This place gets full marks for location – with a sandy beach and the best of Playa d’en Bossa’s bars and clubs on tap.
This hotel had a makeover for 2014 – and it comes with a great postcode, too. You’re right on a sandy beach, and 10 minutes’ walk gets you to the centre of town with plenty of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. Plus, you're right next door to some of Ibiza's best music venues.
This place has a big pool with a bar on the side. Food is taken care of at the buffet restaurant and snack bar, while relaxation comes courtesy of the spa.

Stayed here with my partner and son 2 weeks ago. Fantastic hotel. Plenty of choice in food for all inclusive and never had a bad meal. Staff all very friendly and my 6 year old loved his orange juice on arrival. Pool area was great pool a bit on the cold side but great anyway. Rooms were immaculate and well furnished. Only down side now is next year no kids are allowed so will have to look for somewhere else sadly. Great hotel More
Not a platinum
Unfortunately this hotel is not a platinum anymore, it smells like a toilet there wasn't enough staff to clear up so there was rubbish cups from the night before. Thomson need to check the rating on this hotel, our room was cleaned once in a weeks Stay towels & bedding changed only once too. At night they ran out of glasses so we were served our drinks in paper Coca Cola cups Not what I paid for very disappointingMore

All inclusive should mean all inclusive.
I have never stayed at a 3star resort but unfortunately felt the difference, we arrived at 10am local time & on our arrival was told check in was at 2pm, there was nowhere to freshen up till then, we had the choice of keeping our luggage with us or leaving it in a unattended & not locked room where other guest without rooms had left there luggage also so it was very much trusting in the Unknown. We had to pay â¬15 a charge from the island which wasn't clearly stated or stated at all when I booked the holiday. Not all drinks where included though it was a all inclusive hotel, things like smoothies cost extra, I had to request for a iron & pay a deposit of â¬20 till I gave it back, there was no ironing board provided in room either. The outside street lighting to&from our room didn't work,& we were in near pitch black when walking from main building to our room, you couldn't see where exactly you where walking, I found that annoying, why was is so difficult to change 2 light bulbs for safety& politeness of your guests. You can't access the beach without being checked in as you needed to use your room key to open the gate which accessed the beach unless you did what we did and walked to the next hotel & walked onto there part of the beach. Pillows where strange shape, not big & fluffy more rectangle which took getting use to. Staff where friendly&as helpful as they could be, I couldn't fault them at all. They were stingy with there hangers only providing 3 when I asked for more only gave extra 3, don't know about other people but I use more then 3hangers especially when 2adults are sharing them. Only 3 small shelves provided for storage, no draws. The bedrooms where massive, big plus, lots of space for suitcases & cot they provided, even had space for a table & sofa. Tv had only 3 channels & 1 was in English when it said satalite tv the was a big lie. Had to pay £10 per day to use beach chair but that was part of the beach I don't think part of hotel but I'm not sure, so that was a big shock, would recommend ppl bring there own beach towels purely for laying on beach. The bar from the beach was quite a far walk, once at the beach you wouldn't be rushing to go to the bar, you would go to the bar first. Evening entertainment was not child appropriate apart from 1 magic show night, maybe as it was Ibiza there was quite abit of sexual banter which I don't mind but I felt there was abit too much of it I'm relieved my son is too young to understand what they where saying. Tried to go kids club a few times but was always closed, think they should have kept it open more often & for longer hours. I sound like I'm really putting them down but I don't mean to, for £300 each 1week all inclusive I can't complain, you definitely got what you paid for. Lovely staff but hotel rules &spaying for the little extras here & there need to change. All inclusive should mean all inclusive.More
