Lovely resort. Avoide studio rooms facing the road near reception.
Very nice hotel, but we had a particular problem with our room. We stayed in a studio and I would recommend that you ask to avoid any road facing rooms, particularly near to reception. There are coaches arriving until early hours of the morning and departures start in the early hours, so we found it noisy almost all night long. I had to sleep with ear plugs in and take Nytol in order to get a reasonable nights sleep. We also had 2 nights with broken air conditioning. Having said all that the hotel is very nice, the rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are great and other amenities are all very good. The food quality and choice is also very good. The entertainment is a bit hit and miss but the younger children all seem to enjoy it. The location is ok, but a fairly long walk in to pollensa, but the bus service is regular and cheap enough. Cocktails aren't advertised but ask the barman and they will do 4 or 5 for you.More

Family summer holiday
Our first visit to Club Del Sol and I'm sure it won't be the last. A lovely hotel with friendly staff and superb quality food. The only negative thing I can think of is the queueing at the main bar at night. Admittedly I would rather queue than fight for a place at the bar, however I think more bar staff are required during the busiest hours at night.More

Great for young families
Spent a week here at the beginning of July with a 6 and 7 year old. It was a wonderful break as the kids were kept entertained so I was happy. The food was fabulous with loads of choice and a different menu each night. My kids even tried some new food as they could get something else if they didn't like it. Pools and common areas were lovely. Yes the entertainment for adults isn't great but once the kids are happy most adults are happy too. It was very warm during our stay so the air con was a must. Very helpful staff from reception to dining room. Will be returning next yr. Only sorry we didn't stay for 2 weeks.More

This year was our 3rd visit to Club del Sol.. As they say if it ain't broke don't fix it.. As always the staff both hotel staff , entertainment staff and kids club staff were all brilliant. Special mention to our resort rep Adam , entertainment staff Captain Conor and Dianna Montana along with Sammy Sausage who made our daughters holiday. Food was varied and very good .. Apartments and surroundings are kept spotless, my only gripe are that the beds could do with a more comfy mattress.. We will be returning next year . More
4.5 out of 5!
We visited at the start of the kids holidays and we had a fantastic time. We are even considering heading back there next year as a result as the kids loved it so much. With the bits that prevented a five star rating : Slightly tired rooms but clean enough (although it looks like some are being updated as we saw another couples apartment which had been modernised) Wi Fi Not free and poor quality positives The outdoor areas are of high quality including pools and garden areas - never had a problem getting a lounger on any pool at any time The reps do a great job especially Connor, deanna and Adam - well done guys The food is of a decent standard and there is a wide range - Fridays and Saturdays menus were the best - Alex on the splash pool bar was particularly helpful and very hospitable at all times for us You can get decent drinks on the all inclusive ie cava etc The hotel and area is especially safe - it is a fair way out from pollenca itself but when you have little ones they just get agitated anyway going too far in the hot weather The entertainment was good especially for the kids, very bad acts afterwards but what do you expect - prepare to spend as the street sellers set up stands at night with the usual toys to sell to the kids along with temporary tattoos I would recommend for people with younger children as they have more than enough to keep them occupied, it's safe and at a reasonable price. Good job all around guys!More
