Hotel Louis Ledra Beach

The Hotel Louis Ledra Beach really impresses, thanks to chic interiors, a top-notch pool scene and a prime seafront setting.

Hotel Louis Ledra Beach sits in a prime position, sandwiched between a private sand-and-shingle beach and a parade of shops and cafés. Plus, a half-hour stroll along the seafront puts you in Paphos harbour.

The hotel definitely looks the part. Outside, there are well-kept gardens and a pair of smart pools, while inside the bedrooms showcase contemporary interiors and calming blue colour schemes.

Great holiday

Stayed at this hotel in July had a great holiday and wedding here. We did'nt arrive until 11.30 at night but we were greeted with drinks and refreshments on arrival easy check in and all our luggage was taken straight to our rooms. They opened the restaurant especially for guest arriving late which was really nice arfter a long journey. We was disappointed with our room as we had paid extra for a sea view but they had put us on the ground floor in the corner of the hotel and our view was of the outside entertainment building.we did complain and the Reps said they had had complaints about that room before and was trying to get it removed from the sea view category. The hotel did move us 1 floor up the next day and the view was slightly better.overall the hotel was lovely and food was great with plenty of choice all the staff work really hard and are very friendly.the beach is nice but the only problem was its very rocky getting in and out of the sea so you need beach shoes. The harbour is a nice walk along the seafront takes about half hour, plenty of bars and restaurants there and lively at night and it's about 8 euros in a taxi to the hotel. We got married at the hotel which was brilliant a special thanks to Jan the hotel wedding coordinator who made us and our guests feel very special and made sure everything went smoothly also a special thanks to Kim from the Cyprus wedding team who arranged all the details and made sure we were looked after.I would recommend the wedding bus tour around Pathos it was great fun.hopefully we will one day return to this hotel again...More

Thank you Louis Ledra for a fantastic 2 wks holiday = 6/8/15 -20/8/15 AI basis..Excellent hotel and great location with it's own beach and lovely grounds.Staff fantastic really friendly especially reception and everyone couldn't do enough to help in any way possible. Plenty of sunbeds (v comfortable) and umbrellas and Raphael was always ready to help if any prob's. Rooms/decor lovely with plenty of storage space/mirrors = best ever had!Room cleaning v good and linen changes frequent, towels every day.Corridors were carpeted = super as no noise from heeled footwear.Food excellent and plentiful with superb variety. My daughter is veggie and a fussy eater but even she was impressed . Eating times v good even late snacks available 10pm-12pm=brill'. Bar for AI clients until 12pm, again excellent.Hotel/grounds very clean and well looked after.Entertainment team great, they worked hard and shows were not too early or geared towards children. Although I like children the adult pool was an absolute advantage as quiet and away from general kiddie noise.Hardly any waiting at bars, service good. The manager,Christos Zorpas was the best, always overseeing staff and hotel, even helped and tidied, that's the first time I've ever seen that! Perhaps he will remember us as my daughter was the one who spoke Greek? We hired a car for 3 days well worth it. Hired from Sue at hotel, good deal and reliable. Few suggestions that could be considered by hotel = table lamp in rooms/better air con' and wi fi in rooms/comfy chairs on room balconies/balcony lights/showers by beach.NB some rooms have balconies that are parallel so no privacy! All in all a FANTASTIC holiday,we will certainly go back and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go stay in Paphos. Give are regards to all staff and our thanks for making our holiday perfect.More

Fabulous family holiday in the sun.

This is the first time we have ever written a review however having spent two wonderful weeks on holiday at the Louis Ledra Beach we feel compelled to. From the moment we stepped off the coach starting with the warm and efficient welcome, all the staff we met from the cleaners, bar staff ,waitresses to the lifeguards and entertainment team couldn’t do enough for us. They are all a credit to the owners and management of the hotel and whilst there are too many to mention by name, Kyle who kept us topped up with drinks in the bar and the friendly maître de in the restaurant deserve a mention. All of the entertainment team are excellent (especially Andrei, Lucie, Audrey and Geo) and they work extremely hard. The shows they put on in the evening were excellent and they are clearly talented performers and dancers and much better than the other acts brought in. If you are visiting you must attend the bingo at least once to experience Lucie’s unique calling (Wobble EYE is off course 81 – brilliant). We would love to revisit, if we do we will brush up on the periodic table Andrei to help improve our afternoon quiz score. To sum up, cleanliness in the hotel and rooms was excellent, the food was superb with an excellent choice every day. Our feeling was the main pool could be a little larger as it gets very busy with lots of people, inflatables and balls. The beach is on the doorstep but a little rocky when getting in and out of the sea. Many thanks to all for making our two weeks very enjoyable.More

8th time and counting !

For the first time we've visited Ledra in August and it was hot ! Still plenty of shade and plenty of sun beds around the pool and under the trees on the grassed areas so no issues there. Our family room was clean, bright and airy facing the front of the hotel but with a cheeky sea view out of the small side window which gave the best of both worlds. Watching the sea is nice, but looking at Cypriot life going past is more interesting (not that we were in the room much other than sleeping or changing) The restaurant food was to its expected high standards with plenty of options and the meze night certainly worth a visit (although you need to be hungry as the servings were huge) Service in the restaurant was amazing, Herodotus and his team run a tight ship and having been recognised as return guests on our first night, we had a reserved table from day 2 for dinner and even our drinks were on the table waiting for us. Luci and the entertainment team welcomed us back with open arms and although many of the evening acts haven't changed much in the last few visits they were still worth a watch over a beer. Daytime activities were great as they were advertised but with no pressure to join in unlike some places we've visited. Highly recommend the archery in the afternoons Only downside was the refurbished hotel next door seem to try and run their daytime entertainment with the music as loud as possible which does become a bit annoying if you are the wrong side of the pool. Would we return for a 9th time ???? It's booked for October !More

Lovely hotel

Great hotel. Staff are very friendly and helphful. Food is very good but pick your times for the dining room as it can be very noisy and hectic at certain times. The beach is lovely but take water/canoe shoes if you want to go in as it is a very rocky access once you leave the sand. Also worth taking a snorkel as there are spme pretty fish to be seen out there. Takes about 30- 40 mins to walk to the harbour from the hotel. This was our first all inclusive and we thought the standard of food and choice was excellent. Great hotel for a very relaxing holiday apart from having to get up early to get a decent sunbed! but thats just personal choice - the lifeguards will help you get a sunbed at anytime of the day if you ask.More
