Don’t be fooled by this hotel’s sleepy setting – it still has plenty going on.
This hotel is in a really quiet spot, on the edge of Protaras. There’s a beach on the doorstep, and it’s a few minutes’ drive – or half an hour’s walk – to bars and restaurants.
All you need lies within the hotel’s borders. The pool is big, there’s a choice of restaurants, and the 3 bars range from quiet to lively. Entertainment-wise, there’s everything from tennis and squash to karaoke and cabaret.

Wedding and holiday
We spent ten days here for my nieces wedding plus a holiday. We were a large party 60+ The hotel and spa were great, I had a sea facing room, very quiet, you didn't hear noises from adjoining rooms, nice balcony where there were great views. Handy access to the beach and a five minute walk along the seafront to the nearest town. The staff were friendly and the food was good, nice outdoor eating areas. More
Hotel set on beautiful grounds, the beach was stunning. Our room was not in the main building but in the new part, it was spotless and spacious, a very impressive family room. The hotel staff were very friendly and management always greeted with a smile. The kids club was great and timi is an asset to the animation time, both our children warmed to her.More

My wife and I have just returned from a family wedding at this hotel. Firstly, the wedding was a huge success. Well organised, great setting, fantastic food! On arrival, we were very disappointed with our basic room. Very dated. Nothing that upgrading to a superior suite couldn't resolve, but at a cost. We were much happier with this room. More modern, cleaner and much bigger. The hotel bar area is very grand, with pleasant and very helpful staff. One of the barmen kindly went out of his way to unlock the pool bar after hrs to get a sandwich for my daughter. The pool bar is handy, with some snacks available and a constant flow of drinks. Restaurants were clean with the greeting on arrival always very hospitable and plenty of food available. Personally I though the food was of average quality for a 4* hotel. The pool area is a good size. Pool generally clean although the sunbeds could do with a wipe down. My daughter loved the baby pool... we had hours of fun in there. Only downside was the entrance to the baby pool was slippy. The biggest let down for me was the entertainment, although on the plus side the team weren't pushing guests into activities they didn't want to take part in. The constant, unnecessarily loud music by the pool was my biggest irritant of the whole holiday. I have no problem with music being played, but the genre needs to vary to suit everyone's tastes, and it doesn't need to be so loud. It felt a little more like an 18-30 holiday for this reason. The evening entertainment was also very poor. A hotel with lots of potential. More

This year 26th Sept was our 45th wedding anniversary.I wanted something special to celebrate this occasion.Having never been to Cyprus we decided this would suit the occasion for 10 days (20th /30th),what a fantastic choice!!!!!The Golden Coast Beach Hotel and all it's facilities and staff were tremendous.I was a bit apprehensive even though I had read reviews. This was after all a special occasion and I wanted everything to go smoothly, and it did.I ordered flowers for Sat 26th and they were duly delivered along with a bottle of Champagne from the mamagement, very much appreciated. The whole experience was fantastic and will be remembered for many years too come.Thank you Golden Beach, all your hard working staff and the efforts you went to to make our stay special.More

Relaxing holiday with upbeat motivated animators & staff
We spent 5 nights in the hotel. We had a basic room, with balcony... Floors were washed daily, the bed made, fresh towels provided and bathroom was cleaned. The ladies always did a lovely job :) Thank you. As for the location... Wow, just doesn't cut it. It's beautiful, well kept and central... without being in the city. We also booked half board but soon upgraded to all inkl. because it reduced the hassle of taking a purse with everywhere you went. The hotel facilities are lovely, always clean, wonderful to look at and comfortable. we loved the feeling of privacy interesting layout of the hotel, swimming pools and it's beautiful gardens. Also worth a big shout out, was the very kind, upbeat, motivating animator team. They did a great job of getting us up and keeping active. I enjoyed my morning french bowls and watching the dancing in the evening... Even tried some archery, darts and water gym... They are very well organised and constantly smiling. During the evening time you had magic shows, comedy night and other special wonders to keep you entertained. They were always friendly and knew how to take a joke... would even let us throw them in the pool if they lost a bet.. :D I will miss their friendly faces very much and hope to see them maybe next year. Also, last but most definitely not least, we'd like to say a few words about the wonderful hotel staff. The kind ladies at the reception, thank you. The funny, friendly guys working behind the bars... thank you too. And to the chefs and seating staff in the restaurants. Thank you also for making our stay such a pleasure. We hope to see you all next year :DMore
