Second time in three years
My family and I had the real pleasure of staying here in 2102 for our Honeymoon, we had such a brilliant time that we done something we have never done before and returned for a second time (9th August - 23rd August 2014). We are so glad we did. As before we were made to feel so welcome, checked in in record time then off to block 3. Room very clean and tidy with a bottle of wine and a little welcome note. If you ever have the pleasure of staying here you will soon realize that the Staff really make this place, nothing is ever to much trouble for them they always have a smile for you and if you do have a problem it will be sorted. I know you can never please everybody all the time and if you looked really deep you could always find fault but to be honest the only thing that could do with improvement is the evening entertainment, great for the little ones but a bit slow for us oldies. Good job the Wife and I always have heaps to talk about. Overall :- Reception 5*. Room 5*. Location 5*. Food 5*. Staff 5*+. Evening entertainment 3*. Sad we may be but we will be returning in 2016 as we have booked Menorca for 2015.More
brilliant for young kids
spent 2 weeks here from 27th July and was a little scepticle as we've never done all inc before. Whilst there is room for improvement, in most areas I've already booked to go back for 2 weeks next year. We had 2 ground floor rooms right by the main pool pefrect for our group as we had 18month old, 6yr old and 88 year old amongst us. All staff, entertainmant, restraunt, bar, reception, cleaners life gaurd extreemly friendly without being overbearing or in your face all the time and all of them are fantasctic with the kids. Drinks are exactly whats advertised so no complaints there, however personally I wasnt too impressed with the food, certain days it was really nice but most days I found it to be little more than adequote. It was all cooked well enough and in good supply but I felt that the quality of ingrediants were not the best, and lacked the spanish / mallorcan influence I was hopeing to enjoy. However out of 6 of us I was the only that felt that way, and must admit to never being hungry! The rooms are basic for a 4 star premium rateing but very spacious and cant be complained about as they exactly as shown in brochure and on line, and served our purposes perfectly. The evening entertainment was never going to be my kind of thing anyway so I cant critise it as I knew in advance I wouldnt be interested, the main thing was that the kids enjoyed it, and they couldnt get enough of it. The main reason we went to this hotel was for the kids and its layout was perfect for my 6 yr old she was allowed all the freedom she wanted whilst we had piece of mind that she was never out of sight or in harms way. Any one with kids aged around 11-12 upwards might want think a bit harder about this place is it is more geared up for the under 10's I would suggest, but for those under 10 its about as perfect as you'll find for the money. Special mention to Wellington behind the bar my daughter still talks about him now 3 weeks since we've been back and asked me to single him out in the review, she sends you high 5 and hopes you remember her favorite coloured straw next year!! One final tip on the rooms if your planning on going at the start of August 2015 and you get given a room in block 4 ground floor ask for an alternative room as I want those for myself!!!More

Friendly hotel that needs updating
I would like to start my review with a positive comment, the staff at the hotel were excellent, welcoming, friendly and eager to please. However, the hotel itself was a different matter. Rooms looked very tired and in need of updating and the food was of a very poor standard. I was not expecting gourmet cuisine, but was disappointed at the lack of choice and poor quality of most of the food that was served up. The wine was also undrinkable, thank goodness for the local beer!More
Ignore bad reviews, food, entertainment, service and facilities are all great. Entertainment team (Novardi/BooBoo & Alberto) are fantastic always get you involved and very funny. Novardi has a new outfit for Aqua Zumba every day. Rooms are nice and lovely cleaners. Pool is very nice and clean. Nothing to critisize at all.More
Good quality hotel staff friendly and very accommadating
The staff were helpful friendly and eager to make you feel very welcoming to their hotel. The hotel it's self had different swimming pools which gave every age group the opportunity to enjoy. They had a pool with water attractions for the young,, a larger pool for all age groups a baby pool and across the road was two quiet pools for those who just wanted to swim or laze about in the water. The food was excellent and plentiful, but what made it appetising was the way it was presented. The staff from the cleaners to the receptionist were friendly and well mannered.More
