First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 11 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.

Stayed for 11 nights in July, had a studio apartment overlooking the internal garden at the stage end, the room was a decent size for 2, very clean with everything you need, enough storage space, reasonable bed and nice balcony. The grounds are nice with plenty of room for sun beds, the food is all buffet style of acceptable standard with the dinner being the best meal of the day in my opinion, their is a nice bar and terrace looking across the garden and stage, the entertainment is mainly for children and their was plenty of them, with the adults in the main ignored, the staff at this hotel as a group are probably the best I have ever encountered, every pleasant and professional with a smile. Their is a good bus service from outside the hotel, which is on a main road, think twice before walking into either of the nearest towns at weekends as their a lot of cyclist on the route, and motorist passing at over 50 mph. I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and the staff made it un placerMore
Back a few weeks from the Club del sol and I have to say we still miss it so much! It's in a beautiful location with stunning ocean and mountain views and it's just a bit away from the busier parts of the area which suited us as we have two young children (aged 5&7). The staff are probably the best I have ever come across in any hotel, most of them knew the names of our children after the first day! Which made them feel super important!! Also, we had a couple of minor problems with our apartment and they were sorted out straight away. There is always such a lovely atmosphere in the evening for dinner and the food is fantastic! Everyone would then move out to the garden afterwards for the kids disco and to have a few relaxing drinks. After reading some of the reviews I was wondering how the evenings would go regarding the entertainment etc! For us, the kids were happy and that's all that mattered. Some children would play football in the garden, some of them would be dancing in the disco and others just playing around in other sections of the garden. And all the kids played together and that was lovely and created a wonderful atmosphere around the place. And also, from where most of the adults sit (near the stage area) you could watch them from every area and there was a lovely safe feeling about the place at all times. Yes, they do play the same songs at the kids disco every night, but I can see why, the children learn the actions and by the end of the week they are so happy with themselves that they can do it all! Viktoria is such a lovely girl and she was so kind on several occasions to my 5 year old who can be a bit shy sometimes. You might have to queue for a few minutes at the stage bar, but the bar staff are great! It was so amusing to watch the children in the queue with the adults and when the barman would get to them they were treated with such respect and always with a smile! It's such a family hotel! The pool area is fantastic!! And it never felt to busy and there was always beds free. And I just want to say a massive thank you to the lifeguard, her name was veronica. She was probably the best staff member I have ever come across anywhere! She was so kind and helpful and so professional all at the same time. She was so nice, everyone went to her for different reasons! She was giving people advice, information, helping everyone and going way beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was happy, and all while doing this, she never took her eyes off the children! I dont know how she does it!! Make sure to ask about the swap box. It's a great idea. People leave everything from lilos to sun cream in it or next to it and anyone can take them. The saxophone player was fabulous and so nice also! And don't leave without watching the sunrise! We would definitely return to this hotel!More
This hotel ticked all the boxes, slightly out of town so it didn't feel closed in but close enough to walk into the centre within 10 minutes. 3 separate pools. Great and varied menu of food and drinks. Entertainment every evening for the children. It felt safe to let the children all run around together playing football and making friends. I was worried that the quiet pool was a little deep for young children but they all seemed to love it and were all good swimmers. We did have rather a lot of ants walking on our kitchen surfaces which I didn't like but the rest of the apartment was spotless. My main concern was that I know for sure one young girl was only 14 when she was given a blue adult all inclusive band allowing her access to alcoholic drinks. This is both the parents and the hotels duty to get right. I would recommend this to families with children but would not go back myself as everything is directed towards children and I think we were the only couple with no children - we went with nieces and nephews but it is not really my scene. Shame as it's such a quick flight and a lovely place to stay and walk out from.More

A superb family resort. This was our 1st holiday abroad with our children (aged 15,10,8) and it certainly didn't disappoint. There was plenty to do for all ages! The rooms were clean and although a little dated were spacious, the food was varied and catered for all tastes. The pools were great although you did have to get up at 7 to make sure you had a sun bed as the Brits were worse than anyone else!! I would also recommend taking a sharpie pen to label any inflatables as they do go missing if left on a ground floor terrace ð Can't wait to go back next year!!More
We have just had a lovely holiday in Majorca and could not fault the hotel and staff. The only disappointing part was the entertainment. It was very odd, to say the least! Can't really describe it without sounding too negative. First choice reps were also lacking at interacting, not sure what they really did? Weather great, pools and apartment good, with a great maid service. All hotel staff was lovely. Food average. The complex set-up was great and the Lifeguard was brilliant, as she really interacted with the kids - better than the entertainment staff. It is a family friendly holiday and fun was had by all.More
