The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.
It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.
Bedrooms here are nice and modern, with white walls, blue soft furnishings and light-wood furniture. They’re nice and big, too. Outside, meanwhile, you’ve got a pool and plenty of sunbathing space.

Surrounded by a roomy sun terrace, it's the ideal place to pull up a sunbed and seek some shade under a parasol. Little ones won't be far away either as the pool comes with a kids' section.
This place serves up International buffet meals, including some healthy eating options. There are a few show cooking stations dotted around, too. Highchairs are available for the little ones. Just so you know, there's a dress code here - men need to wear full-length trousers for evening meals.

We had a brilliant holiday from 5th-19july the hotel was spotless and everyone was so friendly from the reception to bar staff especially tomas, alex, jota but everyone made us feel welcome. My daughter broke her wrist around the pool and everyone was supportive. Food was excellent children entertainers energetic one thing I've read from these reviews is people moaning about people saving sunbeds I find it annoying as people who don't bother to get up early expect there to be one waiting for them ,because they do not want to get up early I would love to come back in the futureMore
Have been on many all inclusive holidays this was the best food superb we had a beautiful room with pool view most are very clean staff all friendly short walk to beautiful beach and loads of nice places to walk a trip on bus to calor milor well worth of you like shopping I honestly can't find anything to moan about thankyou palmeras for a wonderful holiday we will be backMore
I arrived at the hotel and was greeted at reception after struggling to get our cases in because my mum has mobility problems. There was no help to take our luggage up to our room and no welcome drink. So not such a great start. Our room was lovely C Block 4th floor clean and tidy. Shower was great. Only down side was if you used the bathroom through the night you will wake the rest of the people in the room because the door is glass and shines bright into room when the light is on. Air con didn't work to start with but that was soon sorted. The food was amazing so much choice lived it. People got up before 6am to put towels down on beds ... so be warned no lay in if you want a good spot. You will get friendly with your neighbour because the beds are very close together. There was a lot of people with disabilities because there was no steps around the hotel but steps into the pool. The pool is small and gets crowed once a few inflatables are in there. Great location for visiting the beach and shops. Entertainment was good. It was ok wouldn't go back I expected more for a 4*More
We enjoyed our stay at Palmeras Playa but because the many clients seem to be regulars, I don't think the staff want to upset anyone. This is also true in the restaurant, our Thomson rep had said smart shorts were ok in the evening but no flip flops however no one took any notice and came in wearing anything they had on during the day. The sunbeds were a problem and we were not able to get any, fortunately our balcony's were overlooking the pool. As Rob said people were reserving many beds at the crack of dawn [5.35am on the day we left] and not using them all morning until the sun moved around. The rule was supposed to be not reserved before 9.00am The last hotel we stayed in moved towels off of sunbeds to stop the problem and be fairer to all. The Jacuzzi was lovely and very relaxing and we went in several times. Our room was really very nice and could not be faulted at all, likewise the entertainment was very good. Live entertainment brought in 6 out of 7 nights. Quiz night on the remaining night. Back to the restaurant, the staff were really good and did everything they could to help me with my Gluten Free diet, the even supplied GF bread and cakes at breakfast. It was quite difficult for them as the hotel was very busy and full and the restaurants [inside and out] seemed pretty cramped. The staff seemed to be rushing always about and working very hard. I enjoyed the food and was always able to get some meat or fish cooked in front of me My husband did think it was a bit repetitive though for him. Sa Coma is lovely and it is a nice walk [about an hour] to Calla Millor or you can catch a bus. The Ferries go from the beach to several other places that were great too. There is also a lovely 35 minute walk [from beach] to an old Castle [399 years old] That was very good and they have a nice café/bar there for refreshments. We went twice.More
