The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.
It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.
Bedrooms here are nice and modern, with white walls, blue soft furnishings and light-wood furniture. They’re nice and big, too. Outside, meanwhile, you’ve got a pool and plenty of sunbathing space.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this hotel, returned yesterday! It far exceeded our expectations! A very warm welcome on arrival, our room was perfect and a nice outlook! The staff in this hotel are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy! Sofia and David on reception are charming! The bar staff, too many to mention, are so good at their job, I hardly ever waited to be served, even when busy! They were always laughing, obviously enjoyed there job! The food in the restaurant was very good and varied, desserts were very naughty but nice! The whole of the hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms large and cleaned daily! The hotel is in an excellent position in Sa Coma near the promenade and beach! We will be going back for sure! Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable!More
Just leaving the hotel now homeward bound, all I can say is wow to everything, rooms lovely, cleaned every day, food amazing, pool cold but I went swimming everyday, beach 200 meters away and shops, nearby. Would I come again yes definitelyMore

Just returned from a week staying at the Protur Palmeras Playa and I have to say I am very impressed with this 4 star hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was excellent, the facilities and entertainment were very good. The rooms are a decent size and well maintained and are cleaned every day. The dedicated TUI rep, Megan, was excellent, friendly and knew all the best places and outings to go on. Located minutes from an excellent beach and handy for shops, bars and restaurants. I would normally bullet point good and bad points, but I honestly can't think of any bad points at all. Thoroughly recommended.More
Rooms are really good size although beds are brick hard.Would have preferred double bed as requested.Cannot fault the staff throughout hotel.Food is 1st class.Lift always seemed to be broken and the gym had not been cleaned for a very long time and equipment was broken bit of a safety issue.2nd time staying here and probably would go backMore
Ok for the money we paid
Myself and my sister stayed here the first week of May, we got a brilliant deal through falcon holidays, on arrival hotel and room were spotless, made it in time for dinner the first evening, food was very good and desserts were amazing, the free wine also helped. Back up to the room that night which was like an ice box, I was actually shivering !! We stayed in block B which never got the sun - I'd recommend block A which gets sun from 2ish onwards. Asked at reception to get heating turned on the room - they said they couldn't !! Got extra blankets, it was horrible to be so cold at night, I think after the 4th night they must have finally given in after loads of complaints and heating was turned on for an hour or two in evening I'd say, when we came up from the bar that night the room was much better. Pool area was lovely but would be very cramped if hotel was full, food at the pool bar was very good, as the lunch menu in dining room was similar to the night menu so to be honest in got bit samey !! We ate out twice at Kenna's Irish bar just down the street - food was fabulous here - piping hot and very fresh - nice to get a break from the hotel too. Overall I can't really fault the hotel apart from the freezing cold rooms, if we got the same deal again next year with no other option available then I would go back, but to be honest I'll be looking at other hotels first More
