This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

WOW best hotel on an all inclusive we have ever stayed in, central location which leads to many places, restaurants, bars, shops and beaches, we had 2 twin beds in our room that felt like queen size beds and very comfortable, room was cleaned daily, towels are changed when you leave them in the bath to get clean ones, hairdryer, fridge with complimentary drinks, tv with English channels, air con, lots of plug sockets in room, free wifi but the signal is best in the reception area, self service for all inclusive drinks, large variety of food to please most tastes, very friendly and helpful staff who work very hard, LONG TROUSERS IS A MUST FOR MEN FOR EVENING MEAL, pool is very big with steps down into pool for people with poor mobility to get in with ease, if you put towels out before 9.30 the lifeguard will take them off, poolside bar with hot snacks available when restaurant was closed, pool side entertainment most days, we had 2 fashion shows, aqua Zumba, poolside music although it could have been a little louder when there wasn't any entertainment, foam party, table tennis ect, evening entertainment every night although we did not go to any, we managed to get our room for an extra 2 hours but this did prove difficult for some with families as the room was required for arriving guests, I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning, also I would like to thank the Thompson rep sophie who was very helpful.More
I'll start with the good. The location was great. It was a clean and tidy. The pools where good. Now the bad.the room was old and very out dated. The a/c in the room didn't work very well. Why do men have to where trousers at dinner time is just cray. There just no a/c in there. Women can come in wearing hot pants and mini skirts. It's not a 4* of 5* dinning. The food is plane Nothing special. The let down by the pool is the music. It is far from PG when you have children with you. The amount of time I heard the fu** or ni**** in a song by the children's pool is stupid. If I went back to tenerife I would go to a different hotel More
This hotel is the best loved our stay there we went half board but decided on the second week to upgrade to all inclusive as the food was lovely there was plenty of choice also show cooking every night . All the staff were friendly except for one no matter if you said please or thank you he never smiled ( sorry don't no his name ) the pool area was cleaned every day there was always enough sun loungers for every one . The big pool was cold but once you were in it was fine .the children's was heated . Our room was on the reception floor it was cleaned to a high standard every day by very pleasant maids .we had a living space and a up stairs to our bed room we had a very large balcony with table and chairs and 2 sunloungers .the animation team worker hard .there was plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the hotel .would definitely stay at this hotel again . The reception and piano bar had just been done up to a high standard .the self service on alcohol was good as there was no queuing we never seen any one take advantage of this.More
Stayed at this hotel from the 3-14th June 2016. Stayed with my partner, cousin and her partner. Before arrival I emailed the hotel to see if we could have rooms next to each other and on arrival this was granted. We arrived at the hotel around 1pm, check in was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room: the rooms are big enough. There was lots of wardrobe space and plenty of mirrors!! There is a fridge in the room and there were some complimentary drinks in there, which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. Beds and pillows both comfy. Hair dryer in room. Food: the food was probably the nicest we have had from an all inclusive. Plenty to choose from and lovely and tasty, as a party of 4 having travelled a lot we all thought the same. The only downfall with the food is that some of it was warm rather than hot. Not all foods but some. Overall the food was lovely. Men must wear long trousers in the evening, our partners took 1 pair and would wear them in for food and then go and change into their shorts. Pool area: the pool area is lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds, we wasn't bothered where we were sat so we would always drag the spare ones out where we could. You cannot put your towels down before 9:30. There is a snack bar throughout the day which is always handy. The pools are big and the little pool is slightly heated. However the weather was so hot we were all grateful for the colder bigger pool!! Drinks: the all inclusive drinks are great and again some of the best I have seen. Usually you have local beer on tap but in this hotel it was San Miguel, which was nice. They are self service which I liked as there were no queues. There are also slush puppies included and cocktails :) we was often having vodka slush' which was a nice change. Also at dinner time they would bring you bottles of beer/water etc, rather than you going to pour your own in a plastic cup. Couldn't fault it. Staff: I found all of the staff extremely helpful and polite. Thanks for all your hard work and effort. Entertainment: there was activities constantly going on throughout the day, I joined in Aqua Zumba a few times which I enjoyed. The entertainment in the night was good, the usual singers, magicians, dance acts and karaoke. The only thing is the Bingo is a bit tedious. Outside of hotel: the hotel is in a perfect location. We always plan to go to different places. We went to 2 beaches, one had a sea water park which was really fun. There are SO many shops and restaurants, you would never get bored! We ate out a few times as this is what we enjoy. Try Hard Rock Cafe, Bianco's, Giddy Goose and the Bombay Blue Indian all were lush. We also went into town and enjoyed all the nightlife that Tenerife has on offer. We also went to Siam and Loro Park!! Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and couldn't fault it. Would definitely return and hope to do so in the future. Thank you! If anyone has any questions feel free to message me. More
