Pools are where this hotel triumphs – it’s even got its own waterpark.
It’s all about the pools at this place. On top of a huge, H-shaped one, there’s a new pool with 6 slides, added during a refurb in 2012. Rooms had a makeover at the same time and have a fresh feel. And there's modern dining, too.
When it comes to eating and drinking, highlights include an al fresco Chinese and a Viennese café. As for location, the hotel is in a quiet spot by a small beach. Paphos harbour is less than 10 minutes by bus.

Just home from our stay in the Phaethon where we had our wedding, and what a great time we had. Beautiful sea view room, with champagne and fresh fruit in our room on arrival. All our wedding guests stayed hear too, and we're blown away with the place food, staff, entertainment ,cleanliness first class. The staff were truly amazing made our special day unforgettable. Special thanks to wedding co-ordinator Kim and Matheos one of the hotel managers. Will defo be back. ðMore

Recently returned from the Louis Phaethon Beach, lovely hotel but could be improved with a few little things Please Please add pool towels and sunbed cushions. The path outside the hotel area could do with being paved and lit up so that you could enjoy a stroll after dinner. At present this is just a dirt track. Hotel was very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and polite. Pool bar and slides were not open as we were still in the winter season (1 - 8th April). The weather was good and we were able to get a sunbed easily every day. The food was fairly good but a little repetitive. Lunch time was our favorite meal time. Meal times were spoiled by a group of Children/youths from a swimming school who were so bad mannered. The hotel was only a 15 minutes coach journey from the Airport which is great after a 4.30 flight. Definitely will visit this hotel again soon.More

Wow! I.have never stayed at an all inclusive before where the food was so fabulous! So much choice and top restaurant standard. The staff at this hotel make it tho from the front desk to the animation team and bar staff. They can't do enough for you it was amazing will definitely be returning xMore
It's a nice hotel close to the sea so you get a strong wind which was quite cold at the childrens pool (visited in easter) The restaurant was good but I think longer than 7days would have left me a bit bored of it. We had a family room which was just about big enough for 3 + a cot. The staff were excellent and the entertainment was great, Paphos is very British and whilst we enjoyed the holiday I wouldn't return - overall for a one off visit it was very good.More
Just returned from a 7 night holiday. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were greeted with champagne and a selection of food in the restaurant, manager Claudia came and greeted us.Rooms remind me of a standard set up in the uk and had uk plug sockets.Id prefer more wardrobe space and coat hangers as I'd ironed and packed our clothes carefully, a family room for 3 only had a foot long bar in the wardrobe with no hangers so we had to put dresses in drawers, this is a minor niggle though. The food was ok with plenty of choice, I wasn't keen on the children's selection but that's because I encourage my 7 year old to eat healthy so it was chicken nuggets, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chips the usual kids stuff.Plenty of salads and a carvary every night, I'd like to see more local dishes such as stifadp, moussaka, kleftiko stuffed vine leaf these only appeared on one night. We headed to the harbour and the old town on a few occasions to experience some authentic cuisine, I didn't expect to go to Cyprus and see bread and butter pudding with custard on the menu! I think most people would be happy with the choice and quality of the food, wasn't too sure about the drinks as these were poured and left on the side, I'm used to having the drinks served by the waiter during meals when on an all inclusive deal and would prefer this. Entertainment staff were very friendly and not pushy you felt welcomed to join in if you want to, my 7 year old daughter loved the mini disco and all the shows, she was a little star struck by all the ladies and her favourite Mim.There was bingo every night which wasn't my cup of tea but we played because my daughter wanted to and we won a full house one night. All in all as an all inclusive hotel it delivered exactly what I expected but the friendliness of all the staff made it a little more special.Id recommend this hotel and would Stay there again if a last minute deal came up, I thought Pathos was lovely and the Cyprus locals some of the most hospitable people I've met. Lastly our room overlooked the central bar, cafe and reception area and the door didn't block out any of the noise which went on till about 1am, but we were always so tired that we slept well and it wasn't an issue which we first thought it might be, a huge bonus was our room directly faced the sunset point Cyprus, a daily spectacular view. Overall a lovely time had at this hotel, Thankyou Claudia.More
