There's so much going on with activities such as rock climbing, trampoline, a slide and a kids' club for 5 to 12 years. There's plenty to make sure they'll stay entertained all day.
Entertainment is based between both the Mirlos and the Tordos.
These smart family rooms are bright and airy - plus they're fully air-conditioned to keep the room cool. Rooms sleep up to 4 with 2 pairs of twin beds. Outside there's a balcony and you'll also find satellite TV is available. Rooms here will be refurbished by summer 2015.
Stayed at this hotel for a week in the middle of June. Check in process was okay, staff not overly friendly or welcoming! One bonus was the room was ready even though arrived before 2pm! Room was small and abit cramped, nothing on the balcony to hang swimwear on to dry once rinsed out, a pretty basic thing that all hotels we have previously stayed in have had. Didn't bother with the lifts as was quicker to walk. Had to get up about 6:30am to get a sunbed, plenty of these just not enough space around the pools for them!! Food was pretty basic, having gone all inclusive on a number of occasions before and not going any other board we were pretty disappointed with the food and the lack of choice compared to other hotels! We found the food in sol Palma nova 1 to be hotter than in hotel 2, we aren't the people who will eat Luke warm food working in the catering industry and knowing the consequences! Entertainment team were brill, always doing something in or around the pool which we thought was brill! Close to the beach, another good point and only a half hour bus ride into Palma! Overall not a 4* more of a 3*. We would go back to Palma nova but would stay in a different hotel! More
The family rooms are tiny & claustrophobic . We had a huge balcony area ! Why not make the rooms bigger??? Sun beds had towels on them from 4.30 am !!! ( couldn't sleep one night ! When we were there it must have been grossly obese, tattooed people's convention !!. Would say the only thing going for it was, it was clean. We were still looking for the "friendly staff " we read about ! The restaurant was like a massive , noisy canteen. Must admit , I've experienced worse food. After reading the reviews before we went , was expecting much more. We were flooded from up above on the second night but were told it was too late to move us & would be moved the next day so we had to sleep in a room with a 2yr old & a 7yr old !!!! We were moved & must admit they were quite helpful ! An experience to say the least !!!More
My fiance and I stayed here for a week from 12th June 2016, all inclusive. Location:The hotel is well situated near the beach (2 minute walk). It is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Palma Nova and not far from Magaluf. The area itself is quiet. Check in: check in ran smoothly and efficiently, the staff were very friendly and gave us the username and password for the free wifi (works well in the room but not anywhere else in the hotel. Room (137): We had a double room which had got another single bed squeezed in. The room was modern, and the bathroom was lovely. The room was overlooking a flat roof round the back of the hotel, which other guests decided to throw rubbish on to- which then blew onto our balcony. The room was fine for our needs, but was a bit cramped and also had make-up smears on the walls from previous guests which were not cleaned off. Food and drinks: There is food available almost all day at the hotel, as the restaurant is open in between meal times for snacks. Breakfast was very good- good cooked selection, as well as the usual cereals, fruit and pastries. Lunch and dinner were very similar- a selection of salads, 2 pizzas, several pasta dishes, paella/risotto, chicken nuggets for the kids, chips and a few meat dishes. There was a good amount of choice for the food, it wasn't the best we have had in a hotel but we always managed to find something. The one really good thing about the food was the freshly baked bread every day- this was great! Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive- my fiance was impressed with the Amstel beer! Staff: The staff at the hotel are all really friendly and chatty. We had a laugh with some of the bar staff and also the entertainment staff. When we arrived we had some lost baggage and the staff went out of their way to help us relocate it- couldn't fault their customer service. Outdoor area: There was plenty of seating by the bar, including parasols for those wanting to get out of the sun. The pool area was always very busy and all the sunloungers were reserved at breakfast- but this is the norm pretty much anywhere we have been. We found the pools to be rather cold and couldn't stay in for more than two minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we don't feel we would want to stay again as there were a few aspects we weren't 100% happy with.More

Me and my family and our friends really enjoyed our two week stay here. Entertainers were amazing with all the children especially Jasper and Alex. Beautiful hotel on a beautiful location. The only downside was the food wasn't up to a very good standard, it was cold, hardly anything was freshly made. You have to be up early in the morning to get a sunbed because they snap up quickly, I was up at 5:30 one morning to put all our towels down and one morning we was down at 7:00 and it was quite difficult to get a sunbed even at that time in the morning. other than those two things we had a nice stay here and all the staff is lovely, happy and welcoming. Safe to say we will be back :)More
