Where can i start? Cancel this dump as soon as you can. Salt water showers...and pools. Constance noise supposed to be music! Poor drinks , food, and rooms. Cant understand how Thomson can sell this hell hole as 4 star platinum. Official rating 3 star! I wouldnt give it 2.More

Loud but awesome
Close to the Aiport and therefore a bit loud but you will get used to it. The room we had was clean and big. From old to young, for singles or couples, everyone seemed to be able to enjoy their time there. The food was great and delicious and enough to not know what to eat first. The Staff was friendly.More

A Highlight of My Complaint Letter
I don't even know where to begin. We booked for 40+ guests for our Wedding Party. I think it's best I put a snippet of my complaint letter: Please remember it is supposed to be a 4* PLUS Hotel. After arriving at the hotel at 10am, we were advised that the rooms would not be ready until 2-3pm... We waited until 6.10pm. I tried to call a family member from my room - the phone did not work (neither did theirs, so the call would have been wasted regardless) We logged on to the FREE WIFI that was advertised, but were constantly booted off. The rooms were very warm, as expected in August, so we turned to the air conditioning unit for some relief - this did not work. We opened the balcony door and were hit with the sewage smell from the outside, over flowing drains We tried to shower, and found that no hot water was running from around 6pm - 8pm... most nights! Brushing our teeth with salt water was also up there on the disappointing list, as well as âcoldâ showering in it. The beds were changed twice... In a week, and no toilet paper or towels were replaced for the first 3 days. Neither were the bed sheets, as we discovered, having gone to the beach on day 2 and sand still being in the sheets by day 4! Yet on our last day the maid was so eager to come in that she just opened the door at 8am... Without a knock to âcleanâ. The reception staff were far from friendly and helpful, and the same goes for the one life guard who rarely showed his face by the pool; he was rude to my Wife to be, and shouted at her one late afternoon to âGET OUT OF THE POOLââ in such an abusive manner that she was intimidated and a male holiday maker had to interrupt his angry rant and ask him to âcalm down and step awayâ. The same life guard also hurled some abusive grunts and looks at one of our friends, staying at the hotel, as she pecked her girlfriend, on the cheek, by the pool. This was raised with Management who profusely apologized and expressed how sorry he was for the homophobic attitude. The reception toilets flooded twice whilst we were there and the whole water was turned off for around three to four hours on one night. The sewage smell continued, and was that bad that I was afraid to remove my wedding dress from the carry bag it was protected in to hang out in the room. One night, the whole wedding party and other guests evacuated the entertainment and stage area because of the overflowing sewage drain. It was â¬20 euros to hire the excuse for an iron, which my brother received an electric shock, when trying to plug in - I would have expected one for every room, as it wasn't an 18-30 lads kind of hotel, but no... When I asked for an iron, there were none available. Finally, it arrived, with brown and burnt bits attached... And my creased white dressed seemed more appealing. As mentioned, there were 40+ guests from my party in the hotel and yet I was sometimes refused more than 2 drinks by the pool, including soft drinks; we had been there already for 4 days and the staff were very aware of our group size... We had ages from 1 - 76, and so getting drinks for kids and grandparents was a necessity. The fact we were staying in the hotel of a better standard, I would have expected to be trusted with a Glass in the evening to enjoy my drink, yet we were constantly served everything in card or plastic cups - even when we asked for glasses - it was ridiculous!More
I have been to Hotel Club Bahamas two times now with my family, we decided that we loved it so much that we went back! Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything they can. Complimentary fizz or orange juice is offered as soon as you arrive and you can literally go straight to the pool or snack bar as soon as you check in. The snack bar is good for a quick bite to eat whether it's fruit, ice cream or a toastie you can make yourself. The code to the wifi is also provided straight away on a small slip of paper. The buffet style restaurant has a lovely selection of food and is cooked fresh. Things like omelettes, pancakes etc. are cooked in front of you. The rooms are lovely and come with an air conditioner, TV and a safe if you wish to use it. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The cleaners are also lovely and do such a good job. The swimming pool is a good size and there are a lot of sunbeds to catch some rays. The beach is literally on the back doorstep, and is beautiful with plenty of space to lay down a towel (would not recommend renting sunbeds due to excessive prices). The only drawback would be the fact that rooms are not ready at check in which means you have to wait an hour or so by the pool. Also our TV in our room was Spanish and although we had asked, we were never told how to get subtitles. More
Below average.. not premier!!
When we arrived our room was not ready and the staff were very unorganised and unhelpful. This hotel never really felt very clean.. the room always felt very sandy on the floor even upon arrival! The pool area often had empty cups thrown on the floor with drinks spilt, and the pool area had a general dirty feel. Despite the hotel the location is good, a very short walk to bars and night life and just a short bus journey to Ibiza town and other night clubs. The food is okay, not a great selection but the quality is substantial. The hotel is not terrible, but when paying for a 'premier' holiday, I would expect a lot more. More
