First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 11 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.

These bright and spacious studios come with a balcony or a terrace, for that added outdoor space. They have a twin bedroom with a sofa-bed, a kitchenette, and a lounge area. You'll also have air-con and a TV included.
We had nice clean apartments. The staff were friendly. The pools were clean. The children's pool was fantastic, my children range from 2-10 years old and they all loved the slides and water bucket. The other pools were large enough not to feel cramped. The restaurant had lots of choice. The spirits at the bar weren't great but the wine and lager ok. The bus runs outside regularly and the taxis are very reliable. The bus drivers weren't that friendly and not accommodating for pushchairs. I wouldn't come here if you're not keen on children being everywhere until all hours.More
The hotel is well run an very clean. Food good. It is not in Port de Pollensa even though it advertises that it is, it is a good half an hours walk away, so quite cut off. It is very much a hotel for families and too noisy for couples. The entertainment is aimed at children too and the noise in the evenings is intrusive when you are in your room. The wi-fi is costly and you pay for towels for the pool. The gardens and pools are well looked after and there is a small shop for essentials.More
We arrived on the 20th July and as soon as we walked into the hotel we knew we'd made a great choice. The hotel is spotless and cleanliness is a really important thing for me. Staff are so friendly and really cannot do enough for you. The food is really nice and there's a great choice all in a very nice dining room. The snack bar is open all day and is really handy especially whilst your around the pool. Puerta Pollensa and Alcudia are very close with bus stops for both being right outside the hotel. We also went on an excursion into the mountains on trains and trams and the hotel did us packed lunches (you just order with reception the day before) Wifi is available at â¬18 then a further â¬6 for other devices, this was a must for us with two teenagers. Entertainment all day the animation staff work so hard to keep the children and adults happy! My one year old loved the mini disco and we all loved the pools. Rooms were great we had 2 studios which were great and also kept spotless by the cleaning staff. We will definitely be coming back a great family hotel More
We had an amazing holiday at this hotel last month. It's the staff that are an asset to the hotel and the manager Santi who was always overseeing the day to day running of the complex. All staff take time to say hello, very friendly but most importantly extremely professional. Veronica the life guard at the pool went over and above her job, especially when my mum had a bad fall. She helped make the rest of the holiday comfortable and gave us so much useful information about the area. She interacts with the guests and so good with all the children in the pool keeping them safe. She is very valuable to the hotel. All the entertainment was looked after single-handed by Viktoria, from Pilates in the morning, pool games, evening entertainment etc. She was so very professional and done amazing whilst waiting on more help from her company. Other exceptional staff are Jean on the front desk, he knows everything about the area and is honest with any advice you need. Carmen in the restaurant, so friendly and my 2 favourite bar men Tony and Wellington! Usually in all inclusive hotels where staff miss out on tips the service can be reflected but not at this hotel. Food delicious and so much variety each day. Location excellent, bus stop outside hotel and only â¬1.55 to the port or Alcudia. The rooms are tired and beds/sheets not very comfortable but all rooms are being refurbished for next year and it not affect our holiday. You need to pay for wifi and towel hire but not expensive. The kids club ran by Thomson was one of the best my daughter has been to, so many great activity sessions arranged and very professional. It's worth getting up early to check out the stunning sunrise. Peurto Pollensa is an beautiful location on the island and we hope to return to this hotel next year. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us.More
We stayed in Club del Sol for a fortnight in July as a family of 4, our two kids are 7 and 4. After checking into out apartment we could see it was basic and in need of refurbishment but with the planned refurbishments taking place over the winter this will be addressed. The weather was great and the advantage of having three pools a definite plus. The kids club by first choice was great and very well ran with even some evening themed nights for the kids available giving us adults a couple of hours rest bite. The entertainment in the first week was a limitation but this changed upon the arrival of Juan who put in a great shift especially where the kids were concerned with the Mini Disco ensuring the adults participated and interacted with the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a special mention must go out to Veronica the lifeguard who the kids loved. The BBQ restaurant is a must with a great sax player making a great atmosphere. We met some lovely people here who have been back several times and can see why, lovely family oriented hotel no doubt going to improve next season. Would definitely return. Darren and Lynsey.More
