A stay at the Compostela Beach Golf Apartments sets you up with a curvy pool, a nearby golf course, and free entry to one of the world’s top waterparks.
The Compostela Beach Golf Apartments were built from the pool outwards. It’s a lake-like number bang in the middle of the U-shaped site, with a snack bar on one side and views of an 18-hole golf course on the other. Rooms are getting a full refresh for summer 2017, too.
Days out to Siam Park are thrown in as part of the deal here – this place is the top-rated waterpark on TripAdvisor, and you can reach it in five minutes by car. There’s also a crescent-shaped beach 15 minutes’ walk away if you fancy sprawling out on the sand.

Really enjoyed our stay :D
Went as a couple aged 24-26. After reading the reviews before we came we were a little hesitant, however when we got here the staff were friendly and our room was brand new. Most of the room look like they have been newly redone. Even though the comments on here said you need to pay €10 for a hair dryer ours was already in our room which was handy. Lovely experience and would come again. Food and drinks were really good and enjoyed how there was something different everyday. Once again would like to say the staff were amazing and are really hard working. There is only one thing I would like to mention and that is outside of the restaurant there is a step that children kept falling over, there should be a sign and some kind of yellow and black tape so children can see the step. Other than that everything else was amazing. Thank you for such a good time. More
Fab family holiday for 3 star!
We'll be honest having read the reviews we were a bit concerned before we arrived what our holiday was going to be like however we were pleasantly surprised and had a lovely week. The rep explained that first choice only took the complex over on the 1st of may and so there had been a lot of work to be done to turn it into a splash world hotel and we saw how hard they were working - we played spot the improvement and can't believe that at 1.30am they were decorating the reception area so that it didn't interfere with the guests too much. We stayed in a one bedroom family room which was clean and nicely decorated with a brilliant kitchen area including fridge freezer oven kettle and toaster so even though all inclusive you have options - open plan living room large bathroom with brilliant hair dryer and double bedroom which led out to a private patio and sun bathing area - only dissatisfaction was the lack of cleaning on a Wednesday and fact had to pay for safe and to only in living area and not in bedroom (with child in living area sleeping meant we couldn't watch to after they gone to bed) Wifi available for free you get a code to use all week and brilliant reception in whole area The food was varied and the restaurant whilst basic (it's a 3 star what do you expect) was clean and hygienic, the food was freshly cooked hot and no flies etc staff were constantly cleaning - kids loved to ice cream! All inclusive drinks choice was fab and we loved the inclusion of sangria, cava and slushies for the kids The staff were friendly and couldn't help you enough - big shout out to Belinda who helped us match our shots to the theme night lol! Entertainment was typical hotel stuff we didn't really stay around for it but was ok If your heading to Siam Park for the day or out of hotel for the day ask reception for a picnic night before by 7pm - it kept us happy sandwiches, fruit, crisps, biscuits and a bottle of water We were a family 8 with 3 generations and we loved it For a 3 star holiday we couldn't recommend it more - well done to the management team and staff you are doing a brilliant job and we will recommend and possibly return More
more than 3*
Don't take any notice of the negative reviews on here...if you are expecting 5* then you will be disappointed....but this is far better than 3*!! Yes there are some works being completed on some rooms but the noise level was kept at a minimum and very short....but the result is that you are given a very high spec room that is simply wonderful. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment and it had everything we needed and more and immaculate. The pool is ample for the rooms the hotel has and at no time did we struggle to get 4 beds together no matter what time of day we decided to stay by the pool. The beach to visit is the playa del a vista which is a 10 minute walk. Food at the hotel was plentiful..you can eat all day long and the all inclusive ice cream counter..slush puppies and snacks are a big hit with the kids! there is always plenty of fruit, salad options as well as the typical fast food so everyone is catered for. The entertainment is periodic during the day and the new entertainer is a blast and had both adults and children up and playing around whether its water polo or kiddies disco in the evening. I applaud him he regularly had me in fits of laughter. The staff could not be more helpful and even the maintenance guys would stop and play around with the children...can not fault the staff at all! we stayed for a week and really didn't want to return home which says it all.....More
Some people will moan about anything....
I read many reviews before visiting this hotel and I was a little off put after seeing what others had wrote about it!! But... My family and I have just retuned home after 2 weeks at this 3 star hotel (31st may-14th June) and it wasn't half as bad as some people had made it out to be. Saying that I was disappointed that there was still maintenance work going on after being told by are travel agents that it had all been complete before our arrival but that's a matter we have to take up with them not the hotel. Room: The ground floor garden apartments are lovely, specially if you have little children. We stayed in room 132 and I couldn't fault the room at all it had everything you needed an I was actually surprised it had a self catering kitchen with facilities as normally you don't get that when all inclusive. Food: The food was themed every night was a different theme, but could of done with more variety as we felt like we was just eating the same sort of stuff every night by the second week we was fed up of eating. There is constantly food gettin put out, breakfast, dinner, tea, plus in between snacks e.g. Burgers, hotdogs, salad. So there is always something you will like to eat. If your super fussy and don't like anything there is a massive super market facing the hotel, and the bars and restaurants are about 10/15 min walk away.. Staff: The staff are so lovely & so helpful, specially the restaurant staff and bar staff. The 2 children entertainers were brilliant with the kids, my kids (9 & 7) loved them and joined in on all the activities throughout the day and night. The pool area could do with some work as there's lots of tiles missing around the side that could most definitely cause someone a nasty accident. Thankfully my 3 children came home without any injuries (first time for everything) 😂 We had a wonderful holiday on a whole and met some really lovely families. Tenerife is a gorgeous island and we will most definitely be returning in the future.. More
Over the moon, fantastic improving hotel!!!
I stayed here all inclusive with my partner and 4 year old from 6-13th June 2017 . Before coming i was very worried due to some of the bad reviews there are of this hotel but i can honestly say this hotel deserves better credit. There has been rennovation work going on however this is nearly finished and didnt affect our holiday at all there was no loud noise. They have made a lot of improvements such as new reception area, new food units, new 'modern looking' tables and chairs, 3 guest computers for internet access, new renovated rooms etc etc. Our room was absolutely lovely, very modern and way above standard of a 3* hotel it smelt like it had just been finished and had plenty of room inside for 3 people Food is good and they change it up most days, I am a very fussey eater and always worry about this when on holiday however every meal each day i eat like a pig!! They also have many flavours of Kalise ice cream which you can help yourself to as part of the all inclusive package The range of all inclusive drinks is pretty impressive, you have beer, san gria, wine on tap and you can also have local cocktails for free too. Staff are very friendly and a credit to the hotel, even the kitchen staff would say hello every time you went in there to eat which gives a nice family atmosphere. Entertainers are amazing and so funny and we're well liked by all the kids and parents while we stayed. We took part in some of the activities put on throughout the day such as water volley, darts, killer pool! There is a supermarket and shopping mall across the road and a 15 minute walk to the beach with loads of restaurants and bars along the way. I booked with Thomson and we also got free tickets to siam park as part of staying at the hotel so this is great as saves you a lot of money. All in all this hotel should be a 4* in my opinion and I can tell it has made improvements based on reviews people have said. Thank you for making our holiday so special, my 4 year old boy was sad going home as he had such a great time. We are already looking to come back next year!! More
