With this hotel there’s a pick of pools, and the famous Blue Lagoon is a free bus ride away.
This place is set in pretty gardens with mountain views. It has a great pool scene thanks to the pick of a lively or quiet number, and on the food front there are some nice touches – like the freshly baked pizzas.
Everything’s within easy reach here. Less than 5 minutes’ walk away is a prom lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with a shingle beach in front. And there’s a free shuttle bus to the nearby Blue Lagoon.

The tennis courts are laid out in the gardens of the hotel
These traditional twin rooms have lots of natural light from the double doors. Your room will be air-conditioned and there's a TV too - you'll also have a fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee. Outside space is also provided - you'll have a balcony with a view of the garden.
These rooms have a neutral décor. They can sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children with a double bed, bunkbeds and a child's bed. For that little bit of outside space, there's a balcony too, overlooking the garden.
Arrived on Monday night to a speedy check in and straight to our rooms. Requested 3 rooms near the main pool and the manager had logged this and this was what we got. Room 823 Don't think our rooms are refurbished but tbh for the amount of time we spend there I'm not bothered. Loving the pool area. At 9 am we have no problems getting 6 sun loungers together which is a refreshing change from the usual 6am sunbed dash. The food so far is great. Something for everyone and the ice cream is lovely. The bar staff, waiters and maids are all super friendly and like a laugh. Looking forward to spending the next 12 days at this beautiful hotel!!!!!More

Room we were put in was awful. Pills on the floor that my baby could of ate. Bloodstains on baby cot. Very dirty and mouldy bathroom. Vines and bushes covering the balcony. If you are a family, ask to be put above the lobby because room was like a palace, much different. Very spacious and room decor was very modern. Balcony was bigger. One maid in particular was extremely humble, gave her a tip and a different spiteful maid in much nicer clothes than her, snatched the note out of her hand and put it in her own pocket! Entertainment team were great. Food was repetitive and not much of a variety though. More

We had such a lovely 2 weeks holiday at this hotel. We have been to this hotel twice before but it was 9 and 10 years ago. The hotel was good back then but it was so much better this time.. so many really good improvements. The hotel is in such a perfect location. Only a few minutes walk to the strip of shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. We arrived at 2am and were the only family arriving at that time so check in was very quick and was helped/shown to our room. Our room was a family suite which was perfect. Even though we were on the ground floor the room was still bright and we got the sun on the balcony later in the day...perfect for sitting having a read of your book before dinner. The Air Con in the room worked very well and the room was never too warm. The gardens around the hotel are just stunning... so well kept! The gardeners do a fab job keeping it so beautiful! The pool is brilliant and just the perfect temperature! The pool area is kept nice and clean and plenty of sunbeds. My kids also appreciated the wifi around the pool area and in the lobby. The inside pool is great for cooling down quickly during the hot days as its nice and cold! The service at the bars was really good...never had to wait and the staff were always smiling. The entertainment staff were all really good. They are always around the pool trying to get you to join in with the games or would just stop for a chat. The entertainment at night was good also. The Mongolian dancers/acrobatic show really stood out for us! The food was really good... lots of choice, even my fussy 11 year old daughter had a full plate at each meal! The desserts were also amazing. The waiters/waitresses were all hard working and lovely especially Sayse (hope that is spelt properly) She never stopped and always offered to get us new drinks when lifting our empty glass away if we were still eating. A lovely touch! Also the male waiter with the black earring in (didn't get his name) but he always got us tables joined together when he seen there was 5 of us. We all had a Turkish bath/ massage/ face mask on our second day which we really enjoyed! The Spa staff are so friendly and so good at their jobs. We also got out photos done by Tweety who recognised us right away from 9 years ago! He is such a lovely person. The private beach is beautiful and well worth a visit. We only went the one day as it was so busy due to the Ramadan holiday but we did get out in a pedalo and the kids were so pleased to have a turtle to swim alongside us! If it had been quieter or we had more time we would have went back. One thing that we found a nice touch was that Omer, the General Manager was always around chatting to guests, in the restaurant etc. In fact his desk is out in the loby next to reception. He works very hard and as i mentioned at the beginning of this review, he has made so many good improvement to the hotel and you can tell he takes pride in it. The only one thing i can think that can maybe be improved on, although i read in another review that this must already happen at times is to have a snack or sandwich available for guests arriving late at night. We arrived from Scotland at 2am and were all very hungry so asked at reception if there was anywhere we could get something to eat and we were told that we might find somewhere down the street still open. We were all very tired but went down anyway but everywhere was shut except Azda so we had to just find something from there. This is not a complaint...just a little suggestion!! We loved this hotel so much that we will be back next year for another relaxing holiday!More
Hotel was nice and had a big pool but they messed our rooms up as they had over booked us! We had to stay in a different room for a few days until they had our room available! They did compensate us with free Turkish massages. I found the food to be a bit repetitive as well. The hotel is in a great location though and seemed like one of the nicer hotels around that area!More
