Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa
This place is freshly refurbished and comes fully loaded with luxe touches. Take the pools. There are 4 of them, one is absolutely ginormous – it spreads out over half an acre – and they come with Balinese-style daybeds. Then there's the hotel itself. It's a low-rise, beachfront number, with big bedrooms done up with contemporary finishes like red accent walls. The dining scene doesn't miss a trick either. There are 4 restaurants including an Italian à la carte that looks like it's come from a baroque palace. And to wrap it all up, there's a brand new spa.

Brilliant Holiday- no complaints
In my opinion this hotel is by far the best in playa d'en bossa with the exception of Ushuia which is 4000 euros a night!! Great value for money. The food was really nice plenty to choose from. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location is perfect for the partygoer or the person who just wants to relax as it is about 10 minutes walk from the nightlife. One thing to bear in mind is the hotel is about 7mins from the airport so save money on your transfer and get a taxi. There were children at the resort but they have their own pool. Dont recall seeing any French Gypsies. Another bonus the all inclusive drinks included Jager and Dissarano not just their local spirits which I thought was very good value for money. Entertainment wasnt amazing but it is ibiza there is plenty to do!!! This hotel is perfect for all types of people so glad I didnt listen to the negative reviews. Looking forward to going backMore

not what we expected
We thought we was going to have a great holiday but was really disappointed. we agree with one of the other guests reviews that hotel is not as good as it used to be. food we have had at a 3 star was much better than the food on display at this hotel. staff were unfriendly most of the time. one night my friend and i 9.30 pm sitting on bed reading man entered room with duplicate master key called out in spanish we answered but he ran away we reported to reception that if it was maintenence man he should of knocked before entering room and not run away when we spoke. Also the same thing happened man coming out of our room when we came back from evening dinner 4 days later we asked what he was there for he said to change light bulb we had not asked for work to be done in room. as we were to ladies in room we did not feel safe in the room. surely you should be advised if maintenence is carried out on certain day or evening. The jacuzzi bath was a nightmare the glass on the bath is only glued to the wall and bath accident waiting to happen. the jets were so noisy. And to top it all our neibours had a huge row we heard it through the so called sound proof rooms.and kept us up to the early hours on four nights before we came home. The only good point was the weather very good all fourteen nights.More

Great Stay
Went to this hotel last week flight delayed due to french air traffic, we arrived late for lunch the staff where so delightful and took us up to the beach bar for lunch. The food was excellent especially in the a la carte restaurants. The hotel was very clean we had such a fab time would recommend this to anyone.More

Great stay
Got to hotel after midnight but nothing was too much for the staff, restaurant was opened for us and bar staff made sure we were supplied by enough drinks before closing. Food at buffet was of good quality, lots of choice plus two a la carte restaurants were very nice. There were international branded drinks and was free flowing even at breakfast. Hotel was kept immaculate, cleaners always to be seen cleaning. There were two pools one for quiet time and one which had activities, music and bar. Entertainment for kids was good but for adults of our age there wasn't a lot. Clientele was a mix of British, German and Italian. I would definitley recommend this hotel for families with young kids and couples looking for a relaxing get away.More

Waste of money
As my previous review is a year old I feel it is time to repost as the same issues still apply but are dealt with better at other resorts! French gypsies are a nightmare, the hotel let them run riot and foul in the pools and showers and don't clean it up! The kids are a nightmare and the hotel is less than perfect, in fact the management ought to be ashamed with themselves as it all needs a spruce up, decking needs to be repainted, surroundings need to be cleaned further, very disappointing. The Thomsosn rep was useless, the attitude really was just to put up with the fouling! Not 4 star maybe 3 but be prepared for some less than pleasant sights - you have been warned as they come back every year! Spend your money elsewhere! More
