Don’t be fooled by this hotel’s sleepy setting – it still has plenty going on.
This hotel is in a really quiet spot, on the edge of Protaras. There’s a beach on the doorstep, and it’s a few minutes’ drive – or half an hour’s walk – to bars and restaurants.
All you need lies within the hotel’s borders. The pool is big, there’s a choice of restaurants, and the 3 bars range from quiet to lively. Entertainment-wise, there’s everything from tennis and squash to karaoke and cabaret.

I travelled here with my parents and my two children aged 9 and 10. We could not fault any part of the hotel, the staff, food or drinks on offer. A fantastic resort, offering both luxury and convenience. It is a long though enjoyable walk along the coast to the nearest town. The pools were chilly, but once you were in it was fine! We all got involved in the activities on offer. It was so enjoyable that we and my fiance are now planning a return in October. I cannot wait to get back!!More

When "all inclusive" really is not all inclusive!
Just needed to let folk know about this. Upon arrival we were given a sheet advising us of what is "all inclusive" it states Local alcoholic drinks, cocktails, beers etc. KEO beer is produced in Cyprus and is on draft but if you want it, you have to pay â¬2 per glass, a special price for "all inclusive" guests. You are only offered a pilsner beer brewed in Greece, certainly not as local as KEO. I asked to see the Manager who wasn't available but saw the duty Manager which was Christos. I told him it was wrong to charge for a local beer. He said he would look into it and let me know. He didn't. I saw him the next day walking thru the hotel and asked him again. He just mumbled that it was the way it was, he had spoken to the Manager who said we had to pay. It's not the money, it's the principle and it is misleading. Definitely not what it says on the box. Also, no bottled water, you have to pay for that as well!More

Friendly staff, lovely stay
I stayed here for two weeks in August 2015 and I enjoyed every second. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food was nice, plenty of choice even for a fussy eater like me! The pools are clean and the beach is lovely. Loads to do for the kids to keep them busy. It's just a bus or taxi ride to protaras centre where they have everything from shops, bars and restaurants. If I had children I would defo go back. Thank you for a lovely holiday :) More

Brilliant family holiday
This is a great hotel with a lot going for it, and a few minor drawbacks. It's in a nice location right by the sea with a very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach around a small bay. The pool is fairly large and includes a smaller pool for the youngest children plus a water slide which the kids absolutely loved! The terrace restaurants have lovely views over the Med and were great places to eat. Unlike others who have posted here, we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a table, even at the busiest times. We also never had problems with other guests pushing in the queue for food; everyone was very polite. The food itself was very good and plentiful with a great deal of choice, varied each day, and the service in the restaurants was excellent. The bars however were a different matter. My advice is find a bar person you like and try and stick with them. Some of them were quite miserable and surly, especially at the pool bar. Also the quality of the cocktails varied from person to person, sometimes they were excellent, sometimes there was barely any alcohol in them, and on one occasion our drinks were made using the wrong ingredients by a barwoman who seemed to be arguing with someone on the phone at the same time. That aside all the other staff were always friendly and helpful - from the cleaners to the entertainers to the lifeguards to reception to the restaurant staff. Apart from the pool and shop we didn't make use of the other amenities, except for the free WiFi which, as other people have mentioned, is fine in the 'public' areas but is next to useless in the rooms. The nighttime entertainment was ok. The mini-disco is fantastic for younger children although at only 30mins it's bit too short, and it's a pity there was no disco for older children. The kids' entertainers were great. If you're looking for bars and restaurants outside the hotel it's a 10-15min walk to Pernera, or a short bus ride will take you into Protaras itself where there is plenty of nightlife. Buses are cheap but can get very crowded, however they run very frequently in the summer and the bus stop is almost right outside the hotel entrance. Despite a few small niggles we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. I'd certainly recommend it as a great destination for families.More

Lower your expectation not to get disappointed
I ordered a Family suite. I paid 205 Euro per night for B&B. Room 443. Pro: +Pool + Proximity to the beach + Friendly staff + Parking space Cons: - Terrible bed (they state that it is kingsize) but it's barely queen size with crappy quality they even put some wooden plates in between mattresses so the you will get some support it killed my and my wife's backs. (see the pictures) - The room is very small. In no way it's now suite, they just took a normal room and added bunk bed for children and separated it with wooden wall. Then they took a wide angle camera and posted it on their site. The real look picture also appears below. - The air condition is noisy and weak. - The refrigerator can keep your water couple of degrees cooler than the temperature in the room and you have to go and get a key for it. - The corridors are not air conditioned at all, nor the elevators, so the feeling when you exit your room that you are entering a sauna. Prepare to sweat a lot. - The view is nice parking lot and the back of some other buildings. (see the pic) - The hotel is not a "walking distance" to restaurants or shops so you better rent a car. - You need to get up very early in order to catch a sunbed and umbrella on the beach or near the pool. If you arrived after 9 AM you can forget about it. This is very annoying and the staff doesn't seems to care about it, people will occupy couple of beds with their towel for all day long without actually using, just in case. - Overall facilities are very old and outdated, they are functional though. I approached the reception about the view and the size of the room but they told me that I should have order a sea/pool view room if I wanted to. (My fault, should have checked, I never thought that vacation resort could offer such a bad view rooms for a full price). I asked if I can change the room for additional pay but they were fully booked, so I didn't even bother to complain about other stuff described above. I read some reviews about this hotel but for some reason I ignored the bad reviews and only read the good ones (optimistic nature I guess) next time I'll be wiser.More
