I went here with my friend & between us we have 4 teenagers, & they absolutely loved it! The entertainment team worked tirelessly all day to make sure children of all ages & adults were having fun! They were not put off by the over crowded pool area & fights for space to put your bed/ chair! However this was not for us so we stayed on the gorgeous beach every day( 13.50 euros for 2 beds & umbrella) the beach is clean, sea great & lovely views, plenty of water sports too. We strolled back regularly (about 3mins) for our food & drinks which we enjoyed. The rooms are tight & the hotel is too small to support the number of guests but as the tittle suggests your holiday is what you make it, this is a wonderful location: Palma Nova for families & Magaluf for grown up kids! We had a great time !More

Long winded but worth the read! The review is based on my own judgment and my own experience. So I visited this hotel 2nd of August for 7 nights with my fiancé and daughter age6 Son age18 months. We arrived hotel number (1) at 04:30 in the morning, on arrival we checked in and I have to admit the guy at reception was rude, however quick to collect the (Tax) we had left the U.K since 12Midnight no offer of a cold drink tea/coffee nothing. Got to our (So called Room) and was not a pool view as requested, however after 3 days they decided we could change to a pool view meaning we could t unpack until we moved! (Nightmare) although I seen a few negative comments regarding the sun loungers I thought it was something of nothing! (How wrong was I) like many others I work hard all year then decide to go on a holiday to relax, getting up at 6:30 every morning to secure a bed is no fun, the beds are chained however as soon as the chains come off at 8, o'clock they are like vultures,, literally! The cues by the outside bar and inside are crazy I have never experienced this on any other holiday. Feeding time is like feeding time at the zoo! I chose to eat out every day. No lollies or Ice Cream for the kids apparently ran out,, How nice was it for the (Director) to come and have a walk around the pool thanking people for staying! I wonder why???? On the last day we were flying back to the U.K at 01:30 in the morning, we needed to check out at 12:00 in the afternoon, we asked was it possible to pay to keep the room until we left. No they told us. They offered us a curtesy room :( omg its fit for my dogs, asked the hotel number (2) for a room and surprise surprise we had one for an hour to shower etc, anyone traveling here I would recommend staying at number (2) Negatives, -Staff very rude! -Bedding changed every 3 days! -Lack of bar staff pointless going all inclusive time you get a drink it's time to go home! -Food plenty of it providing you like pizza chips and fish everyday! - swimming pools way to small for the amount of people staying! - Pools very very cold! -Grown boys slamming a football in the child's pool life guard said NOTHING yet told little ones to get off the waterfall! -Entertainment all over at number (2) if you don't get there for 19:00 you can forget to get a table and seat! -WIFI ð¤ (JOKE)! -Rooms way to small for a family of 4! -single beds put together (How comfortable) NOT! Positives, -3 mins walk to the beach! -Absolutely beautiful beach at that! -Very Very clean hotel! -Hotel local to most shops stores etc! -Entertainment for children second to none providing you get a seat! This hotel is by no means a **** I would rate this hotel being a ** or *** the director/manager needs to communicate with the paying trade or take note of trip advisor, this goes on any longer and it will take more than a thank you from the director to get tourists here. I would recommend splitting the entertainment in both hotels you have the space! That way everyone gets to see! I would also recommend some customer service skills to your staff especially the bar staff! I would also recommend putting a soft drink refill at the end of bars so people haven't got to wait agesssss for a drink! Would I come back here ???? NEVER! Unless it was dirt cheap, the money I paid for this I could of gone to Tenerife Again! Good luck to those who are traveling here, This isn't being big minded (pompous) but the less unfortunate are the only ones who would enjoy this Zoo! More
I am here now and all in all good apart from one thing......the queues! 20 minute q for a drink is unacceptable.... last night i asked for a manager and he was rather rude towards me and didnt really care... if he has no one else get behind the bar then not just hide in a office! Sunbed wars does bother me but here is a picture at 9am.... Top tip...... get use to waiting.....lots! More
We stayed at Sol Palmanova for 10 nights from 28th July till the 7th August. Overall we had a lovely family holiday. I would like to be as helpful and honest to others that are planning a holiday here so below are the positives and negatives to this hotel: The positives: Entertainment staff- they are FANTASTIC! My kids loved them and enjoyed the kids disco and the shows every evening. The entertainment staff made our holiday. Definitely the best entertainment I've seen at a hotel before. Cleanliness- lovely clean hotel with spotless rooms. Yes the rooms are small with not enough space for four people's clothes however the bathroom was lovely and the cleaners were great. Food - there was a good selection of food, you could always find something to eat. Staff - lovely and always willing to help. Negatives: Sun beds. I'm so pleased the hotel now chain the beds up and this stops people reserving them early. However there are so many people as there are two hotels that there are not enough sun beds or space. The hotel really needs to purchase more beds and make more space to put them. I would suggest clearing the space I front of the stage in the day and then putting the tables out later for the entertainment. Overcrowded - I honestly did have a lovely holiday but there really are so many people here and not enough space. Overall once we realised when the best times to eat were and when to get down to reserve beds etc..,,, we had a lovely holiday. However I would rate this as a 3*+ not a 4* hotel. If they could put tea facilities in the room, install air con in the restaurant and bar area, provide sun bed towels and have more space in general around the pools so that people aren't on top of each other then it could really live up to its 4* rating.
