday! First visit! Absolutely amazing <3
Hi there, both me and my boyfriend enjoyed a 10 night relaxing stay here from the 29th August to the 8 September! This is going to be a long review because i do want to make sure i mention as much as i can to help any other people who are looking to holiday here. It was me and my boyfriends first holiday abroad alone, so as you would expect we were very nervous. Luckily TripAdvisor had been brilliant in arming us with the knowledge of this hotel before we went and our expectations were very high. We arrived early hours of the morning so we were extremely tired, the guy at reception was on his own so he could of done with somebody else there to help him because it took him a while to get 4 couples in by himself. He did ask if we were hungry and offered sandwiches, so if you are arriving late to this hotel and you know that you are going to be hungry (especially if you have little ones) just ask when you arrive and i'm sure they would be happy to give you one. We purchased a safe it was 5TL per day and we used it for 10 nights so it cost us 50TL which was well worth the money. We did feel really safe and we didnt think that anything would be stolen but just in-case it was a good purchase and it did the job of keeping all our travel documents, passports etc. safe and in one place. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, really well looked after by the gardeners they do a brilliant job of tending to all the flowers. And the grounds were also very clean, i don't think i saw any bit of rubbish the whole 10 nights we were there, and i think that's great especially because its quite a large complex. Location- The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant secluded enough that you can't hear music blasting every night till early hours but you aren't in the middle of nowhere either. 5 min walk to the Olu Deniz strip which is lively but not over the top. Staff- The staff are really helpful and cater your needs as much as they possibly can! I would like to give a big mention to Osman who works in the little shop in the hotel, me and my boyfriend would go in there on a night time to talk to him and buy Strawberry Magnums (which are to die for) he was really lovely. And also a HUGE mention to Ali who works at the Adult Pool bar, he is one of the loveliest people who you would ever wish to meet, he works so hard and he is so kind and caring of the people round that pool! So if you go around there talk to him because he is amazing! The maids work long hard hours and they do a great job, towels are replaced every day as is toilet roll. The beds are made and i'm pretty sure they mop the rooms too! They are really polite and happy! Rooms- Rooms are absolutely lovely, everything you need is in them, a lot bigger than i expected as well. Rooms have Air con which is a godsend and it is really easy to use and really effective. Have a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and big cupboards for clothes however they don't have many hangers! The only thing the rooms are lacking are plug sockets! We were in room 1125 and the first 3 days our fridge was completely broken, we had 3 days of trying to get it sorted out and luckily it got completely replaced by the 3rd day of our holiday to a new fridge so its really cold and lovely! It was nice to have a glass of cold water after having warm water for 3 days! So if you do find you have any problems with your rooms just ring/visit reception and they should be able to sort it out for you! But i thought the rooms were really lovely! I have heard that some of the hotel is being refurbished soon so it would be lovely to see the rooms re done and finished. Pools- There are 3 pools the Main pool,Adult(Oasis) pool for 16+ and the indoor pool. We never used the Main pool which was a shame because it would have been nice to sit around there at least once but there was absolutely no chance. The Adult pool is very tranquil and just the nicest thing in the world, there is a limited amount of sunbeds and parasols but if you can get one its amazing and so lovely to relax. The indoor pool we never used because the weather was just too nice to pass up, but i think the indoor pool would be great to use maybe when the weather cools down a bit. The pools are all clean, i have read some reviews that have said that the Main pool has had problems with children pooing in it which is horrible, but we never experienced that because we could never get a sunbed around there. But the Adult pool is really clean the only thing i would say is to maybe get some sort of non-slip mats to go around the edge because a couple of people did nearly slip over because of the water on the side. Beach- Me and my boyfriend did not visit the main Olu Deniz beach because we aren't really Beach people and it is also a Sand/Shingle beach. But it looked beautiful and was very clean from what we saw of it. Just make sure that if you are going to go on that beach maybe sure you have good shoes for walking over the shingle and also for in the sea so that you don't hurt yourself. The Sun City private beach we visited once. There is a shuttle bus (Mini bus) that picks you up at the main gate of the hotel from 9:30 in the morning every half an hour till 11:30 to go to the beach. And to return it is every half an hour from 3:00 till 5:30. The mini bus can be really crowded, so i think its best to go as early as you can, and make sure that if you have little ones to try and get on the bus first because some of the foreign adults were pushing there way to get a seat which was not nice especially when there is a family with little ones. The private beach isn't much of a beach but it is beautiful. The sunbeds and parasols are free however any food/drink you have to pay for and it is very expensive! It does say that only Sun City members with the wristband can get in and it is exclusive to Sun City members but i saw a lot of people who weren't wearing wristbands and were from other hotels but i did not see them paying to get into the Private beach so i'm not really sure how that works. Me and my boyfriend went on a little pedalo at the private beach which was 40TL for 1 hour. And it was really fun and it was a great opportunity to take some gorgeous pictures of the Blue Lagoon so its a must for anyone who doesn't like sitting around for a long time, you could also get bigger pedalos with slides on so if you have children who love slides into the water it is really worth the money! Restaurant- There was 2 restaurants one was the Snack Bar and one was the Main restaurant. The Snack Bar is great for if you want something really quick and easy durin the day. The Snack bar had things like chicken nuggets and burgers and chips which was really handy if you aren't used to a big meal for dinner time. The main restaurant was really good, i am quite a fussy eater so i was nervous about the food but there is something there for everyone! The food was brilliant really well laid out and presented and restocked well! The food did get quite cold quickly especially if you are queuing for the hot food but it isn't freezing! The waiters are really helpful and there were a few who were really lovely! But if you are a fussy eater like me don't worry because you will always find something to eat because the variety and choice is second to none! Reception Area- The reception area is really lovely and it is so cool inside reception because of the Air Con! The staff on Reception are hit and miss sometimes they can be really helpful and other times not so much but that didn't bother us much because the only problem we had was with our fridge! The reception area is the only place that you can access the Wifi so me and my boyfriend would go in there every night to ring/text home because that was the only place we could do it! Rep/Thomson- Zoe the Thomson/First Choice Rep is absolutely fantastic! She is really knowledgeable and helpful and we felt like we could go to her with any problems or queries and she would help us out straight away! I actually got bitten by mosquitoes on our 3rd day and they were really big and red so i needed to go to the Chemist, tracked Zoe down in reception and asked her where we could find the nearest Chemist and she said "Why what have you done, are you okay?" she sounded really concerned and it just goes to show that they do care about you and your well-being! So if you do fly with Thomson/First Choice and you have Zoe and your rep she is absolutely brilliant and she will take really good care of you! Trips/Excursions- Me and my boyfriend booked both of our excursions through Zoe our Rep. We did the Dalyan Discovery which is The mud baths, turtle beach! It was really good, it was a very long day our bus actually broke down outside on of the hotels that we were doing pick ups from so it wasn't that bad we weren't stranded up a mountain or anything haha But it was a very long day i wouldn't suggest it to families with tiny ones maybe 7 up? But it is your choice, it is well worth the money. And the other trip we did was Paragliding, i wasn't too sure at first but me and my boyfriend took the leap (pardon the pun) and did it! And it is was one of the best experiences of my life, when you book through Thomson you go through the company Sky Sports and they are absolutely fantastic there instructors are second to none and the staff who work in the shop front are really lovely and helpful and made us feel really welcome and at ease! It is really safe and its just amazing! I would recommend anyone to do it if you are thinking about it because it really is worth the money! Things to improve- There aren't many things that this hotel can do to improve because it is really amazing! But i think one huge thing is to try and put a stop to the people reserving sunbeds because its just ridiculous! There was one couple who had put there towels down at the adult pool very early in the morning and they went to the beach for the full day, came back at 5 went into there room for half an hour the women came out and took the towels off the sunbeds and then went back to her room. But those towels were there all day with no one using them, when me and my boyfriend didn't have a sunbed we had to just sit on the floor until a couple were leaving and told us we could have there's. I don't mind if they are reserved for a couple of hours but not ALL DAY long! It does mention the the directory that any reserved sunbeds the towels will be removed but i didn't see this happen once. So i think they definitely need to put something in place because its unfair to people who are actually going to use them, especially families! And one other thing is the Wifi, because it is only available in reception it is hard to have private calls with your family because there are a million other phone calls going on too. So i think maybe they should put something in place where they can include wifi in the price of your holiday and if you want it in your room you pay a little bit extra because then you know you can be private then. I'm sorry that this has been a ridiculous long review but i just wanted to make sure i covered everything so it can help people who are looking ti spend there holiday here as many reviews helped me to decide! It was an absolutely amazing holiday and now that i have sang its praises to my family we all want to come back so hopefully in the near future you will see us again! Thank you for a brilliant first holiday! We definitely won't forget it! Jen Salmon and Josh Cassidy! xMore

Went back her after a 5 yr gap.............. loved it just as much as the first time... had a great time.. Love the fact its owner run and they are asking for feedback.. food was plenty full and varied. We had a pool view room which was great but the bathroom could do with up dating, which i know they are in the process of doing anyway.. no sunbed fighting so that was great.... Their private beach area is absolutely amazing, so tranquil and beautiful... well worth a visit.More

5th visit - great hotel
We spent two weeks in August and had a wonderful time. It is our 5th time visiting the hotel and again it has not disappointed. The changes made with the new management team are really noticeable and a great improvement as we did feel last year things needed updating. The food in the restaurant was much better quality although the snack bar was a little repetitive. But I understand the snack bar is going to be refurbished for next year which will be a great improvement. Thanks Omer and all your staff for a great holiday and we look forward to seeing you next year......More

Excellent hotel, service impeccable
We recently stayed at the Suncity Hotel with our children aged 2 and 3. The service at the hotel was first class, nothing was too much and the staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. I read reviews previously regarding the cleanliness of the hotel and the maids being lazy, which I found to be complete nonsense, our room was cleaned daily and the maids always smiling. The food is unbelievable, the quality was superb and quite remarkable for the quantities that were produced for such a large amount of people, the desserts were to die for and the fresh pancakes every day in the snack shack made me pile on the pounds - but totally worth it! The rooms were nice and well appointed the pool was clean and big enough for everyone, sunbeds a plenty and second hand lilos galore! My only criticism would be the entertainment for children, all the grown men were well catered for with darts, pool side games and water polo (which were great fun to watch) but I think there could be a huge improvement for kids, my children were too young to join the kids club which starts at age 4 which meant that they could not be involved in any kids activities and the entertainment team made no effort to even introduce themselves to my children, the kids disco was poor and quite intimidating for little ones to join in as its centre stage in the Ampitheatre, my 2 year old was also scared stiff when the shows began in the evening and all the lights went out! Please Sun City improve on this! We hope to return next year as we had an amazing holiday, thanks again to everyone at the resort for making our holiday wonderful.More
