Fantastic hotel, great location
Stayed here for a week all inclusive with my partner and would definitely return! Food was great, fresh meat cooked in front of you at the buffet every lunch/dinner time. Cocktails were fab and even had the choice of some bubbles for breakfast. Located close enough to the yumbo center without being too close for a quiet night sleep. Opposite direction is the beach, again within walking distance. Plenty of shops. Been to gran canaria every year for the last 5 and would definitely like to return to this hotel :)More
I travel around different hotels in other country's I found the palm beach hotel one of the best hotels I've stayed at,the staff at the hotel from reception desk to chamber maids chefs, waiters was excellent.the room was very comfortable bottled water supplied. Every day my wife loved the chocolates shower good the pools spotless the food was the best I've had when staying in a hotel I. Will try and revisit. This hotel as I possibly can.i see from your reply to some ones experience that you have private jacuzzis overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sounds niceMore

Despite some confusion on check-in, our bags were stored and we were taken to have lunch whilst the hotel staff resolved the issues. These were swiftly resolved and the rest of the stay went without a single problem. The rooms were spacious, spotless with all the facilities expected for a hotel of this size. There was a large wardrobe area which is always appreciated to keep piles of clothes out of the room! The poolside area was attractive, clean and quiet. There were a number of us staying at the same time and we rarely had a problem locating sun loungers all together. The hotel also has a number of smaller terraces and a private hot tub area which we also used. Having stayed all inclusive at other resorts in Gran Canaria the key concern is always food. There was nothing at all to be concerned about here. The menu followed a daily theme of foods from around the world, with other classic buffet dishes. Given the wide selection, it would be difficult not to fill your plate! The food was fresh, labelled, kept at the necessary temperature and regularly replenished. Daily items were also available to be cooked to order. The desserts, snacks and drinks selection is also very comprehensive. The waiting staff were always friendly and attentive. They regularly took drinks orders and cleared away plates swiftly. Other hotel staff were also very friendly and polite - you could tell they enjoyed working here. We all particularly liked the morning display of the hotel managers opening the cava for breakfast!More

Ai Fresco dining
Four of us elderly folk had a really great 7 day break .The food was very good and plentiful and lovely dining in the open air. Only slight moan would be smoking around the pool and sun bathing area . I understand work is now to be carried out on these areas . perhaps the management could sort this out. Entertainment in the bar was fun but could and should be improved, the bar staff were efficient and friendly . A mini tornado swept through one lunchtime and blew our plates and glasses off the table and wrecked the Parasols . The staff were straight out and everything sorted very quickly . Never the less would recommend this Hotel to all our friendsMore
