Have just spent 12,days at this hotel. Every member of the hotel staff from the grounds staff to the management were wonderful, very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We stayed in a studio with balcony room which was spacious and the kitchen facilities, which we haven't had at other all inclusive properties proved very useful particularly for the first cup of tea of the day or a refreshing one after coming up from the pool. The food was superb as my husband said it was restaurant standard and the best we have encountered in any 4 or 5 all inclusive we have stayed in. There was a huge choice of dishes which remained well stocked up. Also, which we have never found in other all inclusive hotel, we were able to get coffee in the restaurant after lunch and dinner. For us the only down side was the location as the hotel was quite isolated, admittedly the bus ran from the end of the road every 15 minutes but in evening there was nowhere to go by foot maybe to have a drink in another venue as it was dangerous to walk in the road. The entertainment was aimed at the children which didn't bother us as we knew it was a family hotel so we expected this. Viktoria and Djulia provided excellent Yoga classes each morning at 10.45. I liked this as other hotels are inclined to alter the times maybe morning one day and afternoon the next but the timing at this hotel then gave me the rest of the day to spend as I wished. Thank you all for making this such a wonderful relaxing holiday NB for some reason my name is coming up as Gareth B which I am unable to amend my name is Dorrie BMore
Great 10 days
Lovely staff ,very clean, food in main restaurant very good for the amount of people it had to feed. All inclusive is the way to go, plenty of melon crisp and beer all day. Kids loved all the pools and it seemed very safe. Entertainment not good but we where not bothered. Bus to port quick and easy, all in all very goodMore
Great place. Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. There was a wide selection of lovely food. The adult evening entertainment left a lot to the imagination but was funny at times. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. More
Club del Sol
We had a great week here. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the area around the pool and bar. The food was great, a good selection, we could always find something we liked. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will come back. Lots to see as we were first timers to the island and still loads we want to do hence a return visit.More
Money well spent on a holiday
I stayed here for 5 night with my toddler. As we went end of August start of September it was not too busy. We always found somewhere to sit around the pools. And the restaurant was never over crowded. We always managed to find a table as soon as we walked in. The staff were all really friendly. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, there was only one person on reception and he seems to take an awfully long time to check everyone in. We were the last to be checked in but what was nice is that he actually took us to our room and helped to carry our luggage. As we arrived in the middle of the night the hotel had provided us with food which was in our fridge, which I thought was great however, the sandwiches should of been made vegetarian as they can't assume everybody eats meat. We were provided with ham sandwiches. The kids club staff were great. The hotel is in a nice location and the bus stop is right outside the hotel which takes you to the beach and they have a lovely market in the old town every Sunday. The apartment rooms were clean, however I would say the bed heads are a dust collector and need to be cleaned a lot better. There was loads of mosquitoes there so please make sure if you stay there you being you bring repellent. The night time entertainment was a complete shambles. I have previously stayed in first choice holiday village, and I can see the difference however, this hotel was worth the money, it's a shame it's changing to half-board or I would be back again. More
