This place gets full marks for location – with a sandy beach and the best of Playa d’en Bossa’s bars and clubs on tap.
This hotel had a makeover for 2014 – and it comes with a great postcode, too. You’re right on a sandy beach, and 10 minutes’ walk gets you to the centre of town with plenty of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. Plus, you're right next door to some of Ibiza's best music venues.
This place has a big pool with a bar on the side. Food is taken care of at the buffet restaurant and snack bar, while relaxation comes courtesy of the spa.

Stayed with partner here for a week, found the rooms ok, modern and clean(although the shower leaked all over the floor) Food in hotel was lovely, lots of fish. Snack bar was ok but staff need to cover up the food as flies were constantly all over food. Booked the A'la Carte restaurant was only able to have one meal as was fully booked, very tight with the wine(was only offered one glass through three courses) and it was buffet food again, although one plus side were the massive steaks on offer. Our room was at the side of the hotel and was very noisy not from nightclubbers but from the service entrance to the hotel being right near our room. Pool was great and the beer was fantastic, very tasty. Play D'en Bossa its self was good but very very expensive. Bora Bora is a must, but at 10 e a drink get your money ready.More
Don't do it!!!
Where do I even start: No air con in the room All the staff very rude and never want to help out Not worth complaining because they don't care Every time you went to reception you'd have to wait 45 minutes to be seen Towels never cleaned even when left on the floor Moved rooms 3 times because of sewage smell Dirty swimming pool( sick in their on number of occasions ) took hours to move Terrible food- bad hygiene in the restaurant Very bad customer service- not enough staff Bad English couldn't understand a word we said Was there for a week and didn't change the sheets once or clean the floor! No air con in the restaurant lobby or reception! Hot hot hot You drink alcoholic drinks out of paper cups! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Bossa is a great place with some lovely hotels so stay away from this hotel!!! More

Arrived at hotel checked in easy but because we had an early morning flight the rooms weren't ready which took a couple of hours and was a bit annoying. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. My daughter was ill the first night we were there, not the hotels fault but we made a mistake by going to the doctor on site it ended up costing us â¬270 for a sickness bug, the thomson reps said we should have informed them because the doctor they use is a lot cheaper. The food at the hotel was gorgeous lots of choice even for fussy kids. The entertainment was garbage though that's probably the only let down, but the staff are very friendly and work hard. I think playa den bossa is more of a clubbers place now than for families and the prices of drinks in the centre is expensive.More

Platinum I DONT KNOW?
My Partner and i travelled here With Thomson Holidays AI. Flight out Perfect. The Hotel is 10 mins by bus from the Airport ( Perfect) 1st Drop off. Check in was slightly slow as there was only 1 person on Reception, However after telling us where our room was we were good to go after 20-25 mins. We were situated in the 1st Block to your left as you approach the Pool bar We were housed on the bottom floor which we had requested. The Room was ideal as we were 10 Ft away was the Pool/Pool bar Outside our door was 2 Sunbeds ( Plenty to go around). The only concern we had was the awful music they play at the Pool bar Seriously who picks this Music. Once your door is shut then you dont hear it as its not played loud. Also on the ground floor rooms you have 2 doors an outer wooden slatted/grille door then a glass door we were able to leave the glass door open all day which saved us carrying the Plastic key card (Handy). The room itself was adequate for our needs However the storage area for clothes seem back to front The bed was comfy and we also had a Fridge( Free bottled water every day) and tea making facilities. The flat screen TV was hardly on when we did put it on there was nothing worth watching. The Pool bar has beer and Juice dispensers which are handy when busy HELP YOURSELF. The AI Drinks were fine however branded drinks available at @cost The dinning area is well laid out and very spacious and clean, there was a wide variety of food to choose from. HOWEVER this is where the hotel lets its self down The food appears to be put out to early and goes cold very quickly OR the Bia MARIAS are not working Apart from that there is a good choice, There is also dispensers for Lager, water, red/white wine and coffee machines as well as PG tea bags There is also a childrens section However when we were there There was not many children. Also upstairs there is another resturant which has to be booked at Reception 2 days in Advance. The food is of a better quality upstairs But strangely you have to pay for the wine even if you are AI ( WE REFUSED TO PAY) and no questions we asked. As for the layout of the pool area sun beds i found it strange that they stacked everything away at night even the tables and chairs. There is also a Terrace bar BUT BEAWARE YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR DRINKS HERE. The main bar just off reception was ok but i felt there was never enough staff on as they also had to serve out the back where the Entertainment is held. Cant say too much about the entertainment as we never went to it. To sum up the hotel is in a pefect location to the airport and is clean and friendly. There is also a back gate leading to the beach (Take your key card for rentry), Its about a 5-10 min walk in to the town. There is a local bus fro £1.80 Euro Single Its also £1.80 single to the next town which is worth a visit. Would i stay here again YES IF THEY WOULD SORT OUT THE HEATING OF THE FOOD. Cmon thomson THIS IS NOT A Platinum Hotel..More
