The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.
It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.
Bedrooms here are nice and modern, with white walls, blue soft furnishings and light-wood furniture. They’re nice and big, too. Outside, meanwhile, you’ve got a pool and plenty of sunbathing space.

Surrounded by a roomy sun terrace, it's the ideal place to pull up a sunbed and seek some shade under a parasol. Little ones won't be far away either as the pool comes with a kids' section.
This place serves up International buffet meals, including some healthy eating options. There are a few show cooking stations dotted around, too. Highchairs are available for the little ones. Just so you know, there's a dress code here - men need to wear full-length trousers for evening meals.
At the Sa Coma Resort, just a short distance from the hotel.

Beautiful clean well maintained hotel. Excellent food, staff wonderful, young but hardworking special shout to Amy and Bea in the restaurant for looking after us so well. Laura Christina and tomas in the bar for mixing our drinks perfectly and being such good fun. No negatives regarding the hotel because as seasoned travellers we know only too well that with hols (and everything else in life) you get what you pay for .. It is excellent value for money. Please take note you rude people (you won't know who you are because you are too self centred to realise) if you want to be waited on hand n foot n be served lobster n champagne every day.... Pay 3 times as much n go to the Caribbean ... Don't try to make everyone else miserable with your constant whining complaining and long faces. Thanks palmeras for a lovely holiday, came home relaxed tanned and very overweight! Tip.... Don't bother with buying the VIP lounge upgrade at airport for return journey .... It's miles away from the gates, the snacks are poor, nice wine but literally had time for 1 rushed glass before our trek back to the gate so needed to be nice as it cost 34 Euros !! More

Greeted by very friendly reception staff and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Room very big and recently refurbished, cleaned every day to a high standard. Food very good, good selection of cereals for breakfast, only thing I missed was omelette made to order as use to having them in other hotels we have stayed in. Desserts are the best I have ever had, really big selection, hard to decide which one to have. We enjoyed our evening at Italian so much we asked for another invitation so we could go again, this was not a problem. We found all the staff pleasant and helpful. As always people had towels on sunbeds by 7 am to get the ones in the sun, plenty of sunbeds in the shade. Not many parasols and some people taking one each. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel was in a u shape with the pool and stage in the centre and the balconies all faced each other, so very overlooked. We had some very good entertainment for a hotel, only about three acts out of the 2 weeks that we did not enjoy. On the evening of the quiz we tried to join in but had to give up as we could not hear the questions.More

varying standards' not consistent
rooms -good, clean, balcony not private, low walls and glass front, beds very hard, carpet on B block 7th floor corridor not cleaned for the 2 weeks we were there food and presentation excellent but no low fat/low carb alternatives for diets/diabetics, fried eggs should be cooked to order instead of being what the chef wanted you to have restaurant staff superbly presented--pity some of male guests were not properly dressed for dinner (swimming shorts/flip flops) pool area - as previous reviews had sun problems, not large enough. difficult to get away from smokers, sun beds shoulder to shoulder paving around pool ranged from reasonably clean to very bad with ingrained dirt no non smoking area in pool snack bar on going into pool area you had to walk through smoke clouds from those sitting outside main bar where daily there were glass slivers from broken glass ashtrays/glasses wi-fi erraticMore
Very lovely holiday destination especially if you just want to sit and relax. Lovely big hotel room, very clean and comfortable with lovely view from balcony. Staff are all very lovely and helpful. Nothing is too much for them to do. Food was excellent and lots of variety. Lovely swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds and you could always get somewhere to sit. Few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and perfect scenery. Shops nearby with plenty of selection and market stalls to look at some evenings. Overall a very nice place and good value for money.More
