A quiet setting and fabulous sunset views – just a couple of reasons people check in here, time and again.

Queens Bay Hotel is like coming home for us. This was our fifth time at this hotel, like meeting friends. It is always amazing how many people revisit this hotel. Over the winter the hotel bar has been refurbished and now has a contemporary feel to it an excellent improvement. Food delicious. Plenty of choice. Large pool quite cold at this time of year but people were swimming in it. Indoor pool nice temperature. Low key Entertainment every night. Activities during the day. Pool/sea view beautiful evening sunsets. Easy bus ride to Paphos and Coral Bay. Great to hire a car and explore. Staff very friendly always happy to help. I would feel happy travelling to this hotel as a single traveller. Always excellent value. More
Easter Visit 2017
This is the second time i have visited the Queen's Bay Hotel, the first was a couple of years ago with my wife in the summer, this was a trip with our 2 daughters. The hotel had changed a lot since our first trip, the old downstairs bar had been ripped out and replaced with a very modern open plan bar/lounge area, utilising the amazing view from the terrace. The whole hotel appears to have undergone a 'winter maintenance' programme, with a fresh look, both externally and internally. Our room was one of the 'family sea views' on the 2nd floor, plenty big enough for the 4 of us (including pushchairs etc) and was always immaculately cleaned - on that, as i pointed out in my first review, the hotel is always spotless, all of the staff should be hugely commended for this. The views are simply stunning, whether its sun rise, mid day with the 2 contrasting blues of the ocean and the sky, or the breathtaking sunsets as your sat enjoying a beer. The staff are amazingly helpful & friendly, they can never seem to do enough for you, even if it means having to high five my daughter at her every given opportunity and keeping my young baby girl entertained as they move through the dining room and bars keeping everyone topped up with food and drink. They really are a huge asset to the hotel. The food is still awesome, there is plenty of it and a huge variety every evening. I have read a couple of reviews moaning about the temperatures etc - unfortunately i can only guess that they were unlucky because at no time on either visit have we encountered this. Likewise the views about having to pay extra for a safe or a fridge - this is a relatively low cost hotel, i could understand complaints if you had paid for a 5* luxury resort, but i suppose it's each to their own. All in all another fantastic, relaxing and enjoyable break - i would thoroughly recommend the hotel and we will back this summer to top up the tans!More
A well maintained hotel at a preferential location. Great views. Public little beach 50 meters from the hotel's pool. Just opened after the winter break. Very clean and staff welcoming. We did not use the pool but looked very clean and a nice setup with lots of beds available. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot foods and desserts. In the evening lots of people at the bar were enjoying a karaoke group and looked incredibly joyful. Mostly tourists from UK and Russia so listened to songs in English, Russian and even French. Overall a great stay.More

What can i say. I've been back a month and i just want to go back!! My friend and i arrived quite late at night so just crashed really but what a view we woke up to the next day. Stayed in room 217 its was lovely. Clean rooms and really comfy beds. The staff are so friendly, nothing is a problem just like one happy family. I never saw a problem with sun beds i know it was the last week before closing. We had booked a trip but it got cancelled but this was not the hotel's fault but we were happy getting the bus. Yes we had to move hotels for 1 night next door due to Queens Bay closing for the season but it really was fine but the "other" hotel isn't a patch on Queens Bay and we could see from our hotel sitting on out tiny balcony wanting to go back to Queens Bay ASAP. Oh the food!! Well most nights we went for the buffet,we did pay because we were B&B but it wasnt much but we both really enjoyed it ð I would definitely go back in a heartbeat,i can totally understand why people go back year on year. This was our first time and i certainly don't think it will be the last. Thank you Queens Bay your all fab. Enjoy your breakMore
