Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel

The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.

It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.

Bedrooms here are nice and modern, with white walls, blue soft furnishings and light-wood furniture. They’re nice and big, too. Outside, meanwhile, you’ve got a pool and plenty of sunbathing space.

Great holiday.

stayed here with friends, the first week in October. No complaints whatsoever. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and offered outstanding service. Clare and Dominique in Reception were to be commended for their unfailing warm and friendly approach and willingness to assist in any way they could. The room was comfortable, a great size and absolutely spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. No complaints as far as the food was concerned. The only very small quibble was that all the rooms face inwards towards the outdoor stage so an early night was out of the question. However, the evening shows finished around 11p.m so not a problem Would recommend this ideally situated hotel for a great holiday.More

Brilliant hotel

Excellent hotel with very hard working staff. Food brilliant with plenty of variety. Pool small but in a very well kept area. Entertainment reasonable. Had a room designed for disabled after requesting a low floor room due to walking difficulties. This was done by reception in a very professional manner. Will definitely return next year... Can't wait.More

Great Stay

Arrived late in the evening, met by the most friendly receptionist, who checked us in quickly and explained all about the hotel to us, she also advised food had been prepared for us a real thoughtful touch.Rooms are large bright and spotlessly clean with gorgeous showers. The whole hotel is well maintained and clean. We stayed the last week of the season so very quiet, but still the hotel gave us fantastic service. All though not many guests nothing was to much trouble to make our holiday a personal experience Staff are first class, and very helpful, loved talking with Clare who is a very informative and helpful lady. On returning to the hotel each day no matter who was on reception they always greeted you and took and interest. Food was of a high standard, freshly cooked stir fry and steaks fantastic, always lots of choice and variety ,amazing display of desserts especially on Halloween evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Big thanks to all staff , appreciated your hospitalityMore

Just Returned

Plus The Hotel was very clean tidy good location Staff efficient and friendly Rooms good size clean with nice size walk in shower, with a sitting area and reasonable sized balcony. Free Wi Fi to all areas and British TV channels. The local bus service were to the immediate area's good and reasonably priced, although the open top buses were well past there sold by date. There were other bus routes available to the resorts close to Sa Coma and an Express Service to Palma cost 18 euros return. I would recommend a car if you are more adventurous and want to see more of the island if not there is enough locally to keep you entertained, Beware we were there at the end of the season and the roads were very quite and parking was easy not to be in main season. Minus As I have mentioned we were there at the end of season and resort was going into hibernation so the food although adequate was not up to their usual high standards same with the entertainment as a lot of the act have moved to other resorts. We also found the beds to be rather hard but to the hotels credit they soon found us some mattress topers. All in all I would recommend this Hotel.More

september holiday

My husband and myself visited this hotel at the beginning of September. It is a lovely hotel, with everything in your room to make you comfortable. Its lovely and clean. They were still lots of children even though the school holidays were over. The entertainment was great, but we felt the flooring at the front of the stage was not safe for children running about, one child fell back off the bench and really cracked his head on the hard surface. Maybe they should make an area for babies and young children to eat their meals, as you had a few crying babies who didn't want to sit in their highchairs. The food everyday was really well cooked and the desserts were really lovely. Kristos worked really hard and we had a great time with him playing boules near the beach .More
