Great value and location
Recently returned from this hotel having stayed in the Mirlos building on 4th Floor with pool view - sea in the distance. Room lovely and kept clean, maid was really lovely on our floor. Food was more than adequate and whilst I'm not a fan of buffet food (stayed all inclusive as rest of our party had selected this hotel) there was a large choice at all meals and was constantly being refreshed so never felt anything had been sitting out too long. Sunbeds was the biggest problem and this is partially created by allowing holiday makers to put the sunbeds out themselves instead of staff putting them out in a more sensible layout so more could be placed. Entertainment was very well done and staff worked hard. All the staff I encountered were pleasant, helpful and smiling-I'm not sure who some people writing on here came across, I found them all pleasant. I had an accident whilst there requiring a trip to hospital and the medic (Ana) at the hotel and other holiday makers helped to make me comfortable until the ambulance arrived for which I'm very grateful. There were some fun activities for the teenagers in out group with water basketball, volleyball, table tennis and a mat they could walk out on the water on -and fall off...all good fun.More

This is was our last visit not like it used to be :(
Unfortunatly this was our last stay here, we have been here 4 times previously and was extremly excited about going we had 2 rooms as we went with our 3 children (5,11,14) and mother in law. The rooms were small but perfectly adequate (we were in mirlos) they were spotless and couldn't fault the lovely woman who cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels every day, the hotel was spotless and the food was nice pleanty of choice the reasons i won't be back the fact i would have to get up at 7 to reserve a chair to reserve a sunbed spot which i found impossible as we didnt go to sleep until midnight as the entertainment didn't start until 10pm which was a bit late as we also had to reserve tables for evening entertainment before 7pm otherwise we couldn't see the entertainment which meant sitting there for 3 hours in advance, the family fun night was fantastic but was never pre warned that it cost money which was dissapointing, the adults daily activities have gone downhill it used to be archery, shooting and loads more now its jenga, shuffleboard and spin so i did not join in any of theses, i think the hotel should have an area that when people leave they can leave their inflatables and any leftover items that other people can use as the amount of inflatable that were left behind and just discarded was shocking and such a waste, unfortunatly we won't go back we spent 3 times as much on thos hotel as we did 2 years ago and got less out of it More
Excellent for Family
The hotel is great, only conts are the aircon and the lack of staff, they worked a lot to satisfy all the customer demands, but sometimes they're simply overloaded. In addition, Wifi service is quite expensive, but we were on holiday so was helpful to be unplugged.More

Paper thin walls
A good night's sleep was a struggle. The walls were so thin, to the point that you could join in with next-door's conversations! The staff were fantastic, although the bar staff could with cracking a smile! The food was a bit repetitive but saved the expense, as the shops and restaurants were quite expensive. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach and the bus stops to take you to attractions were just outside. I would request a room as far away from the stairs and lift as possible, as the noise when guests came in, especially at night, was very disturbing. Good luck if you want to use the pool, as the pool area is far too small for the amount of guests. If you want to lounge by the pool, be prepared to hover around from about 7am until the pool opens, as some guests hold the sun beds hostage for the entire day, everyday.More

'Good for families'
We stayed in the Tordos Hotel - on arrival the staff were very welcoming, our room wasn't ready but we were able to use the facilities/restaurant straightaway. The hotel was very clean & our room which was on the fourth floor was adequate for the three of us.( although the walls seemed paper thin at times). The lifts were small but we used the stairs most of the time anyway. There was a fantastic choice of freshly prepared hot & cold food, yes some things are repeated but you can easily have something different everyday. The pool and sunbathing area are small in comparison to the size of the hotel but with the beach only a stones throw away there was no need for us to stick around. The evening entertainment is very professional & so the bar and seating areas were pretty busy, but it didn't put us off. I particularly enjoyed ' Mamma Mia' night. The staff really do work non stop, hats off to them!More
