Me and my mum have just got back from staying at this hotel for 5 nights. We had a very good stay here and can not really fault anything at all. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Cleaners were in daily changing towels and bedding etc. Was nice having the kitchen area although only used the fridge. View from balcony was lovely, over looking the swimming pool, gardens and also where there main building was which had main receptions bar and restaurant. The all inclusive side was brilliant, food and drink always being served, from either the main restaurant, pool bar/ snack bar. There was a good variety of food, however thought there could have been a little more. All staff were very friendly and always working very hard. We didn't have any problems getting sun beds. However. I would say one thing... The swimming pool is VERY COLD!! I'm a person that loves swimming and because of the temperature I wasn't able to actually get in the pool! That is really the one down I can think of! I would recommend this hotel 100%.More

Great value, unpretentious, all-inclusive holiday
I was immensely impressed by certain aspects of this hotel - and I thought that the holiday represented outstanding value for money (we paid under £1000 for two adults, including flights) - and this is why I have awarded 5/5 rather than 4/5. It's not a *luxury* all-inclusive, but at under £500 per head, I wouldn't expect it to be. As a summary, I think that this is an absolutely ideal hotel for families with pre-teenaged children, or for older couples who want an unpretentious, keenly priced all-inclusive deal and who don't mind a bit of noise from kids/music etc. To be candid, the offering is not aimed at mid-20s couples (like us) and younger couples may have to make their own fun to some extent. Fortunately this is not difficult. The pros Service was absolutely first-class - far better than many 5* hotels that I have stayed in. Even the cleaner was friendly and focused on making us relax. Whole place was immaculately clean - impressively so. Many activities and things organised for kids (and immature adults!) to do. Food is decent - with enough range to keep adults and kids happy. Excellent but non-gourmet is, I think, the fairest way to put it. All-inclusive beer is Estrella Damm - nectar, and £4.80 a pint in London! Mostly no or very short wait to be served drinks. Mostly no queues for food. The cons The all-inclusive wine was genuine Chateau Crapp. But we bought wine outside and took it to dinner - 6-7 euros buys a really decent drop in the local supermarket in Puerto. One widely unpopular quirk is the serving of soft/mixed drinks in very small plastic cups - meaning that a (free pour) G&T is very strong. It seems a peculiar policy as you end up either drinking much more of their gin than intended or asking for a G&T plus a straight tonic to water it down with (ohhh, the cunning!). It's a long walk or short bus ride to town and I imagine it might be a faff with young kids. But a taxi only costs 7 euros - so if there are more then 2 of you then the price difference is negligible. This is a family-oriented hotel, so if you are looking for a sophisticated, gourmet, tranquil or romantic holiday, realistically, this is not the place for you. However, if you accept the basic premise of what is being offered - you will have a good time. Tips If you want nice wine, proper ice-creams, bottled water for nights, branded crisps, some extra ice cubes etc - go to the supermarket in town and stock up. There's kitchenettes in the rooms so you can store whatever you buy. Spending a few euros on a few multipacks of your favourite ice-creams will prove a shrewd investment.More

Great for families with kids under 10
Didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews on here. Stayed between 11th & 23rd August with my husband & 5 year old son. Room was very clean & spacious and was nice having the kitchen area although only used the fridge. Overlooked the gardens & main entertainment area. Although we would come back to the room between 10-11. Didn't really notice much noise as it quietened down at about 11.30 anyway. I would sit on the balcony until about 12.30. The food although we found quite tasty, was not always a lot of choice compared to the other Spanish all inclusives we have been on as a family. That said we always found something we enjoyed, even for a 5 year old fussy eater. The site is very clean and the staff lovely & friendly. So much so, my son was learning some Spanish and always attempted to speak some when at the bar or restaurant. This seemed to go down well with the bar staff in particular, who would always make a fuss of him. Couldn't complain about the quality of the alcohol, and there was plenty of choice for inclusive guests. The kids pool was great and we spent most of our time around it, could get sunbeds for 3, regardless of what time we went down... even in late afternoon. The same could not be said for the main activity pool, however we preferred the kids pool anyway. The kids club was excellent, my son sometimes went to 3 sessions a day, which was a life saver considering we had 3 very rainy days during the 11 day holiday. Hoola Haley seemed a favourite as well as Phil I Am :) Would not recommend if you are a couple, or have kids over 10 as there is not much to do. The evening entertainment isn't great. However one or two of the professional shows were worth a watch. I would definitely go back, as it was good value for money. The only thing to complain about was the weather!More

Had our first ever all inclusive holiday here and we were not dissapointed. Had a great time ok we didnt pay the full price got a good deal but the hotel was so clean our apartment was clean and comfortable and kept spotless by the cleaners. The staff were some if the friendliest we have come across. Someone had wrote on here that the food wasnt very good well we couldnt find anything to moan about. Hotel may be a bit far out if pollenca but the bus runs regular from just across from the hotel but be careful its a very busy road. we would definitley return and recomend .More
