Pools are where this hotel triumphs – it’s even got its own waterpark.
It’s all about the pools at this place. On top of a huge, H-shaped one, there’s a new pool with 6 slides, added during a refurb in 2012. Rooms had a makeover at the same time and have a fresh feel. And there's modern dining, too.
When it comes to eating and drinking, highlights include an al fresco Chinese and a Viennese café. As for location, the hotel is in a quiet spot by a small beach. Paphos harbour is less than 10 minutes by bus.

Caters for Disabled and Children - Amazing!!
We have just spent 10 days at the Louise Phaethon Hotel. This is 2nd time at this hotel and it is just as good if not better than before. I can only repeat what most people say about how excellent the food is. My husband is a butcher and he couldnât fault how the meat was cooked and served. Really tasty and always hot. The rooms are always clean albeit there is only a small amount of hanging space for clothes. I will try and give helpful hints that I looked for when originally booking this holiday. We travelled with our young baby and my elderly parents, one of them being disabled, therefore I needed the hotel to cater for both of our needs. I emailed the hotel before travelling and I have never known such a speedy response with such helpful replies. I needed a room with a walk in shower close to the lift in the main reception for my parents. This was given no problems both times. I needed a room in the quiet area of the hotel for us and our baby. This was given both times. We were also offered a baby bath, steriliser, kettle, thermos flask and changing mat for our room foc which I have never known in any other hotel. Therefore if you have specific requirements please do not hesitate to contact them as they are really helpful. The access for the disabled and for buggyâs is excellent. The plugs are same as the UK so need to take adaptors. You are recognised as a returning guest and we had fruit and wine in our room. Also we received regular phone calls from Kim the Guest Relations to check everything was ok. She walks round constantly for feedback whether good or bad. The staff here are amazing and go out their way for you. Management can be seen walking round constantly speaking to guests. Credit to the hotel. The only criticism I would have is that beach/pool towels could be provided as is the norm at most all inclusive hotels. It would also be nice to have a bottle of water in the room every day again as is the norm in most hotels abroad. It is expensive to purchase from the shop so most people stand at the water coolers to fill them up to take back. However I understand that this is currently under review so hopefully when we return next September these issues will have been addressed.More

wow what a place but avoid the shop
where to start what a great hotel first time in cyprus usually do sharm but decided to try else where. so glad we picked this hotel 18 of us in total hotel and grounds really clean and tidy plenty of sun beds for us to all lounge around together pool areas also lovely especially the kids pool which my two grandsons loved. life guards a bit over the top however their there to do a job ive never seen so many in other hotels if at all. room very clean lovely walkin shower resturant and snack bars very good with plenty of choice and always hot (loved the waffles and pancakes in the afternoon) staff a little miserable around the snack bars but main resturant and bars plus reception staff were chatty and always had a smile and happy to help.it was my birthday whilst there and it was made real special in the evening by the staff and management with flowers balloons on the table plus fizzy wine and a birthday cake (thanks to everyone for that) now for the negative about the shop if you can avoid it then do staff unhelpful and ignorant what they sell is way over priced 25 euros for a lilo when 1000 yards up the road 12 euros in a supermarket. i know the shop probably not run by the hotel but come on guys keep them in check. my grandson purchased two key rings for his parents and the miserable cow behind the counter snapped at him small bags only for soaps dont think it would have hurt to give him bags hes only 5 this is my only complaint about this hotel and will certainly be going back very soonMore

Everything we expected and more
Arriving at just gone midnight on our honeymoon, we were helped with our bags and ushered into the dining room to a variety if hot and cold snacks which were not only delicious but also fresh. All staff are extremely friendly and hard working at making the hotel a wonderful experience. The facilities and entertainment are very good and the animation team work very hard at making sure everybody has a good time. Like most other people I am covered in mosquito bites but unlike some of them I admit it's own fault for leaving the balcony door wide open in the evening. We have had a wonderful time and we are definitely going to come again next year!More
