Excellent value for money
Great family hotel. Good food, good facilities, all inclusive drinks are good. Short walk to the small town and beach. All in all a very pleasant holiday and would be returning again this year but we have a larger group and the rooms don't quite work for us but highly recommend it. More
So good were going back!
went to this hotel sept 2015 for 2 weeks, there was 5 of us. The rooms are a good size all have a fridge and balcony, The pools are clean and you can see them getting water checked everyday.... The food is more english than a lot off hotels in majorca, The drinks are good, the bar is well staffed and you get served quickly, children (or adults) can get icecream from the freezer by the indoor bar from about 11.00am till about 6'00pm free, snacks arnt all that good only as they are not kept warm, so if you want any snacks wait untill they put fresh one's out and get them then, there are usually chicken nuggets, hot dogs, chips, hamburgers also cheese and fresh fruit. Breckfest is good cereal, fruit, full english, yogurts or contental. i like my food hot so if it's wasent i just put it in the microwave not a problem, The staff were always nice and willing to help. Take mozzie spray with you or you can buy it there we bought a lemon smelling candle from the little shop in the hotel i think it was about £1.50 and kept it on the table outside when watching the entertainment off a night. The entertainment staff work very hard from 11.00am till 11.00pm with only about 2 hours off for lunch and dinner, we got on with them all there a good laugh thats why were going back in June with the grandkids this time, if you have children they will love it ther is loads for them to do, if your younger (18-40) there is not much outside the hotel unless you go into Alcudia town and you can get the bus which is about a 10min walk away or you can get a taxi which will set you back about 10euro's. The beach is loverly and the water when we were there was warm, You can get the free bus every 30min's or walk to the beach (10min's) There is no evening snacks availible but there was people there selling food off an evening or you can go the small supermarket and buy snacks, Food in the supermarket costs about the same as food does in the town, There is also a drinking water disperser by the bar's indoor and outside, You can hire an iron from reception for £10 but when you return it you get the full £10 back there's also a laundry you can use, just book at reception when you'll need it. All in all a great hotel and we cant wait to return in June.More
Going back again and again
We have been going 11 years to the lagotel and we love it . Why ? Fantastic hotel ,starting with the reception staff always a warm welcome and quick check in any problems are always quickly sorted . The restaurant food is good always a good selection and staff are pleasant and hard working keeping the place clean and tidy. The bar waiters are fantastic no queues , tables are always cleaned and they join in with the banter. The pools are lovely cleaned and tested regularly . Poolside bar staff give you a warm welcome and even advice " no mama don't let your son go to magaluf ".Always working hard and supplying fresh food . The entertainment team work so hard they are fantastic but I would like to see more outside acts. Bingo is great laugh. Last but not least the friends we have made here year after year . We all keep coming back .More
A good value well run hotel
This was an excellent three star hotel. The all inclusive option was very good with plenty of hot snacks and cold drinks throughout the day. The only drawback was the bracelets you have to wear , but a small inconvenience. Shuttle bus to the beautiful Alcudia beach every hour. Two large pools one in the hotel grounds and one across the road. Food in the buffet style restaurant was more to our tastes than some previous hotels in Majorca as they seemed to cater more for the British. We flew out on 25th May 2015 for a week. Unfortunately I contracted pnuemonia whilst there. Luckily enough my family was with us and hotel staff responded well to the incident on the 22nd, although the ambulance took half an hour to arrive even though the hospital Juaneda Muro is only 400 metres away which because of my condition at the time I could not walk to. However other than this the entertainment was pretty good. The pool was well kept and the staff very helpful. Take mozzie lotion just in case as it is next to a lake although I cant say we were that bitten. If you get bitten it is in the evening so be prepared. Plenty to do in the port and town with large markets etc. Our thanks and complements to the staff and management for trying to make our stay a pleasent one.More

Everything was clean and tidy, staff were lovely. Great fun for younger visitors as lots of(very loud) entertainment, but there is a quieter pool across the road. Great facilities. Only downside was the food, the ,Amorites of the time it wasn't to my taste, or my partners, but the rest of our party loved it. The mosquitos were a major issue, but that isn't the hotels fault. Overall a good holiday.More
