Spent 4 days celebrating my daughters 30th birthday We arrived about 3 hrs before check in but our rooms were ready. Staff friendly and it was nice to the matured staff working there. Hotel was modern and clean. I would of liked to see more choices at the buffet for lunch n dinner. But eating out not a problem there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Beach just a short stroll through yhe back gate of the hotel. Would stay again and recommend this hotel.More

Great Hotel, 10 Night stay.
May 2016 Over all Lovely Hotel for all ages, couples and families, food was great so much choice always. I loved that a lot of food including meats were cooked in front of you, I agree to the comment below the food did get repetitive but what do you expect when they are cooking 3 different meats a night. The food was never cold. also help yourself to drinks in the food hall, including soft drinks/frizzy drinks/beer/wines. One thing I really loved about this hotel included in the all-inclusive menu Coke Cola! Alongside all over brand names fizzy drinks. (Iâve been to about 6 other all-inclusive hotels and not one of them served or included these! Always the cheap equivalent). We did have to queue for drinks sometimes but never longer than a 2minute wait. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The room was very modern, clean and the best Iâve seen aboard, amazing rain fall shower, flat screen tv with English channels at no extra cost. Evening entertainment was great catered for all ages, always activities going on in the hotel for adults and kids. Pool area was always clean and the kids pool looked like so much fun, lots of sun beds. The hotel location is great about 3 minutes from the beach, lots of shops, bars, restaurants always a lot going on in the area, magaluf less than 10 minutes away. We also enjoy discounts at attractions in the area for staying at sol hotel which was great over all we loved this hotel and will be looking to return.More
This was my 3rd year at hotel.i loved it.i had went with my mother and father who r in late 70s and a friend.i had told them how good entertainment was and food.well I was truly disappointed. Entertainment wasn't advertised.some of it was boring that most of audience left.no great shows by entertainment crew.food was boring and mostly cold.we ended up eating and drinking else where.dont know what a happend this year but has put me off returning.i have to say staff are amazing .I also spoke to some guests who had been going for 18 yrs. And they said they were also let down.More
Nice hotel, excellent location, average food
Pros: 1) Excellent location less than 5 minute walk to the beach, central for everything else, and 10 minute walk to Magaluf if you fancied venturing there 2) Clean, modern rooms and spotless hotel 3) The pool area was large and clean- no glass around the pool area which is essential for me- no cut feet! 4) Free wifi in the complex and rooms- just ask at reception for the log in details 5) Most staff appeared friendly Cons: 1) Food was average but so so repetitive- same food for lunch and evening meal, with it repeated for lunch the next day. I understand there is a budget but try mixing it up!!! 2) Sometimes only 1 bartender at the bar outside so could spend some time queueing up for drinks 3) Entertainment was ok- not amazing but I suppose it depends what your into. 4) Lifts were sometimes out of order, I was on the third floor which wasn't too bad but I felt sorry for the guests who were on higher floors Overall I had a really enjoyable time, Palma nova is a lovely resort, wouldn't return to this hotel unless the food improved, we wasn't the only people to comment on this matter, however the hotel overall was nice. first class again
Just arrived back from a 5 night stay We were allocated rooms on the 2nd floor facing the road, this was not a problem as you get the sun from late afternoon until about 8pm. rooms where massive and kept spotlessly clean. towels etc changed every day,and beds made up. food was not 5* quality but not as some people are saying! it was good with plenty of choices and some was cooked in front of you if you asked. when we arrived we upgraded our wrist bands to a premium package which allowed us premium spirits, bottled beers ,cider and unlimited crisps and icecreams (worth your while if you like a drink) All in all a nice modern hotel close to beaches and the strip you get what you pay for and this hotel gives good value for money. This was our third trip here and we will return.More
