Don’t be fooled by this hotel’s sleepy setting – it still has plenty going on.
This hotel is in a really quiet spot, on the edge of Protaras. There’s a beach on the doorstep, and it’s a few minutes’ drive – or half an hour’s walk – to bars and restaurants.
All you need lies within the hotel’s borders. The pool is big, there’s a choice of restaurants, and the 3 bars range from quiet to lively. Entertainment-wise, there’s everything from tennis and squash to karaoke and cabaret.

Fantastic hotel - value for money vacations!
Great hotel, wonderful staff and managers team. Everybody polite, kind and always with a smile on there face. Made my day start right ;) The hotel room ( a family room) was excellent, spacious, a non clear class was separating our double bed from our children's double decker bed! My oldest daughter was thrill from her top bunged. Excellent facility's, large pool area but didn't use it case the see was just next to the hotel!! Fantastic views and even better fantastic buffet food and variety of drinks (we where in an all inclusive deal). Value for money vacations, lovely ppl always at your service and just so glorious hospitality. Definitely fingers up for this hotel and a must visit for Protaras area. Coming back soon guys!More

I wouldn't come back
First opinion of the exterior of the hotel upon arrival - not good. Very dated, tiles were hanging off. a very unorganised car park. We entered the building and I was pleasantly surprised, the reception area was beautiful, large, and extravagant. Although there was no porter initially, having never stayed in a hotel before, I managed with the luggage carrier myself. Check in - simple and easy, straight up to our room. My first words to my fiancé were - "Where's the rest of it?" We had booked a family room for myself, my fiancé and our 2 children (2 & 6). The size of this room was ridiculous. It was exactly the same size as my friends room (who was 5 doors down the hallway). She had booked a "standard room". The only difference was that our room had 2 more single beds SQUEEZED into it. Leaving no room to maneuverer, no room for our 5 suitcases and pushchair! Not only this, but we had 4 small drawers and a thin wardrobe (again, the same as my friend had in her standard room). Not sure how this room certifies as a "family room". After about 10 minutes, we still had no air conditioning, couldn't figure out how to get it on. There was a large fan in the room though, my 6 year old daughter took it upon herself to turn it on, this fan had no cover on the front. She screamed and she had sliced her finger. I wrapped her hand up with a towel and took her straight down the reception to get a first aider. To which the receptionist came out from behind the desk with a plaster. When I asked her if she was a trained first aider, she said no but it was ok!? I refused to let her touch my daughter (by this point both me and my 6 year old were covered in blood!) I demanded that she got a trained first aider to come as soon as possible! With all the commotion, the hotel manager came over to me, he was very rude and said that I needed to calm down. I told him what had happened and to quote, he said...... "there is a simple solution here - turn the fan off!" Without wanting to cause this man serious damage to his face, I returned to my room and asked my fiancé to go and search for a pharmacists so that we could administer first aid ourselves. (no stitched were needed, but she needed a bandage). Just as he was about to leave, there was a knock at the door, a paramedic had been called. He picked up a towel off the floor, wiped my daughters hand and said "no cut - just bruise" REALLY? we were covered in blood! he sprayed some antiseptic solution on her finger then informed us that he would leave the bill for us at reception. (my fiancé at this point went to the pharmacy to get a bandage) After an already agonising 30 minutes, I then had to return to reception and protest about the bill that had been left. I flatly refused to pay it and was disgusted that the hotel hadn't taken responsibility for this! I demanded to speak to our holiday rep ( there wasn't one close by, which was another issue that I later took up with Olympic Holidays). The receptionist (same one) made any attempt to delay me speaking to a rep. I had to reach for the phone myself and tell her to dial. I EVENTUALLY managed to speak to our rep and asked her if she could come to our hotel asap! We hadn't been checked in for 2 hours and I already wanted to leave! Our rep couldn't make it until the following morning. We decided to get out of our room and see if we could salvage what was left of our first day. Apart from the room being beyond small, seriously dated and in desperate need on a refurbishment, the rest of the hotel was beautiful. The swimming pool, picturesque! Very impressed! The grounds were delightful, right next to the beach. Couldn't fault the location of the hotel, or the work that had gone into the outside and the swimming pools! We went to the bar to get some drinks (we had gone all inclusive). Hmmmm..... Katerina her name was. Very rude! It was such an imposition of us to come to the bar and interrupt her gossip with a colleague. This didn't change throughout our 2 week stay, she wasn't the only rude bar staff, but she was by far the most sour faced one! Alas, dinner time came! Out on the terrace, all inclusive buffet. This was where we met PANICOS. He was, single handily, the best part of this hotel. A fine, happy, helpful, polite gentleman! He put a smile on my face every time I saw him. He couldn't do enough for us. Panicos, if you're reading this, thank you so so much for your hospitality! It will never be forgotten! The food on our first night, was not good :/ we didn't eat a great deal and decided to give up and go to our room. Later in the evening we were hungry so decided to order room service. The Mr who took our order enquired as to why we were ordering, he asked if our buffet was ok? We told him we were disappointed, so he insisted that room service would be free of charge as an apology. And I have to say, it was delicious, possibly the best omelette I've ever eaten. We were very grateful. As far as first days go - this was pretty awful! and it really set the tone for the rest of our holiday, however it did get better with time. The other bad areas id like to point out...... The kids play park, was quite dangerous! there were broken apparatus, broken fence panels, loose wires hanging from a nearby lamp post. Warning signs should have been situated all over. The kids activities (during the day) some were good, some were bad, some were GREAT! but a lot of them you had to pay for.... considering we were on an all inclusive holiday, there seemed to be a LOT of stuff that we had to pay for :/ "Andy" - the entertainment during the evening meal. Singer/pianist(on a keyboard). The first night, it was lovely, rather fitting with the location and setting. Although he couldn't sing, his droans faded into background noise. but...... night, after night, after night after night. I couldn't take it any more, it was so depressing! A bit of variety in evening music is sorely needed! OUR WEDDING DAY! Maria, our wedding coordinator..... this woman needs a pay rise! How fantastic!! She was just amazing, amazing!! She took care of everything that we needed, but above all, she made us feel important! Our day went smoothly, just how I had planned, I have no faults to pick! With our wedding package, we were given a candlelit dinner for 2 to use the following day. We were so disappointed with the meal. we were sat with all the other guests, not quite the romantic setting I had hoped for. It was a set meal, which comprised of asparagus soup, stuffed peppers and chicken for main, and a wine jelly for desert. :/ Only the chicken was edible. We ended up going to the buffet....... how romantic! We should have been given a choice off the menu considering how much we paid!!! We had booked the Grand Suite for 2 nights (the night of our wedding and the following night). The room itself was glorious. spacious, stunning! Everything our family room wasn't. We had champagne and fruit waiting for us, which was lovely, until we realised that the strawberries were mouldy! Our wedding breakfast, the following day, we were supposed to have an array of food brought to our room, we had requested it for 9.30am. at 9.50, we were still waiting, so I said to my husband, that I would go down to reception, bypassing our family room to make sure that my friend was ok with our children! I walked into our family room, amazing to see a very cold breakfast trolley..... I couldn't believe it... I just couldn't believe it.... after everything so far.... just one thing I wanted them to get right >.< I rang reception from our family room, explained the error and someone called Mary/Marie came to get it.... another rude person!!! making out it was my fault? She said she'd take the trolley up to the grand suite, which she seemed flabbergasted by, she insisted on taking the cold breakfast up! So I went to reception to make yet another complaint! By this time, furious! Panicos to the rescue! Shortly after 10am, Panicos came up to our room, with fresh breakfast and so many apologies! Thank you Panicos! The rest of our holiday, went must smoother. the occasional hiccup, but to be honest, id already given up hope on this place, so nothing else would have surprised me. As much as I despise all of the things that didn't go to plan on our holiday and for our wedding, there were 3 people that really made the difference for us. Panicos, as previously mentioned. Maria, our wedding coordinator, and a waitor called Andreas. He was our waitor for our wedding reception and he was so so friendly! A fresh face amongst so many grumpy staff! My advice to the manager - so bring so rude, give all your staff a wake up call, give them some manners, and make sure you look after Panicos, Maria and Andreas! People like these are so important to any working team! And my final thanks goes to Vass Eva/Ava from the animations team, they did the mini disco in the evening. Not entirely sure if they are a part of the hotel, or if they are an outside company. But she was just fantastic, my two girls adored her and my eldest was so distraught when we had to leave after 2 weeks, she still talks about her now. Thank you :) In summary - I would never come back to this hotel, I would not recommend it to my friends, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone reading this. The holiday overall was saved by a few people and a few minor details. Other than that, it was shambles.More

Fantastic Hotel and Staff, Rooms a little dated!
We have had a fantastic holiday, All Inclusive and here for a friends wedding. Absolutely fantastic food and all inclusive drinks are good although bar closes at 11pm. Entertainment and Kids Club during the day cannot be faulted and pool and slide are amazing. Only small issue is size of room for a family of 4 is poor and layout is not suitable, but you can "just" manage! Also my daughter had an accident which resulted in her going to hospital, staff at hotel were great, lifeguards on hand and reception quick to get a doctor, you are in safe hand should a situation arise. All staff have been very good indeed. All in all great holiday!More
