Lovely break in the sunshine.
We went in search of a decent hotel that was all inclusive and where the weather was going to be good. From the initial welcome at reception to the end of the holiday, everyone from the manager to the cleaners were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit rustic but quite large and spotlessly clean. The pool and leisure areas were spacious and well equipped . The pool was split into 3 to cater for all ages and abilities. The food was self service buffet style and the quality was superb with lots of different choices every day. Location is quite good only a 5 min walk to the beach. slight negatives, smoking is allowed at meal times in designated areas but is still noticeable. The dining tables offer little intimacy as they are packed quite tightly together. Would definitely recommend it and would return.More
was just a stroll to the beach! and just down the road from the shops
This hotel is a must to stay at! food excellent, rooms nice size, clean with good size bathrooms. Staff friendly and very helpful, couldn't have ask for better. Will chose this one again. Other guest where on there second or third return visit. The only criticism I have was that they allowed smoking in the restaurant, even though it was in the open, coming down for breakfast or dinner to have to sit amongst a lot of smokers was not nice when your a non smoker. there where only a few tables outside for non smoking. but know where near enough.More
This hotel is well run. We thought the food was the best all inclusive we've been too , you could have steak every night , first class food . Everyone dresses up for the evening meal which was good. You can have any drink you want, we opted for a bottle of bubbly with our meal and a waiter came with a silver bucket of ice to put it in on a stand next to us. All brand drinks too. Lovely sun trap around the pool with comfy sunbeds available at all times. A waffle stall opened late afternoon for those who were peckish, the aroma was lovely, Short walk to the lovely beach. Brilliant singers on every night, would go again.More
Great service and very clean, food was good with plenty of choice. I would go back to this hotel . Plenty of sun beds and plenty of room to stretch out, no problem getting a sun bed. One of the best 4 star hotel I have been to. Good mix of nationalities although a lot of Germans More

Nice hotel for a week (or two) in the sun!
Good quality tourist hotel with many facilities, nice food buffets with much choice and good quality. What we liked most is the closeness of the beautiful beaches and sand dunes of Maspalomas. The island itself is beautiful too, really worthwhile to rent a car and make some tours. The Picque Nublo is absolutely a must see, and so is the lovely village of Teror.More
