experience of hotel
Air condition never work even after telling them five times so ask if we could hire a fan they said they did not hire so brought a fan to then find out next day they did hire them out, so not happy .shower this was went from hot to cold within seconds. this was a all inclusive hotel yet cocktails and some coffee had to pay for. Also had to pay for towels and each time took back needed to pay for clean ones .we were never told about the premium all inclusive option ,every time went in for meals had a piece of paper to be filled in this took for ever when leaving the restaurant as staff needed it check what drinks we had or not ,if wanted ice creams needed to pay for these. The staff were very pleasant. The swimming pool was not very clean for a couple of days but they did do something about this. This was suppose to be their high season but only one bar was open so always had to queue.More
Excellent hotel with nudist facilities. There is a big nudist balcony, on the roof of the building and we loved it. Also the nudist roof/solarium gives excellent views of dunes, ocean etc. Food at the hotel is excellent too, especially evening time. Staff, especially waiters are really helpful and friendly.More

lovely if you don't mind dirty pools and cigarette smoke!
We were really looking forward to our stay his summer. The reviews were good and we were hoping for a relaxing break with our kids. Firstly, I cannot fault the staff. They were friendly and helpful. We had a good-sized room, plenty big enough to a family of 4, and it was cleaned to a good standard daily. They gave us a garden room at the end of the hotel which was quiet - it must have been very noisy for those staying near the pool and bar! There was a good selection of food and drink available all day, and the food in the buffet restaurant at dinner was mostly good quality. However, the hotel is advertised as having 2 restaurants - the buffet and the a la carte. The a la carte is non-existent. It housed 'help yourself' fried food from 11-1.30, then nothing else. The pools were filthy, to the point that we stopped using the main pool because it was so disgusting. Halfway through the holiday the waterfall feature of one of the small pools stopped working, leaving it as a small pool of festering water. The children's pool had broken tiles and some sections with tape holding parts of the wall together. The tiles around the pool were not cleaned during the day and became incredibly slippery - my 3 year old slipped (whilst walking, not running) on the second day and cracked his head open, I had to spend 4 hours in A and E with him. 2 days later we watched another small child slip over and have to be taken to hospital with blood gushing from his head. One of the reasons we booked the hotel is that it is advertised as not allowing smoking in the communal areas - what a joke! You couldn't move without being engulfed in a cloud of cigarette smoke, whether you were by the pool or in the outside seating area at every meal including breakfast. Finally, it was slightly annoying that you could only get two bottles of water on a trip to the bar. As a family of 4 with two small children it meant both adults (and therefore both children) having to head to the bar together if we all wanted water. The entertainment is fantastic - the staff were on the go all day with kids club, pool activities and games and then a full show every evening... And they still smiled all the way throughMore

Nice family holiday
Stayed here for a week at the end of August with two adults and three children. We had requested an interconnecting room but unfortunately none were available due to them being very limited, we were however given rooms next door but one to one. I had requested low floor due to having two, two year olds and this had been honoured. Rooms were basic but spacious and kept clean, only issue was with my room there was a very strong drainage smell when putting the air conditioning on. Never complained as just got used to it. The hotel itself is kept very clean and there are lots of nice pools to swim in, only slight issue was it was very slippery by the pools and numerous times children fell over. Never had an issue with getting a sun bed as management had appeared to take on previous comments and if towels were left lying around with no-one on them they would be swiftly removed. I rang down to reception one morning at around 4am due to the people above being noisy which went in for hours, again this issue was dealt with very quickly and the people in question were asked to leave! The only slight disappointing factor was the food, it was always the same most evenings and lunchtime and we got bored with it, ended up eating out towards the end of the week. Also, when trying to get water to drink before 11am was told we couldn't due to all inclusive not starting until 11am. The bus to playa del Ingles beach was a great touch, a free bus right outside the hotel. Evening entertainment was good as well as the children moved Panchi and are still talking about the hugs and kisses they received. More
I am strongly disappointed about the hotel. There were many small signs revealing that the hotel does not care about the guests comfort. For example, the internet network was not protected for 7 days and became free for all guests but If you paid in advance you could not expect a refund of money. The hotel should be definitely renovated, in my room there were rotten walls, a horribly damaged curtain and the old, decomposing hair dryer. The all inclusive offer is confusing and not even employees knew what is included or not included in the offer (I had experienced at least few changes during my stay). In a whole room there is only one (!) electric outlet that is free (in a bathroom). All others (3) are already used by lamps or TV. There were many small signs suggesting that hotel tries to cut costs in order to make a profit without increasing the quality. It caused that I did not believe in their friendly and welcome attitude. Those small topics are for example: Forms of control: -To enter the restaurants all people should be scanned with their room cards what was creating queue (and also turned off the electricity in a room thus a fridge was not keeping temperature). -What is more all drink orders had to be written on a receipt, even when it's free for all inclusive guests. That form of control (probably it is a control of employees not guests) doesn't make me believe that hotel is friendly and welcome. Other small signs: -There appeared the impolite sign in a restaurant saying 'do not waste food' (without any 'please'). While I understand we need to respect a value of food and take only amount as we can eat the sing like that I find very impolite. -Few times I saw the empty plates with food and they were not refilled until someone clearly asked the chief for doing that. -Strongly melted ice-cream that were not changed until the finish. -There was a water sinking from the ceiling in the middle of restaurant. Instead of fixing the problem, staff left a bucket to collect it (for at least few days). -Big deposits for small service (10 Euro for a towel (!), 10 Euro for using a safe). All of these leads me to conclusion that hotel tries to appears as an unique standard but in caricaturized way cuts the costs to fill the budget expectations. More
