This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Fantastic 2 weeks!!
Well this was my first holiday experiencing All inclusive and what can I say, I have mixed feelings. Facilities/ cleanliness: the hotel itself and room was absolutely spotless and was cleaned everyday without fail, the pool was clean, the buffet food area was lovely and never had any issues. The pool itself was lovely, waterfall was always on although closed the last 2 days of my holiday for cleaning which was upsetting. Entertainment: very disappointed with the entertainment as an adult although if your a child I'm sure it's fun. Acts were repeated nightly and lacked any excitement for me (saw the same juggler about 4 times in one week so just gave up in the end) Motown night was fantastic and foam party was good fun. The food/drink/snacks; being used to self catering meant the whole thing was a shock e.g set times and rules!! The breakfast was a no go for me as I like a full English and that wasn't up to much although there is fruit and pastries etc, lunch and dinner is VERY repetitive, lacked some good meat so basically lived of chips (desert was ok) the bar snacks were nice but got busy. As for the alcohol, all local spirits not bad but had no effect on me, however, had a lovely stay here and would return perhaps not as all inclusive!!! More
back again for a Lady's week away
this is my 3rd time in the Best Tenerife this time was all inclusive, we arrived very late and evening meal had finished so after a quick check in and then to our room 611 a suite it was amazing 2 rooms and very large terrace, off to Tony Roma's near the hotel for a bite to eat. the difference for me this time after 2 H/B holidays here the food was what I expected and was used too Breakfast and Evening Meals but not used to Lunch and drinks which is nice and the food lovly also the is food at the snack bar all day and drinks ice cream unlimited we did spend some time around the pool but sunbeds was hard to find most had towels on them the worst time was at night not a seat to be found we would have liked to watch entertainment but was impossible unless you wonted to stand so we went out and around. The Suite we had on 6th floor was great and if we had been out or could not get a sunbed by the pool we had 2 on our terrace 4 chairs and table so spent a lot of time when we could with amazing views to Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje and the mountains, the rooms was cleaned everyday was great for 3 of us and I'm so glad I emailed the hotel first and asked for a suite with a view could not stop looking, there was work being done on the suite across from us but was no problem to us thank god for headphones so we was really happy. as I said before this was first time A/I we enjoyed everything on offer and will be back again another day to this brilliant hotel and yet again thank you Best Tenerife.More

We stayed here in Aug 2015, check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were comfy. The air conditioning was a god send as is was certainly warm. There as always a good selection of food in the restaurant even the fussy eaters with us always found something to eat, we stayed on all inclusive so we had use of the self service bars this saved time as the majority of the time there were no queues. The animation team worked hard in the day organising activities for those who wanted to join in, and at night there was entertainment. In summery a nice hotel, helpful staff, I would visit again.More

Great Location and a gorgeous pool
We a family of 5 stayed for a week a little bit gutted it wasn't for 2 weeks :( The staff were really friendly especially the entertainment and the restaurant staff.... There was a varied choice of food to suit every taste. We found something to eat every night. This is the 2nd time we have done an AI and it was great value as the kids could get what they wanted when they wanted. The drinks were all self service which was great so small queues if any. The nightly entertainment could do with a bit of updating and run slightly smoother as there was a lot of waiting around. Lots of activities in the pool such as water polo :). The kids entertainers do a great job.... The pool was great with the deeper end being split from the smaller pool at only 90 cm deep our 4 year old could be in the pool and it felt safe for him.The deeper pool had a section under a waterfall and the kids learnt to dive in from here. Hubby did have to get up at 6am to get the sunbeds near the pool to keep an eye on the kids. One thing that was annoying were couples who reserved the beds near the pool and then moaned about the kids (don't get near the kids pool if you don't want to get splashed!!) Lots of parasols were provided so the kids could be in the shade. It was very hot when we were there and we all caught the sun even with factor 50 on every day!! As we were only there a week we only visited Siam Park which was great. TIP:- Go straight to the wave pool and reserve sunbeds - also if you want to go on the rides you need to purchase a 15e fastpass. The queues could be up to 2 hours long so a fast pass allowed you on every ride once plus your favourite again :) - this doesn't include the tower of power though so just be prepared to queue for that one. We missed the free bus back to the hotel so got in a taxi 10e back to the hotel so not to bad really. Loro Park was also highly recommended but we didn't get to go. There is also a lovely beach just behind the hotel. There is also a shopping centre behind the hotel and a nice little crazy golf course. On the day of checkout we needed to be out the room by 12 and put our luggage in storage. We then reserved the shower room which was nice to get refreshed before the journey home.More
Not a 4* hotel
Will never stay at this hotel again. I can not believe the amazing reviews this hotel has. The only thing good is the location. Stayed here for 1 week 10-17 aug with husband my 8 year old and 11 year old. First we arrived at this hotel reception staff were miserable and not very friendly. They were having work done at reception which was all boxed off. We then got to our room which was very dated dark furniture and the corrider was very dark walking to your room my children used to stop and wait for us to go down first they were that scared it also smelt very damp. The pool area was cramped sunbeds on top of each other the pool area itself was nice but just so busy. The snack bar staff were not very friendly never smiled. The food was awful we ended up spending a fortune eating out as we were all inclusive it was bland and repeated. The resturant staff did work very hard and was very friendly always made sure you had a table and drinks ordered but it was so hot in there it was uncomfortable. They were also having electric work done at the top of stairs you use when coming in from the pool area and they had laddereds placed on the top of the stairs with wires handing from light fittings when coming in from the pool area. Outside near snack bar I must of seen at least 10 cockcroches in one day. The toilets outside are very wet slippy and very dark and smelt awful. Entertainment at night is rubbish 1 night they had an old man singing through his nose it was boring and my kids were falling asleep. Now the good thing the location is amazing loads of bars, places to eat and shopping loved our holiday in tenerife loads to do but would never stay at this hotel again. This is the first review i have ever written but i was so dissapointed with the hotel I had to have my say has a young family we never moan or winge but reading the amazing reviews on here I dnt want any1 else to do what we did and listen to them reviews you will only be left dissapointedMore
