Stayed here in June 2015, friendly welcome. The rooms are large and very clean. Hotel is in a good location near the beach. The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel which leads to the usual reserving of sun beds every day. Lovely bar area with plenty of seating indoors and out with all the entertainment outside. Entertainment good overall. However one of the best things about the hotel was the food, yes it did get repetitive but it was warm, tasty and plenty to choose from but the best of all were the desserts they were delicious and I don't usually eat many desserts but I found myself choosing 2 or 3 a night! The hotel books you in for one meal in the Italian which you don't have to go to but I would recommend this, the food was delicious and service was great, so much so we asked to go again before we left. The all incl was good value for money and the choice of drinks good. I would return here again as it was a lovely hotel. More
we stayed in may 2015, the hotel had just opened that day for the year, the staff were very nice, the lady on reception is great, she will help you out with anything. the Thomson staff/team were good, we booked a few trips, one to the inca market and the pirate show, great show. good food at the hotel liked the Chinese food cooked infront of you.we have one of the brown rooms very nice but my husband couldn't sleep on the bed as very hard. we are hoping to book the hotel again for may 2016.More

Great family holiday
Stayed at this hotel as a family group of 14 in July 2015 age range 2 years to 70 years everyone one had a great time thanks to the staff and entertainment team at this hotel a special thanks to fabian and Danny who kept the children in our group happy all holiday they still know all the dance moves and songs. Rooms great very clean everything you need, food great gala night was excellent. We had 2 birthdays and 2 anniversaries to celebrate each time the hotel staff made an effort to make the occasion memorable. The pool area is disappointing very small for the size of the hotel by mid afternoon the pool was packed and water very cloudy, not enough sun beds we had to get up at 7.30 to get sun beds and even though we had 14 in our party for 14 days we shared sun beds. Pool area could have been kept cleaner. There is a great beach a very short walk away from the hotel if the pool gets to busy. We tried some of the water sports on offer all very good value for money and well run. Don't let the negatives put you off we hada great holiday and will be back.More
