This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

DECLINE OF A HOTEL
We have just arrived back from 7 days in Tenerife, staying at the Best Tenerife. This hotel is definitely NOT 4 star. It is very tired and in need of a lot of love and attention. But the worst thing was that the aircon in the hotel did not work for the entirety of the stay. We alerted Reception after our first night and they advised that the aircon was down in the whole hotel and were awaiting technicians. They never arrived. Consequently we spent 7 sleep-deprived nights, cold showering at ungodly times of the night and covering ourselves with wet towels to try and cool down. It was unseasonably hot for the time of year. Maybe the hotel bosses decided that by October it wouldn't be hot enough to warrant aircon so switched it off but didn't allow for the unexpected heatwave that happened. However if this was the case they should have switched it back on again! We have registered a complaint with Thomas Cook as we don't feel that the hotel did enough to alleviate this dire situation. Our holiday was excellent but could have been so much better had the hotel done something to remedy the aircon situation as the nights were pretty miserable experiences. Also saw the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in our bathroom scuttling round the toiletries. Not a pretty sight. Again Reception was alerted. Please wait and see if anything is done to improve and restore this hotel to its former glory before staying there. If you go now you will be very disappointed.More

Average to say the least
We ended up here for one night as our Hotel had double booked. The hotel is in a great location for easy access to Los Christianos and Americas. However the hotel is very dated and is in some need of re-decorating. The rooms were basic and furniture was chipped and the bath too. The food was average too and nothing to get excited about. The lifts were so slow. I was just glad we were only staying for one night. How this hotel is four star I would never know. However I am grateful that they found us a room, but I can understand why it isn't full.More

Just back from Best Tenerife and never usually write reviews but had to on this occasion. We normally go self-catering but on this occasion we were with two other families with young children aged between 2-8 plus our daughter of 13 so fely all-inclusive would be best suited and was proved correct. Beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks all on tap self service with ice creams and snacks available at poolside bar all day with restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner on a buffet basis. Food was good with plenty choices every day offering different nationality dishes to sample. The drinks are "local" but normal brands are available at extra cost. The location of this hotel is second to none. High quality shopping is within yards and the bus stop for Siam Park and Loro Park is outside the door. The beach is minutes away and if you like strolling in the sun instead of lying at the pool you can walk to Los Cristianos nearby n the other direction go for miles heading to Adeje. The staff from reception to cleaners were very helpfull and friendly but the Entertainment Team of Alex, Brian and Gabbi really made our holiday memorable. We were a large group of 11 so were maybe an easy target for getting involved in all activities daytime and evenings but they go out of there way to make sure you enjoy yourself and participate in the activities on offer and Gabbi does a wonderfull job with the kids. The evening entertainment sometimes is a bit disapointing but we learned it was the hotels arranging and not left to "the team" so there could be an improvement there if picking any faults. We would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone and would go back again if looking for same all-inclusice style package.More

This is a lovely hotel, we've stayed here for many years. we have just got back from another 2 weeks there and it is faultless. I have never known such helpful staff in ALL areas of the hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Pierre, Cano, Acosta and the restaurant team are very well organised and very efficient. Alex, Brian and Gaby do an excellent job with the daytime entertainment programe encouraging you to have a go and join in. If there is a down side to this hotel is that the evening entertainment was not as enjoyable as usual, not enough variety (too many singers) also it was still outside and some nights was very cold and spitting with rain although they are doing up the main bar.
