This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Family friendly Hotel
Visited July of last year..all staff were friendly and helpful, food was fine and varied. .self serve drinks at pool bar this really cut the que. Rooms were adequate for what we needed although the hotel itself is dated decor wise but was having renovation work done & i think it still is. The corridors are a bit spooky as they're dark and the lights come on only as you approach them. Hotel itself is in a perfect location for shopping, pubs & clubs. Daytime entertainment is great & they get you all involved but leave you alone if you're not interested. We didn't see much night time entertainment but it was ok. More
Three Amigos Chillin' at the Best
Awesome holiday, the best bits were the location, the weather, the food, the bar, the staff and the pool. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking Playa and a 180 degree sea view. Highly recommend these rooms as the view is amazing and they are quiet. Comfy beds, safe in the room at a small cost, fridge, air con, wardrobe and drawers. The restaurant was a bit hot due to inadequate air con but the staff and the variety of food more than made up for the that. The breakfast choice was excellent, lunches varied and good quality and the evening meal the same, be prepared to queue for steaks, lamb chops and wraps etc. but all worth it. The bar set up is excellent with San Miguel on self service, draft white wine, red and rose wine, sangria and all spirits on a help yourself basis. The building work is very quiet and unobtrusive so please ignore the moaners. The pool is perfect, the entertainment mostly good and the daytime program is very good but they leave you alone if you don't want to get involved. This is an excellent value for money hotel in an excellent location.More
Best not get a family room
Checked in to our family room at 11pm to find we were in a lower ground floor apartment which had 3 stairs going down with a banister and an open plan bedroom with 2 single beds directly at the side of the banister and right at the front door. This followed a long corridor with bathroom next then another open plan bedroom and the sitting area. It must have been about 40 feet long corridor with bedrooms off. The kids felt very uneasy as it was so dark and there was a drunken lad shouting in the corridors. We opened the patio doors and the outside balcony area was behind the snack bar which is very loud and was surrounded by palm trees and shrubbery so even darker. When we booked we were under the impression a family room was a suite....... I was travelling in a group of 2 young adults and 2 fourteen year old girls who did not feel at all safe. The older two girls had their own double room and was lovely with nice open views After a tearful trip to the reception to complain that the girls did not feel safe or happy due to drunken guy swearing and kicking bedroom doors at 11.30pm. Corridor Lugers are motion activated and the place was in darkness we were told the room was what we had ordered and us Feeling safe was nothing to do with them and was our own problem, so told to come back in the morning or pay more cash for a room change. Slept one night in this horrid room that stank of damp had big jobbie mark in the loo and when morning came and it still required lights on in full daylight we set of to see the First Choice rep. The only choice was to downgrade to a smaller room for the same price, we had already paid 2.5k for 2 adults and 2 kids so we were not gonna pay anymore. The dining hall was great, loads of choices of everything same with lunch and dinner, albeit the same more or less most nights but plenty of fresh fruits and salad. Staff were very nice and attentive, clearing plates and always polite. The entertainment was a bit kids focussed and the squealing female animation girl was highly annoying through the mic, even calling an approx 4 year old child "sexy lexy" and a wee boy called Harry with glasses "Harry Potter" The overloud noise went on till approx 11.30 so if you want peace don't get a pool view room. All in all we had a good holiday after the initial disappointment, Thomsons told us the family room was a suite and that's what we were expecting, lots of space and light, not a dark basement dwelling surrounded by heavy shrubbery and at bar/entertainment level.More
