Worst holiday experience of my life
Stayed for 1 week a family group with 5 rooms in june. Please do not go to this hotel. Rooms atrocious. Small cramped outdated. All 5 rooms overlooked the delivery bay and staff smoking area. One room had no water in it for 3 days. One room stank of smoke. Inaccessible bath for elderley due to immovable shower screen. Cud only bath toddler if you got in too as the taps were out of reach. Despite constant complaining we were met with apathetic staff and poor service. We stayed in sol palma nova 2 which had aflintstone car outside. The only link to fun i found. The all inclusive food was at best edible and worst awful the same food was trotted out each meal time for hours Until it was rank. The chicken actually bled. Snacks consisted of toasted sarnies. I have stayed in 3 star places that were far superior. We selected this hotel as the brochure said 4 star family based. We cud not have picked worse. After.the restaurant staff yelled at me one afternoon i went to the manager to express my disgust and was fobbed off. Asked the thomas cook rep to be moved but was told we would have.to be split up. Not feasible when you have an 86 yr old traveller in your party. This was not a cheap holiday and i will never go there again. Please dont waste your money. One good thing is i will never have to go there again. More
Good hotel, good location
Hotel is of high standards and modern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food was nice and the breakfasts were lovely. Hotel was really busy for may and there was the odd few who were out at 7 in the morning hogging the sun beds. My son loved the babies pool with the slide. Entertainment was good. The que in the bar was a bit of a joke. Specially when there was only 1 person serving. Would I return to this hotel no I like to try new things. But I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Palma nova that has young kids. More

Brilliant location but pool too small for the amount of guests
We stayed here in August 2016 and therefore the hotel was very busy. We didn't have a problem checking in, it was all reasonably quick. We had a double room for us and our 15yr old son. The bed for our son was a chair\bed and was quite small for him. Also it left a very small amount of space to open the fridge and get out on to the balcony. The room was clean though. We had a pool view on the second floor which was nice. The food was nice with plenty to choose from. The restaurant did get busy at times but you got to know the times to avoid. Bar staff do appear miserable but were fine if you just asked for drinks politely and with a smile. The queues for drinks were sometimes a problem and this was due to lots of guests and not many staff. I will agree with comments about the sunbeds. We stayed for 2 weeks and could only be bothered to get beds twice. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We went to the beach quite often which is just through the gate at the back of the hotel. You will also find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We did lots of walking. Magaluf is within walking distance and we also hired bikes on a couple of occasions. There is a dedicated traffic free path that takes you to Palma. It's lovely and highly recommended. The hotel has clubs for young children and teens. They seemed to be popular but my son didn't seem to agree with some of the events. I can't really comment on the evening entertainment as the seating area was absolutely packed hours before the shows started. Therefore, we didn't have chance to watch anything. There is usually a singer or instrument player inside in the bar area. I would go back to this hotel but at a quieter time.More
