Fantastic. Great staff , Clean hotel
I stayed here with my husband, son and daughter and it was just great. The food was fantastic and a picnic basked is available if you are going to be away for the day ect. by just informing the staff. Nightly entertainment was overall very good, some not so good but you can't please everyone. The pools were great and you can use the pool across the road which is quieter for older kids/adults. Tennis and other games are available on site also. I would definitely consider going back again. Also great shuttle bus service to the beach which can also be used to go into the more hustle and bustle area which is lovely in the evening for a strollMore
So nice I went there twice... and then another time after that!
Yes, you read that right... I am a repeat offender and I don't regret it! Located about a 10 minute walk to the beach and main parade of shops and restaurants - including a Burger King for those of you who don't like to challenge their tastebuds! You can take a 20 minute cab to Alcudia which I would recommend for couples and families without babies/toddlers and there is a hospital located right next to the hotel (its more of a walk in centre than a hospital and all three times I have been there we haven't been troubled with ambulances noises etc, there isn't any clubs or big bars nearby so no need for noisy a&e patients!) all the doctors we encountered there spoke english. Rooms have always been clean and as comfortable as you would expect in a low priced hotel such as this one - I can be a bit of a Princess and the Pea type when it comes to beds but they were perfectly fine to sleep on in my opinion! There was only a couple of times when our towels weren't changed the day we requested but we were there in the middle of the summer holidays and it was packed. The entertainment team has always been consistently brilliant, in particular the fantastic Fabien. The food in the restaurant was pretty good too, always quite a bit of choice and not too repetitive or boring. The self serve drinks machines were my saviour, especially the slush machines (I started pouring a slush puppie and then going to the bar and getting them to top it up with Malibu - amazing) I would definitely recommend a few of the excursions you can book when you first arrive, in particular the pirate show, the water parks and the market day. If you've got active kids or a partner who is starting to get restless while you bake in the sun and read Heat magazine then there is plenty of activities for them to do; tennis, mini golf, archery, football etc, all at a price of course but not too expensive. Wi-fi is available in the lobby and at some points around the pool but come on guys, you're on holiday - stop bragging on facebook and enjoy yourself. All in all a brilliant little hotel for families who don't have mega bucks to spend, without spending a week in a cockroach-infested dive - there's a reason why I've been there three times!More

Excellent For The Price
I found this hotel to be very good for the price. Our room was nice, new, tidy and clean. We had everything we needed. We found the snack bar being open all day was really good and the small tubs of icecream was great! At the start of the week 20th Sept - There were plenty of places to sit in the dining room but by the end of the week i found that the guys working in the dining room wernt laying out so many tables and then were slow to clean off the ones free. We had to ask for 1 to be set up twice. People also were getting pushy and rude as if the food was going to disappear which is crazy. Food was nice, and loved the roast on the Sunday. We did have some noisy people above us who on one night kept waking me up till about 5am. I gave them a chance as they most likely had just arrived and were celebrating. The next night though at about 1 am it started again. I certainly didnt want my last day ruined by being tired so i went downstairs and complained. The noise stopped so that was great. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, shops etc although there were a couple a bit closer again. The hotel offers a free shuttle which was good. The beach was lovely! Being young i could have done with more lively nightlife in the area but i wasnt too fussed. I would go back for the price we paid. Be prepared to be bit my mosquitoes though!More

Very good for the price
The holiday was really good especially for what we paid (£270 pp for 1 week inclusive of flights) we made some friends at the hotel and it looks as if they are upgrading the rooms as the room we was in was in desperate need for modernisation (camp beds which creaked, floor would of most probably been more comfortable) however the pictures shown on this are of the standard of our friends and apparently the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and when we booked our day trip to the Caves of Drach they made us all packed lunch to take with us, if you go then would definitely recommend the Caves of Drach (the tour guide was very pleasant, really good with children and told us about the Majorcian lifestyle) The pools at the hotel were always clean and had plenty of sun beds, could help yourself to food and drink throughout the day (food was just burgers and hotdogs etc...) the evening meals were ok, we ate out most nights, it was nice to have the choice. So you may see loads of bits on here about mosquito's... it is true, we had a diffuser, took sprays, bands and lotions to repel them however I did get bitten a few times but the hotel is next to a lake. The childrens park needs a good update, the items in the park were damaged and need a desperate replacing however the little on enjoyed the park. All in all for a cheap holiday I really cannot complain, I expect it not to be perfect but for the price was definitely worth while, forgot to mention the beach water was so clear you can see the fishes swimming around you.More
Did the job
Very clean and tidy property. Food was nice, didn't get repetitive. Self service drinks were good idea. Some good night's of entertainment some poor. Close enough to walk to the beach or walk to local restaurants. Got a taxi into Alcudia which was about 8 euro.More
