This hillside hotel comes with a bay view and a beach on tap.
A handy lift connects to the beach, where there are pedalos and kayaks. And the pine forests and coastal paths are always at your disposal. Shops, bars and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away.
This place has an enviable setting – it looks down on San Miguel Bay, so sea views and seriously good sunsets are par for the course.

Really good entertainment for children and adults! Especially liked the main men doing the entertainment as made it the best it could be. Bar staff were very friendly and made me laugh every single day! Food wasn't very good in the restaurant by the pool however the Chinese restaurant and other restaurant was a lot better in the twin hotel! Beach was right next to hotel so quick and easy access! Bus to sant Antonio was easy to visit the main strip, overall good holiday! More

I Really wonder what people expect when I read some of the reviews prior to going there
Arrived home on thursday the 9th of September after 2 weeks at Club San Miguel I really was wondering what to expect, but at the end of the day my wife and I who are both in our 70's really enjoyed it . The weather was superb really hot 30's to 40's but we had Air conditioning, Breakfasts were as good as most hotels from full English to Whatever else you wanted. Lunch you could eat in the restruant or Snack it in the Western Saloon and in the evening as long as you let reception know you had a dine around option with the Hotel Cartago restruant, the Chinese restruant or the San Miguel restruant . The Animacion Team worked their socks off and as we are beach lovers its right on the beach. If I had a criticism it would be that whilst appreciating its a family resort the really young Children should eat earlier than the older families in other words split dining times 6-30 to 7-30 pm for the younger ones and 7-30 to 8-30 for the older familes and folk but overall enjoyed our holidayMore
Lovely hotel and resort!
We booked this holiday but was a little worried about the negative reviews. The hotel and resort were lovely. We paid extra for a sea view but it was well worth it. 3 pools to choose from. The food and drink was varied and had a good choice each day. Even though it was busy, never had to wait. The entertainment was great, thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely beach within walking distance. Fabulous family holiday and would definitely go back here again. We loved it. More

Worse hotel ever
This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. First time I have ever gone all inclusive and will never do this again. What a waste of money. Where do I start!! Arrived middle of the day, staff on reception were pleasant, our room was available, (good start) we then saw the room, very very dated, clean on the surface, however, Mould growing in the bathroom, staines on the sheets, air conditioning not blowing cold, a damp smell in the room. We thought we try a drink at the bar after all it's all included. Big mistake, rude staff at the bar, asked for two mojitos and got plastic kids cups with what looked and tasted like listerene mouthwash!! We complained about the air conditioning and the response from the technician was give it 10 minutes!! It had been on for 2 hours at least. We attempted to try the restaurant for the evening meal, again very disappointed actually disgusted with the food on offer. The selection that was on offer looked like pure slops, Mashed potato that looked like "Smash", pizza imagine the cheapest frozen pizza you can get, it was worse than that, and stew in August out of a tin that's what it tasted like. The breakfast was on the same level, dried up bacon, cheapest sausage that you could buy and We paid for this really!! We complained to the rep from Thompson and was booked in the adjoining sister hotel for dinner to which we tried. This was just the same to find another selection of slops but a wider variety of the same. I will never ever visit this hotel again and would not recommend this to know one, not even if this was the last place on earth. Entertainment if you like that kind of thing is very 80's Butlins style, kids might enjoy it. No bottled water available only tap water, which the rep tells me it's filtered, however served out of an old wine barrel. You have to pay 1 euro 50 from the vending machine for a bottle of water. If you want some where to eat within walking distance you are very limited to 3 choices, one supposed to be the best fish restaurant on the island very debatable on that one. The other are snack type bars. I can only sum up this area of Ibiza "don't go" it doesn't compare to the rest of the island which I have visited for many years, this trip was for me and my mom, so 26 years and 49 years of age, and wanted it to be a bit more tranquil away from the clubbing scene, even the pensioners would struggle here to eat or have decent cup of tea. I have stayed in other hotels right in the heart of the clubbing scene and had better quality food and facilities, where the hotels catered for 18-30's ! enough said it was terrible wouldn't recommend at allMore
