Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel

The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.

It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.

Wonderful hotel/amazing staff

Our family of five stayed at Palmeras Playa in July 2016. We've never stayed at a hotel with such friendly, helpful and courteous staff. During our stay our son needed medical attention at 9pm on a Sunday evening. Clare on reception was outstanding: she researched which medical centre was open; wrote a letter in Spanish to the doctor; ordered a taxi and told the driver where to take us. Our son received excellent care at the centre and afterwards the medical receptionist ordered a taxi to take us to a nearby pharmacy. The taxi driver waited for us to collect our prescription and returned us to the hotel - where Clare greeted us with a welcoming smile. The food is excellent and the rooms spacious and very clean. See you again next year!More

Fantastic Holiday

From start to finish a great holiday on arrival TUI rep Josh and Dave on reception made us truly welcome showing us to our rooms and offering help if we needed it. I've read reviews regarding water We never had a problem as we went over to the Spar and bought enough for the four of us for the whole holiday for less than 10eu . I must also mention how spotlessly clean the hotel was and how polite and friendly the Staff were. The Life Guard did a grand job after watching him dive in and save a child who was only "messing" saying he couldn't swim he was fantastic . The Hotel itself was a true find and if this is a sample of Protur Hotels would recommend to everyone Thankyou again to all the staff and TUI Rep JoshMore

Stayed here for 14 nights. Staff brilliant and great with the kids. Food is lovely and plentiful you certainly won't go hungry. Entertainment is good for the kids, Animation team are brilliant. The evening shows are good, some acts are better than others but enjoyed most of them. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are slightly on the hard side which was fine for me and my husband but I believe you can get mattress toppers if you find them too uncomfortable to sleep on. The pool area is clean and the sun loungers are comfy. We where here at peak season so it does get very busy round the pool and people do get up very early to put the towels out on the sun lounges. If we couldn't get a space we would go to the beach which is 2 mins away. All in all we had a lovely holiday at the hotel and would recommend it to friends and family. More

amazing hotel

We have just returned from a 2 week stay with my daughter her husband and our 2 grandchildren. The hotel is ideally suited for children and adults alike. The staff are amazing in fact the best and friendliest staff I have ever come across on a holiday abroad. The reception staff especially David and Clare always went above and beyond and Javi and Alex in the restaurant are just stars, they always made a fuss of all the children and remembered all of their names. The food was really good and if you wanted to you could eat all day,the pool bar does a great spread at lunch time then cake at 4pm. Ice creams on tap all day and not just little tubs proper Nestlé ice creams. The bar staff were friendly and effecient and there was never much of a queue which has not always been the case at many all inclusive hotels. We had a room on the 6th floor which was very quite whilst the music was on until 12pm once the door was shut you hardly noticed it. We emailed before we went and asked for a topper for the bed and a bath mat and both was waiting for us when we arrived (2.30am) along with a snack and soft drinks in the restaurant. My only gripe was the pool not in the sun all day which led to the saving of beds even though there are signs asking you not to it still went on but we had such lovely weather it was nice to have some shade but there were lots of beds and umbrellas. Lots of people we spoke to had been back year after year. I would go back with out hesitation.More

An amazing holiday

Visited in June 2016 with family. Arrived in early hours & Hotel night reception was ready to welcome us & Show us to our rooms. Dining room was open for drinks & a snack. The rooms were spacious, clean & bathroom was fabulous. We had a fridge & tv & doors to separate bedroom to lounge if you wanted. All rooms seemed to be overlooking the pool which was nice. All hotel staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. There was a good selection of food throughout the day in restaurant, pool bar & bar to suit all tastes. Sa Coma is a lovely resort with a good beach near to the hotel. A fabulous holiday More
